Quick, pleasant, professional, timely. Each time I go to the dealership they treat me and my vehicle with respect. They take care of what needs to be done very quickly, in the timeframe given or faster and I am on my way. There is no heavy sales pitch for more sales or other services and I like that. They don't make fun of the fact that I treat my car as something special, so they carry it over into how they treat Sweet Pea too.

I take my 18 year old subaru to them for regular work. yesterday a piece was hanging underneath the car (some pan, I don't know cars). they fixed it, replaced a brake light that was out and washed it -- for under $10. :-) I was so grateful! great help - as usual. and car running nicely. with nothing hanging off!

Subaru took care of my knocking problem for the second time. Cory was very gracious and apologetic about not correcting the problem the first time. I believe if the mechanic took the car out for a test drive he would have known the problem still exist. Cory was more or less a liaison between customers and skill mechanic.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT SUBARU'S SERVICE. IT WAS EXCELLENT AND WAS COMPLETED IN A VERY SHORT TIME. THEY ASK IF I WANTED THE CAR WASHED. I SAID YES. ANOTHER PLUS FOR THEIR SERVICE.

Helpful, fast and efficient. the only issue would be communication. Couldn't get pricing prior to visit and did not get call back when I left a message re: pricing. Should have been easy answer. Just had 6000 mile service (oil change and tire rotation). Also, later in the day after my appointment, got an automated phone call asking if I needed to reschedule the appointment that I did not show up for but I had been at the appointment on time and the work was completed. Seems like there was some sort of communication glitch in the system.Otherwise, service was very quick and staff was quite friendly.

We have a new 2016 Subaru Outback. We were traveling and it was time for an oil change. We arrived 5 minutes before closing and they did the oil change and provided weary travelers with a comfortable, well stocked waiting room. Our Goldendoodle loved the dog treats.

We were in for a 90,00 mile service. Everything was explained and an accurate quote was given that was $200 less than another Subaru dealership. Everything seemed to go smoothly. Two relatively small additional things were found and explained. We accepted their recommendations. The work was done and the car was clean and ready just a bit later than promised. Overall we were pleased and I won't hesitate to use Tacoma Subaru again.

Got it done in timely manner. Great service!!! Would recommend. Answered all questions. However we wanted a roof rack and box but our car could not acconadate one. Very odd. Kinda sad, we really needed it and wanted a Subaru one. We have a 2013 Subaru Impreza. 4 door. Sedan. Thanks for the good work.

In addition, the staff is very welcoming. I went in for my first routine maintenance appt. yesterday. They were fast and thorough.

I went in on a weekend and despite the service department being busy, they were able to fit me right in with no appointment. The staff was very friendly and the service was done quickly. While quality of work and service are most important to me, the complimentary beverages in the waiting area are a nice touch.

I recently bought a 2012 WRX from this dealership and it was not a good experience. At first it seemed like I was getting a pretty good and fair deal but I probably should have listened to the guy who yelled from his truck as he drove by "Don't buy from here!" The actual buying experience wasn't too bad but it's been down hill ever since. First, I had a mechanic look over the car after I bought it, since I had a clause in my agreement that they would need to fix anything a mechanic found wrong or I could take the car back. The mechanic who looked over the car only found 2 issues. One was that the car was already experiencing rust issues and it's only 4 years old. The second was that there were some error codes in the memory of the cars computer. After driving an hour down to the dealership to have them address my concerns I was basically told "nothing is wrong and there is nothing to worry about." They also said that their "Master Tech" couldn't find any fault codes on the computer at all, not even in the memory. This was concerning because I had taken photos of the codes that came up when I had a mechanic look at the car. So they were trying to tell me nothing was there when I had proof that it was. I showed them the photos and they just shrugged it off and said to enjoy the car. Not very helpful and not very reassuring. Second, not two weeks after I bought the car I noticed that it had brake shudder when braking at higher speeds. This time the salesman I talked with was nice and reassuring that it would be taken care of. I drove all the way back down again and after waiting a while was finally given a loaner car and left my car overnight to be repaired. They found that the rotors were warped and instead of replacing them, they simply turned them, which is just a cheap fix in my opinion but at least they worked. The problem was that when I got back to work from picking up the car I was shocked to find that my front bumper had a bunch of white marks and scratches, like someone had hit something while driving my car. I promptly called them with the issue and of course they denied it was them and said that it had the marks when I showed up. This is my dream car and I have babied it since the day I bought it, I know that I have not hit anything with it and I would have noticed if those scratches and white paint had been there before. In fact, me and a coworker were just out looking at my car before I drove it down to the dealership for the brake issue and I know we would have noticed the paint and scratches. Safe to say I am not impressed with this dealership at all and I will tell everyone I know to stay far away and never buy from here ever.

We just had a very good buying experience with Eric. We were shopping for either an Impreza or Crosstrek for the past two months, taking our time to shop around and make sure we were confident in our selection. We visited three different Subaru dealerships in our search, mainly to see the max that we could get for our trade in and because inventory was low everywhere for what we were looking for. We were not impressed with the Auburn or Puyallup dealerships. The Auburn sales people seemed like they didn't even want our business. They were rude and short with us, and the Puyallup sales person was similar in that they never went out of their way to help us find exactly what we wanted.Eric was very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions. We set up an appointment the same day and they had the Crosstrek ready and waiting for us to test drive. We loved the car and decided to buy it. It was a very smooth process, never any pressure and everyone we encountered was friendly. Even their finance staff person was super nice and fast.Thank you, Tacoma Subaru!

I've been bringing my 2015 Legacy in for recurring fuel door issues and sooner or later I'm sure they will find a solution to what really appears to be faulty engineering with the car. Not the fault of the Service Department. They are fantastic.

I scheduled ECM recall service and with no-notice asked them to also check my EYESIGHT system and investigate moisture in my left tail lamp. Even though they noted no anomalies in either and the symptoms remain in both, at least they checked. Which was nice.

Tacoma Subaru's Service Department employees are very courteous and efficient. Last Saturday, they were super busy so the service rep said it would take 1-1/2 hours to complete. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was finished (including car wash) within one hour! The best dealership service department I've ever witnessed! I even overheard a service rep tell a military customer to look for a gift to arrive at their home address -- now that's very considerate to thank our military for their service!

We've bought many vehicles from Tacoma Subaru and always found them competitive in their their prices, trade-in values, and choice of inventory. Service department personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, and aim to help you as much as they can in resolving any problems that may arise. The swowroom and waiting areas are comfortable and beverages, snacks, tv, and wi-fi are available. My dealings with Tacoma Subaru have always been great!

The Service Department at Bruce Titus Subaru will definitely ensure my 1995 Legacy will run another 100,000 miles! Their service writers and mechanics are professionals I can trust. They never try to sell a service my vehicle does not need, and the quality of the service is first-rate. They do such a terrific job with my aging Subaru that I tell them the Bruce Titus Sales team probably won't see me for few more years!

Cynthia in the service department has always been honest and up front with any questions I have had reference service. Mike the service manager and also Darell in the service department have been great. Bruce Titius is always pleasant and does not have the "car salesmen" attitude. He is there for you as a customer oriented individual.

Tacoma Subaru has always been extremely efficient and professional in handeling all of my vehicle concerns.The advisors are professionals who are knowledgeable in all aspects of vehicle repairs. The value and importance of needed repairs is always communicated where it is understood why and what is actually needed. The quality of work has exceeded my expectations and completed correctly the first time. Having your vehicle washed and vacumned is a plus. The cost of repairs is reasonable considering the fact that only certified technicians are working on my vehicle and factory parts are always used. I would recommend Tacoma Subaru to anyone who's main concern is value and having your vehicle worked on by professionals.

We received a call from Bruce Titus early Saturday morning and within 2 hours received a call from TJ- who was very pleasant and invited us to come down and take a test drive. We arrived by noon and test drove 2 Subarus. Our salesman went with us and we had a good time. We decided we would go to lunch after getting a quote first and then came back to the dealership after sitting down and having a chat. The Subaru is on order and will be delivered in 8 weeks. We are okay with this wait. Our current vehicle has had all serious maintenance by Titus. We also had received a contact from another dealer but due to constant good service by Titus and a very bad experience with another;Titus was the the most logical choice for us. We ordered our current car from Wilson in Bellingham- who is another good dealer car through Cars.com and it currently has 262K on its original engine. I am sold on Subaru.

I have my problems with this place and I always have, I have come before for oil changes because they offer deals online and it is cheaper then doing the work myself. This time I finally had enough, the first issue was that it took over 2 hours to change my oil, I was told 45 minutes when I arrived and was met with excuse after excuse when I asked about my service. Second, I was asked 3 times if I wanted my car washed, I said "no Thank you" each time, the last time they washed my car it looked like they used sand paper. When I got my car back it was washed and covered in new scratches. Third and this may seem petty but it just shows the lack of pride in the shop, I bought custom valve stem caps and when I got the car back one was replaced with a cheap damaged plastic one. The last an final thing that showed the lack of pride in there work was on the ride home all I smelled was burning, when I got home I rolled under the car and found the header was covered in oil that was spilled by the technician. I will take my car to Outback Automotive from now on, it is cheaper and they take pride in what they do, not to mention they wont sell you things you don't need.

What a pleasant experience! The sales rep we worked with was extremely friendly and accommodating. There were no high pressure tactics, he was honest and he worked to get us the deal we wanted on the car we were interested in. Then to top it all off, the finance person we worked with went the extra mile to get us the loan rate we needed and made the deal even sweeter. Definitely one of the better dealerships to work with. The wife is happy and that makes me happy.

After driving 50+ miles having thoroughly discussed the deal on the phone, and arriving at the dealership, making the deal, signing our intent to make the deal, shaking hands, we were told the bank was closed and they'd call us first thing in the morning. When I finally called them the next late afternoon because they hadn't bothered to call us, they had changed the deal from Zero down to $1500 down and raised our payments by $200. This was more than the higher end car we are currently driving. Total douchebags. This was after they told us over and over how above-board they are and don't play games. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! Go to Ali at Subaru in Renton if you don't want to be jerked around. Oh, and before things got bad, while we were at the dealership they offered us incentives to come on this site and others and favorably rate them, but when the deal fell apart (or rather, after their bait and switch didn't work), they threatened us to not slander them on these same sites. Truth is an absolute defense to claims of slander or libel. Idiots! Unscrupulous! And a bunch of four letter words I'll spare you from reading. Just a total waste of time. And total liars! Liars, Liars, Liars!!!!!
