Extremely positive experience. We were dying to get a Bronco Sport Badlands. As soon as one became available, the General Manager and our salesperson, Nick, reached out to us. They were extremely responsive, got us a very fair price on our trade in and worked out a fair deal for the Bronco. Nick was easy to work with, efficient, and professional. Nice to see good service still exists. Highly recommend these folks.

I was sent here by a family friend and I am glad I decided to buy from them. I tend to turn in my vehicles every year or so and I am a loyal customer, you treat me right and I am yours! Travis, Kirsten, and Johnathan were awesome and super easy to work with. The process is by far the easiest I have experienced anywhere, including buying over the phone! I would highly recommend them all!! If your in the market for a new Ford go see them!! Can’t wait until they start to remodel the store, it’s going to look amazing!

My vehicle was in for a transmission check and a recall. The transmission check was fine. The dealership did not have the parts for the recall so I had to reschedule. On the reschedule date, my vehicle was there all day. The service department took in 20 vehicles more than were scheduled for that day. My vehicle was never touched. I had to bring it in the next day...again. That day it was done in two hours. I live 35 miles away from the dealership. I have to take time away from work with the change in hours from the old dealership to get it in for service. In this case, 3 times. On the first case, I could have understood as the dealership had just been transition over to Schomp. First impressions are not very favorable.

Andrew at Schomp Ford has been amazing and super helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to him and their dealership. He not only has been helping me order and reserve my 2021 Ford Bronco (with numerous revisions and changes), but also helped with selling my old SUV through their dealership as well. A+++
