Best car dealership in all of Johnstown and surrounding areas. They were so nice, friendly and easy to deal with. They had my car all fixed up and looking good really quick every time. They have my business for life.

This is our fifth Kia that we bought from Team Kia and every time they have been excellent to deal with and the cars have been so reliable. Everyone there has been very courteous and it will be the first place we will go for our next car.

I purchased a 2016 Sorento FE from Len at the Kia dealership....he was the BEST, and everyone else I encountered that day was as well. I bought the environmental package, and they are coming today to my place of employment to pick up my vehicle, do the environmental work on it, and then return it by the time I get off! Who does that???? They do! Buying this vehicle was a breeze, I called, spoke with Len as to what I was looking for, told him what time I would be down, and it was in the front ready when I got there! I seriously wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else! facilities are wonderful....coffee is fresh, plenty of snacks available.....couldn't ask for more! Thanks Team Kia and Len for a wonderful experience!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my first major purchase on my own. I must say is was a relatively easy process. Jessica Valmer was my dealer. She was knowledgeable of the vehicles we looked at and really did her best at getting me the best deal that I could get. For a first time buy I couldn't of asked for a better experience. The worst Buying experience that I ever had.!!! Dealer gave me misinformation and left us without a car for 2.5 days and we had to find a ride to the dealership twice from 30 miles away. . After a large cash deposit and paper work was completed dealer made me feel like I was a piece of dirt. Car was not detailed as promised, wiper blade fell onto the hood as I was leaving the dealership and it took over 20 mins to replace and they only replaced 1 side with a different blade. Salesperson never even acknowledged me after the purchase was complete. If you like hearing" I'm sorry" then this is the place for you. Employees just kept passing the blame to who ever seemed to be not working that day. If I wouldn't have been without a car and decided they had 1 I wanted then I would have had my money returned and purchased elsewhere, LESSON LEARNED !! Poor example of a new car dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was looking for a used Dodge Durango. The second one I went to look at was sold before I got there. I saw on cars.com a 2008 Durango was put on the lot that afternoon. This is the third one I went to look at it and the only I saw. The Durango was in good condition with low miles. I wanted them to hold it to bring the wife and kids up but I ended up buying it. The saleswomen Jess was nice the managers were not so accommodating. They delivered the car 2 hours away on Monday morning. I had the vehicle looked over and there was only 2 minor issues I wanted fixed. I tried to work out something out with them but the only thing they would go for was me to bring the car back to them. I had 2 opinions on a leaky transmission line both opinions were its leaky and should be replaced, The managers at Team Kia tried to tell me normal seepage, my response was there is no such thing as normal seepage. It leaks or it doesn't. I made an appointment and brought the car in. The service center was shady and deceptive. They took the car into their garage where you can't see what they are doing. Twenty minutes later they call me out and say where's the leak, its all normal just seepage. They wiped the line down and tried to sell their idea of normal seepage. I got the line fixed by them. At the end I asked to see the old line, they didn't like that to much, but I have no intention of going back. If you ever question a mechanics work you better not planning on going back, I live 2 hours away so I don't plan on going back. My overall rating would be they are an above average dealership, but always buyer beware with used car dealers. All the used car dealers can be a bit shady. Some are worse than others, this one wasn't to bad.

i was looking for a car for my son on line and found one on cars.com i requested a call from the dealer and recived it in about ten minutes we made arangements to meet . when i went to the dealer ship the car was out front ready for a test drive . after the test drive the sales man was very polite and curdius to myself and my mother that was with me . i would highly recomend this dealer to anyone

Buying a car at team Kia in Johnstown pa was a breeze. Tammy Sidor is the best sales person ! Very knowledgeable and worked with me to get me a deal I could live with.
