The biggest turnoff at other dealerships is the pushy salespeople. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, but the staff was trying to find you the best deal regardless. Would buy from again.

We had been car shopping for 6 months plus. My son and I stopped by Selinsgrove Ford just to test drive a used Ford Explorer that they had in the lot. Nice looking car and was equipped with a little more than our current car had. We explained to the salesman that we were only there to test drive. We had never had one before. He took us for a test drive and was very helpful about the car. When we returned he did not push us and answered all our questions. I explained that I would talk to my husband to see if he would want to come back to test drive the car. We took his card and left. We took my husband back, took a test drive and purchased the car. My son and I were very impressed with the non-hassle from the sales rep, and that is why we returned for a test drive with my husband. The rest of the staff were great when purchasing the car. They were right up front with the bottom line figure, no messing around with what they were able to do. We are very pleased with our purchase. The sales rep called and sent a letter to follow up and mentioned my husband, myself and my son by name. That shows the interest he took in all of us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

The entire experience of buying a vehicle through Selinsgrove Ford was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had!! The owner of the dealership was very helpful, the sales person was excellent, and the woman who deals with all the financial paperwork was very informative and offered us so many choices for warranties. All of them answered any and all questions we had. I do not normally look forward to doing business with car dealerships, but I would definitely not hesitate to do business with them again. They are the only dealership I will go to from now on.

Number of used cars in category shopped for was good. Cars were in excelent shape and reasonably priced. Salesman was not high pressure easy to talk to and allowed several test rides. Some repairs were neccessary and made rapidly with a loan vehicle provided.
