The look on my wife when I surprised her with her new RHD Jeep. Kindest and most helpful car sales staff ever. Best car buying experience ever award goes to Dusty Lawrence and Roger. Drove over 2 hours to get to the dealership and was not disappointed. Was kept informed and staff was overly helpful. Comfortable environment and no pressure at all. Dusty literally got a tool pouch out to reinstall the seat (it’s a mail vehicle) himself and took a hand vac and vacuumed every spec of dust to make sure it was perfect before I drove off the lot. This is what all dealerships should be.

Made the trip out from Chattanooga to pick up a trailer hitch. Ross, in parts, was awesome. Met them there at 8 am on Saturday morning. He was prepped, conversational, helped me get the part loaded in my truck, and checked several times to make sure I had everything I needed before heading an hour and a half back to Chattanooga. The information and service was worth the drive and I'll be checking there for parts going forward.

Charged $395 for an hours worth of work after I waited for 5 days for parts that never showed up. Finally had to go to the auto zone to get the part. Don't waste your time or your money. Nothing but excuses.

I had to go out of town during the time of my repair, but the shop kept me informed and finished the repair flawlessly ahead of schedule. They even text me pictures of the repair so I could see their work while away. I could not be happiereturning with the top notch customer service and the detail job they did. The office staff was wonderful and so accomodating. I would gladly recommend Russell Barnett for any of your auto body work needs!

The staff was very helpful, especially Brooke. I use my vehicle for work and was very pleased when they offered me a vehicle to use while mine was in the shop. The only problem I had was the service on my jeep took an extremely long time, over six weeks. Other than that I was very happy with my experience.

The personal is always friendly. I sure miss Hub though. But the one who worked on my car this time seemed like a good mechanic. I loved the oil change deals I had. Cutting pennies always helps, especially when you are a woman living by yourself.I love having the dealership close to my job.

Salesman was wonderful. Allen went above and beyond what most salesman would do. It's a shame that he was let go. I've met people like him in the past and everything he does is in well intention but things seem to go wrong more with people who have his mind set. Staff was nice. I liked the way Doyle was with his end of things. Had no problem showing me everything I wanted to know. Thank You, but overall I will continue coming back to Russell Barnett. The work done by RB Body shop was beyond what I expected. Every area of repair was addressed in a very professional manner. The cost was fair and the facility manager communicated with me on every step. The color match was perfect. Would take any of my non-Dodge vehicles for collision repair there without hesitation.

The service department was great nice folks in and out much faster than expected for the recall repairs. Only thing could be improved was the waiting customer area. It is a bit small with very limited seating. As for the used truck buying again great folks to deal with who tried to make a deal we just could not meet in the middle on price.

Everyone very professional, helpful and friendly. Brought my van in for oil change and tire rotation. the service department was very quick in getting paperwork completed and my van in for service. Service was completed in a timely manner. The waiting area was equipped with coffee, water and snack machine for the customers to enjoy while waiting. The bathroom was very clean also..

Due to a shortage of technicians, my car was not even looked at from Monday to Wednesday. The estimate was that it would not be touched until next week. Since we needed the vehicle running, we picked it up and took it to another repair shop. This is very disappointing since in the past we have had good service at RB Dodge.I marked that I would recommend this dealer to a friend only because there was not an option to say conditionally yes. I certainly would explain the situations we have had with the service dept. This is not the first disappointing experience.

I AM ON A LIMITED BUDGET AND BUYING THE OIL CHANGE AT A REDUCED RATE WAS SURE A BLESSING. I WAS GOING TO GATLINBURG LAST WEEK SO GOT OIL CHANGE AND FLUIDS CHECKED SO I KNEW ALL WOULD GO WELL. ALSO I ONLY USED ABOUT 2 1/2 TANKS OF GAS FOR 550 MILES IN MY KIA SPECTRA. I THOUGHT THAT WAS PRETTY GOOD.

HE AND HIS FOLKS WORK EXTREMELY HARD AND PROFESSIONALLY TO INSURE THAT OUR RV WAS REBUILT BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE. IT LOOKS BETTER THAN NEW.
