***Update*** Just finished purchasing my 3rd car with Fares at Sandberg Volvo and the level of customer service just keeps getting better! Easiest and pain free car buying experience ever. They treat us so well there, with even a fun bow on top of the car for when I arrived. I will definitely be going back for purchase #4! Our experience with purchasing our new Volvo at Sandberg was fabulous! Our salesman Fares took such great care of us during and after the purchase. He made sure we got the car and deal that we wanted, grabbed us a pizza when my family was starving since we were purchasing around dinner time, and then spent his time carefully going over the setup of our car and helping us learn all the new awesome features. Everything was top notch service. We will definitely be coming back to Sandberg for our car's servicing and our future purchases.

The team was great and incredibly accommodating to us and our needs. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. Best car buying experience by far! Everyone at Sandberg has been so helpful and informative. I love my XC90! It's safe, drives great and looks great. I must share that Steve Nelson in the Service Dept. was exceptional while repairs to our vehicle were going on. He kept us informed during the entire process. This was a difficult job, as they had to pinpoint the exact vehicle computer that was not working properly. The diagnosis time quoted was the diagnosis time paid. The overall costs at the end of repairs was a pleasant surprise as it was less than expected. Vehicle was delivered as promised. A+ Customer Service.
