Ryan and Jason are some of the nicest people! Ryan (the salesman) was very kind, straightforward and knowledgeable! As well as very willing to negotiate! Jason (financial) was very honest, kind and knowledgeable! He was sure to check and triple check all the numbers for any mistakes! They were fabulous and made the experience enjoyable! I was able to obtain a timely appointment for a major issue with my ABS system. I was given an accurate quote of the cost of repair. During the repair the service agent kept me appraised of the status of the work. I was treated very well by the service personnel, the work was performed as promised and on time. The waiting room where I spent 3 hours was clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend Solomon Chrysler service department.

DO NOT BUY! Dishonest Bit of a long story, but worth the read if considering buying from here. My husband and I saw a vehicle online we liked at Solomon. We live three hours (150 miles) from the dealership. My husband provides all our information, including the trade (with VIN). Stu provides a price and we agree to pay it. We text say we will be there the next day. Stu says, he has sold the truck to someone else. The next day, truck is not sold. Last person didn't work out. We agree again on price. My husband and I use annual leave to leave work early, drive 3 hours/150 miles. Then find out he has not received approval for any of the numbers. $4,000 difference in price. I can't help but think this happens frequent to get people in and pressure them to buy. We explain the situation to a sales manager. Nothing changed, no offer to reimburse our gas or time off work. W had text message to prove the agreed price. Please give your business to an honest company Please consider giving your business and money to an honest dealership. I acknowledge this review will most likely be deleted. I'll just repost.

Honestly, this dealership deserves a 5 star rating. From the time I walked in till the time I drove off the lot I had nothing but a great experience. I worked with Jason Mitchell and Trish the Finance Manager. They were beyond amazing. Jason was so professional and thoroughly communicated with me the entire time even when things were a bit rocky with the banks. Jason also sat in the car with me before I left the lot because I had never had such a tech savy vehicle like the one I purchased and went over every single detail. They worked with me on my budget/price which made me VERY happy because they didn’t have to do that. Hands down the BEST experience I have had and I have bought many vehicles. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know!!! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Solomon Dealership!!!
