From the minute I walked into Ron Lewis dodge/jeep/Chrysler in Cranberry I was met with respect and courtesy. I appreciate everyone that was able to help me find a new vehicle including Len. The most pleasant and stress free experience buying a new vehicle I've ever had. I used to dread going to dealerships and the whole car buying experience. Great place! The process was easy and quick. Both John Wiley and Dave did a great job explaining and showing. Even got some great information on TV programming!!. Very professional and heading there on the next car purchase. Thanks guys!

Shane, from Ron Lewis was incredibly helpful! I was stuck in a lease with 6 months left and already over miles and Shane was able to make the impossible possible. Not only did he get me out of my lease he then got me into a beautiful new Jeep Cherokee, fully decked out. Shane’s professionalism, sincerity, and knowledge really shined through. He was able to make buying a car a fun, enjoyable experience. I would give this dealership and Shane 10 stars if I could. Thanks for all your help

Best buying experience I have ever had. Alexis was awesome, Chris the sales manager was great and Michelle the GM was great as well. She stopped over and congratulated me on my new truck. Although we didn't come to an agreement on the purchase of my old truck, Chris gave me one heck of a deal on a new one. He explained his concerns and we both appreciated what I needed, but were still able to make a deal on a new truck.

I will advise everyone I see to never purchase or service a vehicle from Ron Lewis. Took my Jeep in for warranty repairs (rear differential leak and fuel line issue). Both repairs approved by the warranty company. Repairs were complete by Thursday afternoon but Ron Lewis would not release my vehicle to me until they received payment from the warranty company. I paid the $200 deductible and the remaining amount was roughly $600 owed from the warranty company. I am now without our vehicle over the weekend because their “policy” is not to release the car until warranty pays. I’m not sure keeping a customer’s car until warranty pays is even legal. I told the GM, Michelle, to bill me if warranty doesn’t pay and I will pay the remainder. Still won’t release the car. I asked to see where I signed saying they could keep the car until warranty pays. I’ve never received that agreement from them. Michelle’s response was, “I’ll try” and then she hung up the phone on me before I could respond. The service technician, Kate, told her GM that we discussed keeping possession of my vehicle until warranty pays when I dropped off the car. That was not true. Kate, the service technician, told me this policy the day after I dropped off the car. Not the day it was dropped off. Not to mention, when I called the receptionist to ask for the GM (receptionist was very nice), Michelle, the GM, answered the phone “Hello?” No introduction. I asked if this was the GM. “Yeah.” Extremely unprofessional and rude from the first interaction. Multiple requests were made for a call back and/or an email update but I have not received any communication from Ron Lewis. Congratulations. You will get your $200 deductible from me, the $600 from the warranty company and lose a customer for life. Not sure that is a great business model but to each their own. I’m not sure how Jim Shorkey treats their customers but I will find out on my next service appointment.
