Southwest Auto Collection was the best dealership I've ever purchased a vehicle through or even stepped foot in for that matter. Shane in particular was the best vehicle salesman my wife and I have ever done business with. He was very transparent, very honest, didn't pressure us at all, communicated well and helped us get the exact vehicle we had been trying to get for months. In addition, Zach (the dealership manager) was really nice, welcoming and helpful as well. Upon arrival, our new 2022 Tahoe was clean, and ready to go. The finance process was very smooth and the parts department got our additional dealer accessories very quickly with no issues. There was no ridiculous mark ups or added fees that you see at other dealership. All around working with Southwest Auto Collection was a great experience and I'd happily recommend them to everyone. Thanks again gentlemen!

Ben and Shane were wonderful. It was a very stress free experience. I contacted them about the car I wanted and by the end of the day, the deal was worked out. They delivered my car to my house the next day. I never felt pressured in any way. It was the best car buying experience that I’ve had. I highly recommend them!!

Ron Courteaux is the best! There are no high pressure sales tactics. He is very straightforward and will do whatever it takes to make your buying experience fantastic. I’ve dealt with Ron for many years. I’ve purchased at least 9 cars and trucks since 2004. I’ve called him many times to tell him what I was looking for and he’s always made it a priority to find what I want. As I mentioned, I’ve bought at least 9 cars and trucks and will continue to as long as Ron is working there! It is worth the drive! The site wouldn’t allow me to do more than one review so I am adding the excellent service that Cody Frazier does in the service department. He ensures that everything is done correctly and doesn’t try to get me to have service on unnecessary things. An example of service was at one point I had a squirrel eat through my wires. He took care of everything including talking with my insurance company. I love their tires for life program. Cody is honest and I feel confident that if he says something deeds to be done, then I get it done.

Buying a car at Southwest was absolutely the smoothest and easiest process ever. Brock was our salesman and he was friendly and knowledgeable on the car we were looking at. Ben was also fantastic and got us a great interest and monthly rate on my new car. There was no haggling like I experienced at the three other dealerships I went to that day. These guys even moved my car seat from my old car to the new one. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience!

Best service department ever! Whether you buy your vehicle here or not (and you should!) I would recommend you have it serviced and maintained here. Friendly and accommodating, they go the extra mile for their customers.
