Right after requesting information about a vehicle, I was quickly contacted by Jocelyn Mills to set up an appointment to come see the vehicle. Just purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot EXL fWith the help from Roberto Guandique. The customer service was excellent from beginning to the end. Right before they were deliviring the car a piece on the door handle broke off. Right away they changed the car without any questions. Stay away from Sheehy Honda!!!!!!!Was given a walk out the door price by Mr. Silk for a 2017 Accord for $30K. Upon my son's arrival he didn't honor his price, he added $5,000 more on and when my son challenged him he got it down to $3000. Well still not what he said over the phone. Spoke with the sales Manager Mr. Lee his excuse was taxes and fees, I explained to him what out the door price means. So they just lost a huge sale over $2000. Not too smart !!! I am going to give American Honda a call about this since I've been a Honda owner since the ninety's. I'm sure they won't appreciate this.

I called Jocelyn a few days before coming into the dealership. Prior to then, I told her what I was interested and she answered all my questions. When I met her in person, she took her time to walk me through my options. She is VERY knowledgeable of the process and the cars. She made everything so much easier for me to go through. She was flexible in coming in even during her off day just to accommodate me. Once I decided to purchase the car, she made everything go by quickly! Jocelyn is super friendly and understanding. I had a recall for the passenger air bag. Took the car in for the fix with an appointment. It was promptly returned and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately the dashboard airbag light would not go out indicating a malfunction. Made a new appointment and the correction took less than 1 hour, less time than promised. I was very pleased. Plus for my inconvenience they hand washed the car. My service adviser Rachel Higgins was terrific. It is a sham the first repair did not work out, but Rachael made it right. I recommend the shop repair mechanics do a better final check of the work so it is repaired correctly the very first time.

Rob Sautter was awesome! He surpassed my husband and I'still expectation. He made purchasing a new vehicle a piece of cake! He was very respectful and listened to our needs. On 4/25/16 I came to Sheehy to purchase a new car. I knew exactly what car I wanted before I got there. I had called the dealership and spoke with Rashad. I told him which car I wanted & even included the VIN number. I was extremely comfortable with purchasing after speaking with my credit union and Rashad. A few hours later I pulled off the lot in a brand new 2016 Honda Accord Sport. It was everything I was looking for. The car was crimson red, black interior, and four doors. I love my new car. On 4/16/2016 I brought my 2003 Honda Accord in because of a power steering issue. I had the service department look the car over for a few hours and they were able to give me a printout of everything that was wrong. I dropped off my CRV for the Takata airbag recall. Rachel seemed suspicious of the fact that I had been promised a rental for the duration of the repair, but hesitantly agreed to provide the rental. I called after a month to inquire about the status of the repair and to see if my car would be OK sitting around for that long. I was told that the car would be fine and that other cars sat around on the lot for months. Finally, 2 months later when the car airbag was fixed, I picked up the car and discovered that rotors had rusted, causing serious vibrations when I brake. I took the the car back to Rachel--and she told me that the rust was caused by the rain and that Honda would be happy to repair the rotors for over $200. Seriously?? I brought a rust-free car for a safety recall and got rusted rotors back as my reward??? Unacceptable.

Rafael is one of the most knowledgeable personnel I have ever met at a car dealership. I owned 25-30 vehicles in my life. I've not met nor dealt with any dealership that satisfies me or my spouse other than Sheehy. While the financials are great with American Honda, the sales and service forces must also rate high for me to return. I return as well to the dealer's staff who can explain and show all the various parts of the vehicle to those of us who require slow, responsive and seasoned assistance. The sales manager and general manager are also very much appreciated. Rafael could not have done his job without their training and authority to him to do it the best way I have ever seen or experienced. Let us not forget the service personnel. The manager and his employees who get the vehicle into its initial beauty and the hard work and dedication of the service tech's who write the issues, perform the initial inspections of the jobs to be performed, then actually making the time and functions required in a fast yet completely outstanding manner.

I always thought when I purchased my first car, choosing a car and finding a bank to finance it would be the most stressful all day process. But this was not the case Mr Sylkk Anseh was very understanding and informative on the cars. My intentions was to purchase a new car and get the best deal possible and guess what I did just that, he was very reassuring throughout the whole process even letting me test drive the car on my own to get started on my paperwork. This may seem bias but he is the best car sales person I know/I say this because I'm not an easy going person and my car had to be shipped from another dealer because of the color I wanted. I never felt pressured throughout the process, I felt like I was making the decisions myself. when my car arrived at the dealer Sylkk brought it to my job and helped me set up my phone to my car and answer any questions I had. That's awesome customer service. Robert Delarouge was also great, made the process going through the finance department less scary

Jocelyn Mills was a fantastic sales rep to work with in order to find my new 2016 black Honda civic EX-T. From day one she was extremely patient and did an excellent job of explaining all the options. She even put up with waiting for several weeks while I made up my mind. In the end she earned my business based on her excellent customer service skills and upbeat demeanor.She was persistent but not overly pushy and worked very hard to make the sale. She even came and personally delivered the car to my house so that there would be enough time to detail it before I started driving it. I shopped around and sales reps from other dealerships paled in comparison.I would highly recommend Jocelyn as a sales rep for purchasing or leasing a new car and I would not hesitate to lease from her again. This is the best car I've ever had.

I came into Sheehy Alexandria to trade-in my relatively new vehicle and purchase another. Syllk took great care of me, he was friendly and didnt give me any hassle. I knew which vehicle I wanted and test drove it. The trade in went smoothly, I don't feel "taken" or any anxiety towards the payoff amount or offers provided by Syllk or Sheehy Alexandria. Once I was taken to the financing department, Erica was IMPECCABLE and took extra good care of me and answered every single possible question I had about credit, loans and interest. My 5 star experience began with the sales manager dealing with me directly and quickly on an"out the door price." Unlike other dealers who wanted to give me a long-winded run-around, Sheehy got right to the bottom line. Then I was turned over to a salesman, Pallob, who helped me locate the right car on the lot, go through the paperwork, and get out the door quickly. A minor scratch was fixed instantaneously at the lot, and I drove away after one of the best car buying experiences of my life.

I have to say , buying the Honda odyssey from Sheehy is by far the best buying experience I had in a while. Sylkk was very good in making us comfortable during our buying process. Obviously, when buying my Honda Odyssey, I did go to several dealers to get quotes. However, Sylkk matched literally what the other dealers have offered and better. There were no surprises which you usually expect when you are getting a good deal. So far no issues yet :)Thanks Sylkk for a good deal and for an outstanding job. A few months ago I came to Sheehy Honda to find out about a recall service that was supposed to be done, but the parts were backordered from the manufacturer. I called last week to check on the parts and they were in. I called the service department first thing this morning and was able to get an service appointment within an hour. Upon my arrival to Sheehy, I was greeted by a smiling Rachel. I asked her if they could check a couple of other things while they were doing the repairs. She said they could. Rachel was professional and friendly. I told her I had to go to work and she asked me to wait in the customer area until the shuttle arrived. Just a few minutes after I was there, she made the announcement for anyone who needed a ride that the shuttle was back. When she called me back later this morning (about two hours earlier than she had estimated) to tell me what they found, she was thorough and honest. In this world where everyone is trying to make money off of everyone else, it was refreshing to feel like someone was actually trying to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you Rachel and thank you Sheehy for making what started as such a hectic morning for me, a pleasant experience!

This dealership was top notch! This was my first experience with Sheeny Honda. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential car for me. For the last month, Ive been looking to purchase a car all over the place. Little did I know that I would come full circle and purchase a vehicle across the street from my house. Ive never heard good remarks about car sales employees at this dealership, so I didnt know what to expect. That all change when I met Ms. Jocelyn Mills and right away, she took the time to help me and give me all of my options and was never pushy. Ms. Mills was professional, nice, and took very good care of me. No matter what process I was in, she would always check on me by offering me coffee, tea, snacks and she even let me charge my phone. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked in the car, however I forgot everything she taught me, SORRY. What impressed me was she came outside and put my license plates on. Not that its a hard thing to do but it was raining, she had her nice outfit on and she did it like it was nothing. Glad I didnt do it because I would have embarrassed myself. I highly recommend Sheeny Honda but even more, Jocelyn as the salesperson. It was worth the wait to know I got something I wanted and if she wasnt there, I would to this day still looking.

Overall, this was a very positive car buying experience. We first viewed the Sheehy website and were easily ably to narrow down our search to two vehicles. Since we were looking at used Odysseys, knowing that the price had already been researched and getting a Certified vehicle was great!I sent an email requesting a test drive and was contacted later that same day by Rafael Perez who set up a test drive for my kids and me. Rafael was very friendly and helpful, definitely not the slick car salesman from TV shows, just a nice guy trying to get you the car you want. A couple of days later my wife and I set up a last minute test drive with another vehicle which Rafael set up for us.. Knowing we were pressed for time , Rafael had the car pulled up and warmed up for us. Again, he was friendly and helpful, not pushy at all.This was the car we ended up buying! Rafael sent us out to get some dinner so we did not have to wait around while the paperwork was written up and had everything ready for us when we returned to finalize the paperwork. Rafael ensured the van was washed and cleaned for us and ready to go!The other salespeople we briefly encountered were also friendly and helpful.

I bought my Honda Element at Sheehy eight years ago and have never once had an issue with their service. Sometimes I call for an appointment but more often I just drive up and see if they can fit me in. They always make an effort to get me in & give me an ACCURATE wait time and let me decide if I want to stay. I really appreciate the honesty! Other dealers have said "we can get you in" then I have waited hours in frustration to be finished. That has never happened with Sheehy. Before turning my Element over to me she always gets a "bath" and comes out looking like new. When the recall for airbags first came up, Sheehy service reps made sure that I was notified early on, get me in replaced the airbags and as always, made a follow-up phone call the next day to be sure I was satisfied and that all was going well with the car. While all the service reps are pleasant and efficient, Ms Higgins [Rachel] goes beyond the norm in being helpful and friendly working with her customers and filling in for service reps when they are overloaded. Whenever I stop by to get something done or to make an appointment, talking with Rachael makes the stop feel like a visit with a friend, not just another "must do" chore on the list. Friendly service, honesty, efficiency, technical know how - all these traits are what keep me coming to Sheehy!!

Rafael first contacted me via email through an inquiry on Autotrader. He fielded a number of my questions before I even agreed to come to the dealership. When I arrived, Rafael had the car pulled up to the door. He patiently waited for me to go through my checklists and helped make the test drive useful by driving through different scenarios. When I wanted to have the car checked independently, he quickly arranged the paperwork to allow me to take the car for a few hours.Once agreed upon, Rafael explained the paperwork and checked in on me when waiting for additional forms and the financial department to wrap up with another customer. He even let me use his computer to locate information needed to activate my car insurance.He was always friendly and very responsive. I have brought my car to Sheehy for all of the five years that I have lived in this area, and they have always been professional, helpful, informative, upbeat and effective in maintaining my car. Today Ashleigh cheerfully checked in my car and even happily interacted with my therapy dog who was with me. While I waited for the car's diagnosis, Ashleigh periodically popped over and politely gave me updates, plus asked if I needed anything, including offering the shuttle if the wait became long. This time I accepted the shuttle, but sometimes I stay there because it is comfortable and I learn a lot from asking questions of salespeople and other staff. While I have not always been happy that my car sometimes needs costly service (it is an older car), the Sheehy service department has been keeping it running "like new" despite harsh winters and multiple cross-country driving trips. Thank you, Sheehy, for yet another great day of service, but mostly Thank You to Ashleigh for her absolutely superb customer service.

Bought my car from Slavenko 3 years ago. Every time I need to schedule an appointment, I contact my sales guy and he schedules it! Talk about taking care of a customer after the sale. He connected me with Ashleigh in service. Scheduled my oil change and tire rotation and to check out a rattling noise in the rear of my Accord. When you pull in, she's the first person you see on the right side. Her bright hair, her happy personality, and her wonderful smile is what you notice first. Then her keeping me updated while I waiting was great. I brought my laptop, figured I could get some work done at the work station with the free wifi they offer. A must try is the hot chocolate! The entire service took about an hour and 20 minutes. I declined the car wash, that seems to take a long time. Figured out it was a loose screw that was causing all the rattling.

Consistently great service experiences. I am a loyal Sheehy Honda customer and have been for years. Mainly because I feel the company deeply cares about the customer experience and treat their customers with respect and honesty. My service advisor is Rachel Bryant she is amazing at what she does. On the rare occasions that I had to have work done on my civic, she has always patiently walked me through all the procedures and all of my options. She is honest, trustworthy and never scares me into feeling I need to fix something right away. She always helps me with a reasonable timeline and I never have to worry about dealership anxiety because I know I am in good hands. I recommend Rachel if anyone is looking to visit this dealership for service, or for new car buyers who will return for maintenance. Sheehy also provides a shuttle services, which has also proved effective. The shuttle driver is extremely nice and professional as well and this particular service has helped me a great deal. I attempted to buy a used car from Slavenko Drincic at this dealership. I called and asked about the car and he said my fiance and I could come and look at the car, but it had just been traded in and needed some work before we could buy it. He promised that we would be the first to test drive the car and buy it as soon as it was ready. We waited about a week for them to finish repairs, calling everyday to check on the progress. We always had to wait a long time on hold, and could never get our calls returned. Finally, they called and told us to come in at 4pm. We got on the road immediately and were halfway to the dealership when we got a second call saying the car had been sold to another woman who was willing to finance the car and they could make more money that way. I always thought when I purchased my first car, choosing a car and finding a bank to finance it would be the most stressful all day process. But this was not the case Ms. Jocelyn was very understanding and informative on the cars available. My intentions was to purchase a used car but because Ms. Jocelyn offered me the best deal I instead purchased a new car. She was very reassuring throughout the whole process even letting me test drive the car on my own. This may seem bias but she is the best car sales person I know. I never felt pressured throughout the process, I felt like I was making the decisions myself. Even at the end of the day when I had finished signing everything she was there to help set up my phone to my car and answer any questions I had. I recently purchased a new car at Sheehy. After a couple of bad experiences at other dealers, I was hesitant to make the trip to another place without promise of a good deal. Sina was great via email and gave me a good price with a few discounts, and completely broke down the out the door price of the car so there would be no surprises. He also gave me an interest rate quote based on what I knew my credit score to be. I made the trip down via metro and was greeted by Sylkk at the metro with the car I would end up purchasing. He was very sweet and friendly and we had a great chat while I drove us back. Sina was off for the night, so I worked with Sylkk on the purchase. He knew I had a quote with me and asked to see it and honored the exact price that Sina has quoted me. The rest was pretty easy - just filling out paperwork and having a few discussions about other options I might want. I didn't feel overly pressured to purchase any of those. When working with Robert D. on the financing, we realized that the rate Sina gave me wasn't exactly what Honda would typically do. Instead of just saying no, he worked with the sales team and was able to honor the rate I was quoted. Shortly after a little more paperwork, I was out the door with my new car. Sheehy was great to work with - quick and easy and very honest. I can't say enough about all three guys I worked with. Sylkk even followed up the next day to see how I was enjoying the car. And Robert responded quickly when I had a question about the financing the next day. There isn't one negative thing I can say about the experience!

We cannot speak highly enough about Rafael. After putting in a request for a new Accord on the internet, Rafael responded very quickly. He was clearly the best sales rep in terms of his willingness to help us with our purchase. He researched several items we were looking for and helped us come up with the right trim to meet our needs. He had a car ready for us to test drive as we arrived at Sheehy. Sheehy did not have the color we wanted so Rafael looked around the area and found one at another dealership 30 miles away, He personally went out to the other dealership to pick it up. We trusted Rafael and did not want someone else driving the new car back to Alexandria. He took over an hour of his day to make sure the car arrived safely at Sheehy. We bought the car on Labor Day weekend when much of the staff was out. Rafael cleaned our car himself and personally made sure all of our requests were completed prior to taking ownership of the car. He was knowledgeable on many aspects of the car purchasing process and walked us through everything. He did not try to push us or sell us on things we clearly had no interest in. He gave us what we wanted in a very professional and efficient manner. We would definitely buy another car from him in the future.The only negative was that the discounted "true car value" price offered to us on-line turned out not to the be the real cost. There was a fee that was removed on the internet price that was then added back on when we went to purchase it. It went from about $1100 off MSRP to about $100-$200 off MSRP once we saw the breakdown. However, Rafael offered several other discounts that brought the price down further to the point it was okay. We bought a brand new, just off the truck 2016 Accord with specific color and trim that was no where to be found in the region except one place so in the end we were happy with the car and price.We also liked Robert Kirskey in Finance. He was very helpful and walked us through all aspects of the purchase process providing us with excellent advice and answers to our questions. He tailored aspects of items we were interested in to meet our needs and gave us nice military discounts.

I bought my very first car at Sheehy! I had been doing so much online research for my new car (Ford Fusion) that I knew exactly what I wanted. I saw a black 2014 Ford Fusion on Cars.com and went directly to Sheehy Honda. I was immediately greeted by a sales person, Nasser Elnagar, and he was very polite and helpful. I told him what I wanted and he got the vehicle for me right away. I did not feel any pressure to buy the car, and he impressed me with his knowledge of the car's features. I had bought my car here in 2008, and had only used them for servicing my car for 7 years. The service was great at first, but just got worse and worse, and now nothing would get me back there. I had scheduled an appointment 10 days in advance to ensure I could get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I arrived right on time, and didn't get out until 3 hours later, and all they did was a $37.00 oil change. And, I had the sense that if I hadn't finally complained it would have taken longer. The service representative who was handling my car told me to go back to the waiting room, that he couldn't deal with me, and then he never did come back to see me, and this was after 2 1/2 hours. I had to go find him again. If you are looking for ways to kill time and your doctor just informed you you're going to live forever, this might be a good place for you, but otherwise I would avoid it.

When we first looked at the car, he gave me a very thorough run-down of all the features and details of the vehicle (much better than the other Honda dealership I had just come from). Rafael worked with a sense of urgency, but at the same time he gave me my time/space when I wanted to look at the vehicle and features, and I never felt rushed at all. I also never felt like Rafael was trying to sell me something, and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. That was very much appreciated! We were in Virginia to attend a swim meet on Saturday April 25th and all of the sudden white smoke came poring our of the car while we were in the parking lot. I was concerned about driving home to Maryland on the beltway without having someone look at it, but being mid-afternoon on a Saturday, it was going to be tough to find someone. I called Sheehy and explained the situation and after checking with the service manager, I was told they would help me out even though they were full.I arrived at Sheehy and met Todd Ramberg...a total class act. He knew what was happening and asked when my daughter was swimming and I told him that she would compete in about 90 minutes. I told him that I knew I was getting a favor by squeezing me I and I just appreciated that so much. Todd said "we can't have you missing her compete...I'll have it diagnosed in an hour! Forty five minutes later, he said that it was a very small leak in the radiator and it would be fine to drive home but to get it fixed soon. Well let me start off by saying that I was not looking forward to buying a car at all. My car had been totaled and I was just 4 months away from it being paid off. I had been on the hunt for a car for two weeks day in and out. With a little one this process was not easy at all. Out of the dealerships I can honestly say I did not feel like they tried to take my money in any kind of way. I worked with Nasser which was my sales person. He was very polite to my mom, myself and especially my son. Prior to this I looked at every car dealership and they was just not trying to see the bigger picture. With Nasser he knew that I was very particular about what I wanted and would not spend a penny if it was not what I requested!!!! I also had the pleasure of working with Dean and if I remember correctly is the General Manager. He was very polite as well even while he was on a conference call with my two aunts, my mom sitting front and center, and then myself he totally kept his cool lol. If I was to purchase again my loyalty would definitely be with them. I got the car I wanted not particularly the year but with great miles, features, and with the factory warranties already in tact. They even replaced the fog lights that I was missing free of charge which was a plus. If you are in the business please be sure to go see them. Let me just say first and for most, my girlfriend and I LOVED meeting Mr. Nasser and wished we could've given him out business. He was extremely nice, professional and treated us like we were the only customers he had. THEN came Mr. Schuyler! His demeanour from the beginning was very confrontational and combative. He told us he took offence to the offer we presented and that in the entire time he's been "running" this store, he had never been "low balled" like this! My gf and I had no idea what was going on let alone what a low ball was. All we did know is that we did not feel comfortable anymore. Again bc we enjoyed our time with Mr. Nasser and did not want our experience with him wasted bc of one bad apple, we tried to comprise. His compromise was taking $599.00 off his price! Explaining that he was including a sheehy select in for "free"? When we contacted our friend who had referred us to Sheehy Honda, he insisted that this "select" was a dealer option and we were still being offered full list! Still knowing this we really wanted that car and We really felt that Mr. Nasser deserved something for his time, so again, we made another offer, which was what we thought a fair offer, about $2000.00 below their listed price. He looked at his sheet for a couple of minutes while ever so often looking up at us with disgust, he finally said that he had several offers on the car that were full list, but "for us being there" he was giving us the first shot at it. So he again offered his same offer and said its a take or leave it moment and stared aggressively at my gf and told her he was going to give her a few minutes to "talk sense into me!" When he got up, we could hear him "whisper" to Mr. Nasser, " if they're not paying, don't bother coming to get me, just tell have a nice day"! I am cleaning it up for benefit of this review of course. That was the nail in the Coffin if you will! We asked Mr. Nasser for someone above Mr. Schuyler and he came back with an ANGRY Mr. Schuyler once again, where he informed that was no one above him and that he was in fact the General Manager and proceeded to thank us again for coming and walked away. My GF and I had had enough and said goodbye to Mr. Nasser( he was genuinely upset for us, we could see on his face) he could not stop apologising to us, but no apology was needed on his part. If you insist on going to this store please please steer clear of this gentleman! He is disgustingly rude and as we would find out later at home, he was also a deceitful person as well! He in fact was not the "general manager", and the vehicle he insisted he would give us for less then what he offered was shown online for over $2200.00 LESS THEN OUR OFFER!! Horrible!! How he could be employed is beyond me, let alone interacting with customers, excuse me "BULLYING" customers!

I worked with Silkk of the course of a few weeks to reach a deal on a new Odyssey, including trade-in. He is extremely friendly, to the point that being at the dealership was actually (dare I say it?) enjoyable, and was helpful and responsive to my numerous emails and phone calls. As part of this I also worked with Slavenko, who, again, was friendly, helpful and accommodating, and together, they gave me a great price on the car. Dean was also part of the team, and really went out of his way to ensure that I got the color car that I wanted, which I really appreciated. The entire process really was "Easy" as their ads claim. I saw a pre-owned BMW I wanted on their website, contacted them online. I originally started my process shopping online and was impressed with the ease of use of the Sheehy website. I identified a high mileage car I was sure I would be able to purchase outright, and contacted the dealer via email to get more information and a test drive. I am a big fan of low pressure sales and was happy to see I could get the ball rolling without having to go to the dealership. I was immediately contacted by Syl who gave me info on the car I was looking at, and followed up with me on my online credit application. It turns out they were able to get my financed for a much nicer low mileage civic that I later test drove and purchased. It was done within a day, and was very low hassle. I liked that I could access the carfax report and that Syl had a few options picked out for me before I got there. I now have a dependable looking car with a long warranty and service plan for a pretty reasonable price.

We knew exactly what car we wanted and which colors we'd accept. It was a new model year so stocks were low throughout the area, and we weren't expecting prices to go much below MSRP. I emailed ten or so dealers, and Sheehy gave us the lowest quote (that was indeed below MSRP), didn't make a single attempt to add extras either before or after we came in, and actually honored the quote -- which I mention only because another dealership ignored their own Internet quote once we actually walked in the door! We ended up making a deposit on an incoming vehicle, got a call when it came in, and picked it up in a quick and smooth process. After we said we were paying cash they didn't make any attempt to sell us on a loan. We had to sit through the accountant's spiel on warranties and services, but we said no to all and that was that.So overall I'm thrilled with the service we got, especially given the contrast with all the other dealerships I dealt with. The Internet team at Sheehy was efficient, communicative, and did exactly what I needed them to. If our next car is a Honda I'll have no hesitation in going back (after getting quotes from other dealers, of course!).

They don't answer the hone and seem to only want to make a sell in my opinion. Choose another brand of vehicle in my opinion. I had an extremely poor experience with this dealership. Our experience, specifically with Mariela Ortega, was excellent. She was thorough, friendly, honest, and patient. She took the time to walk us through five different vehicles while we mulled which model we wanted. We never felt pressure to go in any specific direction, but she was there with the information we needed at every turn.Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. The one thing we didn't like was that there was a lot of pressure to buy the extended warranty plan through the dealer. We'd already committed to buying the vehicle, as well as purchased a couple smaller service plans, and then we got the hard sell to commit another $2000. We had to tell the finance person no several times, to the point that I almost walked out on the deal. It was an isolated negative portion of an overall positive experience.

I came to Sheehy Honda, Alexandria, VA shopping for a new Honda Odyssey. After going through the regular negotiation process we settled on the price. Then the paperwork started. I signed all the paperwork, took the keys, started the car and about to drive out of the dealership. Suddenly, out of nowhere the sales person comes running desperately towards my car telling me that there was a problem with paperwork. I go in again and find that they had put the wrong sales price in one of several papers. At this stage both Erica Kallop and Dean Schuyler were extremely rude. Dean said I could leave the car and walk out. They made new paperwork which I signed all over again and left. When I reached home, I again found serious mistakes in the paperwork. Next day when I called them to fix it, they were extremely unresponsive. Till today they havent fixed the paperwork. Do not go to Sheehy Honda.

We went to numerous dealerships for a couple weeks, both Honda and Acura, and each one of them was overpricing their product ( compared on Kelly Blue Book) and/or rushing us to the point of becoming uncomfortable about a purchase. Those rushing we soon found out were trying to sell us overpriced damaged cars ( looking at you Landmark Honda). At Sheehy they were very helpful and patient they came down on the price and made the purchase a fair price. I met with several of the staff over the many visits I made to the dealership. "Out the door" price was important to me as I had contacted no less than 5 other Honda dealerships in the DC area. They had one of the more honest, competitive and upfront prices provided via e-mail. The other guys either had a higher price or requested a phone call to get an internet / special quote. They claimed to have gone as low as they could with a variety of incentives (military, Honda loyalty, summer clearance, etc.) Compared to a savvy shopping friend who bought the same Accord EX-L model at a different dealership, we were in the same ballpark. That helped me decide to go with Sheehy Honda. The sales manager through in the first two oil changes and an auto detailing at a future visit to help seal the deal. Even though my primary contact was with Larry, the other sales folks said hello and congratulations which is a nice touch.

My wife said that I should visit Sheehy Honda since they have given such good sales and service to her 2012 Honda CRV while I was shopping around to replace my 2002 Cadillac Seville.I had stopped at Ford looking at the Ford Fusion. Keeping the promise I had made, I stopped at Sheehy Honda and found an extremely inviting atmosphere. I stopped at the first counter I came to and spoke to a lady by the name of Michelle Barnes. I told her my interest and in a pleasant manner introduced me to Mr Gary Allen..(At the time I didn't know that Michelle was a manager, just a pleasant person.) Gary and I discussed my interest in Accord and in doing so, we found a lot of common interests and backgrounds. As trivial as it may seem we both own bulldogs. It happened that the name that he had given his bulldog was also the name of my two year old grandchild. Coincidence, yes, nevertheless, there were other examples. I recently traded in my 2006 Accord for a CR-Z. This would be my 4th time buying a vehicle from this dealership, so you know I feel comfortable working with them. I knew what I needed my monthly payment to be, and with the collective effort of Gary, Michelle, and Sina, we came up with a plan to meet that number. It was a long wait to meet with the finance folks (the only real negative in this experience) and it took more than one meeting with them to figure out all the numbers, but we got there. I understand upselling is a part of the process, but it was a little tiring after working so hard to get my monthly payment where I needed it to be and then to be asked that "For just $6/month more," or "For just $4/month more..." But everyone was pleasant when I declined all the add-on's. Sina was MOST helpful on email the next day or two as we worked out all the numbers...he was prompt in his replies and explained everything thoroughly. He was also very helpful when I took delivery of the car and realized a repair needed to be made (a problem that existed before I brought the car home) and he set my service appointment for me. And he has been instrumental in the help I've needed in since I took delivery of the vehicle. He works very hard and sets a good example of what customer service looks like. Gary was terrific...you could not ask for a better, low-pressure, personable sales representative.

Mr. Guandique, Mrs. Barnes and Erica Kallop were super helpful when coming to getting a new car. I traded my past car which had only been two years ago that I got it from a different Honda dealership. I had started experiencing a few troubles with that car already but Mr. Guandique and Mrs. Barnes helped make the situation less stressful for me throughout the whole process. One thing I will never forget is the connection and relationship you build so quickly with the people at Sheehy Honda. I had the worst car buying experience of my entire life. I am a single parent Army Soldier stationed at Fort Meade, MD. I decided to go to Sheehy Honda thinking it was a reputable dealership. They sold me a 2009 Toyota Camry and to make the long story short not even two months later the vehicle died on me and was told by their service department, it needed a new engine. The worst part about all of this it is when I contacted the general and service managers about the situation, their only answers were you should have bought the extended warranty we offered you and you are pretty much stuck with the repairs well over 3000 dollars. Now I'm getting ready to deploy and I'm stuck with a 13,000 loan and a dead car that I only got one good month of use if that. I am working with the Post Commander to have them put on the Prohibited List of establishments for Soldiers to go to. If they did this to me a SFC of 17yrs in the Army what are they doing to our brand new younger Troops. Spread the word please. This can't happen again.

We were undecided about what to buy when we went to Sheehy to check out the CRV. We were greeted immediately and our salesperson - Larry McGill was very helpful from the beginning. He was extremely knowledgeable, and his knowledge extended beyond just the Hondas, which made a big difference in our ability to make a decision. There was no pressure at all and they were incredibly patient. We went to another dealer to test drive another make the same day (not nearly as good an experience) and came back to buy the CRV. When we returned, the entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient. Larry got us all set up with our new car, and at an excellent price. I shopped Sheehy Honda knowing I wanted a new or used Honda as I had owned a Honda previously and loved it. I was planning on buying a used Civic to keep my payments affordable, also knowing my credit was not the greatest. Long story short, I met Roberto G. a knowledgeable and educated salesperson who took the time to show me both new and used Civics and informed me how they could offer me 0.9% on a 14 Civic despite my credit blemishes and get me into a new car at a very affordable payment. I love my new car and could not be happier about the folks I bought it from. I had visited another Honda dealership in Alexandria and had a 180 degree different experience than the one I had with Sheehy Honda. As soon as I told the salesperson I had some credit blemishes his whole attitude changed and just wanted to have me fill out an application for financing. Anyways, I quickly left and came to Sheehy where Roberto took the time to show and explain all the different options and helped me get into a 14 Civic with a great interest rate and payment that I absolutely love. I was looking for a new car after my 17 year old Mustang became no longer functional. I have has the pleasure of working with some really great folks from this dealership and unfortunately I will no longer. I took one of my cars in today, June 24, 2014, and it was smooth as usual in the service department. Rachel met me with her bright smile and Good Morning how are you as usual and processed my car for an oil change with no issue as the norm. Then I jump into the shuttle van with my wonderful Porters who always make sure they have me where I need to be in time and head off to work. I get a call rather quickly from Rachel informing me that the car was ready for pick up and I was happy to hear it. I thanked her as usual and called my porter to come pick me up. He was here in 5 minutes which is why I appreciate them so much. Once I get back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle is when all xxxx breaks loose! I go to the counter to pick up my Civic and the lady hands me a bill. Must be a mistake as with all 7 vehicles I have purchased I have gotten the VIP package. I quickly find a manager Vijay who I explained everything too. He helped me as much as he could and was so kind. He called me after I left to explain to me what he found..I am furious!The finance people at this location are a joke! After having to do a deal twice and deal with the general manager for a down payment I should have never paid it has been brought to my attention the finance person never switched over the VIP and dropped my GAP insurance!!!!!!! You have got to be kidding me! This was never explained to me at all when I came in to sign the second deal. At ALL!!!!! The GM and finance person assured me that the bank just wanted a down payment and everything else would remain the same.NOT! I am warning everyone who wants to use this dealer .USE THEM FOR THE GREAT PEOPLENOT TO BE FINANCED! Earl is your man to see in sales, Rachel for service, the porters will take excellent care of you, the manager Vijay and Dean is great as well. I would hope to hear from the General Manager, Sina, after this is posted but I am doubtful I will. You also have had 7 cars worth of opportunities to make it right with me and this will be the last time I will EVER purchase from this dealership who cannot seem to find a finance person to get it right to save there lifes.

I came to Sheehy Honda, Alexandria, VA shopping for a new Honda Odyssey. After going through the regular negotiation process we settled on the price. Then the paperwork started. I signed all the paperwork, took the keys, started the car and about to drive out of the dealership. Suddenly, out of nowhere the sales person comes running desperately towards my car telling me that there was a problem with paperwork. I go in again and find that they had put the wrong sales price in one of several papers. At this stage both Erica Kallop and Dean Schuyler were extremely rude. Dean said I could leave the car and walk out. They made new paperwork which I signed all over again and left. When I reach home, I again find serious mistakes in the paperwork. Next day when I called them to fix it, they were extremely unresponsive. Till today they havent fixed the paperwork. Do not go to Sheehy Honda.

Sam was very friendly and professional in all regards. When I proposed a reasonable offer for the car he proceeded to consult with Michelle Barnes. She approached me in a very rude manner, unwilling to even speak to me. Simply told me that the price was non-negotiable and advised me to find something cheaper and dismissed me. She had no idea what my financial status was but just assumed. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership. I left immediately after that display of disrespect by a manager of Sheehy who allowed a sale to walk right out without even an apology. Truly unacceptable.

My wife and I arrived at the dealership already having made a decision on the vehicles we wanted to put our eyes on, were at the end of our shopping process. Haroun approached us on the lot and showed us the used vehicles we had our eyes on. He immediately shifted our focus to a new vehicle and offered us a price that beat out the vehicles we had come for. The negotiating experience went well, Haroun seemed comfortable and made us feel comfortable with the process. We ultimately settled on a price a bit higher than originally offered but the price was significantly below invoice so I was satisfied. The paperwork process went smoothly but took quite a while compared to my last car buying experience. The process did not lend itself to us making a definitive decision until we were with the loan officer, I would have liked all of the information being presented at the front end in order to avoid any second thoughts during the finalization process. In all sincerity and fairness Haroun did his job competently and made us feel comfortable and this was his charge. I would recommend setting him loose on some of the details of the sale so that he can make a deal without having to stay leashed to the Sales Manager. Overall our experience was made much better by his knowledge, presence and help.

I fired off an email to 6 dealerships looking for an Odyssey, waiting to hear back I got a call from the General Manager Sina. He made it so easy over the phone, answered all of my questions, gave me a great price, while I waited for the other dealers to get back to me, he called me back and offered me an additional few hundred to help them hit their quota. When I walked in, I met Slavenko the internet sales guy, he had the one we wanted pulled up and already cleaned up, saved us at least an hour of our time. Erica completed our paperwork in a timely order. We took advantage of the VIP program that they offer. Overall, I can't find a complaint.

VIP Club membership is not a lifetime "paid" membership, the salesman Robert Jacob fails to mention that is only the first 7 years then its a renewal for $199 then its lifetime. After we spend over $30, 000 for new Honda CRV Navi and at the signing we found out from the finance manager this "little detail" was left out when we made the VIP Club purchases. We emailed the GM Mr. Sina Mohabat Michelle Barnes (General Sales Manager) but never heard a single word from neither of them. Did hear from Michelle (customer service) and told her about our experience in which she reassured us they will not charge us the renewal fee. This was our first time at Sheehy due to their reputations but will not be a repeat customer. Especially, since Michelle promised that Mr. Mohabat will call personally once he gets out the conference in Texas. Three weeks have passed and not a single word from the management team of Sheehy in Alexandria and have result in this review. Being a General Manager like Mr. Mohabat is extremely challenging with many aspects of running a car dealership but if he cannot follow through on his promises to call a new customer then one has to wonder if this trickle down through the rest of his team. This review would not happen if he had calls like promise, in the end we love the Honda CRV but unfortunately we will not be lifetime Sheehy loyalist. Must Follow Through

We drove from over 2 hours away because they had the best price on a 11 Civic which was certified and only had 25,000 miles on it. Compared to other dealers who had either higher prices or vehicles with 2 to 3 times the mileage at similar prices. We were greeted by Slavenko who did a great job showing us the vehicle, helping us understand the features and options as well as answering all of my daughter's questions with this being her first car. Could not have asked for a better experience. The car did have an accident on the carfax, but they clearly showed it to us without us having to ask for a copy of the Carfax, as well as the service history and what reconditioning work was done to the car. Great experience overall!

Worst car buying experience of my life! Do not recommend and will never purchase a car from them again. Will not even consider utilizing their service department. Shady Sheehy that should be the official name. I purchased a honda accord for my daughter last month and have nothing but regret. The car was dirty upon delivery both inside and out. Who does that? Then they questioned where we saw the dirt! Oh let's try the ash tray that someone obviously used, tissues in the handles...who has a cold today? So I return the VIP prepaid service (because that's obviously a joke) that I paid for separately and not as part of the loan from MY bank....still no refund. Know what they tell me? It's refunded to your loan. Huh? How when it isn't part of it? A month has past. Still no $1k refund. You shop there at your own risk

I was the potential customer and I had brought a male friend with me for moral support. Sheehy Honda was not the first dealership we had visited, and we steeled ourselves to be pounced on by the always-circling sales force. But that didn't happen. Instead, we were greeted with a friendly hello and handshake from Robert Jacob. As soon as he knew that I was the purchaser, Robert addressed all questions and explanations to me. We took an Accord for a test drive and I knew then that it was going home with me. Robert gave me straight answers about the total, out-the-door price and I purchased my first Honda. My previous attempts at other dealerships to buy a vehicle were stressful and frustrating. This time was the experience was easy. I trust that my initial experience with Sheehy Honda and Robert Jacob has set the bar for the type of customer service I can expect to continue to receive.

I saw the Odyssey we wanted on their website and called. I got in contact with Slavenko, the internet manager. He managed to answer all of my 100 questions, called me back in a timely fashion and even put the keys to the side while we made our drive from Richmond up to Alexandria. The Odyssey we purchased was in super condition, my kids are in love with the dvd player the van came with. We had our financing set before coming to the dealership, but Erica in finance did a tremendous job in beating our credit unions rate. Wish I could complain about something, but honestly the entire process from a to z went as planned and couldn't have been any smoother. Stephanie

My friend worked with Mr. Islam and liked his attention detail from the start to finish. When it came to get a new car for my wife, I had the pleasure of working Mr. Islam again. He took time assessing our needs that focused on space, comfort and particular price point we were trying to meet (since my wife was pregnant at the time). He spent close to 5 hours and test drove and wine thru several of their vehicles, We finally decided to lease fully loaded Crosstour.I really liked the atmosphere with pressure or push sale tactics. We had a great experience with Sheehy Honda. Based on our previous experience in 2010,we came back to Sheehy Honda again and specially to Mr. Masud Islam.He took his time with us and only dealt with us. He was not running around from one customer to the next. He provided us with constant, personal attention. If you want to experience worst customer Service Try them Other than No need to I bought a car in 2009 paid higher prices than other dealership and received crappy service. They will try to sell you warranty and than try to make money off of you on anything they can. If you want to experience it just call them and to be transfer to Service department , Most likely you will be on hold forever in case if your call is answered just ask them about the warranty. Buying is just couple hour process after your only experience is going to be with service Department which is the big problem.

Had expressed interest in a used car that had been posted online. Called in and was put on hold, then the call was dropped. Got a call back a few hours later from Dean S. regarding the vehicle. Quoted an outrageous price but still expressed interest with hopes of negotiating. Asked about a carfax for the vehicle to justify the pricing and was told that I would receive an email with a copy of it within 10 minutes. Never received an email. Called back and the phone was never picked up. Great way to lose a potential customer!

Bob Sauter was awesome. He was extremely helpful and he wasn't pushy or aggressive which I REALLY appreciated. He asked me what I personally was looking for and helped me find the best option that fit my budget. He really took my budget into consideration and didn't pressure me at all. I wish all salespeople operated the same way as Bob!! He is good-natured and genuine. As far as my overall experience, everything went really smoothly. I was sort of on a time crunch and everyone at Sheehy Honda took that into consideration and helped us get out of there as quickly as possible. Bob even had the tags on the car already when we got out of the finance department! I was really impressed and pleased with my experience. I thought it would have been stressful and overwhelming but I felt surprisingly comfortable and at ease. Thanks Bob!! Wish you the best!!

This is the second time I spoke to this "Manager" she was very rude both time I spoke to her. She has caused me to never to any business with this dealership and maybe even this company. I am really big on customer service and for me to get treated like this by a manager really make me look at the dealership as a whole different. I always had good service with the service department and with the person that sold me my car. But I will never come back here to buy a car.

I was looking for an Accord and found one at Sheehy Honda. I called and spoke with Slavenko the Internet Director. He went out of his way to take personal pictures with his cell and email them directly to me. I had some very specific questions. He assured me the Accord would be there as I had to drive from Richmond. Once I got there, the Accord was cleaned up and I was literally in and out of the dealership in less than 1hr. More than impressed me I would say. Contact Slavenko if you are looking for a car, it was an easy no pressure experience.

I called the dealership after finding a car online in stock on there lot. I talked to Tariq who identified himself as the Sales Manager and explained to him that it was a 2+ hour car ride for me to get there and I wanted to make sure the car was in good shape and what I wanted before I made the trip. I was told the car was "pristine" so I drove down. When I arrived, the car was simply a wreck! Multiple paint scratches down to the bare metal, a torn seat and less than 1/8 of tread on the tires. The car had obviously never even been detailed. There was even a piece of molding that had fallen off of the interior of the door onto the floor of the car. I was told this was "normal wear and tear." When I mentioned the tires in particular Tariq assured me that it would pass inspection anyway because Sheehy was doing the inspection! Never again!

I bought my Honda Odyssey about 10 days ago from the Internet Director Slavenko Drincic. He made this the most enjoyable car buying experience I could have ever had. He actually answered my questions through email, all of my questions! I wanted to buy through the Internet because I thought it would be convenient, but I found out that most dealers were just giving me the run around. I drove an hour to Sheehy Honda to buy a car from Slavenko. I somehow managed to get in and out of the dealership within 90 minutes of walking in the door. Levette in Finance was also very good, she was able to beat my credit unions rate! I didn't take advantage of the VIP program because of my location, but if I lived closer I think it's a wonderful program.Don't hesitate to contact Slavenko, he even called me after the purchase to make sure my car was running smooth, I can't be any happier as a customer!

I recently bought a 2012 Honda Fit using the internet. I contacted 10 Honda dealers in the DC metro area and Sheehy was the only dealer to give me a price online, straight away without a lot of questions or trying to come to the dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted, didn't need a test drive, and was ready to buy. I wanted to avoid wasting my time sitting in a dealership. The best part about the whole experience was that the price I was given was what I paid at delivery (ok, they were off by 7 cents)--there were no surprises. And the price was fair, very fair.

Car shopping with a four-year-old can be a trying experience, even when visiting the nicest of dealerships. Roberto not only helped me find exactly what I wanted and at a good price, but also took the extra time to make my little one feel like he was part of the "car buying experience". Roberto made us feel like family and worked with me to ensure that what I was buying was going to make me happy (including doing a second set of paperwork after I changed my mind about what color I wanted). He really made me feel like my enjoying the car was more important to him than the sale itself. The 2011 Odyssey we wanted in the Smoky Topaz color w/RES was hard to find for the out the door price we wanted. Some dealerships we dealt with before Sheehy were either so far off price from our lowest quote or wasted our time by promising us a vehicle that wasn't even at their dealership. Although it took a few weeks, Sheehy not only found our vehicle, they gave it to us at the price we agreed to, the locked in APR offered during the Labor Day weekend, and some add-ons to the vehicle that Sheehy did not charge us for. My husband and I had been looking for another compact car due to traveling from Dc to NC. Eddy is in the air force here and I am part-time police officer now in NC. We had a 2005 Honda for yrs and gave it to our son. We had thought about a Toyota and maybe a Nissan but we elt better staying with Honda. I actually accompanied my fiance to the dealership as he was scoping out a used car. Tracy was the salesperson that assisted us from the get-go. Not only did he answer our questions, but explained the features of the car my fiance ended up purchasing. My son and I visited Sheehy Honda near closing time. Mr. Guandique was the only salesperson who came to talk to us. He was extremely helpful and courteous. We expressed that we were looking for a used car and told him our price range. He let us know about a 1998 Acura Integra that had just arrived at the dealership. Over the next several days, he arranged for us to test drive the vehicle (he was supposed to be off work, and came in to meet us) and had the car detailed/prepared for sale. I would also like to compliment the quality of the craftsmanship in the detailing. The car looked amazing. Mr. Guandique took care of every detail throughout the purchase process and made it a great experience. He even referred my son to the Service Dept. for minor engine repairs, personally taking him to meet the Service Dept. staff. Overall, Mr. Guandique was one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with, and I have purchased four cars!

We bought our first car at Sheehy from Don Bennett, new car salesman. We were very satisfied in 2008 with our Odyssey. Two years later I sent my sister to Don to buy a new CRV. We were so happy with our Odyssey we went back to Don last week and bought another new Odyssey from him. We felt we got a good deal compared with Landmark Honda in Alexandria, Virginia, where I visited and was quoted a higher price. We felt loyal to Don Bennett since he was such a good salesman and truly cared about what we wanted. I have had problems in the past with the Service Department but Jose, who works in Service, was not the problem. Also, the Manager at that time, Denny, was very helpful to me. I will see what kind of experiences we have with the Service Dept and our new Odyssey. We live in Florida half of the year and deal with Brandon Honda. We have not had any problems with them, either.

Undoubtly THE best experience I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle. Bob Sauter, our salesman, was pleasant, professional and very, very helpfull - not to mention very patient. Considering that we purchased a Civic 3 months ago, decided to trade that in for an Accord EX 3 months later, and then decided to trade THAT in for an Accord EXL 3 days later... well, that by itself would've driven most salesmen to commit murder, mayhem and cannibalism. But Mr. Sauter showed nothing but professionalism and aplumb.Not only was Mr. Sauter very helpful, Sheehy's finance people, Torique and Roxanne, did a great job as well, getting us the best deal posible for our car; considering that my credit was slightly less than sterling, this was no mean feat. we just bought 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite from this dealership and it was a very smooth transaction and experience for our first new car. I had worked with Mr. Thabet all along the way from beginning of finding a right vehicle to the last transactions. Mr. Thabet was very professional and committed. Almost everything was finalized through E-mail conversations and had never visited dealership before signing final purchase documents. I was looking for a very specific vehicle with specific exterior and interior color scheme and had contacted 20+ dealers but no other dealer was even close to the price point what Sheehy was offering. As a matter of fact, I enjoyed my vehicle leasing experience at Sheehy on 0813/2011. I have been shopping for a car for almost 3 weeks and I have conducted thorough research on multiple vehicles and contacted many dealerships. My experience starts with Mr. Mohamed Thabet. I sent him multiple emails requesting some info in regards two different vehicles which I was considering. I was really impressed by his prompt response to my emails which took days for other dealerships to get back to my inquires. Because of him, I decided to pay Sheehy Honda a visit. The moment I arrived to the dealership, he did not spare any effort to show me the vehicles and explaining to me the installed options. He was also very patient with me as I ask a lot of questions. One good trait of Mr. Thabet is that he is not pushy! Sales consultants who are pushy make me run away as I get annoyed by their endless phone calls and emails. He also understands the current deals posted on Honda website and I did not have to exert efforts trying to explain the deal to him the same way I did with Honda dealerships!! Prior to leaving with the new car, Mr. Thabet made sure that I got all the keys, floor mats and my old license plates.After exploring some payment options, I had to bring the financial manager from home my wife. Here the fun part starts. My wife is a dealer grabber and she is very quick at math. Mr. Larry Mills was extremely patient with her explaining our payment options . My wife enjoyed the mathematical challenge with Mr. Larry Mills as they were finalizing the monthly payments. Mr. Mills, was really professional and patient while handling my wifes questions and concerns. He did not spare any efforts running the numbers for us back and forth in a timely manner. I know this may be tiring for other sales managers as they want to run numbers once or twice but this was not the case with Mr. Mills. He also addressed my request for the missing floor mats in a timely manner.Roxxane Wilson, the financial manager, handled the paperwork efficiently, nicely and easily. I expected to stay at her office for maybe an hour but the entire paperwork with signatures was done in less than 20 minutes!! This is a record.All the people we dealt with were very understanding to the fact that I was fasting and they did their best to finish the process quickly. Mr. Thabet, offered me some beverage and chocolate so I can break my fast. That was really generous and kind of him. Both Mr. Thabet and Mr. Mills offered my daughter a balloon that made her day along with the Honda Pilot!I hope their service and parts department will be as good as their sales/finance departments. I asked both Mr. Mills and Mr. Thabet and they both confirmed that Sheehy has a good service department. Last but not least, I would like to thank the general manager again for carefully selecting your staff. I would highly recommend him signing a lifetime contract with Mr. Thabet, Mr. Mills and Mrs. Wilson.

Sheehy Honda has to be one of the WORST CAR DEALERSHIPS I have been to. I wanted to trade in my 2008 Lexus IS250 fully loaded. They wanted to give me 19k for the car, and rated it as fair even though several dealerships rated my car as' Good' giving me 22k trade-in value. I laughed and they soon bumped up their price. I was connected with the worst salesman, PALLOB AHMED, who tried to sell me every other car than the one I specified. I wanted a 2012 Honda Civic Ex Coupe, but he kept trying to sell me the Accord, the Civic sedan, used cars, etc. Now I know car salesmen try to get you to pay the most amount of money for a car, but he was ridiculous. He did not know any information about the cars, I corrected him several times about various facts about HIS OWN CAR SELECTIONS. His response? Laugh in my face and tell me I was wrong until I showed him the brochures! After leaving the dealership, he continued to call me about the WRONG CAR I wanted and when I told him I was interested in buying a new 2011 Kia Optima fully loaded, he then begins to berate me and tell me how dumb of a decision I was making! Seriously, I have worked as a salesperson in the past and I would not even fathom talking to a customer as he did me. Skip this dealership and drive the extra miles to another Honda...this dealership SUCKS.I do not know about the other sales man or reviews, but you need to avoid PALLOB AHMED.

I found the dealership to be clean and well-maintained, and the staff to be polite and respectful without being overbearing. Advance research helped me to know exactly which car I wanted to look at, and there was no pressure or crowding as I took time to look at the car before the test drive.Pallob Ahmed was the sales consultant with whom I worked. He was friendly, polite and engaging, but not overbearing. He gave me space when I needed it.As I got to the time to negotiate the price, I showed Pallob and Jose, the used car manager, all of my price data and the comps I'd seen. There were a couple of comparable cars at better prices, one in Falls Church, and another on the Maryland Eastern Shore. Jose said, "Frankly, I'd buy either of those if you can get them at that price." I appreciated his honesty. Unfortunately, the one in Falls Church got sold before I went back, and the place on the Eastern Shore was too far away.I came back to Sheehy because Pallob called a couple of times to check in and see if I was still interested. I also felt like the car was in excellent condition, and I felt that the price I'd negotiated with Jose was fair - consistent with the comps. The final paperwork flew by so fast that I felt like I was on an assembly line. Only later did I note that they had made a mistake on the date of sale. (No big deal, I guess.)When I finally picked up the car, it was clean inside and out and the gas tank was full.Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.

We met with Slavenko at the Sheehy Dealership, after many good recommendations from friends. And he helped us pick a perfect car for us, Honda Civic. He was very knowledgable, and showed the car well. We learned many neat features about the car, and knew it was the car for us. After the test drive, we sat down and he was able to get us a really good price, good interest rate, and made buying a car very painless process. We also traded in a car at the time, and that was not hard to do. We are definitely going to come back and use his services again in the future. I had my wife take our accord to Sheehy Honda to take a look at the SRS light issue we had been having. The dealer claimed that it needed a new airbag computer and said that it would cost $600. I called around to other Honda dealers who said it would be $300 for the part plus labor if that is what the problem was. In addition to the outrageous price, also found official reset instructions using the MES wire to see if the computer really was bad. After reset, the light went off and hasn't bugged us since. You don't try and make $600 off me to do a $10 reset. This is one of the most dishonest things that has ever happened to me. I would not take my car to this den of thieves. As a sidenote they were kind to my wife while they attempted theft was in process.

I met Robert Sautter a couple of years ago when I was considering buying a new car. We decided not to buy, but I was impressed with Mr. Sautter's friendliness and openness, so I kept his card. This time, I badly needed to replace the car that had been badly damaged in an accident. So I called Mr. Sautter. He was good enough to come to my house to pick me up in a 2001 Civic, which he suggested I drive back to the dealership with him. I liked the car, so we discussed my buying it. I was again impressed with Mr. Sautter's low-key approach and willingness to answer any questions. I bought the car that afternoon and drove it home. Bought a new 2003 civic from this dealer. Shortly after I bought it I could not put the key in the door lock. It was repaired at no charge. 75,000 miles later I have the same problem again. Wrote a letter to Sheehy service department with a copy to Honda. Sheehy never contacted me in reference to my letter. Honda contacted me and said they were not going to repair a car that old. I can't understand how a door lock can fail twice in 75,000 miles. Does not reflect Honda quality.My last service with Sheehy a male service person wrote up my order after he finished with his customer. The other service person was busy putting on her lipgloss. After the repairs were done Ms. Lipgloss came to me and told me she added wrong. My repair was $300 dollars more than the estimate. She shouldn't have been dealing with me.In the past they replaced an expensive part that was not on the service order without asking if they could do the repair. That is why I stopped going there the first time. I recently went back hoping things had changed for the better. Unfortunately it was worse. I will NOT be returning to this dealership.Anyone know a good dealership where I can get my lock fixed and it will not go bad again?

Tracy was great -personable, professional, and made me feel I could trust him. He took the time to show me different models I was considering, honestly told me he was brand new at the job, but got answers when he didn't have them. He didn't push anything on me and didn't rush me. I'd buy from him anytime and recommend him. He took care of getting the rust spot fixed promptly. He gets straight 5sI would suggest when he answers his cell phone he say his name, and not just "hello."I dont understand the need to have the estimator, or whatever his title is, feed info to Tracy to then feed to me. Why not just have the three of us sit down? It does not help me as customer feel everything is above board...the back and forth with Tracy discussing pricing out of my ear shot is disconcerting. I don't blame Tracy, I blame the car selling system Sheehy employs.Miguel (sorry, don't know last name) was friendly but again, I felt like he was playing games. He wrote down 3 prices with all the same financing but different options - no VIP, with warrantee, etc. And again, he had to go out of the room to see if he could get me a better deal.I feel the process is designed to wear you down. I'm not just interested in the bottom line but how we got there. Telling me he didn't have to reveal the price included GAP insurance until after I had agreed to the payment - saying that's how he got the rate I got - smacks of dishonesty. He proceeded to explain, but he was condescending. He actually laughed at me when I was trying to see how the contract lines related to the original paperwork prepared by the front, saying I was worrying about a few cents! Is he paying my loan? The contract was actually wrong; $300 VIP dollars had not been subtracted, so if I hadn't reviewed it, I would have not had that credit.I don't need any of your employees to be my best friend - which he proceeded to tell me many of his customers become - but I don't like being laughed at. And finally, why do I have to choose between new and used before I meet with the financing person? Since I have an excellent credit score, 1.9 APR on a new car might have made sense if I had been given the opportunity to discuss that vs. The used car payments. But no, I had to choose one. this should be sufficient to have you accept the ratings given.

I came in because of the great fast response from the Internet Manager Slavenko. I sent 6 quotes, he sent me a price within 5 minutes! I got bombarded with calls but no one would give me a straight answer. I'm glad that there is at least one dealership in the area that does Internet selling the way it was designed. I'm not a person who likes to go online and write reviews but the entire experience was just that good. They even beat the rate I walked in with from my credit union. Overall a hassle free even I might say a fun experience! By far my best buying experience.

My husband and I were planning of getting a car. Fortunately on our way home, we saw Sheehy Honda along Richmond Hway. We thought of stopping by to browse for affordable, nice used cars. When we were there, Rafael was the one who approached us and helped us all through out the day. He is very helpful; he assisted us patiently, from one car to another. My husband and I couldn't decide which car to get coz we're choosing over from used 2010 Civic (which I fell inlove) and 2011 Fit (very small, compact car IMO!), then after a minute or so, Rafael present us a 2012 Civic LX in Blue. This car is NEW and it's just got delivered on that day, plus 0 miles. Of course, we're tempted and interested with the car. Rafael make sure to us that we will get it and we're not gonna leave the shop without the car. Even though we did not get the price we want still we're satisfied with the car and the customer service Rafael has offered us! He is also very friendly, you will never get intimidated or anything like that and you can easily have a good rapport with him, which is great for a customer service. We will surely recommend Sheehy Honda and asked for Rafael Maestre for outstanding customer service!! :)

We purchased our first car from this dealership. At the time the process seemed smooth, but the more we found out afterwords, the more we realized how shady their tactics are. The biggest thing was the VIP club information. Our salesperson at one point said he would "include it" if we purchased the car today. Later on when we looked at the paperwork he did include it, at full price to us! Be very careful about what they say and make sure you're paying attention, otherwise they will take advantage of you quickly.

We spoke with a Earl Stuart and made an appointment yesterday to see a specific minivan tonight. Confirmed it again via email AND phone last night. So today, we drive for an hour in rush hour traffic, prepared to pay cash for this minivan. We get all the way out there and this is strange, but Earl is not around. His associate agrees to help us. We walk outside to see the minivan and when the dealer stops walking, we realize this is a completely different car, different color, and about $3k more than the one we came to buy. What happened? Well, he says, another salesman sold it to his father in law today. What? We were furious! Why no phone call, no email, no nothing to let us know the car had been sold? No answer. But, the salesman says, we have *this* minivan-its the only other Odyssey on lot. This minivan was not on their website, so we had not seen it earlier. So, okay, we say, this is outside our range, before we even look can you come down closer to the price of the car that we came here to see? Yes, he says, we feel badly that you came out here and the car you wanted is gone and no one informed you of that fact. So okay, we look, we get in, we check it out. Looks okay, and if they will come down in price, maybe were interested. We ask to test drive car, and wow (!) battery is dead. Thats weird, but he gets car to give us a jump. Alarm bells are going off in our heads, but we persist. Car drives fine, we like it, we came prepared to BUY a minivan tonight. Off we go to work out financials. Remember, we had told him what our price was, and we felt this was doable. So, inside at the desk, we wait, he walks around and talks to his manager. Comes back, well, we have another minivan that I just realized is on the lot, for the price you wanted. But its got 40k more miles than the one we originally wanted and the one we saw and drove. No, we say, what is the price of the car we drove?! Well, its the price on the sticker he says. At this point, I am just so furious, I could not believe this is how people are treated. We would not have driven the car if we had known the price was not going to come down to what we told him we were prepared to pay. I am still fuming that I wasted my evening trying to buy a car at Sheehy Honda in Alexandria only to be yanked around and lied to. They are the master of bait and switch clearly. Whats really unfortunate is that we were trying to deal with this salesman honestly, and were being up front with him. We understand car dealers need to make a profit on cars. But to do so by using bait and switch tactics and by being dishonest with your customers, Sheehy Honda is really the lowest of the low. Buy a car from Sheehy Honda in Alexandria at your own risk.

Our experience began wonderfully at Sheehy Honda. Our sales professional was top notch, that is where the good times ended. They were happy to take our money and move us out the door, but then it was one things after another. They needed something else turned in, some other signature, and on and on. Furthermore, you receive a call from one person, call back at the number they gave you and there is no answer, as well as you never speak to the same person twice so they never know what is going on and you have to waste time telling them things over or what you have already gave them! At this point, having the car for about a month I am urging my husband to return the car. Once you are done dealing with the floor staff you are treated with very little regard. Being in a customer service field this offends me because I know being nice to people is easier than being a jerk. The folks at Sheehy Honda think otherwise.Having wonderful credit and a big down payment seems to get you more trouble then if I went in there broke. Next time I am going to stick with Toyota, in which this NEVER happened!

We appreciated all the time he took with us, even staying after hours to finish our deal. We also appreciated that he was well versed in technology and knew how to work the systems in the car - not something every sales person can do. We felt like received a very good deal that was fair for all involved and we will do all our future business at Sheehy Honda with Maurice. Our car was delivered in exceptional fashion, clean, options set. They would have even programmed the radio stations for us. This is the place to buy a car in the Washington metro region, as they far surpass the two other Honda dealers I've dealt with in the Northern Virginia area. I believe it was Cliff, in finance department, who helped us with financing. He was wonderful! He worked with us, trying several options, to finance the car in the best way for us. We bought the Sheehy VIP care and extended warranty because they seemed like a good deal. We were never pressured into buying any extras. . We really appreciated that Sheehy gave us real license plates and saved us a trip to the DMV - this is huge!Again, both my wife and I, heartily recommend Sheehy Honda, Maurice, and Cliff. Exceptional people, exceptional place. As people with very high standards, we were impressed.

From the time I walked in the door of Sheehy Honda with my list of what I wanted and did not want in a new car Mr. Stewart listened and delivered. The best part of the experience was how nice they treated me when the 2011 Honda Civic LX financing was out of my budget. The salesman immediately offered to find me the same car and color preference in a 2010 with a big discount and lower interest, that was a nice surprise. I purchased a Honda from them recently and had a bumpy experience. The sales mans Rick/Earl were nice upfront but they could not provide any discounts. All the negotiations were up with the finance manager and sales manager who were inflexible and arguing. They are hard bargainers and never allowed to smooth-en the deal. The finance manager did not allow to take the car even though we had paid down payment and told we will arrange the rest from our bank. There was no problem with the delivery. The car had several stains. The managers told they will remove and never committed. At the end i had to live with half cleaned vehicle as the purchase was done.

I bought a used vehicle at this dealer. Before I bought it I asked the seller if the vehicle was ready to go and he said it was. He told me that the vehicle had inspection and emmision. I bought the vehicle and got my tags thru the dealer. A week later I received a letter from the DMV stating that the car needed emmison. I went back to the dealer and the seller was not aware that the car he sold did not have emmision. So I spoke to a manager. He was very rude. He told me that I had bought the car as is and that he was not going to fix it. I was upset and I told him that he better fix it because the seller did tell me that the car was ready to leave the lot. He acted like he didn't care. He then thought about it and told me that they would take care of it. SO RUDE... Finally, when I did take the car to get it's emmision it did not pass so they had to order some parts. I never got a phone call from anyone explaining the situation. So when I went to pick up the vehicle I was extremely upset. They never called me to let me know when the parts got in. I had to constantly keep calling them to find out info on the parts. When I took the car back(Saturday), I took it early in the morning. Later that afternoon close to closing time, I realized that again no one had called me. So I had to call them. They told me that the car needed some other part and that they needed to order them. They said the parts would arrive on Monday. NOPE, that did not happen. I was so angry again because they didn't even bother to call me to let me know. So I finally called on Tuesday to find out about the car because yet again they failed to inform me, and they told me that the car was not ready. They said that the parts would be in by Thursday. I had already missed 2 days of work because of their service and they expected me to miss more. At this point I'm just fed up. This dealer has the worst service. They don't care about their customers. They lack communication skills. They don't inform their customers. They sell cars that are not ready. The only good about this situation, is that instead of gaining from a sale ,the dealer lost on this sale. They are having to fix a vehicle for being liars. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer, nor will I recommend anyone. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER!!!

This purchase was the first time in more than 20 years that we bought a NEW car. From the approach of the salesman to the sales manager, we found this to be an unexpectedly positive experience. This was totally opposite of the way I was treated by two different dealers, when considering a Prius. Because of their customer orientation, Sheehy Honda got the sale. The salesman and his supervisor were exceedingly generousness in the time they were willing to spend with us to help us learn as much as we could about our new CR-V. We could really tell there was a genuine interest and effort to work with the customer not to game the sale. Then, when we got to the purchase part of the process, the customer orientation didn't change. An already attractive price was made more attractive than its competition to seal the deal. I hope that I'm not the only customer who gets this treatment, because everyone deserves to be treated like this. Sheehy Honda should be commended for this kind of business approach.

I took my girlfriend to Sheehy Honda; spoke over the phone several times with the sales associate and agreed upon a price for a Honda Civic EX along with the appearance package and got the quoted price emailed to me. The inital process went okay but they did not live up to their trade-in value ad. They said buyers would get 'PLUS get 120% of KBB trade-in-value.' I took my vehicle to other honda shops and they offered $3,800 (Rated good condition); Sheehy honda offered $3,000 initially and I brought their ad to the sales manager Russ Zakeri's attention. He kept telling me 'up to 120%' and I pulled the ad out and told him that's not what it said. He kept insisting 'up to.' I told him other dealers were offering 3,800. I eventually got 3,600 for the trade and took it b/c they had the color my girlfriend wanted (it still wasn't 120% of KBB like they said but just looking to move on). This was the inital disturbance; it got worse.I worked with Curtis Bryant in the financial office and it was a nightmare from the start. The initially agree upon price was higher than what was discussed with the sales associate. Curtis switched the final price around and the journey continued. I was caught off guard when he told me I had to pay in $850 to get the 1.9% rate and I said that was never discussed in my initial conversations with Andre Raven (sales associate) or the sales manager. In my phone conversations, Andre assured me that anyone could get 1.9% financing basked on good credit. The sales manager got involved and briefly showed me a paper of the incentives for their vehicles. I walked out of the office for about twenty minutes to make phone calls to other honda dealers to see if this was right. I told the honda dealers they were charging me $850. The incentive was: $850 deduction for a coupe OR 1.9% financing$650 deduction for a civic OR 1.9% financingA couple honda dealers said I was getting screwed and that i shouldn't be charged to get the 1.9% rate. Another one said I should only have to pay $650 and not $850.I was confused in what to believe but they were closing soon so had to decide. All dealers agreed that the incentive was $650 so I was going to at least fight that part whether I had to pay it or not. I listened to the one honda shop who said I had to pay $650 since it seemed to match what Sheehy honda was telling me so eventually went with it. I went back in the office and told them I spoke with other honda dealers and what they said. The sales manager and Curtis said they made a mistake and I should only have to pay $650 in order to get that rate. I find it hard to believe that both individuals made the same mistake. Based on how things were going, I'm rather confident they knew they were trying to get additional money from me. After more investigation, I later figured out that what they did was took away the buyer incentive ($650 or $850) at the initial negotiated price but I was never told this. Andre never mentioned that I would have to pay the 3.99% rate; I was always led to believe I would get the 1.9% rate but by default, I was going to have to pay 3.99% all along. I traveled to a Honda shop in MD and to this one (at least 2.5 hr trip); I was at Sheehy Honda for about 2-3 hours and they were closing soon so I ended up paying the $650 to get the 1.9% not really understanding everything (not smart but based on circumstances, i did it). Had I not traveled so far or if the other dealer had the same color, I would have walked out in a heartbeat. I was satisfied w/ the price I got for the vehicle despite the obstacles I had to get over to get that. I called them the next day and complained about this process and get a futher explaination on why I had to pay for the extra $650 but they said it was too late and that I signed the papers and there's nothing that can be done. While this is true, it obviously didn't settle well with me. $650 isn't a whole lot in the grand scheme of things but I think what bothered me the most was how they tried to manipulate me a few times through the buying process and in the financial office. They don't back up what they advertise and don't take responsibility for any wrongdoing. Based on my experience and other reviews, this company thrives on bait and switch tactics. Hopefully these tactics will catch up to them and get what they deserve.Despite the car running well, I do have my regrets and it was a learning experience. I'm wishing I had read these reviews beforehand. I typically do but not sure why it slipped my mind this round. These guys are deceptive and dishonest. I will never buy from them again and suggest you be very cautious if you entertain the thought of buying from them.

I purchased my Honda Accord from Sheehy Honda two years ago precisely this past March, that was my first encounter with the employees and it has been a good experience. Due to a new addition to the family I decided to purchase a Honda Pilot early 2010 but, that particular car was not in stock, they tried to get one from their sister company but were not successful. The only alternative was to wait till when Sheehy took delivery of the car and, the new car sales manager Mr. Russ assured me that they will get me the car that I wanted and they did. In all, my experience was great, I got a fantastic deal, financing went well and I got my tags within hours of purchase. I had an appointment to have my oil changed and as always when I drove up the representatives are smiling and welcoming. I was assisted by Mr. Mohammed who I consulted with about having another service completed while I was there (wheel alignment and P/S flush). He said he will add it to my service and I was out of there with in 2 hours. As I was leaving I saw that my mat on the driver side had been dirty. I walked in to the receptionist and asked her if the technicians use mat protectives when they work on the car, she informed me that they do. She was very adamant in getting me the help and called Mr. Mohammed over who immediately took the car to the back and cleaned my mat. The customer service is always great! Thank you.

I don't know if they got new management or something, but I don't know what all of you are talking about. I just recently bought a civic from there and my experience was great! Siam never pressured me, financing went smoothly and the price was great. That same day I had my tags and the car was ready to go. I've been to other places and it's taken me 2 MONTHS to get tags!! Overall, I am VERY pleased with Sheehy Honda.

This is the third car I have purchased in my life, and this was by far the worst experience.My transaction was suppose to be very simple. I found the car on the lot I was looking for and we just had to agree on a price. That process took some typical "I'll have to talk to my manager to see what I can do for you." Eventually the manager came over and we agree on a price. I inspected the car more closely before saying yes, and I am glad I did. The car had been sitting on their lot for over 4 months and the brake disks were severely corroded, and the car also had some cosmetic damage inside. They had another exact match on the lot, so I inspected that one. It was good, although now I think there was some rear bumper damage they painted over. I noticed they park their cars right up against eachother. After that I told them I was paying cash, and I didn't want the process to drag out. We had to come back another day to finish the deal. Following the agreement on price, it still took approximately 4 hours of my time at the dealership to get the car. We got passed around to the different desks and then they had paperwork problems on their end. Very bad experience, and I would never walk in that dealership again.James was fine to deal with otherwise I would have walked out from the start. The bad experience can not be attributed all to one person, although I would say the sales manager was extremely poor mannered. I almost walked out after dealing with him, and I should have. But I had dealt with this dealership several years early when they were under different ownership. Boy have they changed!Look closely at their parts prices; they sell their parts at the parts counter well above Honda's list prices. This isn't your friendly neighborhood dealership.

Please read this before going to this dealership and wasting your time. We were excahnging emails and phonecalls with the salesperson for a few days and finally he asked us to come in and we will confirm on the price we spoke over the phone. Once we got to the dealership, we picked the color we wanted and sat down to finalize the deal. The salesperson who we spoke on the phone with, changed his mind on the price, telling us he never gave us a number. After two hours, we finally came to an agreement of a price that worked for both of us. We asked if we can see the car in person because the color was not in this lot but we were told it can arrive here as soon as we agree on the price. The salesperson then tells me us that the color we want is no longer avaliable and we need to go back into the lot and chose another one. Frustrated as we were, we told him that to please let us know when the color comes in and we can come sign the papers. Two days passed and no contact. So finally i decided to call and check in. The salesperson said that they cancelled the deal because we said we dont want the car anymore which is not true! The salesperson basically lied the whole time, wasted our time. Do not go there!! This has been the worst experience in buying a car.

Called at 10am with specifics on what we wanted:Sky Blue Insight 2010 with Nav. Told by salesperson that they had it at a "sister store". (All Honda dealerships consider themselves sisters). Was told it would take 1/2 hour to get it here. I told Masoup that we were pre-approved and ready to buy so we made an appt at2:30pm. After arriving I looked around and did not see our car. I told Masoup that I was very dissapointed it was NOT already there. Masoup turned around and stated "we just sent a driver for it and it should be here in 30 mins". So we sat down to crunch some numbers. They even brought in the sales manager who also stated the car is "only 10 mins away" and even shook my hand after giving his word. It is now 5:30pm and we have been doing paperwork and at the point where the dealer usually hands us our keys and walks us out to the car. Instead Masoup puts all the paperwork into a manilla envelope and states "you can come pickup the car tomorrow afternoon". My fiance and my mouths opened wide in shock. We stated you mean to tell us that you NEVER EVEN HAD THE CAR! Masoup tried to state "we have to polish it and get it ready". You know that feeling you get when suddenly realize you've been had? I asked for my trade-in keys back and stated we are cancelling this deal. The manager even came over by us and now all kinds of promises were being made: we'll give a loaner, how about we pay for a tank of gas? This whole transaction was based upon a LIE. We will and never would base a $25K purhase with anything that is based upon a lie. Stay away from this dealership!!!!!!!

Keith met my price for a 2009 LX Honda Accord. After a series of emails, I arranged to purchase my car the following day. At which point, Keith said that he thought I wanted a Civic and had quoted me that price. The subject header of all our email exchanges was 2009 Accord. This type of behavior is ridiculous and would recommend avoiding this dealership.

They were rude, condescending and unhelpful and I would recommend to anyone I know to buy their Honda else where. They lied straight to our faces, we bought a 2007 b/c we were told there was little to no difference in the 2008. The specific features we asked about being on the 2008 that we not on the 2007, were in fact on the 2008. They wasted a whole entire day of our time and did not finance the car and we still did not get the car until late the next evening. The features were not explained to us. The new car class we were supposed to be signed up for the following week didnt happen. We got an invite for the new car class over a month after we had the car..what is the point? We figured it out on our own. The one manager talked under his breath when we were negotiating prices. They are completely unprofessional. The staff does not care about their customers and they make no effort in pretending they do. When we asked about a loaner car b/c they had to install features they did not install in time for us to pick-up the car we were told since we weren't buying a Lexus or Acura we didn't get that. Since we were shopping at Sheehy Honda, not Sheehy Lexus or Sheehy Acura I do not understand that comment beyond being rude one more time. This was honestly the worst car buying experience I have ever had, go to Landmark, Tyson, Leesburg or any other Honda dealership except Sheehy of Alexandria.

I had a salesman trying to find a specific car for me who was going to have to call around to other dealerships in search of this vehicle. He told me that he was going to do so the next morning and call me after the employee meeting. Hours went by without a phone call. Turns out he partied too late the evening before and didn't make it in to work on time. Surprisingly, he did find the car I wanted and went to pick it up at a location that was about fourty-five minutes away. I asked him to call me when he was on his way so that I could meet him as soon as he had returned (in order to save time w/ paperwork, test driving the car, etc.) He insisted that he would rather just call me when he arrived back at his dealership, so that they could clean up the car. How much cleaning does a new car need besides washing it? Hours went by with no word from my salesman. I called both the dealership in Alexandria and the one in Bowie to see if they had even seen him yet...did he come and go already...what was going on? and ofcourse, no one knew anything. I didn't hear from my salesman for nearly five hours. If I didn't want the car so badly, I would have just told him to forget about the deal all together. After I decided to purchase the car anyway, despite my aggrevation with my salesman, Armador helped us with the financial paperwork. Ofcourse, Armador was very friendly as we were completing the sale of the car. Unfortunately, to make a long story short, I have to say that my credit union is filled with idiots as well and it took a considerable amount of time to receive the check to give to the dealership. However, I always called Armador to inform him what the status was, that I hadn't received the check and that I would bring it to him as soon as it was received. Understandably, I am very well aware that businesses don't always have the easiest time getting payments and do need to be aggressive at times, but what about the customers like myself? Ofcourse, I completely intended to bring in the check. It's not as if I could cash it and run with the money, especially since it was made out to the dealership as well. Also, at the time of the sale, we had agreed to purchase an extended warrenty, which I wasn't sure if I had wanted. Armador said that I could call and cancel the next day if I had changed my mind. Since my credit union already issued a check for the amount of the car only, I called and told him that I did not want the extended warrenty. Or, I had to leave a message actually because he was never available to speak with me. Anyway, the check finally came in, I gave it to him personally and he was rude and arrogant, as he usually was anytime I had received a message, or spoken with him (after the sale of the car). I was glad to know that this would be the last time I would have to speak with anyone at this dealership. However, thirty days had passed and I still haven't received my tags. I left a voice message for Armador, who didn't return my call- as expected. The next day, I received a policy for the extended warrenty I had cancelled. I called to speak with a manager informing him of the terrible experience I have had and that my tags had not come in. He listened, but obviously didn't care. He never once even apologized for the terrible customer service and told me to call back the next day concerning my tags. Today, my temporaries have expired and I was told that they are ready to be picked up later this afternoon. They know that my tags have expired and didn't offer to fed ex them due to their lack of comptency. Something tells me that the dealership is not going to pay for my ticket if I get pulled over. The only reason I rated the pricing as a four is because my my cousin works at a different location and got me the car at invoice. If this review doesn't say "WHY" I have given the rating I gave- CALL ME AND I WILL GLADLY ELLABORATE IF THIS IS NOT ENOUGH!

I took my car in for service to have a broken tail light fixed. I called ahead and was told the part was in stock. I dropped my car off and was told it would be ready that day. As the day went on, I called around 4:30 just to check to be sure that I could come get it as promised. They said they had no record of my car being there. After 15 minutes, they were able to locate my car, and told me I could come get it in a few hours. Then when I went to pick up the car, they did not have the entire piece I needed in stock. They told me they could order the remaining piece, but by then I didnt want to deal with them anymore. Finally, when I was able to take my car to a more trusted service center, I had to buy the entire piece all over again because they told me it came as a unit. An internet search confirmed this. I dont know why Sheehy didnt have the entire part, but I will certainly never go there for any reason and do not recommend doing so to anyone.

The experience I had with them was absolutely outragous. I ended up calling the police. Please read if you are considering going there. <br><br>My wife and I and two children dropped by in responce to the TV add for an "Odessy with DVD for 1500 due at signing, $249.00 month". This is the first thing I told the salesperson as well as what color we wanted. He proceded to show us a very nice vehicle and after driving it we sat down to fill out the paperwork. I asked him about other options I could get on the leased car and he told me I could get them only by paying for them, they did not come on this deal. <br><br>After signing the application for credit he presented me with a contract that had the price of the vehicle, its model and VIN #. We waited for some time then he came back and said the car we drove had leather and that would be an additional charge. (remember the vin # and accurate model was written on the contract from the dealers invoice) We asked how much and was told $3,300 down and $380.00/Mo. I said no way and asked for a copy of the contract I had signed. They said sure but ignored my request and kept trying to figure a way to get me to sign a lease for more money. <br><br>Finally I went to the sales manager's office (Tony) and asked for a copy of the paperwork (signed by both parties already). He flat out refused and was very nasty. I told him I had a right to a copy as it had my signature and his on it and was a legal contract. I also threatened to call my lawyer. He still refused then said "OK you can have your signature back" and tore the contract around my signature and handed it to me. I called the police and he said he would just have them escort me out when they arrived. <br><br>The Fairfax County Officers were very helpful but said they could not do much as it was a civil case. They said it was clasic bait and switch. They did get a copy of the torn document, though by this time Tony had crossed out the salespersons name, written void across it and covered the section with his signature (also where it says it is valid when signed). <br><br>Now here is the best part of the story- While I am talking with the two officers, Tony keeps calling my wife aside (she was not as fired up as I was) and trying to sell her the car! Two Police officers have been called to the scene and he is still trying to sell the car at an inflated price!<br><br>We will see what happens next. If Sheehy makes good on the contract I will post that here. If not I will contact BBB, the state and County and file complaints.

I brought my vehicle for service, I was quoted over $1000.00 in work. I had necessary repairs done, I had to return to the shop to have my service maintenace lights reset. They were not reset as they should have been. Immediately after leaving my ABS light came on, I was qouted another $500.00 plus dollars to have that fault corrected.<br><br>I find it strange that after having my vehicle for over seven hours this fault wasn't there until after my lights had been reset. This was a very bad experience. If I don't receive a valid explaination I will never return to this location, nor will I recommend it to anyone..
