We were searching for a bronco sport and were told that they had one coming in about two weeks and had them put our name on it. The exciting day arrived and we were called and told our car was in and we could come pick it up, so we insured it and had the down payment in hand planning to leave with it that day. As soon as we got back from our test drive, our salesman was waiting for us, and walked up to the car as we were still inside checking things out. He informed us that the car had already been sold. Great, so now I was out of a car that we desperately counted on for commuting. I asked for a loaner, as they said they could get us a new bronco sport in late October, and was denied and they suggested renting a car for that long, also even said they would check into getting their discount from enterprise for us. We emailed and called about an update, and were told we’ll get back to you. Never happened. On your own website, you claim to pride yourselves in customer service, but that is a false claim in my opinion. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for 15 years and can assure you that you have made absolutely no effort to acquire a family of customers for life. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere, since you clearly do not care for it anyways. We were able to get an outer banks bronco sport in 10 days elsewhere, so for being a car dealership, you sure didn’t try for our business.

This was my first experience with Taylor Ford Service Department and The Service Rep, Stephanie made me feel very welcomed. I did not have my wheel lock at home & she processed the car in for service while I dashed back home to retrieve the lock. As promised, the car was ready, my discounts were applied & I was very happy with my experience. I will return to Taylor Ford. Thank you Stephanie…you were very professional and wore your comforting smile throughout the process!☺️

Purchased a used vehicle from there. The whole buying process was very enjoyable. The vehicle had an issue with the AC and they went above and beyond until the issue was resolved. Very pleased with the service and I will be a return customer!!!

Taylor Ford is awesome! I flew up from the Atlanta area to take delivery of a 2019 Flex. Andrew Zerke in Sales and Cindy in Finance provided exceptional customer service over the phone, face time, text, and when I arrived in person. Andrew even picked me up at the airport! I recommend them not only to my Detroit area friends, but to everyone no matter where you live.
