This dealership went above and beyond to assist us with leasing two brand new cars! I had personally never considered leasing a car. I had been preconditioned to believe that leasing was a terrible option. The Sales Manager talked me through all of the benefits and showed me all that I would be saving by leasing rather than by purchasing. He wasn't forceful, but rather explained it in a way I could understand. They are friendly, attentive, and very easy to work with. The sales staff is absolutely awesome and held our hands through the entire transaction and process. They made sure to call us to make sure we were enjoying the vehicles we purchased and to ask if we had any questions at all. I've purchased other cars from other dealerships, but I've never had an experience quite like this one. This dealership is most definitely doing something right and it shows. If you are looking to purchase or lease a vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Stephen Wade Nissan in St George. You will most definitely be treated with respect and they will work tirelessly to find the right fit for you.:)

I never leave reviews, but this has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Recently purchased a Nissan Rouge from them. We made an appointment online to have someone help us. Got a text that we were set and that this rep had “set time aside” to meet with us. We got there and he was in a meeting and told us to ask for someone else. This person knew nothing about why we were there, but rose to the occasion and helped us. Took the car for a drive and fell in love. We went and wanted to pay cash and they told us that if we did the car price would be $1,500 more, because we weren’t planning to use their special financing. So we said we would use it and just pay it off the next month, but NO! They require you to wait to fully pay it off for 6 MONTHS. And they went with a bank with a 5.9% interest rate when they told us it would be around 3%. Asked why it was so high and we were told it was because they went with a bank…even though we have our money at a credit union. Absolutely ridiculous. They want people to be in debt. We ended up agreeing because it was exactly what we were looking for and we were on a bit of a time crunch. It’s been almost a month since we got it and we barely got our license plates and haven’t heard a thing from the bank that is financing the car. We also made an appointment with them for service on this new car, because the fuel tank door wouldn’t open which is something they did not disclose to us. We got there and there was 1 person there and 5 cars waiting. We sat their for more that 30 min and still didn’t get help other that “just wait a minute”. This dealership is a total rip off. We are never going to look at a car here again. We loved Nissan’s, but won’t ever use them again. Total jerks who care only about making money.

We had 2 Recalls on our 2021 Rogue. I called and they made an appointment for the very next morning. We arrived at 7:20am for a 7:30am appointment and the Staff and Managers were available and there was no waiting. Makes me crazy when someone makes an appointment and the time is not honored. Richard did NOT DISAPPOINT!! He is truly a professional and treats every customer as if they are his ONLY customer.

We had our Armada in for regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, air conditioner filters changed). Richard was there and waiting for us as the first appointment of the day. He was friendly and helpful. He called us later in the day to answer a quick question that he had and then called right away when our vehicle was done. He always goes the extra mile to make sure that we are happy with our experience.

My service tech, Ben Browning. He is friendly and helpful. I get my oil changed every 7000 miles and so he recommended the three oil change plus tire rotation package, which I purchased. Ben was very up beat. I will recommend Steven Wade's Nissan service department and tell them to ask for Ben.
