This was the 4th car we've purchased at your dealership in the last 4 years. Missy helped us the first two times and Brandon the second two. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated not getting a "hard sell" from either of them. The financing portion went smoothly, although we wish it didn't take as long. We know that's not your fault though.

He kept in contact with me thru the entire repair and delivered a perfectly repaired car back to me in short order. They even went over the top and detailed the outside and inside. I had a partially dead battery this morning. Got a jump and headed up to the service department, without an appointment. Left car running while I went inside to explain. I was greeted by Jason, who was such a blessing. Very cordial, welcoming, sympathetic to my situation. He checked me in without any fuss whatsoever. About 40 minutes later I was back on the road with a new battery installed. Apparently the old one was leaking from the side and puddling beneath the battery. The car was all clean - they had washed it for me. Excellent service. I shall return in the future.I have written a not so complimentary review before, so this was pleasing to me, that I could praise Ron DuPratt Ford for excellent service today.I hope I have the pleasure to be served by Jason again - he is such a credit to the company. As the front-line for the Service Department today, it is so important for him to make a good impression. He certainly did that. The entire process was hassle free. The Salesperson, Brandon Caporale was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The actual service was fine, although I thought they used to vacuum and wash the car. Guess they don't do that anymore.My main issue is with the finance person (when we first purchased the vehicle). He led us to believe, and we're a little at fault for not clarifying, that ALL services were covered by purchasing the Premium Maintenance Plan. We've come to find out that it really ONLY covers oil changes and filters. NOT, as was implied, ALL services. So the major services are NOT covered. If you work out the cost by dividing the total by the number of oil changes you get - it works out VERY (and I mean VERY) expensive. Don't buy it!So, buyer beware at Ron DuPratt Ford (and any Ford dealer, I suppose!) Because of this, we will NEVER buy a Premium Maintenance Plan again, we will take our vehicle (Focus) to Fairfield Ford for future services, and will be VERY UNLIKELY to ever visit Ron DuPratt Ford again.

I took my CMax in for an oil change in accordance with the indicator lights. As required, the Service Team also performed the vehicle's 20K mileage check. The Service Manager pointed out an important cut in one of the car's tires, which could cause a tire failure in the future. Much appreciated. In addition, the receptionist was very welcoming and made certain that I was attended to as I waited in the Lobby. The wifi was stable, and that allowed me to continue working, so I was not stressed about being out of the office.

The purchase process was very pleasant only took a short period of time. Price was easily negotiated over the internet/phone. The last 3 of my 4 cars purchased were made with pricing agreements over the internet/phone prior to visiting the dealer. It was easy to make an appointment for the next work day for regular maintenance service. We opted to wait for our vehicle and enjoy a cup of complimentary coffee while waiting. When another issue was found with our vehicle, the dealership graciously provided us with a ride home. At the end of the day a courtesy driver returned to pick up one of us to return for our repaired vehicle. Thanks for great service and the coffee, too!

My A/C went out, and I had been making a list of things that needed done, a recall notice, my transmission had issues, my radio, the rear window sprayer. I dropped my car off, I was offered a ride to work, but I had made other arrangements. Nick C. called to let me know that parts needed to be ordered. On item was on back order, so he checked to see if he could get me a loaner car. He was able to get me a car to use while my car was being repaired. The estimated time was approx. 10 days. The repairs were completed sooner. I had mentioned to another employee (John? maybe) that I had bee promised a cargo cover that was missing when I bought the car, he said he would look into it. When I picked up the car, he had not received any return calls regarding that. Over all, I am satisfied with the process of maintenance for my car. I think Nick did an excellent job listening to my issues when I first brought my car in. They washed and vacuumed my car which I really appreciated!

Where to start...From the moment we stepped into the building we greeted with a friendly welcome. We had an appointment with Brandon, as he was highly recommended by previous customers and even employees. I told him the car that I was looking for and he took me right to them. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and its features. We took it for a test drive and I pretty much fell in love with the car. I still looked at a few other cars to make sure I was certain about my decision. Brandon happily informed me on the different features and such. I never felt pressured or rushed. The rest of the process was a breeze. Brandon and the rest of the team got me out and on my way quickly. Good customer service is hard to come by. Great customer service, where you feel more like a friend than a customer, is almost impossible to come by. Brandon exceeded our expectations and provided great service. Our C-Max Energi 2013 model year Ford received its 40k service and windsheld was replaced.The rock crack occurred recently from flying rock from roadway while driving near Auburn,CA. The service and auto bodyshop/glass departments did well on doing the 40k and windsheld replacement.

My 2015 Edge was hit by a buck and upon taking it to the collision shop I was told it would take about 1 week for repairs. Due to a back ordered part it took three weeks instead. What impressed me most was the the sincere apology for the wait with a rental car for the last week. My car looked like it did the day I drove it off the lot. Minor issue: I called in to ask about the fact that my car would not start and had no electrical. It is less than 2 years old, and no light or other utility had been left on. I was told it sounded like a dead battery and to call roadside assistance and they'd get me going. In retrospect it would have saved me a lot of grief had the person suggested I should bring my car in, as the CMax batteries have a shorter than average lifespan and I might need a new one. I had 3 more "dead battery" episodes as I went about my very busy day which was very chaotic, and then had to come in the next day and rent a car while they replaced it. It was more inconvenient than it needed to be.When I called to report the multiple episodes the following day, Justin was superb. He listened, identified the problem, and was able to get me right in. He answered my questions and was able to reserve a loaner for me. The battery was replaced and was good as new by the end of the day. I was stuck in traffic coming back from Sac and was going to be 10 min late and he arranged kindly for me to leave key in drop box. That was great.All in all superb service. Under circumstances, we were faced with having to purchase a vehicle. I was approved for a 2013 Ford Escape from Ron DuPratt, Vacaville. Mr. Rodriguez was awesome and made sure my husband and I did not leave unsatisfied. He did not give up trying to find the right car for our budget. Although we have a couple Ford dealerships closer to our home, Ron Dupratt Ford was worth the extra drive time. As for the purchasing experience, the finance guy needs to learn to be less pushy and work a little faster. I had to wait over 2 hours just to sign the paperwork. Why would there only be 1 finance guy on a weekend I don't know.

I bought a BRAND NEW 45k 2015 Mustang GT here. It had rear quarter window with scuffed trim and a few panel alignment issues. Ron DuPratt Ford said they would take care of it. I brought the car back for adjustments. The window was repaired properly as far as I can tell. They were unable to fix the panel alignment issues to my satisfaction. They shimmed the hood striker and trunk lid with cheap 5 cent washers!! What the what?? On my NEW 45k car!! They don't have a clue how to handle very simple adjustments. When I told them I still wasn't happy, they just shrugged their shoulders. Not happy and never going back.

They were easy to deal with and very helpful in trying to find us exactly what we wanted. My wife and I drove away in a vehicle that we are very happy with.We received a great deal on our trade-in, it was more than what we were expecting. They worked with us until we got the price that we were comfortable with monthly. Took my car here for service on a recall ford issued and it took much longer than expected and they had very poor customer service. I brought it in on Friday and was told it should be ready the next morning. When I came in the next day I was told it would be 3 more days and I needed a courtesy car. The car was dirty and the radio didn't work, I was very disappointed in it. Then I was told my car would be ready on Thursday, then Friday morning at the latest. When I called Friday morning, I was told it would be ready by 3:00pm and that I would get a call as soon as it was ready. 4oclock rolled around and still no call, and finally I got a call a little later. The whole process was very disorganized and I truly think they do not know how to manage time. Every time I have gone in, there is a huge line with no one helping, the people I talk to never know what is going on and it is run very poorly. If you want good customer service in a timely manner, do not go here.

Rod always makes buying a car an honest, mutually respectful experience where I walk away knowing I got the right car for me, at the best deal, and I received the best value for my trade-in. I appreciated hearing my options on the extended warranty and maintenance agreements. I have found those to be very cost effective in the past and I liked the no pressure, facts only consultation I was given. This experience is everything I could ask for making a major purchase.

I found out about Ron DuPratt Ford while searching for dealers in my area. I had never heard of this dealer before and proceeded to read the online reviews. After reading the reviews and viewing their inventory, I decided to drive down and check it out. It was a busy Monday at the end of the 4th of July holiday weekend sale, so the sales staff were all working with customers. The fleet manager, Michael Youra, came out to assist me so that I wouldn't have to wait. I told Michael what I was looking for, and my desired intentions for my trade-in, down payment, and financing. He took me out to the lot and proceeded to give me a thorough demonstration of all the vehicle's features before letting me take it for a test-drive. I was impressed with the vehicle and decided I wanted to buy one. However, they did not have the exterior/interior color combination that I wanted paired with the engine and options that I wanted. Figuring I would have to settle for something not quite what I wanted or going elsewhere, Michael performed a search of nearby dealers and found an exact match to the vehicle that I wanted at a dealer in the Bay Area. He assured me that he could have it delivered by the next day and set up the transfer. He secured great financing for me (0%) and also gave me a great price on my trade-in. He was able to also get me some great rebates, so the deal I received was right on target with what I intended. We completed the paperwork and I left to await my vehicle to be delivered. I came back to pick it up and Michael gave me another thorough demonstration of the Sync system so that I was comfortable with its operation by the time I drove my new 2014 Fusion SE off of the lot.I could not have asked for a better experience. I never felt stressed or pressured. Michael went out of his way to help me, even though he usually assists fleet customers. I highly recommend this dealer. It's worth the drive to Dixon!

With the exception of our interaction with the financial person, our experience was exceptional. The financial person, in addition to signing the loan papers, tried to sell us on various extended warranty and maintenance agreements. He was very pushy. He was also very off-putting when prior to the warranty and loan transactions, he offered to buy a the car we initially thought to trade in. When he expressed interest in the purchase, we told him that we'd already made an offer to another party to purchase the car. He said he'd buy it right them for 75% of what we'd offered the first party. We told him that we couldn't go behind the other party's back. His reaction really soured the experience with him. We recalled that with previous automobile purchases the hard sell warranty/maintenance agreements were also off-putting. That must be part of the process, but one we'd rather do without. Aside from that, the salesman and dealership are first rate. We've made many purchases from Ron DuPratt Ford over the years. Their service department is a pleasure to work with- very honest, skilled and accommodating.

I am a first time buyer and I found the Dodge Nitro at Ron Dupratt. I called to make sure they still had it before i took the drive from Woodland. I spoke with Tim and he was so much help. Told me i could get pre-approved online before i came in to look at the car. When i did go into the dealership, Tim had the car ready to look at. What i liked more is that he let me look at the car for as long as i needed. He was in no rush as well as he didnt try to sell me any other car. I had a certain amount that i wanted to stay around for a car payment and they were able to get me a great deal which kept the car payment at the exact price that i wanted. I would recommend Tim and is staff to anyone looking for a new or used car!

After going to Fairfield Ford and dealing with their rude service advisor, Steve Collins, I decided to ask the people at work where the best Ford dealer was in NorCal. I had a small place on the passenger door of my new F350 that the paint looked rough and Fairfield Ford Collins' said it would take a week to fix at the body shop they use which wasnt part of the Ford dealer. He was extremely rude and when I pointed to the spot on the door, he had the nerve to tell me not to touch the spot. Serious??? I was talking to my boss about the experience and he told me he had a great experience at Ron DuPratt Ford. So, I took off early and drove over to Dixon, CA. I walked into the body shop office and was surprised by the friendly associates that were anxious to help me. Michael Briscoe was assigned to look at my truck and when he saw the spot, he advised that the shop was booked for a few days but if I had a few minutes, he would get someone to look at it to try and buff it out. I agreed and he took the truck to the shop. Less than 10 minutes later, he drove the truck to the front and not only did he have the spot buffed out completely, he had the guys align the driver door that was slightly lower than the passenger door. This is incredible service and Michael exceeded my expectations. I am definitely coming back to Ron Dupratt Ford as long as Im in NorCal. Very satisfied new F350 King Ranch owner.

We had a great experience overall at this dealership. We were a bit nervous at first, because this was our first time buying a new car (having always purchased used previously). Our first contact at the dealership was Missy Ballance, and she was great at listening to our needs, and working to find us the cars they had in stock that fit into our needs. We left the dealership feeling very comfortable - more than can be said for several other dealerships in the area. After test driving every similar car of other makes available at other dealerships and taking time to save up a sizable down-payment, we returned to DuPratt Ford. Missy was busy with other customers when we arrived, but Tim Dunahay picked up where we left off with Missy. Tim was very low key and, most importantly, honest with us. We never felt like he was saying anything unreasonable or being even the slightest bit pushy. He was honest about many of the packages and options they had, even pointing out those he felt were not great fits for us. When we needed some time to weigh the options, he gave us some time and space. In the end, we walked away with our first new car (a Fiesta) at a fair price and with very good financing with minimal hassle.

I found my car looking on internet after an awful experience at Toyota. I needed to select without push-found the car, worked out the details online and I believe it was Adam and Kurk that picked me up from the train station in my soon to be purchased BEAUTIFUL BABY BLUE Hyundai Tuscon SUV. Everyone was very kind and even took me to Walmart to load more money on my card to purchase insurance so I could safely and securely get on the road! This was a wonderful experience for us. We live in San Diego and had to make a 10-11hour trip by train in order to purchase and pick up the vehicle we wanted. We were greeted by a representative at the Davis train station, James sent him there to pick us up and take us to the dealership. I appreciate that greeting as we initially were going to catch a cab. We had been looking for a Ford Taurus X AWD hopefully Eddie Bauer Edition. And we finally found it with very low miles under 20,000 for a 2008! I initially wasn't going to call because the asking price was a bit high but after considering the low miles I called and spoke with Paul. I wanted to know if this was a 7 seater? Paul said he would go check as he didn't know and he would call me back. I then got a call back from James letting me know the details of the car and he gave me their website so I could look at the car. He said Paul had been helping some clients and wouldn't be done for a couple hours so he didn't want to keep me waiting on the vehicle details. James was very professional and helpful in getting me that car. I then gave the information to my husband Marc and told James he and Marc can work out the financial details. James gave us a deal we couldn't resist. And he worked with our credit union. Today I have my Ford Certified vehicle and I am extremely happy with it. I live over two hours away in Redding and found the listing online. After speaking on the phone they took a deposit and held it for a week until I was able to come get it. The truck was as represented when I arrived. As luck would have it a traffic accident nearby knocked power out shortly after I got there and made it impossible to complete the paperwork. They were still able to work it out so I could take the truck home today and will bring the paperwork up for my signature on Monday. Certainly couldn't ask for anything more. A great experience!

I bought a truck here about a month ago. 4 days after buying the truck the engine was making a horrible noise. I take it straight to the dealership and they said they would take a look at it. It ends up they had to replace the entire engine. It has been a month since I've had my truck. And now they're saying that the new engine they have installed is misfiring. So who knows how much longer there going to have it. They are paying for the repairs due to the short amount of time I had the truck but I can definitely tell that it is not there first priority. So I basically bought a truck from the dealership that I cannot drive,or at least have not been able to drive for a month. They're supposed to be letting me know something tomorrow I will keep the post up to date and let people know how it went

Salesgirl Missy did a very good job it appeared to be an easy purchase Then I got to deal with Bob and financing I was paying cash after waiting an hour and a half for them to process the paperwork I went in the office and told him that I was leaving because I was tired of waiting I was called into the office after two more minutes I told Bob I wasn't interested in paying for extended warranties he aggressively pushed and tried to bully me into a warranty I let him finish after about 15 minutes he said your price right now is 25,000 with these warranty is your total will be $30,000 again I told him I wasn't interested he continued rudely with the hard sell his demeanor and arrogance was unappreciated and made me very uncomfortable I was surprised by the whole dealerships lack of interest in the customer as for the many hours I was there I was only greeted by Missy who did a great job and was basically invisible to everybody else in the place what started out as a very good experience with Missy the salesgirl ended with a very unpleasant experience now I know I have always hated buying a car at the dealership they really need to work on their customer service is a very lacking My previous rating was for Missy who got excellent this rating zero

We saw a used truck online and called to ask more about it. We spoke with James on the phone who was very knowledgable and helped us get pre-approved before we drove the long distance to Dixon. He was very helpful with getting our pre-approval started and was great with contacting us through out the week. When we got to the dealership the lady who met us got us the keys to the truck to look around while we waited for James. James was very patient with us as we looked around. He took us for a test drive and we felt pretty comfortable with the preformance of the vehicle. We sat with James to go over the financial end of things and he got things very close to what we needed. we asked for certain things to be changed and he made it happen. We would highly recommend this dealership and the sales man James McClure as he was very friendly, didn't play dealer games, and got us the truck we needed in a timely matter.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Ron Dupratt Ford. The reason I have returned is that the sales people are knowledgeable, personable and very easy to work with. I have throughly enjoyed my experience with Missy Ballance. She is definately an assett to the dealership. Who knows I may be back for a fourth car down the road!!!!!

Sales very non-pressure and I would use Tim Dunahay again - pleaseant and personable. However, the finance portion of the purchase (arranging for contract, registration, etc) was a little high pressure - not unlike the scene in the movie Fargo where the auto purchaser didn't want the "under-body spray coat," but the finance manager kept pushing it - it reminded me of a condo purchase pitch where if you can sit through the pitch for 90 minutes, you get a free night at the hotel in Cancun!

My initial contact with Dupratt Ford was through AutoTrader. Tim Dunahay contacted me almost immediatly. We were coming in that weekend and would be contacted by him for an exact time. In the meantime Tim did not return my e-mail request/questions nor voicemails during the week so at 4pm on Friday I contacted Missy to set up an appointment. We met on Sunday and attempted to complete the purchase of a used vehicle as well as trading in our vehicle staying within the guidelines I had e-mail Tim earlier in the week. After waiting almost 1 1/2 hours for Dupratt's offer we were to far apart and left. I then requested a copy of the offer 2 days later to further review with my wife and found it to be 1,000.00 more in the favor of the dealer than what was proposed. Even if we wanted this vehicle at that point we would not purchase as a matter of principal. We try to make all of our major purchases locally and Dupratt's motto of "we treat you like family" was catchy but nothing could be further from the case. All in all, it was treatment we expected from the nearby city dealerships not from our local dealership. It was exactly the type of treatment overall that has more and more people disenchanted with car dealers and are exploring other options available for purchasing a vehicle. Our experience with Dupratt Ford was very disappointing to put it mildly..

I am 72 years old and have bought many cars in my lifetime. Through all of my experiences buying either new or used cars, I have never dealt with such professional, courteous and efficient salesmen as Brandon Caporale and Moises Crisanto!They work perfectly as a team and they made me feel unthreatened throughout. They gave me the space to let them know what I was looking for and they accomplished this without pressure of any kind. Sometimes salespersons can really make you feel like you must make a decision "right now." I never felt any pressure of this kind. I enjoyed my overall experience with Ron Dupratt. Tim was very friendly and helpful in finding me the exact car I needed and wanted. I came in to the dealership unsure of even being accepted to buy, due to some major credit issues. I also had some specific things I was in search of. I needed a car that was spacious enough to carry myself, kids and all of the sports equipment that we carry on a day to day basis (ranging from baseball, rugby, coolers, scooters, basketball, footballs, etc.) I also was in search of a car that would be reasonable for all of the traveling I do. I work on a daily basis an hour from my home and travel to Washington state numerous times throughout the year, along with traveling for "away" games for my kids.With these expectations in mind and dealing with my poor credit, Tim was able to put me into a Chevy Equinox that works perfect for my family! This was my very first new vehicle purchase. Jeremy was my initial contact and after I ordered the truck, he appeared not to be interested in returning my phone calls. Was transferred to Missy who did not return my call either. Was given to Tim Dunahay who was very helpful and accommodating. Tim went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, welcome, and a part of this experience for which I have great appreciation for. Jeremy had apologized once the truck had been delivered (but had long been removed from the process) and Missy did apologize prior to delivery (both of which I accepted). At time of delivery Missy and Tim were both very helpful with Missy going over the physical aspects of the vehicle with me and my girlfriend with a fine tooth comb and she answered all my questions. Missy was a delight to work with.I can't overstate Tim's value in my vehicle purchasing process and am very pleased was there. TIm returned my phone calls, delivered a document which had my purchasing information to a location in Elk Grove, CA, and allowed me to have the best experience possible. Tim "made" my dream truck purchase what it should have been in the first place, amazing and pleasurable. The finance team did what I hoped they would do, find financing for me to work with my down payment. My interest rate and payment are better than expected. The truck is beautiful and built to my specifications. More amazing than I ever imagined. The two regrets I have regarding the build is that when I was putting the truck build together with Jeremy, I wish I had been made aware of LoJack and the spray in bed liner. Both of which I would have opted for (and have subsequently have applied to the truck).Overall, I am pleased with the end result. If I could go back, I would use Ron DuPratt again. I would ask for better communication.

We were looking for a used truck that my boyfriend could use for work. We had recently had an awful experience with another dealership and were a little on edge about going through the process again. Missy, Eric and Ralph were absolutely wonderful to work with! We really felt well taken care of and that their primary concern was keeping us happy. Customer service at its best!! This dealership is truly unique, no pressure and you don't feel as if you are at a typical car dealership. We will definitely use their services in the future!

I recently decided to get an economy car, did not want a bailout car and after my sister was happy with her Focus, I decided on that car. I worked with Missy and she was able to get a car I wanted through a dealer trade. They participated in my insurance company car buying service and when I was unable to deal with a dealer close to home, I drove all the way from Placerville and am glad I did. I got there, everything was as described, no surprises other than the courtesy and professionalism of the dealership representatives. Buying my new ford focus was a snap in and out in the shortest time. The people at the dealership were friendly and courtious, they answered all questions with knowledgable answers. If there were any doubts about a question the correct answer was researched and given to me... That Girl really knows her stuff, I was impressed. The salesman we spoke to on the phone originally was not there at the dealerhsip but he already had another salesman set up to meet with us. The finance manager and the sales mananger and other sales people had to wait late for us because we came from so far away and they didn't seem to have a problem with that at all. It was a very relaxing atmosphere.

We bought a 2012 Ford Flex from Ron Dupratt Ford. They were not the closest dealer for us but had the vehicle we wanted in stock so I made the longer drive. Jeremy was very friendly and enthusiastic. Paul was knowledgeable about what options I had for ordering a Flex and what was available in dealer stock. Paul gave me a great price on the vehicle they had on the lot. There was much more negotiation with Daryl when it came to the value for my trade-in but I had my bottom line firmly in mind and we eventually reached it. There was the usual push from the finance manager to buy an extended warranty and the whole buying process took longer than I hoped (2 hours) but I am very pleased with my new car and what I paid for it.

After a while looking into Ford Fiestas and narrowing down exactly what I wanted I found the exact model I was looking for online at Ron DuPratt. I sent the info to my parents who were cosigning with me and they went down without my knowing and looked at the car. They liked the staff quite a bit. No one really pushed them around or felt deceiving and really seemed to genuinely care. Once they decided to make a deal they called me and told me (much to my surprise and excitement). I drove down and met with Brandon Caporale who was a great guy and felt real. He didn't seem fake like so many sales people can be. The dealership was having a busy day and we had to wait a little bit to do the paperwork so Brandon let us play in the car, helping my sync my phone to the car's SYNC feature and everything.We then met with Bob Padilla to sign the paperwork. Bob would be all business and then catch you off guard with a joke. He was fun to work with, although a little pushy at first with trying to sell us on an extra warranty. He backed down pretty quickly when he realized I wasn't budging.I'm extremely excited about my car and really love it. The team at Ron DuPratt was great and got me into the car I wanted and at the price I wanted too.

I purchased a Ford Edge. I was helped by Missy and Darrell. Darrell was very helpful and customer service oriented.Missy was very friendly, fun to work with and very personable. The process was quick and easy. I love the car that I purchased. A few weeks after I purchased the vehicle I had an issue with the sun roof. I took it into the body shop and was helped by Shelly. The car was fixed quickly,with no hassle and everything was covered under warranty. I would recommend this dealership to friends, family and co-workers.

This was a terrible experience. Stay away from the used sales department. They advertise vehicles that they do not have and then try to sell you new ones instead. I called them to check the vehicle I wanted was in stock - we talked about price, features and the trade-in value of my car - all was good. I drove 75 miles to the dealership. The sales person I spoke with arrived 15 minutes later to explain to me the truck (F150) was not there. Then offered to sell me a new one - classic bait and switch. 75 miles later I am at home. I am complaining to Ford and the Better Business Bureau. The truck is still advertised - I guess they are waiting for the next sucker.....A great way to spend your hard earned vacation days. A great learning experience for my young son.

I am very happy with my recent new car buying experience at Ron Dupratt Ford in Dixon, CA. My salesperson, Pamela Whitehead, was very professional and knowledgeable. She knew all about the car and then carefully walked me through the SYNC system highlights. Then she offered me the best deal in town. Darryl put all the papoerwork together and made it all happen within a few hours. I am totally satisfied.

It is very easy to give this facility the highest ratings simply because they truly understand that they are in buisiness to serve their customers. My service experiences have always been convenient and accommodating. The service staff is very well trained and knowledgable. The service advisors Brian, Jake,and Nick are very friendly and courteous, and are always very helpful. My vehicle purchase experience was equally impressive! This is not your typical dealership. They advertise that at Ron DuPratt Ford they treat you like family, and they are true to their word! I certainly was treated like family!!

Wow, this dealership and the employees made my dreams come true after I spent months searching and shopping for the best deal. I compared pricing all the way from San Francisco to Fairfield, all the way to Roseville and Sacramento. I gave all the dealership equal opportunity to earn my business and I will say that I drive a hard bargain. Ron Dupratt Ford is the only dealership that gave me an up front price and after I finally got pricing from the rest not only was Ron Dupratt Ford the best in pricing they had the exact vehicle I was searching for because their selection was the best.I will admit I didn't make my decision just because they had the best selection and the best price, they have a Sales Manager there name Moises Crisanto and he has to be the absolute best and most honest Sales Manager I have ever had the privilege of dealing with.Without hesitation I give this dealership a 5 STAR Rating and have recommended my family to this dealership since I made my purchase.Thank You Ron Dupratt Ford...

I pre-arranged a deal with one of the internet reps. We discussed the vehicle several times and then I made an arrangement to come pick the vehicle up on that Saturday. I was pre-qualified and ready to by the car. The dealer knew that I was on my way that morning. It was a 4 hour drive to the dealership from my home. When I got there, they were in the process of selling the car to someone else. They did not notify me about this before I got there. They then proceeded to tell me they would give me a great deal on another vehicle. After going over several vehicles on the lot, the most they would come down from their asking price was like $500, which was not a very good deal (after going on their website, the "internet prices" were cheaper than what they were offering!). They then again tried to tell me that they were going to auction the next week and had several items that were identical if not similar to what I wanted and they would make a special deal and even deliver it to me. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I called and was disconnected each time I called. So, an 8 hour round trip completely wasted by a shoddy dealership. Oh yah, not to mention, when I showed up that morning, the cops were just wrapping up their investigation because several new vehicles had their rims stolen in the middle of the night. I was like, MG, CAN YOU SAY GHETTTTOOOO!!!
