I am so surprised by the recent reviews.. Jason Gillespie, sales, was FANTASTIC. It could have been the fact we are both from the North and just had great energy working together, but my husband and i had an amazing experience getting my Wrangler this weekend. They gave me a GREAT trade in value for my old car (which honestly KBB was much lower so i got more value for it than I should have). We did go during the Labor Day sale which may have helped our chances on a great day.. but Jason in particular truly went over and beyond. Haven't tried the service aspect yet, so will come back for that review.. but so far thanks to Jason, 10/10 experience.

The worst service ever!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! All of their employees are very rude and unprofessional. They tell you anything just to make a sale and charge you. They don’t do anything as promised. I bought this Jeep for fun and got all the extras for cleaning, tires, paint etc. I PAID FOR ALL OF THE SERVICES and got nothing in return. I tried to schedule a service and kept getting transferred from one person to another. Everyone is unreliable and they take advantage of every opportunity to slack in their working environment. I took the car in for cleaning for the Butler Service and I paid extra to get the car cleaned inside and they did a very poor job at cleaning the car. It makes me wonder if they even put anything on the paint like they advertise because the car looks like it was taken through a car wash. Nothing more, nothing less. I took pictures to prove it. I wish I never bought from them!! I spoke to the finance manager and the guys at service. Everybody is very rude and very unprofessional. I would recommend to purchase anywhere else but with them.

I only recommend this place to the client that wants a job done right and cost is a non issue. If you are budget oriented, this is not the place for you. I’ve had plenty of work done here because it’s a mile down the street when my Jeep does not want to work and their quality or work has been very good. That being said, you’re going to be overcharged for parts. I just called and had a radiator quoted for my Wrangler at $506. I went online and found the exact radiator from Mopar direct for half that. I wish this place didn’t exorbitantly mark up every part because I would take in my Jeep a lot more often instead of sourcing parts elsewhere and learning to fix myself because again, it’s quality labor from expert mechanics here.

My wife and I were really happy with the way were were treated in our recent purchase of our Gladiator. Mark Fish was professional, knowledgeable, and worked to get us the best deal out there. Great experience from the management through financing. A special thanks to Miguel for initially showing me the car as well!
