I have always had a good experience at Romano and with the salesman Neal Abraham. He is easy to deal with and I never felt pressured. I just purchased my second Subaru and am happy with the product.

This was my first time purchasing a Subaru and Tony Hill was a great salesman to work worth. My husband had many questions and Tony was able to answer them all without any hesitation. The whole process went smoothly and I am very happy I went with Romano Subaru. The service was so great I already recommended Tony to a friend who is picking up her Subaru this week.

Purchased my 1st Subaru from Tony Hill at Romano Subaru. I was very pleased with the whole buying experience especially dealing with Tony. Dealership was able to locate the Subaru that I was looking for in a very short amount of time ( less than a week ). Highly recommend Tony and Romano Subaru.

I would take your business elsewhere. They will low ball you on a trade in to the point it's almost like they are stealing from their customers. They are not transparent with information as far securing a vehicle if you are coming in from out of town and will fail to tell you to put money down on the vehicle or they will sell it on you while you're actively on your way to make the purchase. I was literally on my way driving an hour to get to their dealership to buy the car we made an agreement on that morning and they sold it on me as I was driving. Then they tried to give me the same car different color with more miles and less options for the same price and even went back on there deal for my trade and told me they would not give me the original agreed upon price. Save yourself the headache and the cash in your pocket and take your business elsewhere because there are some great dealerships out there and this is not one of them. They are snakes to say the least!

A word of warning if you plan on selling or trading in your vehicle to this dealer, Romano Subaru..I spoke with the sales manager, Borzou Razmjou , and he agreed to a sale price of my old vehicle. After gathering the required paperwork and returning two days later to this dealer to seal the sale, he responded that he was no longer interested in my vehicle and then he quickly followed up with an offer 40% of what he originally agreed to.I find this sales tactic dishonest and unacceptable. Even though I purchased two vehicles from them in the past, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

They had the vehicle I wanted/needed and it was a 2 day ordeal and I walked away happy with the vehicle I needed! Great people who work there and really take good care of you.

Romano made car buying easy. I even ended up on a car nicer than I thought I could afford. Sales and finance people were all very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend.

This is my third car from this salesman. No problems. Service was very late once with an oil change but because they were late they gave it to me for free. I can live with that!
