Anyone who has serviced my car has always been friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I like to look at the new and used car lot while my car is being serviced. Even though everyone knows I am not interested in buying another car at this time they gladly answer my questions. Russell Barnett Ford considers customers as part of their family and they really mean it.

I traded my 2005 Ford Mustang for a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado and I absolutely love it. Russell Barnett gave me a great deal and they were very nice and attentive. The front fender had a clear coat problem and they fixed it up before I came and picked it up. I live 2 hours away and they worked with my schedule as well. I highly reccomend Russell Barnett.

My experience was excellent. My wife and I had visited several dealerships and car lots in search of a H2 Hummer. Many would not even get up out of their chairs to help us. When we pulled into your dealership, a salesman, Jason Davis, ran out to see if he could help us find something. We told him what we were looking for and immediately he was on it. Within a week, Jason had found us a H2 Hummer that met our criteria in another town. Not only did the Hummer meet our criteria, it had to meet Russell Barnett standards. We are enjoying our Hummer and have told our friends to visit the Russell Barnett family of dealerships for their next auto buying experience.

the salesman Kevin McCreary was the best salesman we have ever encountered, not pushy yet very professional. he was interested in our needs and did everything he could to accommodate our needs. the finance officer was patient in answering all of our questions, and made the process of purchasing an easy one. we met the service manger and were impressed with him also. the whole staff were kind, considerate and friendly. the manager, Mr.Barnett was welcoming and helpful. and glad to hear our comments about the staff we had a very positive experience while purchasing our 2016 Ford Escape will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks us about our new car. thank you. The only problem I had with the service was I called 2 days prior and made the appointment for my daughter to bring her car in for service and recall stuff. When she arrived she was told there was no appointment. She was told that I possibly made the appointment through a service center. I called directly to Barnett and made the appointment. They did work her in but had they not I would have been horribly upset as she drove 2 hours to get her car serviced.

I have to say it was a wonderful experience, I walked into the dealership & a couple guessed as to who I was,,haha, but they already knew that Gary Frame was expecting me. I was offered something to drink & a place to rest while I waited, whish was only a short time. Everyone there was simply amazing, I felt right at home. Traded for used 2013 Ford Focus. Great vehicle and everyone worked with me even though I was upside down on my vehicle. Great service afterwards! Had noise from rear! Maintenance found issue with two tires. Replaced both tires with new ones to match other two at no cost to me!!!

I purchased a 2014 Ford Titanium Escape and have been very pleased with the vehicle averaging 31.9 mpg for the first 25,000 miles. I have my car serviced at Russell Barnett's every 5,000 miles. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. No one is ever to busy to answer a question. I will definitely recommend Russell Barnett's and the Ford Escape to my friends and coworkers.

The owner made a point to meet me and offer his assistance if needed, and the finance manager was very helpful and thorough. Overall, it was a good experience. Bought a bumper-to-bumper, 6 yr, 100,000 mile extended warranty for my 2012 Ford Focus.Bought (4) four new tires for my 2012 Ford Focus. Love my Ford Focus. Love my Russell Barnett Ford dealership team, especially Keith Barnett who, in addition to being a great rep for Ford, is just a great guy period. And he surrounds himself with people who feelthe same way he does about his customers and his business. I have been buying and drivingcars for 53 years now and there has been absolutely nobody in my experience who could holda candle to Keith when it comes to taking great care of his customers, before, during and long after the new auto has been purchased.
