I recently purchased a CX5 from Sandy Sansing Mazda. I love my car, it is evident that the car was cared for and maintained by the previous owner. The customer service I've experienced at Sandy Sansing Mazda has always been pleasant, however, the customer service I experienced after the purchase was disappointing. When I began to notice high pitched squeaking right after purchasing it I called my sales rep about my concern. She made it clear that if I had problems with it I could call her. I ended up having to call three times about my concerns only for her to say she would contact the service center and get me in. This never happened. After the second call, I called the service center myself and left a message. I never received any follow up from either the sales rep or the service center. I took my car to Pro-Fast in frustration. I ended up having to pay them to replace the brake pads and rotors on the front axle and have them remove and grease the pads on the back axle because that was causing the high pitched squeaks. I am frustrated about having to do this because I purchased an extended warranty and that the car was inspected by the service center and checked out. My 30-day temp plate expires next week and was told that my plate has not even been processed yet. I am happy with my purchase but very disappointed with the lack of customer service received and the cost of replacement. Even if there was nothing they could do, it would have been nice to have someone contact me and communicate that.

After being treated poorly at sandy sansing Mazda and not even spoken to at Hill Kelly we decided to try across the street and I'm glad we did!! Greg greeted us as soon as we drove up and catered to our every need (even my 3 yr old). I was approved the day before but denied by same bank that day so manger Sean went out of his way and spoke with bank manager and got me the deal I wanted!! I love my new suv! This is where we will be for our next vehicle!

we bought a car there and it did not have a spare tire,the salesman no longer with them never called back and when I gave my number to the manager he never called back! All they care about is putting the units out after that your on your own,really poor customer service and follow up,I don't recommend them to nobody you will be better off at a smaller dealer who needs. Your support and actually cares enough to at least call back,I had to get the spare.we will not be going back to there lot.

For the last 20+ years we have bought new cars about every 18 months and as a result, we bought one of the very first Pacifica's while living in Virginia in 2004. My wife is handicapped and we want NO trouble with a car. So our last three cars have been a new JXI, PT Cruiser and in 2004 the Pacifica. We liked it so much that we kept it for 4+ years and had 130k miles on it. Although we live 30 miles west of the Sansing Dealership (takes about an hour in traffic) I elected to have Sandy Sansing work on it a couple of times after we moved to Florida. The Pacifica was out of warranty and I could have taken it anywhere, but the Service Rep kept the charges reasonable (for a dealership). Each time I took it in, the Rep and I would talk over the problems, the cost and weigh the options (time to get rid of it??). I appreciated his honesty (I wish I could remember his name - good guy). Finally the time came where we no longer could trust the car - nothing really wrong but 130K!!!! We decided to buy something other than a Chrysler for a number of reasons: - did not keep their value (I lost money on every deal) - Great cars..but I lost money - The Pacifica was being discontinued - The warranty was short compared to other makes - The big Three were in trouble and might not make it through and go belly up. We spent a couple weeks shopping the internet and finally hit 4-5 of the Asian and European makes. But every time we would get in one of the cars, they felt so small and cheap compared to what we were driving. We needed something that could carry a wheel chair, Golf Clubs and a couple GrandKids. I could draw this out, but we finally decided to see about a Caravan, maybe that would do the Trick. Well in talking to Richard, we found out that: -The Pacificas as a lifetime warranty -Were in the Mid $20's and fully loaded -and dealers were by law, responsible for keeping the warranty and parts available regardless of future happenings. Bottom Line, very little haggling as the price was rock bottom, I was in the military and was going to finance through Navy Federal, each of those were worth more discounts. In the end, we paid less for the Pacifica, than any other quote from any other dealer for ANY car that were considered basics vice the fully loaded Pacifica that we got. I even saved enough money to buy the "Lifetime" Bumper to Bumper warranty. Additionally, the dealership gave us a "Sales Package" that included additional benefits such as travel, towing and a bunch of other stuff. I don't know how this is going to work, but in theory, I will never have to buy another Car - Lifetime Bumper to Bumper - We will have to see how this plays out. But as of now (4 months after sale), I could not be happier with my purchase nor with the dealership. I should mention here that I had initially heard about Mr Sansing as I play a lot of Golf (especially at NAS PCOLA) and was in a number of charity tournaments that Mr. Sansing help sponsor. Mr Sansing has a VERY good name in the community and it seems that his personal life, integrity and his beliefs are also known and admired. In a time where most business leaders lead a life that is more of a joke than anything, Mr Sansing is someone that can be counted on. I have never met him in person, but everyone that has meet him or know him have nothing but good to say. I probably bought the Pacifica because of Mr Sansings reputation as much as anything else.
