Juan in parts is excellent and very nice! After some shady mechanic stole my wheel lock. He helped me find the right wheel lock without having me tow my vehicle or go up and down finding one. Thank you so much for helping me out!!

The service experience was excellent. Everett address our needs and got us a loaner due to extra services was required. Everett was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our car was ready the next day and the car perform great. The cleaning of the car perfect.

I just purchased my first Lexus from this dealership. I could of shopped around to closer locations or gone to the one a family member had recently purchased their vehicle. However, I chose this particular one and I’m very grateful I decided to do this. The team here has earned a customer for life. The atmosphere is very pleasant, there is a large selection of vehicles and great amenities. Miguel was the salesperson I worked with; he was very courteous and professional. Me and my wife came in looking for an NX, then with the assistance of Miguel, we settled on the RX 350. The sales manager was willing to work with me in getting a good deal and the financial manager made the final closing process a worry-free transaction. I will be servicing my Lexus here and I look forward to returning when it’s time to purchase another vehicle.

Other than leaving a star review I'm not usually someone who spends the time writing one however, after my experience at Stoler Lexus I feel compelled to do so. Like most people I dread the whole car buying process. I visited several other Lexus dealers before coming to Stoler. I was greeted by Nancy with a warm smile and she directed me to the area where the sedan I was interested in was located. I was given some time to explore the vehicle before I was approached by Jordan my sales rep. I instantly had a connection with him. I told him I already researched the vehicle and just needed to take a test drive to finalize my decision. He answered all my questions and got me a deal I felt comfortable with. Moose in finance was equally amazing. He explained the vehicle protection plans but wasn't pushy. Signing the papers was a smooth quick process.I am so happy I came to Stoler and I am excited to become a member of the family. I look forward to a long relationship with them for many years to come. I already have my next two vehicles picked out...😆🤷‍♀️
