Robyn was great. We appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the Carnival and she listened to us. Cars are so overpriced right now all over the country. By far one of the best experiences that I've had at a dealership. There was no pressure to buy and the sales team was able to answer all of my questions. Brandon Wallace was absolutely fantastic and made the process of buying a new car painless. The finance person that spoke with, I want to say Julie, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She even managed to get my car loan through my credit union. Definitely a win there. Joe Lim was phenomenal! Attentive, speedy service. Greeted us as soon as we showed up with a big friendly smile. Had our record of past work laid out and ready so he knew which service we needed at our current mileage. He got us in and out so fast, we barely finished lunch at the Pasta House before our car was ready. We let him know what we were in search of and he gave us all the options Kia had to offer. He was never pushy when we let him know we wanted to shop around at other dealerships and do our do-diligence as first time buyers. Our experience with Suntrup Kia - South County was wonderful! We worked with Jeff Benne, and he was probably the best car salesperson I've ever dealt with. He was very laid back and really let us take our time - we test drove multiple vehicles over two days. We probably spent about 9 hours total with him by the time all was said-and-done. Never once did he come across as impatient, or make us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. He never directed us to one vehicle over another, and he answered all of our questions (which were many). And we never talked about money/payments until AFTER we had decided on the car!!! Our financing was worked out with Scott Seifried, and he was very helpful in going over our options. Overall, the customer service at Kia Suntrup was OUTSTANDING and I would HIGHLY recommend shopping with Jeff Benne, Scott Seifried and Suntrup Kia!!!

This was my first time purchasing a new car and I spent a week researching the whens and hows of it. I decided on a make and model (and new rather than used on account of Kia's warranty) and went to Suntrup, the closest dealer, in part because they offered an additional lifetime engine warranty. Dan Mann was very open about dealer competition pricing practices and immediately adjusted the price accordingly (which I later independently verified). After walking away with a quote and looking at another dealer on account of their lifetime maintenance package Dan was willing to give me an excellent deal that more than made up for not having that maintenance package. As someone not accustomed to buying cars I brought my partner with me who agreed that this was the best possible deal I would get, and substantially below my initial price goal. In addition, he was very patient about having to cancel appointments and willing to be available when it was convenient for me. I would consider my first new car purchasing experience a very positive one and commend him as a salesperson.On a side note, BJ Brunner who did the financing was an absolute pleasure to work with even after having to re-do the the paperwork twice because I made a mistake in my own calculations.

This was by far the smoothest process from the beginning to the end. I would like to give HIGH praise to my salesman Jason Redman, not only was he extremely genuine but a true professional. His wealth of knowledge and experience was far superior to that of the salesman I encountered at other local dealerships. I knew the deal I needed to make things work for myself and my family, at no time did I have to result to a pen and paper, constant back and forth number crunching with Jason to get that deal, couldnt have asked for much more than that. He did not intimidate me, speak to me like an idiot or a child, try and pressure me into anything, call me "honey" or "sweetie," or make any assumptions about what I needed or wanted. I bought a 2015 Rio in April of 2016. I regretted my purchase but was not worried because my sales guy told me I would be able to trade out of my car & into a Kia Soul at the same monthly payment as the Rio. To make a long story short I was made to look like a fool & he didn't come through for me as he said. I'mStuck with this car now & hopefully will be able to get a different car in a couple years. Never again Kia all because of this terrible experience.

They sold us a bad used car that the transmission went out on in lest than 3 months. They refused to work with us to make it right. In fact they said that we should of leased or bought a new car. I went to file a complaint with BBB but they are not a member. I can guess why if they were I would guess they would have a F rating. Plenty of other dealerships in area that value return customers STAY AWAY

My husband and I walked into the Suntrup Kia dealership around 10:45am and left with a new car by 12:30pm. We had been researching the Kia Soul for awhile and knew we were going to buy a new one that day, when we arrived at the dealership we went straight for them. Nick Pashos met us right away, was very friendly, helpful with all our questions and educated us some options we didn't know about the Soul. We got to test drive one right away, loved it and than started the paperwork with Nick. He gave us every option under the sun with what the best financing was for us, he even printed everything off and walked us through it step by step. We picked which option we wanted to go with and within the hour were with David in financing. We did not have a appointment when we came in, we were amazed at how quick and easy everything was, and how well explained all the paper work was.Both Nick and David were very personable and friendly. Dan Mann was very helpful when he sold my car to me, striving to find my perfect match. We found dead a car that I loved but it didn't have a sunroof. He and the manager, Michael Parsons told me that they can put a sunroof in it! I said SOLD! Michael also made sure that I had gap insurance and an extended warranty so I wouldn't be left out in the cold if something did happen to my car. Now I know this sounds like fluff for him but the charges weren't anything like any other dealership. And let me tell you, I was picky and a little of a pain, they took it in stride and kept working very hard to make sure that I left satisfied. Michael pulled all of the departments together, making the sale quick and painless for me once I chose a vehicle. Even if you're not interested in a Kia, I recommend this particular dealership, they are dedicated to your smile!

When I called the dealership I had the pleasure of getting Justin Vaughn as my sales person. I gave him my small list of needs and asked him to work up figures with and without a down payment for a new KIA Soul. He went above and beyond by finding a certified pre-owned and worked up those numbers BEFORE he called me back. I was so excited when I was able to get into my very first newer car (less than 10 years old) without needing a co-signer. I had such high anxiety going into this sale and Justin made me forget my anxiety before I drove off the lot. Buying a car from suntrup(Jonathan Hawkins) was absolutely easy, friendly, pleasant, and awesome from the start. We unknowingly went in 30 minutes before close. We never would have known it was closing time. They took time with us at every step. We really felt like there wasn't any of the back and forth that you normally do when buying a car. They instantly gave us a great offer on our trade ins. We have purchased so many cars in the past, and from all types of dealerships and this by far was the most pleasant easiest experience ever. We knee we needed to trade in but had been avoiding it because of the hassle that usually comes with going and buying a car. Jonathan Hawkins was amazing from start to the very end! Jeff Benne was an absolute delight to work with. We bought a 2016 vehicle in November that I was not pleased with and started looking at Kia's. Living in O'Fallon Illinois we went to our local Kia dealer - TWICE. Was ready to buy but was told they would be back with us. We called Jeff at 8pm on a Friday night to confirm availability of a 2017 Kia Sportage. Arrived at 9:00 on Saturday, drove the car and was ready to buy. He was so easy to talk and laugh with, and answered every question we had. Jeff worked with the finance manager and got our existing loan paid off and the payments where we wanted. The Illinois dealer said that would be very difficult. It is clear that Jeff can work miracles and we left that afternoon in a beautiful Burnished Copper Kia Sportage. I just purchased my first vehicle, a 2016 Kia Forte! Amazing car and I got an amazing deal. Jon H. and Jeff B. really busted their tails to get me a deal that best suited my needs. Once I got in the finance office, things got a little scary for me personally. I caught a bad case of buyers remorse and David C. really helped comfort me and didn't pressure me into making the final decision. He spoke to me sincerely and addressed every concern I brought to his attention. Jeff even stepped in, on request, and let me pour it all out to him, giving me great advice and offering reassurance. Many other sales consultants would've taken advantage of a 21 year old first time buyer, but these three guys: Jeff Benne, Jonathan Hawkins and David Chadwick, were patient, accommodating and understanding. Now that I've shaken off that case of buyers remorse I look back on that experience and laugh. I am so glad I had such great people to help me into my first new car. I was looking at a specific car, and left with that specific car just a few hours later. I didn't feel pressured or slimeballed at all. My salesman, Jon Hawkins, was very practical, thoughtful and professional. He made me comfortable talking about my finances and budget. It was not the drawn-out experience I expected. Jon respected my budget and needs, and didn't unduly push me towards features I had no interest in. He let me knoe what the options were, asked my preference, and BOOM! Found me the Kia Soul of my dreams. Bj Bruno took care of my financing, and made sure to take time and go over all the details of my purchase with me. This was important, because I had been very unhappy with my 2014 purchase at a different Ford dealership, and was hyper-vigilant about what all would be included and what the jargon stood for. He is a very practical, jovial kind of guy.

I worked with Jeff and Nick. They were a tremendous help to me as my husband is handicapped and visually impaired. I was not sure the Kia Soul would work for me so Jeff suggested I take the car home over the weekend. We were able to store my husband's transport chair. Jeff had another client when we arrived on Monday so he turned us over to Nick so we could get through the process more quickly. My husband got tired of getting in and out of cars so Nick took the papers out to the car for him to sign. Jeff helped me get my husband's chair set up so he could go inside to the dealership. In addition, BJ in financing was also very helpful and informative. Although there were a few bumps along the way, overall, Jeff, Nick and BJ made the car buying experience as painless as possible. I highly recommend this dealership.

I didn't know allot about the Kia Sorento but was very interested in this model after reviewing and comparing various models it's size and seeing it had great consumer reports. Jeff Benne was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction on the model I wanted with 7 person capacity and other features that were important to me. Jeff was very quick to respond to all my email, texts, phone calls and arranging test drives. I would highly recommend both Jeff and buying the Sorento. I'm on the highway allot and have to say it has gotten better fuel mileage than documented. I'm extremely happy with the comfort and performance it provides for our family. Our salesman, Jeff Benne, was beyond patient with me as I strung him out over 6 weeks narrowing down my selection. Just the right touch of keeping tabs with out smothering. Suntrup Kia was a casual, comfortable experience-- they allowed me to take 4 separate test drives (with out a sales person) to narrow down the model I wanted. I've bought a few cars in my day and this by far was the easiest process. Very little of that "let me see what the boss says" in our negotiations. We walked in at 2 pm and drove away with my Kia Soul at 6:30.

After having an old car die one Friday afternoon, we needed a new car fast. The first and last place we looked was Suntrup Kia. The entire staff was so friendly and hassle free, which made our visit very enjoyable. Our sales rep Lindsay Rey was a complete pleasure to work with. She showed us some vehicles we were interested in, and suggested some that we didn't know were an option. She was very knowledgable on all the features of the automobiles, mileage, and warranties. After we chose the right car for us, Lindsay explained everything in detail, and next thing we knew, we finished our financing and she showed us to our new car which was waiting for us washed, temp plated, and with the keys in it. I have already referred several close friends and family to this location and to Lindsay. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I plan on returning shortly to purchase my spouses new car.

Car shopping is a terribly anxious experience for me, frankly I hate it. I had been looking at cars and dealerships for a few weeks before heading out and taking a look in person. When I got to Suntrup Kia in south county I was blown away by the positive atmosphere. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Dan Mann was truly the opposite of every sleazy salesman stereotype and a pleasure to work with. Every step of the way I kept waiting to hear a "but..." or "however..." except it never came. He gave me an amazing price for the car I came in for and kept working hand over foot to answer all my questions, show me the carfax, and print out service records. He got me out of a real jam with my previous vehicle and now I have the nicest car I've ever owned. The financing department was equally fantastic. Dave Chadwick was a genuine, personable, and fun guy to get to go over all the tedious paperwork with. He was able to explain everything very clearly and even sweetened my purchase with affordable gap insurance and warranty. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience and now my girlfriend is even thinking about a new car. Can't thank these guys enough.

I went in to the Suntrup dealer thinking of buying a certain Kia car and hoping they would buy out my leased car that I was driving. Well, Justin and John worked several hours with me and I drove the car I intended on leasing, but wasn't totally happy. We purchased a 2015 Optima for my wife from Bobby at Suntrup. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on their vehicles and made the best out of an otherwise frustrating situation. It sounded like two managers disagreed on the trade-in value of our old vehicle (which did have mechanical issues). Bobby did not let that interfere with the sale, and we proceeded where we left off the next day - after our old vehicle was towed to Suntrup (at dealers expense) for their mechanics to review. We relocated from New York City after we retired to St. Louis, where we had to buy a car, which we did not have in New York City..When we went to St. Louis for a month to look for a house after we retired, we rented a Kia Soul, and loved it, and decided that was the car we would buy. We decided to go to two places to get quotes, but after going to the first place, Suntrup Kia in St. Louis, we didn't need to go anywhere else. Jeff Benne was an excellent sales person, and helped us tremendously. We recently went back to this dealership for our first oil change, etc., and and had a great experience. They even cleaned our car for free! Everyone there is so helpful and nice. We have a 100% comfort level with this dealership. Our brother-in-law who is from St. Louis, and worked for a different dealership all of his life, was extremely impressed with them. If you want a Kia, go there, and no where else.

To start off with when buying my car I had to run around because I didn't have my services done to get it legalized and plated. I ALSO had an issue with the tire so after going up to the Lindbergh location and them telling the reason my tire was loosing air was because I was over filling it. And sent me on my way. I work 2 jobs and can not get up there so when I can I need the job done right my tire will not hold air I now have issue with it I just bought this in march of 2015 and the tire has been doing this since day one. They didn't fix it and its not a matter of the 'sensor' being touchy. I need my tire fixed. by a professional. when I bring it in if you don't have time I need a loner car and you should always have one available do not tell me to come back on wednesday or monday. I need it fixed. Extreamly disappointed.

Don't walk in without knowing what you want and how much you want to pay. Josh tried to up-charge me almost $3000 from the internet price quote I got in advance. I knew what I wanted to pay and he decided to play some games. I am not sure why he did this but it was not a customer service friendly approach. We reached an agreement but then he just handed me off to Jeff (which I was fine with). If you can use a computer, shop internet pricing - be specific - get quotes on specific stock items - and know what the car sells for in advance. I bought the car but it would have been simpler had I not had to deal with Josh.

We entered the Suntrup dealership with an idea of exactly what kind of Kia Soul we wanted. Before we had even arrived in the lot, Josh worked with us through email and text to find out exactly what kind of features we wanted. I had stopped buying cars at dealerships because of the pressure that always came with it. Quite the opposite dealing with Scott Seifried at Suntrup Kia. I was pleased with how consultative he was, how interested he was in learning what I did and did not want in my next vehicle and how he didn't pressure me to make a decision. He was quick to make suggestions and backed those suggestions with reasons why certain vehicles made sense. There is a great chemistry at Suntrup Kia between the sales staff, service department and also with finance. Everyone there was friendly! I love my new Sorento and have nothing but great things to say about Scott as a phenomenal sales person. I will go back and send my friends and family too!

My visit started with nick who was the typical car salesman working 3 deals and so busy he couldn't offer a bit of help. He initially put me in a Kia soul after not even asking if i was buying new or used. I was assured that he knew the little old lady who drove the tiger striped 6 speed manual transmission took great care of her car....i took the keys back inside to leave and met Josh who pretty much saved my faith in Kia as my choice of new mid sized sedan either the cadenza or the optima. After milling over the details he was able to put me into a optima lx. Pretty nice car but I wanted a manual and was told they didn't come in this option. Not true. All in all I'd say that id like to recommend Josh if you want a pretty up front honest approach at the car buying experience. I can say after a month of driving the optima I'm not uber impressed with the 25avg mpg the car is getting. I also don't like how inconsistent the throttle is. As far as that its a solid comfortable car and it fits my work needs transportation wise. I am disappointed that I paid 22k for the optima I feel its a bit high.

We set out on our adventure to south county early in the afternoon to find our van. After a few stops we hit Suntrup Kia, that's where we met Josh. As always buying a vehicle is a big decision. He showed us all the vans that were in the Suntrup network they had one we liked, but we decided to take some time and look around at some other options and talk about. Purchasing a car was a completely unexpected thing for me--my previous car was involved in an accident resulting in a total loss, and I, too, was at a total loss as to what to do! My parents own a Kia and love it, so they referred me to Suntrup Kia. I initiated the conversation through their online portal, and immediately, Jeff Benne responded to set up a time to come by. When I arrived, Jeff was working with other customers, so Josh Timberend helped us out. I told him what I was looking for, gave him my price range, and within literal minutes, he had a certified pre-owned 2014 Kia Forte out front for me. It was well within my price range, and was absolutely perfect for me. We took it for a spin, and I fell in love with it! I didn't expect to like the first car I saw, so I didn't have my down payment ready, or any of the required paperwork. Josh worked with me to ensure that my dream vehicle would be there when I got everything together. The dealership was closed Sunday, so I returned Monday to fill out paperwork with Jeff while Josh made sure the car was full of gas and sparkling clean. Dave in the finance department was jovial and helpful in extending my warranty, and the whole paperwork ordeal took less than 20 minutes. It was without a doubt the quickest, easiest car-buying experience of my life! The guys at Suntrup Kia made me feel like a valued member of the Kia family. And with quality service and free car washes for life, I know I will be back regularly. Coming in on the first day and walking out with a brand new car is always a good experience. Josh and the rest of the team at suntrup was very flexible with our trade and down payment situation. The only problem we had was the finance department had issues with getting our paperwork squared away so we had to make an extra trip up here to take care of that which is about 80 miles for us. That being said the overall experience was great and we were taken very well care of by Suntrup and Josh and always tested very politely.

I went to Suntrup Kia South County from Wentzville, MO to look at an Optima with every intention of leaving with a new car and trading in my BMW X5. I worked with Josh Tiberend who I was introduced to using their "on line chat" tool when I was looking at that cars. My wife and I did a lot of research on this car so thought I would give it a try. Josh was very personal and took his time to go through the number of options they had on the lot and I test drove a couple. In the end, I traded in my car and left with a lease on the Optima SX Turbo with the technology package. It was a good experience all the way around. I had a great experience at Suntrup Kia. I originally owned an '05 Subaru Legacy that I had for 7 years as my first car. I sold my car in Pittsburgh and moved to St. Louis for work. I had my eyes set on a Kia Optima for a few months. I was recommended to the Suntrup Kia on Lindbergh Blvd, and I'm glad I was! Josh Tiberend was such a wonderful help with the entire process - very polite and personable, very understanding, very nice and overall was very diligent and helped speed up the entire process, which I was thankful for being in a hurry that day. Dave Chadwick was extremely helpful as well. He did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my monthly lease payment and that all paperwork was done quickly - also a very nice and personable guy. These two made my experience at Suntrup Kia a pleasure. They both followed up with me as well a few days after. Josh will continue to be my go-to guy at Kia for all my service needs. I went to the dealership Saturday 1-10-14 and went to Jeff B. About a car I had seen online. He looked it up and quickly got things going. Filled what paperwork I could out seeing how I got there a hour before close they really couldn't do much with finance. I have okay credit, just turned 18 so there isn't much there. But they literally tried everything to get me financed. Nick Streisel was calling his family members who work at banks to see if they could help. AMAZING. He definitely made me look at car salesman different. They aren't all bad! This is specifically a review for Suntrup Kia South on So Lindberg in St Louis, MO. I was very lucky to get such friendly, courteous, personable and competent sales-people helping me with such a huge, scary decision & purchase. I had so many questions and they spent a lot of time with me and made me feel comfortable, not to mention their extensive knowledge of the Kia product. They worked wonderfully as a team and stayed in touch, without being pushy, exhibiting many kindnesses and understanding. (I was ill with the flu and kept canceling my appointments.) Both Justin Vaughn and Lindsey Llewellyn are big assets to Kia Motors. I always research thoroughly and had spoken to several other sales-people at various other Kia dealers as well as Toyota and Honda dealers, (both in town and out of town.) I wanted a Minivan, had test driven many makes. I had two previous Honda minivans (2001 and 2006 Odyssey's) but Honda's new Minivan does not come near comparing with the Kia minivan. This dealership has a lovely showroom and is a clean and friendly place in general BUT I bought my minivan there because of my sales people. Being comfortable and getting good service is so important . I got a GREAT DEAL, too! They were very flexible (and it is all about "the deal" with me, which is why I research so extensively) , I will always take my business there from this day forth .. and they get all my referrals, as well. . I need to mention Jon Chung, too, who was also competent, so friendly and a pleasure to work with. Honestly speaking .. they have a really marvelous team of workers there who put you and your needs first.. Good job, Suntrup Kia! (PS I did not have any previous experience with this dealership, nor with Kia minivans prior to a month ago .. This is the first time I've ever been into a Suntrup dealership of any kind .. I just feel when you find something really wonderful, you need to spread the word.)

I did most of my leg-work on line. I knew the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay going in. I had narrowed the field to two dealerships with the best price from which to purchase: Suntrup Kia and Auffenberg Kia. Auffenberg claimed they could give me a better APR, so I went there first (mistake).I walked right back out their door when Auffenberg claimed "their must have been a misunderstanding" with regard to the APR and told me it would be 2% higher after I had specifically asked the amount of the APR at least 4 times. AUFFENBERG LIES.I went straight to SUNTRUP. Dan Mann at SUNTRUP had even tried to warn me that there was no way that Auffenberg could offer what they were offering. Turns out Dan was right, and Auffenberg lied to me to get me in the door. SUNTRUP was honest and straight-forward from start to finish and gave me a great deal on a car I love - honesty and a good deal. Also, I must commend them on their teamwork; both Dan Mann and Jon Chung helped us - the service was seamless and perfect. I would go there again and recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have bought a handful of cars before and did quite a bit of research before coming in, so I knew what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Suntrup. Chris was polite, engaging and seemed to really care about finding me the car I wanted, not the car he wanted to sell me. He sat me down, asked questions I hadn't even considered before but should have and we had it narrowed down to a couple of cars almost right away. After the test drive the only question was what color I wanted, which of course was the hardest choice to make. The free car washes made the choice of a black car an easy one for me, the little perks in life, right? Overall a great experience and would recommend Chris to anyone who needs a new car.

I went out shopping with 3 different cars in mind. The Kia Soul was one of them. I walked into the dealership and found Dave Chadwick ready to help. He was courteous, engaging and very knowledgable. I really felt that he was out to make a friend that day and if he could sell them a car they loved too, then all the better. That kind of caring, warm approach is a breath of fresh air in the car business. Even though I adored the car when I drove it, I was adamant about going to the other dealerships and test-driving the other two cars because buying a car is a big decision. It took me a few days, and during that time Dave kept in touch with friendly little "hellos" through e-mail and voicemain with additional information for me to consider. Never pushy, just always letting me know he was there for me in the decsion process.His willingness to keep in touch, answer a few additional questions and support me during the search stood out head and shoulders from the car salesmen at the other dealerships. They were nice people, but I didn't feel the "trust" factor and rapport with them that I had with Dave. The "trust" factor is everything when buying a car. Plus I liked the Kia Soul best, it's adorable :-)So if car buying is a daunting task for you and you don't know who to trust, try Dave, you will be in excellent hands.I miss him, I need to go back for a free car wash and to say Hi!

I came in to Suntrup Kia with a plan to purchase a car. I walked out just 2 hours later and got into a 2014 Kia Soul, in green, my favorite color. I am always worried because I am a single woman that I am going to get ripped off. Bottom line is that I traded in my truck, got a beautiful green Soul, and kept my payments lower than they were, by $20. Jon did a good job walking me through the lot, explaining the types of cars available. The business manager made sure that I was covered as far as warranty. All in all, they took good care of me.

I dealt with Scott Seifried and he was AMAZING!! He was very personable and was very attentive to my situation and needs. He worked very hard and quickly to assist me through the entire process of my purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better sale representative. As a woman and single mother this was exactly what I was looking for. He at no time ever tried to over or up sale me. I actually began my process with Suntrup over the internet with a pre approval application and Scott was the sales rep that I began to deal with. He immediately began to look for the vehicle I was interested in and one that fit my situation. This entire process was done mostly over the phone due to my work schedule that day. I went into meet with him the next business day and parked right in front were the 2 vehicles that fit me perfectly. I looked, drove, we discussed all the options and a decision was made. Any representative that can assist me without being over baring or extremely annoying gets 2 thumbs up in my book. He never pestered me and was very honest and up front with everything from the first moment we spoke until I walked out with the keys to my new Kia. He made sure that I was totally happy with the vehicle before any paperwork was signed. The finance department was AMAZING as well. I bought a car a week ago from today and prior to going in the dealer I was working with Nick Pashos on the phone.Nick was helpful on the calls and even more so in person.He was very busy with another customer when I arrived but did not let that stop him from helping me also.He did an amazing job showing me options and juggling a few customers at once.The Deal was pretty easy, Nick showed me options and colors and trim levels.Of course the one I decided on wasn't on the lot, Had the trim level just not the color.Nick went to the phones and located one for me within 15 miles. He arranged for it to be brought over within the hour and I was driving home in the car of my choice within 4 hours of walking in the dealer.Lastly I wanted heated seats but not all the other options. Nick told me about a few companies they do business with and facilitated the installation for me. He scheduled the appointment and called me the next Monday to ensure I was good with the timing.If you are in the market for a car do yourself a favor and go see Nick.

Nick was amazing!!! After rescheduling my appointment for a new purchase, I went on February 14th. Nick and I spoke about what type of car I wanted that was within my price range. I explained to him that I recently had a really bad experience at another dealership while they to buy a car he told me I wouldn't have anything to worry about and he would make sure I was well taken cared of. We got the paperwork started and he later told me I got the car (which I was excited because this is my first purchase by myself). Nick took the time to make sure I was okay with everything before I signed anything and I didn't feel like he was just trying to make a sale. I look forward to building a relationship with Kia in the future.

Came in to look at a used Kia advertised online. Clean car on Carfax. Nick assured us that it had passed mechanical checks, but would not have a warranty due to mileage (>100,000). We assumed that a brand dealer selling a used car in their line would be both competent and honest. One day later, engine light comes on (had they reset it at dealer?). Our mechanic says it has a bad O2 sensor and Catalytic Converter and needed a serious tune up. I doubt very much that anything was done beyond a superficial cleaning. Honest Nick won't return calls. Given that anything they tell you is BS, you would be better buying from a private seller....cheaper and more honest.

I have had one issue after another with the car I purchased from SuntrupFirst I drove 4 hours to pick up the Kia Soul! after he gave me a quote. After I got there it was 1500 more. He claimed he researched the sales tax for TN and it was 700 more. I submitted a credit application prior to coming and he claimed I qualified for KIA discount. This wasn't the case even thought I put down $9000 in cash and had a trade in. I found a new customer check list in my glove box with feature of my car. Supposedly it was to be gone over by the sales rep. None of this was ever done.I never received the Cargo Cover and after waiting for several weeks, I finally received a CARGO NET. Plus never received the touch up paint kit that I was promised at purchased.I am ready to file a BBB complaint and call KIA to let this know about this drama.This is the worst customer service experience I have ever received.

I have dealt with quite a few car dealerships and this is only the second one that has been able to give me the please of saying i had a great experience. From the moment i called and was assisted by Jon Chung i knew i had called the right place. He was very helpful and did everything he could over the phone, which is just awesome because no one wants to drive around to car dealers all day long esp if the end result is a no. He was also fast and wasted no time. (and i was told i wasnt the only customer he was assisting at the time) he told me about a car that would work for me and asked me to come in to look at it and test drive. Once there, Jon explained everything he could in detail and left no questions unanswered. He also brought in another guy (dont remember the name) to explain things further.Also while Jon was with someone else he had Tony Haman take me around the lot to see if there were any other cars i was interested in that would work with my budget. (weird that tony knew what i would like and wouldnt like without me saying anything haha) He was very friendly and let me drive the vehicle anywhere i needed to consult with anyone then advised me to wait until after traffic to come back so as to not harm myself or the vehicle! Most dealers have said "you can drive around the block and come back". Well I left with a Kia Sportage and i love it. Not a car i ever imagined getting but with the way i was treated at Suntrup I didnt want to go anywhere else and whattaya know i love the car and it fits my budget! I will recommend Suntrup Kia to anyone i know looking for a vehicle!

Scott and Tony are just really great to work with. Went in to help my son and daughter in law buy a used Sorento. I had been working with Scott and Tony for months trying to find exactly the right car with the exact options. Told them what we were looking for and we let them do the rest. It took a while to find it but a 2012 finally came in on a trade. They will not call you and try to sell you something you do not want. My son and I knew the price range of what he could spend and after a little back and forth they met our expectations. Didn't take long to get the deal done as Tony is very direct with you which I appreciate - we both had our points to be made and we both listened to each other respectfully. My wife and I bought a new 2009 Optima and had the same pleasant experience with this team of gentlemen.

I've purchased many cars previously and usually the day you drive the car off the lot is the time you most enjoy your new car, that's not the case this time, I actually like my vehicle more & more as I get to know it and drive it. I went online in search of a van for my family. My youngest daughter had just given birth to my first grandson and I had three other children besides my daughter and her new baby, as well as myself, that I had to have adequate transportation for...I went to the Kia website, because I have a 1995 Kia Sportage, 4x4, that I purchased used and I just loved driving it...So, I thought I might be able to find a used Kia van that would take care of the transportation issues concerning my family...Scott Seifried, with Suntrup Kia in South St. Louis County, answered my email...I told him what I was looking for and the amount of money I had to put down on a newer vehicle because I am on Social Security Disability...Scott continued to stay in close contact with me via my email address and my home telephone number...I expected it to take a few days or even thought that I possibly might not receive any additional response from Scott at all because of the amount of money I had to spend...My credit was in shambles due to the loss of my job and my home in 2008 to foreclosure...I really didn't think anyone was truly interested in attempting to help me find a newer and more reliable vehicle...But, within a couple of hours, Scott called me on the telephone and told me that he had a van but it wasn't a Kia if I would be interested in coming out to the dealership to take a look at it...When I arrived, Scott already had the van in the mechanic's bay getting cleaned up...He said that he and his finance team were working hard to find financing for me and that they should know something very shortly...Scott stayed with me and began all of the paperwork and explained the warranty on the vehicle that he had found for me...It was a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan with 60K miles on it...In less than two hours, Scott had all of my paperwork complete, the financing came through and they pulled the van to the front of the dealership doors and he walked me out to take a look at it...It was beautiful!!! And Scott was able to keep it in the monthly price payment range that I had asked him for...I have never had a dealership take such great care of me ever before in my life...I was treated very kindly and courteously and the fact that my credit was bad didn't seem to damper Scott's ability to diligently work at finding a vehicle to fit my needs...I think someone in the Kia Corporation should give Scott a commendation on his excellent salesmanship and customer service skills...And also to Suntrup South County Kia, for allowing a divorced, single parent to be able to feel as important to their sales staff as someone who had excellent credit and could have purchased anything they wanted to off of the sales room floor...I have a newer vehicle, a lifetime warranty on it and I walked out of their dealership feeling like a millionaire!!! Thank you, Scott Seifried for meeting and surpassing the needs of my family!!! I have referred my family and friends to Scott and Suntrup South County Kia and will return again when my sons are old enough to purchase their own first vehicles after high school...And that's my story...The purchase took place on September 17, 2012...

I saw a car on their website that I was interested in and we drove 100 miles to see it but when we got there I looked at a Soul in the showroom and fell in love with it. Griffin showed us all the features including under the hood and explained everything there was to know. He was very polite and accommodating and did everything he could to see us get that car. I purchased a 2012 Kia Optima in October of 2011On the 2nd day I had it I started it up and there was a loud Thunk noise.Right away I also noticed a wind noise in the driver door, the stereo would not always come on after starting up the car, and the gas mileage was very poor. On average I was getting about 18-20 MPG and I drive 80% highway to work every day. There was also a line on the car window sticker with dealer added items: pinstripes, however there are no pinstripes on my car.It went in for service for all of these issues. they assured me nothing was wrong and fixed nothing. "wait until 3000 miles to "break in"In December 2011, the heated driver seat stopped working. The south dealership was very busy and I felt like they pushed me off the last time it was in. So I made an appointment at their West County dealership in Ballwin, MO. They ordered the seat and it was replaced the following week, they told me to wait until 6000 miles for it to "break in".The car then had water come in the driver door while it was parked on a bad storm day in the summer of 2012. They blamed the design of the car. The stereo still would not always come on after starting up the car and now the rear back up camera would flicker in and out and go to black. At this point I had over 8000 miles on it. The car consistently would also bog down when idling or coming to a stop.Claim was submitted to BBB on 7/25/12Car was taken in Aug 1, 2012 to replace stereo, a 3inch long scratch was put in my dashboard during the stereo replacement. "these cars can take up into the 20,000 mile range to "break in".August 2nd, back up camera was still not repaired, nor did they check their work before returning car.back up camera to Kia West and it was installed on August 14, 2012. Scratched dash was also replaced with a new piece,scratched in a different place. They did not alert me to this, I had to notice it on my own again. The service representative (Mason) gave the sales manager on duty a quick run down of all my issues with the MPG being the largest concern, he concluded by saying that I have the "bad egg". They admitted that I have a bad car.The next day I was made aware by Kia Consumer Affairs that the west dealership had been monitoring my gas consumption every time the car was in for service and not telling me that the result was "low". They have known the car was not performing up to it's standard and never told me these tests were being performed on my car. Consumer Affairs approved a Water Doctor to test the driver door leak and also a fuel consumption test to be performed.The water doctor did find a leak and replaced the window seal on the driver door. The gas mileage was fine and they got 30MPG out of it by filling up the gas tank all the way and driving precisely 30 miles. When I went to pick it up the dash clearly stated 19MPG. The wind noise could still be heard from the driver door.Suntrup alone refuses to take care of their customers when they, by no fault of their own, get a "bad egg".I was forced to trade the car in with it's multiple malfunctions. I was informed the transmission was going out and the manufacturer warranty is not transferable.

First off, car buying is much better than car servicing at Sucktrup Kia South, get deal on the car, ez buying exp. but from our first service appt, absolutely sucks!! Not one single time that I have brought my car there for service has all the work actually been done or done properly, it ALWAYS requires a second trip to correct the screw up or over sight of fixing the f-ing car!! I mean how hard is it? Every single time they have screwed us over or once gave back my car with a $300 invoice and THEY NEVER EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR!!! Seriously, they had to take my car back, put me out last minute and then do the work we paid them to do!!! That guy that pickets them with the sign that says they are a rip off... Believe it!! We need to drive 1.5hr round trip out of our way to service our Kia with a dealer now, never again, next car will be a Ford. Sucktrup needs to get a grip or loose their ability to sell Kia, I even wrote to Kia about them, as usual, no one cares, even if the new car deal there is awesome and tempting, DON'T DO IT!!! The service is a freaking nightmare!!!!!

Scott works very hard for you, to make sure you get what you want I have purchased 2 cars my second is the Kia Optima, the first was was a Kia Ex. Purchased 2012 Sorento on February 28, 2012 after being told it was the latest model available form KIA. On March 16, 2012 Kia announced the 2013 model as being available (see Car Scoop website for March 16)Dealer denied knowledge of 2013 model availability 16 days before it as available in the St. Louis market.I asked the dealer to work with me to rectify what seems to me to be an unfair and unethical practices of withholding information about new model introductions. March is an extremely early date to announce the 2013 model just shortly after the 2012 model was available. This is historically a date I would not expect a new model announcement. It's the only model Kia has announced for 2013 even now in June 2012. All other models are only offered in the 2012 model.Suntrup Kia says they did not know about the new 2013 model availability that came 16 days after my purchase of the 2012 model...............????????????????????When I asked the dealer Suntrup for some consideration regarding my lose in model year and cost difference they basically told me "Buyer Beware" and said that the way of the "Automobile Business"

Went to dealership to initially buy an SUV but ended up buying an Optima. Jon took is time letting us test drive numerous vehicles, explaining all of the features and differences between each. He asked very important questions about why we were in the market for a new car and really took the time to find the car that suited our needs which in my opinion is how a car should be sold. Our experience was top rate. Did not get what I thought I would for my trade in but given it's age was not completely surprised. I LOVE my new car and the experience was top rate. Everyone was beyond nice. Even other individuals asked us about our purchase and were very nice and helpful. Jon never pressured us to buy anything. We went by to look at new Kia Sorento's. We found one we liked and test drove it. We had started out with Tony who was very nice, but got passed off to Kenny. We had told him we did not want to use the Kia financing but he wouldn't stop pushing it. He talked more about the financing than the car. We finally got a price but wanted to look at a couple different cars to make sure of what we wanted. We looked at another Sorento at another dealership with more options. They offered us a little better price but we didn't like the colors. We called Kenny to see if he would match the offer, after 15 minutes on the phone he said he would. We told him we would take it and would drive over to buy the car. We walked in happy that we were getting our car and were ready to write a check. When we arrived Kenny was rude and said we had to do the Kia financing, when we reminded him we didn't want to use their financing and that we were not required to do that for the deal at the other location he said the deal was off. He never tried to save the deal, he never tried to make any other offer or anything. Worst car buying or attempted car buying experience of my life. We e-mailed Suntrup about what happened and we've not heard anything from them.

I have never been treated with such respect and received the best customer service I have ever experienced at Suntrup KIA. Nick is a GREAT GUY and salesman. He is a man of his word and so was the Finance deparment. Everyone else we came in contact with at KIA, from the Lindberg office to the Lemay office were friendly and looked like they truly enjoyed their jobs. I have heard horror stories from friends and family about their car buying experiences, but from my first coversation with Nick, over the phone until we closed on the sale of our vehicle, it was pleasant and none stressful. They talked to you like you are a person, not like someone that was just trying to make a sale and they went out of their way to satisfy our needs. I would recommend this Dealership 100 percent. You never feel like you are being pressured and they really respect your decisions. Nick is a young man that has the right personality for this business, I can see him going very far in his career.

The reason I have given this review is that it is really the truth. Everyone from the girls in the office to the people in the shop have just been outstanding in there service and going out of there way to help you in any way that they can.Now to my salesman I can only say that he went out of his way in helping me even before we were ready to purchase another KIA. I talked to him a number of times over a six to twelve month period about the models that they had as the car we had was no longer made which was sad to hear. When my wife and I went out to the dealership they gave us keys and let us drive them a couple of different times before we decided on the SUV that we purchased. All of this without a great deal of arm twisting as we wanted a car we were just not sure which one the first time we both went together.

I started my search at another dealer for a different car and felt I was treated rudely and with no regard to what I was looking for in my new car. I remembered visiting Suntrup Kia the year before and the excellent salesman who took care of me until I decided it wasn't the right time for me to buy. When my initial experience this time around was not a good one, I immediately thought of Suntrip Kia and hoped the same salesman would still be there. Not only was Don still there, but he remembered me and understood exactly what I was looking for. I bought the first car I test drove because it was so perfect and I'm loving it still. There were no surprises throughout the deal and service from Don continues to be above and beyond. He is personable and works hard to understand his customer's needs and what they are willing and/or able to pay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Originally, I went to the dealership to look at Kia Sportage model cars as I was looking for a new vehicle after totaling my other car. I test-drove the Kia Sportage and was not 100% certain if the view line was good for me. Tony asked a few questions about my concerns and asked if I was sure about an SUV versus a sedan. I stated that I did want something a bit different than a sedan. At that time, Tony showed me the Kia Soul and recommended I test drive that model. I did and loved the car from the moment I pulled out of the lot. The rest was made very easy and painless to obtain my new Kia Soul because of Tony's help.

Tony was was an excellent help when we came to pick out our new 2011 KIA Sorento. He was very helpful, and was there with details and facts about the vehicle. He made sure that we were happy, and he asked what we were looking for. Once we told him what we were lookin gfor he showed us several cars that could fit that desciption. Then when we picked the car we wanted he took us inside and worked with us on a price. When most other dealers we went to would not work. He worked very well with my parents when the came to look at the vehicle. Also he was very patient with all the question and comments we had about the vehicle. I had first considered purchasing a Kia Soul from Auffenberg since this is where I purchased my last vehicle. I emailed them and told them what my trade in was, and what I could afford. They were rude and pushy from the beginning and repeatedly emailed me for several days after I explained I was not interested, as they kept trying to sell me a vehicle out of my price range. I decided to look online for places around me which also sold the Kia Soul, and I came across the Suntrup website. I sent an email, and Don immediately replied. He was aware of what I could afford and did not push me out of my price range. I went to talk to him that same night and left with a Kia Soul. The sale went very smoothly and everything was explained to me in detail. The best part about the sale was that I received a call later that week stating that they had found me a better rate, which was a very unexpected surprise. I was happy with my experience and won't hesitate to purchase my next car there.

My husband and I visited another Kia dealer to check out the Kia Soul. We were very firm on our budget and did not want to budge with it much. Once we realized that this dealer only wanted to sell us an upgraded version that we didn't want we decided to walk away and do our research online for our car. We found three different ones at three different dealers. I knew as soon as Don answered my email that I wanted to do the business with him. He by far made my Suntrup experience the best one that I have had with a car dealer. I would sugest to everyone that you go to Suntrup. My family and I were heading down to the dealership and my daughter started not feeling well. Since we live about 45 minutes away I let Don know that we needed to make it fast so that we could get her back home. By the time we arrived the Kia was up front ready for us. I signed my part of the paperwork inside and then Don brought my husbands part out to him to sign since he was sitting out in the car with our kids. He had us in and out within an hour. I haven't ever been in and out that fast! Thank you so much Don for all that you did for us to get our Kia! You are the best and we will be back!!

Overall I was very happy with my experience. I came in prepared by doing research online and knew exactly what I wanted but still looked around. I was impressed by how Tony didn't hover and try to push ever car I looked at on me. Tony was very knowledgeable and patient, which I greatly appreciated. The manager, Don, could have shown a little more integrity by implementing their advertised deal of minimum $5000 for my trade-in. If I didn't ask for it, I wouldn't have received the incentive.

My husband and I shopped in Colorado for a KIA Soul. We were frustrated with our experience there and going back and forth with the sales person. We already had a trip planned to St. Louis and decided we would try there too. We emailed this dealer and Chris Dixon responded promptly. We told him what we could pay and he countered back with an offer for a few hundred dollars more. When we showed up at the dealership, he had the car ready, the paperwork ready, and he stuck to his price. We were amazed and will be back again when we are ready to replace our Sedona. Chris and the finance manager were helpful, polite, and efficient. The only problem we encountered was that the computer system had been infected with a virus, so the finance papers took a little longer than normal. It was a minimal inconvience compared to most of our past experiences buying a car.

Salesman approached immediately, very friendly but not pushy at all. All questions answered clearly. Purchase went smoothly, no bartering needed at all and was handled faster than any auto purchase I have ever made. Purchase price was much lower than I had expected for the quality of vehicle selected. Also visited the parts department to purchase spare keys. The employees there were both friendly and went out of their way to explain how the new laser cut chiped keys work and why they make the vehicle one of the steal-proof cars on the road. They answered all my questions also and called me shortly after I left with additional information which was unexpected. Overall the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I am recommending Suntrup Kia to all my friends and family.

We were debating buying a Kia or Hyundai because of the warranty-visited Kia first and was promptly greeted by Patrick who was very pleasant and answered our questions-showed us vehicles we were interested in and let us test drive the Forte. When we said we wanted to look other places he was still very nice and helpful and told us to let him know if he could be of further help.Went to the Hyundai dealer-waited. A sales person asked if we had been helped said he would send someone out. Waited-a man came out-told us of his thumb which had been run over and than said he'd been with this dealership for three weeks.Asked if we were looking for new or used, told us to look around lot to see if we liked anything. He let us drive and Elantra, when we came back he rushed over and said he had someone else who wanted to drive the car. We had asked to also drive a Sonata. We waited and waited-never saw him again-we left. Patrick e-mailed us to see if we had made any decision and said to let him know if we had any more questions. Any way, we went back to Kia-were taken care of by Patrick and Don-they were both so very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Suntrup Kia was our first stop of the morning, with 2 other dealers on our list. My husband and I went into Kia Suntrup to "look" at a new car. We were greeted by members of the Suntrup team right away. Don Grider was the first to step into action. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable in helping us get to the model of Kia Soul were wanted to look at. Within about 20 minutes we were test driving two models of the Kia Soul. There was absolutely NO pressure. After the test drive of the two models of the Kia Soul, we never left. We were the proud owners of a Kia Soul in no time at all.
