I'm so glad I visited here. The car was exactly as advertised. We got there before the car was detailed. So I would have had to come back to get the vehicle. Since I had traveled far(ish) and I needed a car ASAP, the salesman was super nice. He offered me a loaner until the car was detailed and ready. I was going away for an extended holiday weekend and they said NO PROBLEM, see you in a week ! The price was fair there was no need to haggle. Would highly recommend. Quite impressed!

Patrick was really straight-forward and easy to work with. I appreciated that there was no hassle whatsoever. He did not try to talk us into something that we did not want or need. We test drove two vehicles, and Patrick took the time to show us the features unique to each vehicle and answer all our questions but was not overly intrusive. He went out of his way to make the entire process smooth and efficient. The whole experience at Scott Select is really pleasant. Everything is super clean, comfortable and designed around the customer's needs. We will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family.

I came in to Scott Honda after a coworker's recommendation. I met directly with Josh after visiting several lots in the bucks and Montgomery County area. I had done a good bit of research and had a short list of small suv/crossovers I was considering buying. We talked through the list and his input and a few test drives helped me decide on a Certified 2012 CRV. The car was in very good condition and drove well. Rick Osberg the sales associate was very helpful in the test drives and knowledgeable about the car. Josh worked with me to come to a good deal considering my budget. He didn't try to push me to an alternative car and we were able to agree to terms I was happy with. I felt he dealt with me honestly and would recommend friends and family to meet with him if they were in the market. I am very happy with my decision to move from Chrysler/Jeep to a certified Honda and was impressed by Scott Honda's showroom and service center. They have great facilities.

From the minute I called to inquire about a vehicle we were interested in I could tell Patrick was a sales person who not only took great pride in his dealership, but really wanted to please us as potential customers. That is what convinced me to take the hour and half trek to see this vehicle. When we got there Patrick was at the door to welcome us and take us on a test drive. He knew the car, answered all of our questions and we had a nice conversation. The test ride was very comfortable. When we got back....he was determined to make a FAIR deal with us. Unlike other dealerships, he did not "rip" apart our trade...he complimented it. He did not show us a bunch of "retail", "wholesale", blue book, black book....who really cares book! He just wanted to make a sale we were all comfortable with. THAT HE DID...it was a win, win day. Honest salesman, Super dealership, (with a really great kid center to keep the little ones busy) and a great buy on a fabulous car. THIS IS HOW BUYING A CAR SHOULD BE!! Our family is big, and we are all big on cars...you can bet Scott Select and Patrick Cummings will see many of us again in the future!

I have been a professional sales representative, finance director, internet sales manager and sales manager over a combined seventeen years in the power-sports industry. This includes pre-economic crisis, through the crisis and rebuilding a dealership from bankruptcy post economic crisis. Simply stated I am a professional in the field! Prior to my visit Devon was courteous over the phone and exceptionally at scheduling our appointment with consideration to both of our schedules. Prior to my arrival he gave me a courtesy call to confirm our meeting. Upon arrival my vehicle of interest was in showroom condition and prepared for the test drive. Prior to negotiations I did not tip my hand as to said experience in the field. That being said the negotiations were handled by the book. Within fifteen minutes of their realization that I was not new to game, Josh Carey, the desk manager came out to meet me. End result no games, just honest business. They exceeded my expectations on interest rate, sold me the vehicle well under book, as advertised, no hidden fees, and stepped up on my trade value. I bought a 2008 Nissan Sentra from them 2 weeks ago and it has had problems ever since. I took it back the next day and they said it was just a loose shield guard, they tightened it and sent me on my way. It still made noises so I again took it back, they said they replaced a sway bar link and again sent me on my way. It still makes noises so now I have to pay extra money to find a mechanic that knows what they are doing to fix the problem. They should be making sure cars are 100% ready to be sold and also need to treat customers better. I will never buy from this dealer again and I will make sure I find every online review place to write a bad review. They should want to make sure they fix the mistakes they make to keep customer, but they don't seem to care, they just make excuses why they sell cars that don't work.

I still can't believe how amazing both Rick Osberg and Rob Gill were when we went in to Scott this week. I went in thinking I could only afford one of their pre-owned vans and walked out in a brand new Odyssey! Their expertise and attention to my needs were top notch. Never in my dreams did I expect to walk out of there in a new car and with payments that were exactly where we needed them to be. Rick is the friendliest guy around and not only won me over, but my 5 month old son, too. Rob was absolutely fantastic-the financing process was simple and he explained all of our options in a way that we could completely understand. Both were so professional and accommodating. As soon as my wife and I walked into the dealership we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist followed by being greeted by a very knowledgable and pleasant salesman.The paperwork process was taken care of in a timely manner and was painless. I gave scott select some time to right their wrong before writing a review. I dont have a whole lot of time on my hands, but i figured I would take some time to share my experience. I was in a bit of a time crunch when I went shopping for my honda odyssey, I was due with my 3rd child and needed a van to fit all my children. We had also just purchased our first home. Needless to say I went to the car dealership stressed out, huge and less informed about the car buying process than I should have been. I went into the process looking for a vehicle around $10000 assuming my payments would be lower, not realizing that no finance company wants to finance a older vehicle, which I later found out meant sky high interest rates. Scott select never explained this to me. When I finally picked out a van they said they would find someone to finance it...about 8 HARD credit inquiries later they found one...as you can imagine this hurt my credit score. When I called before we came in to ask about the loan joseph couldn't tell me anything about it or what my payments would be. I came in to purchase the van knowing nothing about my payments. When I brought the van home I also realized it was very poorly cleaned and had a scratch (I was looking at this vehicle in the dark) with how my husband's schedule ran. I want to add that they offered a terrible amount for my trade in honda accord, I would have been better off going to webuyanycar.Com. The loan consultant at Scott select had told me I could refinance the van at a lower rate down the road, which was a lie...I later found out that this almost 10 year old van is not able to be refiannced. I emailed the sales man about this 6 months down the road and no one emailed me back. I finally sent another email and recieved a phone call. They offered to trade in my van at a depreciated value and said I could roll the remainder of the loan into my payment for a newer van. So basically I would still be paying on the vehicle I felt ripped off on? Moral to the story, don't trust this dealer and make sure you have a loan set up ahead of time or else they will wreck your credit.

I started my search online for a used truck. I was very busy at work and didn't have a lot of time to physically shop the dealerships! I found a truck at Scott Select and contacted the dealership online. I was contacted by Rob soon after and explained my situation. Rob described the truck and told me it was in great shape.I was looking to spend a certain amount of money and didn't want to waste time haggling or going to the lot and find a truck that wasn't as described ! I explained this to Rob and he wasn't pushy! Instead he was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Rob and Josh made the deal meet my needs! All I had to do was give the truck a test drive and sign the papers! No unwelcome surprises !!! I'm happy to say the Dodge Ram is in my driveway and was everything Rob told me it was and more !!!! I had a great experience at Scott Honda. I had traded In a car i could not afford maintenance wise for a very easy to work and reliable honda. after i bought the car I found out it was missing its manual and its remote lock did not function, I contacted Rob and he sent a manual right out to me and had told me to bring the car in to fix the locks. They ordered me brand new working remotes and a manual all free of charge. I noticed before i brought my car back after a rain storm that it had terrible leaks all over. I called up Rob and informed him of the trouble and he said no problem we'll get it all worked out and they did. They had called in a great company called water doctor to fix the leaks all free of charge and now i have a great safe reliable ride. When you buy from Scott Honda you can rest assure that they will not leave you in the dark like most stealerships. Bunch of great guys at Scott Honda especially Rob Gill and Josh Carey.

I was in need of a good quality used car and I onlygot turned down by dealer after dealer who said my income was not enough to be approved for a loan.Rob Gill at Scott Select was a God send to me. He and his co-workers worked diligently to get me approved and they did. I willrecommend them to everybody I know looking for a good used car. I sincerely could not stop thanking them enough. I came inwith only my old car to trade in and only a small amount to put down and even after several banks turned them down, theywere persistent and thank God they were able to get me approved for a low interest loan. we shopped the internet for used accord sedans, and included brokers & dealerships within approx thirty mile radius. scott select offered more used accord sedans than any other single site/dealership, and since their prices were right in line with other offerings we went to their lot first. met rob gill, who let us drive several cars, including one test drive by ourselves. we decided to make an offer on one sedan, including a few extras we wanted them to add to the deal, but were also ready to continue shopping at other dealerships if discussions got ugly. turned out no cause for such concern - rob went over our offer, ran it by his manager, josh, and with a few minor, inexpensive tweaks we agreed on a deal. josh and rob were great to work with - they were friendly, professional throughout discussions; it never got strained/testy/out of hand. first time we've ever had a good experience at any car dealership (thirty year span); prior experiences were neutral to really bad. why scott select? good cars (even if it's not a certified honda); good selection (seven sedans for us to consider that day); competitive prices; and friendly, no-pressure, respectful sales staff. we will go there again for repeat business, and recommend rob and josh without reservation.

Decided to have an old age crisis and purchase a convertible. Rob Gill was the salesman I had most of my dealings with. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and was, over-all very helpful. The automobile was considering was on older Toyota Solara that I was considering. Mr. Gill arranged for me to have it looked at by my mechanic and fixed the majority of the issues that were detected. All in all, a pleasant experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a used car.

Customer service is the name of the game at Scott. While other dealers often seem friendly, but are nowhere to be found when a problem arises, Scott delineates from that game. They truly seem to care about their customers, and will go out of their way to make sure problems are solved, and customers walk away satisfied. My husband I just recently purchased a car from Scott Select, and we are very happy with our decision. The process was surprisingly painless. After test driving a few cars, the actual paperwork was pretty quick. Steve, and his manager Josh, were very straigt forward, and got us out of there and driving in our new (used) car in no time at all. The actual dealership was nicer than we expected, and didn't have that used car dealership vibe we were expecting. The free car washes is a nice bonus that we'll definitely be taking advantage of in the future.

Scott Select was the 4th (and last) dealer I worked with while looking for a used AWD luxury sedan. While the other dealers made lowball offers on my trade and refused to budge on ridiculous add-ons (dealer prep and such), Scott's initial offer on my trade was fair, (smack dab in the middle of the KBB trade-in value range) and there was no resistance when I declined the security add-on that was offered. The dealership is bright and clean but not overly fancy. I'd rather keep more money in my pocket than spend more on a marble and wood trimmed showroom! I was greeted by Scot at the door and the car I inquired about was waiting for me in the garage area under bright lights so I could really get a sense of the condition of the exterior. Other than a few expected minor scratches, the exterior was pristineThe Infiniti M35x I eventually purchased was vehicle was in very good condition inside and out. Scott took me for a long test drive including some rough city roads and extended highway time. Both he and Kevin were a pleasure to work with. A few days after purchase, I discovered a few very minor issues (light bulb, wiper blades, etc.) Kevin and Scott dealt with me very fairly to get the issues resolved. The only reason I rated customer service as "good" rather than "great" is because I had a hard time reaching Scott or Kevin by phone. Considering the rest of my experience I'll chalk that up to being around the holidays. This is my 11th vehicle and I have to say this has been the most pleasant car purchase experience ever for me. I highly recommend you check out Scott Select for your next vehicle. It was well worth the drive for me.

We are from NJ and bought a used Dodge journey from Scott Select. We had some bad experiences shopping at other dealers for this suv so we are extremely greatful that we found what we wanted at this dealership. They are a NO Pressure dealer and the customer service was excellent! We highly recommend them. It was worth our 1+ hour drive to shop there and we would do it again. We are very happy with our vehicle!

Went in to Scott Select to get a "new to me" car last week and had a great experience. Dealt directly with Mike T. and Scott S. and both were excellent. There is a level of professionalism at this dealership that can not be matched. The rest of the staff was polite and knowledgeable as well, and the clean modern campus was the icing on the cake. You can tell these guys want your business, want you to come back AND tell your friends. The day after I brought my amazingly clean 2008 Honda Pilot home the check engine light came on (loose gas cap). We also noticed a small chip on the windshield we had missed the previous day. Both small issues were handled quickly and thoroughly with no questions asked. I cant say enough about how great they do things no wonder they have been around for decades. Go here and buy a car!

I dealt with Steve Seiler. I absolutely recommend asking for him if you want a stress free purchase. I had a budget to work with for a used car purchase and he was very helpful. Unlike other used car dealerships, he did not push me toward buying a car outside of my budget. The dealership supported his request on my behalf to get as much money for my trade in as possible. I was looking for a slightly used Honda Accord. I test drove several at CarSense but decided to see what Scott Honda had available. Two months ago, my son purchased a car from Steve Seiler and it was an excellent experience. On our way to the dealership, we called Steve unannounced. He was very upbeat and positive. He felt he could offer me several cars that would fit what I'm looking for. Upon arrival, Steve welcomed me, my wife and son immediately. He explained he was finishing up with an existing customer but he pointed out the first car for us to test drive. It was a 2006 Acura TL, which looked new and drove perfect. The second car, 2010 Honda Accord, also looked new and drove like it was coming off the factory floor. I choose the Honda and am quite satisfied with it. It has more features than I was looking for and the price was very reasonable. As for Steve as a salesperson, he is one of the best I've ever met. He is open, honest, and knowledgeable as well as provides insight to areas of the car buying experience, which I may not have thought of. My car-buying experience was pleasant and enjoyable. While Steve was professional in every way, the overall Scott Honda environment was high class, very well organized, fellow sales people and supporting Team were also quite pleasant. I highly recommend both Steve and Scott Honda for all of your car-buying needs.

When we first saw the car we had already been to two other dealerships and had 3 more to look at. Rob was surprisingly eager for us to be happy and told us to go look at the other dealers and if we had any questions he was there for us. He didn't try to stall us or prevent us from getting to the other dealers like the one down the street did. It was late on a Saturday and we were hoping to have a car to surprise our daughter the next day for her b-day. We asked what the latest we could come back and he said they close at 5. So off we went....we saw a car at another dealer which made us torn between the one at Scot's and this one at this other dealer. After talking to the other dealer and listening to his speal we ended back at Scot's and was scared since it was after 4 that we may have missed our chance to surprise our daughter. Boy were we wrong. Rob and the others went out of their way and stayed late to make sure not only did we have the car for the next day but it was full cleaned and detailed. If that wasn't enough they gave us a huge bow to make the occasion even more special. We truly left with an unexpected excitement thanks to the staff at Scot's. My daughter loves the car and is so excited when she heard it was fully covered and bumper to bumper if she finds anything wrong with it, it will be fixed at no cost. Not to mention her car will never go dirty with the free car washes. Scot's even called during the week to see how the surprise went and to make sure she was happy with her car. They reminded us that if she wasn't we had 3 days to return it. Seriously, they reminded us we could return it. Of course we didn't but it was nice to know we could with no questions asked. All her friends said she was spoiled they thought she got a brand new car and was shocked to hear it was a 2009 but looked better than some new cars. I would high recommend Scot's to all my friends and family.

Scott was very helpful and responsive during the sale process. Paula was great and had everything very organized and ready for the paper work. The best part about the process was that I probably spent 30 total minutes at the dealership for the entire process - I saw a car I was interested in on the internet, stopped in for a test drive, called Scott the next day and said I wanted the car, came in two days later and spent 5-10 minutes with Paula and was in the new car and gone.Nice and smooth transaction.

I wish my reveiw was good like everyone else but infact it was not. I feel like I was mislead by the website advertisement that said this vechicle had heated seats and did not when confronted about this the manager told me it was a disclaimer that I should seen and still don't see, one week after purchase it was leaking powersteerig fluid and the whole pump need to be replaced too many other things to list I will not recommend or buy from this dealership.

Steve Seiler from this dealership was wonderful to work with. Was looking for a 2006 Ford focus. Normally, when I know exactly what I'm looking for, I try to negotiate price over the phone before I come into the dealership because often times I will travel to find the exact vehicle I am looking for. Needless to say, I hate wating time:) Normally, I use Kelly blue book as a guide for pricing. I was pleasantly surprised that there was not much negotiating needed as the price they were asking was very fair. Additionally, Steve was able to guarantee me a minimum trade-in on my car, that was much more than I had expected. Before I came into the dealership, he gave me a rough idea of how much it would be "out the door" (give or take few dollars for tags, registration,ect) so there were no surprises. In the past, when negotiating over the phone, other dealerships sometimes would have "surprise" fees like dealer prep and all kinds of other nonsense. So, needless to say, before going into the dealership, I was a bit skeptical.Well, I was delighted to find that the dealership was very clean and every car on the lot looked immaculate, including the Ford focus that I was looking to purchase. They treated me and my family like royalty. The surroundings are very comfortable. They offered me ice cream, many different blends of coffee and teas. I gladly accepted. Also, Steve was a complete gentleman. He was a very good communicator and very courteous, caring and understanding of my situation. I end up buying the vehicle for exactly the price that we discussed over the phone including my trade-in. I couldn't have been happier. You can tell this dealership not only takes pride in making certain they hire the best of sales consultants, but also they take great pride in the vehicles that they offer. I found the vehicle my son wanted online a 2007 Odyssey. I had a 2010 car to trade in which made the chance of making a deal unlikely. Jack and his finance dept. worked hard and made this happen for us. They gave us a very good price for our trade and a great interest rate in spite of my fair credit score. They were straight-forward and extremely nice. We live in NJ and drove 90 miles to the dealership because they had the exact car we were looking for - and when we arrived we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the no pressure approach and easy going nature especially because our boys were rowdy and on the move. The kids area was nice and comfortable and kept the older boy's attention (age 4). The prices were reasonable. The trade in value given was reasonable. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Since I live 2 1/2 hours from Scott Select I contacted them via phone to speak about an Explorer they just got in. I spoke to Jack and he was very helpful in providing the details. I explained that I will have a trade in. I provided all the details and he was able to speak to the manager and give me an idea of what to expect should I bring it in. One of my pet peeves are used car dealers that try to sell a vehicle with inadequate tires. At Scott Select I was told that if the tire tread is 1/2 of it's life or less then they put on new ones. I decided to take the 2 1/2 hour trip to go see the Ford and low and behold it had brand new tires on it! I was very happy about that indeed. The whole transaction went smooth. Everyone there was very nice and greeted me with smiles. Even an issue of an option that was listed on their website but the vehicle did not have was addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. I got a good deal for my trade, a great interest rate and a one owner used vehicle with a complete free CarFax. Steve in finance got me in and out and was a pleasure to deal with. Overall I'd recommend this dealership if you want a good experience as I did.

Very pleasant experience with Scott. Jeff responded to request for information in timely manner, and met me to test drive car. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or deal on the spot. Kevin got involved with numbers, but again, no pressure. I walked away from initial negotiation, however, Jeff & Kevin worked at getting me better number for my trade-in, which they succeeded in doing after about 2 weeks. I was looking at other cars, and very close to closing on another, but Jeff & Kevin offered best deal on my trade-in.The car I purchased (Volvo S80) is in immaculate condition, almost brand new. Paula had all paperwork completed prior to arrival, so actual closing was a breeze (there is alot of paperwork and signing, so this is no easy task)Overall - excellent experience, will definitely refer others, as well as consider Scott first for our next vehicle.

I have bought several cars and this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Jeff was very easy to deal with. He listened and was patient. At no time did I feel pressure. This was unlike many other previous car shopping/buying experiences. In addition to Jeff, I was treated respectfully and patiently by Kevin and Paula in dealing with all of the paperwork. I say all of this despite the fact that I had a minor electrical problem just as I was about to pull the vehicle off the lot. They quickly assessed the problem, proposed solutions and allowed me to choose. They offered a rental car at their expense as well as coming to my house in the morning to pick the car up so I wouldn't have to drop it off. Ultimately, the problem was resolved beyond my expectations. Based on this aspect of the experience, I am inclined to have the vehicle serviced by them as well. I love my car, had a great buying experience and would definitely recommend Jeff and Scott Select to anyone I know.

My dad and I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Nick was so kind and so helpful. He made us feel welcome and was very personable. I can't remember the name of the woman who helped us sign all the paper work. I think it might have been Paula. She was also very kind and took us through the paperwork one step at a time. They both made the process of buying a used car so easy. When we walked into the dealership we knew we were in good hands not only because it was so clean and professional looking, but also because there seemed to be a sense of pride in the tradition of the company. The combination of the facility, the employees that assisted us, and the condition of the vehicle itself made the overall experience one that my dad and I enjoyed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car.

I wanted to buy a hybrid but wasn't familiar with them so Nick took me out in a couple of models and explained the differences in how they worked. He also gave me the warranty options and there was no hard sell -just plenty of information. I came back the next day with my wife and Nick went over everything again and made the whole experience very easy. We picked out a car and were gone in no time. Would definitely come back the next time I need a vehicle.

From a minor....Thinking of a newer vehicle replacement to backing a new vehicle into the garage could not have been easier. Our on-line search netted three Sports Trac's, two with 40k-60K + miles and a few extra's then the one that caught our eye as 2004 with 24K and it a supreme clean condition. The Website photo spread truly played a part in getting a good visual view all around AND the ability to obtain a Vehicle report with no charge.Our quickness to bid also played a role as others missed the opporunity. My arrival at Scott Select was excellent...Jeff had the Sport Trac out and ready to view and inspect and answered all my inquiries. We both were amazed of the interior cleaniless and exterior body condition and estimated the previous owner roughly put 4k a year driving it. Jeff offered a test drive but after giving 15 test drives previously and me being a current owner of A 2001 Sports Trac and relied on his assessment.Our accounts were lined up pretty quick and the Wife and I returned to square & sign the deal. Even during our wait Dan took time to meet and greet with us before we sat with Paula. Very smooth and personable and our documentation flow was flawless. Great experience at this dealership. Looked into purchasing one of two vans, both I thought were in great shape and competitively priced. Gave me a fair offer for my trade and quickly agreed to purchase one. A day later, we decided we actually preferred the other one (Nissan Quest). Took advantage of the 3 day return policy - absolutely no questions asked - and purchased the other vehicle. Definitely recommend the dealer, and I will be a customer for my future car purchases.

I had a 2010 Camaro and with a baby coming in less than two months, I needed a 4 door family car. I read great reviews about Scott Select and found a couple of cars that I was interested in. While I can afford a new car, I opted to look for a used luxury car. I went in an hour before closing on a Friday night and tested a Volvo. While a wonderful car, it wasn't "the one". I kept thinking about a Mercedes they had on the lot. I returned the next afternoon and left with it the same day :) I got a great deal on my trade and the staff were courteous, personable and respectful!! I felt great buying from Scott Select because of the care they put into their used stock and the wonderful offers that are on-going after the purchase (free inspection, free loaners, free 1st oil change, car washes, and lifetime engine guarantee). I will definitely go back and I LOVE my Mercedes E350!!!!!!!

Our Marine Grandson saw an Acura online at Scott Select, exactly what he was looking for. He called to see if we could check it out, we did, we were pleased with the condition of the car and the professionalism and helpfulness of Jack and Kevin. Arrangements were made for our grandson to get leave, check it out for himself and the deal was made. While picking up his car, we saw a car on the showroom floor - again Jack was helpful in our decision making. Must add that Paula really knows her job and without a lot of difficulty, both deals were settled in record breaking time. We have been shouting praises for Scott Select and the 45 minute trip is worth the satisfaction.

Jeff went out of his way to ensure that my buying experience was painless. Prior to my purchase, I spoke with Jeff via email. I told him that I had three young children at home and it would be very difficult for me to sit at the dealership for any length of time. Jeff and I hashed out most of the deal via email. I found the perfect car - a 1999 Mercedes E300D - which I had been seeking for about a year. It had all the options I wanted, the price and mileage were outstanding, so I drove from NC to buy this car. Steve and Dan communicated with me over the phone throughout the prior week to work out the details. It was well worth the trip and I would do it again if they ever have another vehicle in which I would be interested. The deal took about an hour and a half including time to create and exchange emails. Later, my wife drove our vehicle from Florida to PA and finalized the deal in an effortless half hour.
