My experience here at Springfield Ford was the best! Shout out to Angelo & Trevor who assisted me every step of the way. When I first got there, I was greeted immediately by Angelo and it felt like I known him forever. He was not pushy nor made me feel uncomfortable. He was very informative about the car I ended up purchasing and just overall friendly and welcoming! Trevor was very nice and straight forward. He explained every last thing to me when it came the warranties and signing all the paperwork. He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed for my first car. This dealership is not like others. I really felt as though they really wanted the best for me. No phony or fake vibes or energy! I will definitely recommend anyone to go here to buy their car! Thank you again Angelo and Trevor for your time & patience and making sure I walked out a happy woman!!!

Great experience with Rita and the rest of the sales team at Springfield Ford! No hassle, no haggle, no nonsenses. Offered me a fair trade on my vehicle and fair deal on a new escape. Highly recommend these folks if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Honest, upfront sales culture.

Very poor customer service and response by the Ford service representative. Received a recall today regarding rear toe link fracture and the letter noted the part would not be available until the fourth quarter 2021. I informed the service representative about this BUT that the letter also stated "It's required that you bring your vehicle in for a second inspection to ensure continued safe operation of your vehicle until the final repair is done." The service representative WOULD NOT make an appointment for my inspection!!!! This is a disgrace.

I brought my son in to pick out his first car and the experience was amazing! We saw the car he wanted online and they had it pulled aside for us to test drive when we got there. The salesman Larry helped us and was fantastic. He answered all the questions we had and made the entire experience seem less and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others!

I was at seven different Ford dealerships before I found this one. This experience I had starting from my first call with Paula was fantastic. Rita, my sales representative was thorough, very pleasant, and almost made the transaction fun which is basically impossible at a car dealership. Trevor made the finance part painless. I was in and out of the dealership in under three hours with a new car that I’m in love with. I am now a loyal customer.
