I was very impressed with how quickly the dealership serviced my car. It was easy to schedule an appointment with Greg Singh. It was nice that someone greeted me upon my arrival. They started on time and I was told that it might take 1.5 - 2.0 hours. It actually took just over 1 hour to handle an airbag recall. Greg let me know as soon as my vehicle was ready and where and how to pick up my vehicle - no guessing what I needed to do. This was by far a much better experience than when I used to take my five vehicles to Suburban Ford in Sterling Heights. Serra Ford is much more customer focused and making sure that the customer is completely satisfied.

Best dealer experience I have had! Jon was extremely kind, helpful, and worked to get me into a payment that best fit me. He kept me aware of all steps of my vehicle being built, and promptly alerted me when it arrived! The rest of the Serra team was very kind and professional. I highly recommend going here for your next Ford!

My Mustang began making clunking noises when the car was shifted into Drive, Reverse and Park. I called shortly before Serra Ford closed and they got me in right away even though they were fairly booked up. After updating the software, they kept my car two nights to make sure it was operating properly. Great service and personal attention. Thanks!

From the first email I sent until I left Serra Rochester, the experience was awesome! Quick responses and amazing help. Kelly was awesome and got me connected with sales rep Bailey. I drove from Westland mi to buy a car here! Definitely worth it. But a vehicle here!
