I worked with Pedro (Salesperson) and Riley (Finance Manager). Pedro was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Communication is GREAT at this dealership. I got my trade-in appraised, finance complete, new vehicle serviced and was on the road in under 2 hours! Everyone is so warm and friendly down to the receptionist. I felt so comfortable throughout the entire process. Hands down, the best car shopping experience I have ever had! Riley was very knowledgeable and gave me the best deal. Both gentlemen were truly transparent, no aggressive selling whatsoever. I will buy with them again. Oh and I LOVE my car! It's exactly what I wanted. I am overjoyed.

Carter was exemplary, he extended us remarkable customer service from start to finish. He showed us really good service that I have never seen before from a dealership. He earned our trust and confidence even before we stepped in the door. Truly an asset for South Point. Special appreciation to Jarrod and Sonny as well for their generous time and effort. All three had made us feel the above and beyond go the extra mile attitude that definitely contributes success to any company/entity!

I’ll start this review by stating the good I have the sante Fe Sport and it’s problems are fixed. I spent around $3,100 for the completed repairs. The items replaced were the catalytic converter, one O2 sensor, and a car door actuator. I feel it’s a little expensive but acceptable since it’s maintenance at a dealership. Now for my service representative Edgar is one of the best. However, I feel as good as he is as a service representative I feel his strength isn’t being utilized to its fullest potential. That man needs to be laterally moved to the sales department. Why? Because he was amazing at helping me choose the repair needed for the vehicle. And motivating me afterward. A man like that is a rare find in the auto industry. However to truly maximize his potential he should be a front man of the dealership. Since he’s very courteous and handsome it’ll likely draw people to want to see the dealership. For many image is everything. Since he’s Hispanic he could be a good car salesman even to the Arabic speaking community for the same reason. Sales maybe his calling. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I don't typically review a dealership for its service, but this is an exception. I went in today as a walk-in at 7:30 am to drop off my Tucson for a transmission flush. I worked with Patricia and this wonderful woman has so much positive ENERGY, even at 7 in the morning! She was so kind and really went out of her way to welcome me and even walked me to my car once I left! They serviced my car in about 3 hours and Michael shuttled me home and back. Both were so, so sweet. So thankful for today's experience and highly recommend S. Point Hyundai. ❤️

Have been searching for a good dealership to purchase a Palisade from. Sent out online request and got a very quick response from Timmy one of their salesman. He has work with me in a very transparent and helpful manner. I have had several dealerships in Houston and central Texas that have been very poor in response and information. Timmy has been great and we put a deposit down today to lock in a purchase. There were other dealerships who I visited before I met Timmy at South Point who had a failed to secure my business. If you are looking for a clean and productive car buying process call Timmy.
