I recently leased a new CX-5 with Romano, and they have been by far the most helpful dealership I’ve ever worked with! The entire team is great! My sales rep who I was primarily working with was Cameron, and he was a joy to work with! Incredibly responsive, personable, and kind. I highly recommend. Thank you so much to Cameron and the Romano Mazda team!

I always receive exceptional care from the employees at Romano Mazda. I was so surprised when I received a call from Bryan for my 1 year follow up, not only because I can't believe its been a year, but also but also because he took the time to reach out to me just to make sure I am still satisfied with my Mazda CX30. No other dealership has ever taken the time to follow-up with me after I made a purchase. I still Love my Mazda and I will continue to refer everyone that I know that is looking for a new vehicle to Bryan, he is always a pleasure to speak with and he is always extremely helpful, he is simply the best!

I have purchased two vehicles from Romano Mazda and I will continue to keep them first on my list! The staff are exceptional and work hard to make sure you are happy. Nima and Shaun are two of the best in the business. If you want a great vehicle and a great experience purchasing a car I highly recommend Romano Mazda!

Bought my son a used Mazda 6 from Romano. Bryan Piedmont was our sales person. Bryan was great. Easy to work with and made the buying experience stress free. Most importantly, my son loves the car!

Nima was absolutely fantastic to work with. I walked in expecting to just look around and he found me the perfect vehicle. The process was seamless and I always felt like I was in good hands and dealing with an absolute straight shooter. Would recommend anyone looking at a vehicle to stop by and see Nima he won’t steer you wrong at all.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. I hate purchasing a new or used car. I am in sales as well and my past experiences in dealing with multiple salesman going back and forth with their manager drives me crazy. I was in a difficult situation with a vehicle that broke down and needed repair. Instead of repairing it I decided to purchase a year old car with low miles. I dealt with a gentleman named Nima. He made the buying experience the best my wife and I have ever had. He gave us several options for purchase and even suggested we could still fix our original vehicle that would have been fine. There was zero pressure. He called us back when we had questions and when he didn't know the answer he found out then called back. He was very professional and made our experience wonderful. My wife will need a new vehicle in the near future I will definitely go to RomanoMazda and ask for Nima. His manager Stephen was great to work with as well. This is how buying a car should be. Excellent.

My rating is based solely on my experience with General Manager SteveI am in the market for a mid-size sedan. This is my first car purchase in 10 years. I had my mind set on a Camry, had some offers from one Toyota dealership, and was in talks with another, when I decided to give Mazda a try on Monday, October 17. I test drove a new 2016 M6 ($27, 140 - $3,000 in rebates) and a certified used 2016 M6 ($20,995). I explained that I originally had a budget of $18,000 for a used car, but the I loved the M6. Sales Associate Matt - did a great job of working with me - and I made it clear that I would go home to think about my options. I told him that I would not mind buying either of those cars if they could come down a bit on either car. This was when the regional manager Steve came in. As usual - someone who tried to use charm - and a rather overbearing tactic while talking to me - but not listening. He kept trying to get me to apply for the Mazda credit - although I repeatedly told him that I did not nor want to do so. After about 20 minutes of going around on the numbers - the left - telling Matt to have me fill out a credit application. Matt came back with one - and I told him that I was not doing that; I was satisfied with the terms of the loan I had gotten from my credit union.I did love the cars - but as I had been looking at the Camry - I had not done any serious comparison shopping on the Mazdas - which I know very little about - and I wanted more time to do some research. I explained this to Matt - who made it clear that both of those cars could be sold while I made up my mind. He suggested that I leave a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit on at least one of them to hold until the next day. I was leery - and repeatedly asked him if I would absolutely get my money back if I decided not to buy one of those cars. He assured me I would.I returned the next day wanting to test the stereo systems - which I did not have a chance to do the night before. I have a new phone and have no music on it. The new car has the 11 Bose speaker setup. Matt and I test drove the used car again while listening to Chuck Mangione and Sade and laughing and honestly talking. Then we sat in the new one doing the same. I was still undecided if only because I was so far away from my initial budget, BUT I loved the M6. I told him that I had never purchased a used care and had some concern about that - and I did love the moon roof of the new car, but the price..... I told him that I needed one more day to decide - but he wanted me to finish the conversation in the dealership. He repeatedly asked me what I wanted - and I said - if Steve the General Manager would come down $1,000 off either car, I would buy it tonight - but I just needed to do some comparative shopping to see what typical prices were like. If Romano had the best deals - I would buy from them - but if not - I would go elsewhere. I was frank with him at all points of our interactions. He went to talk to Steve - who then came into Matts office - and was quite rude and inappropriate - although - in a subdued manner. He made it clear that he could not make that deal and that he had looked at other cars for me. I thanked him and Matt for their time - and Matt for all that he had taught me about the cars. I was disappointed - but not angry. I told him that it is not problem - since I am was trying to save money, while they were trying to make money. What Steve did not get wast that I never said I would not buy either car - I said I needed to do my research. I had told Matt that I would make a decision the next day. But for some reason - they both needed me to make a decision THEN - which made me wonder if they new there were better options out there. I even told Steve that I would not buy elsewhere just to save a few hundred $$ because I liked his customer service, but if I could save a grand or so - I would go with that option.Well - Steve started in with the emotional manipulation and accusations. "Why would you do this to us?" Then - "Why would you waste your time and this man's time to then not buy a car." "For someone with all of these degrees, why are you so unreasonable." At that point - I became angry - I told him that I did not like the way he was talking to me, and it was best that I go. "You put a deposit on a car and we expected you to buy it!" I was done - I said - "What do you mean I put a deposit on it - I repeatedly asked Matt if I could get my money back if I did not buy the car. He assured me that it was just to hold it while I made up my mind! I will make sure to write about this experience on social media." He responded with "What, are you threatening me?" - That was my cue to leave! Something in his demeanor and those words were very unnerving to this woman! He told Matt to go get my check, but as I waited STEVE himself brought it to me with a snide comment - "Just to continue our good customer service - we did not even deposit your check" and he walked off. Talking to his back, I responded - "You had no RIGHT to deposit my check." Matt - I could tell was in an awkward situation. Again - I thanked him. He was still cordial to me - and I said - "I am sorry that you work for such an xxxxxxx," and I left.If Steve is the face of this dealership - no wonder their ratings are this low. He tried to used some strong-arm tactics against me and became attacking when I would not fold. He refuse to listen; no matter how much I told him that I just wanted to do some more research. I had not said no to the deal; HE said no, and then got upset when I graciously accepted his no. That made no sense to me. Buying a care is a process - it takes longer for some than for others. It is as simple as that. Matt did the job for which he is paid to do - I wanted to make sure I made an informed decision. Steve was the only person being unreasonable!

I bought my CX5 from Zak. He was straight forward with me from the beginning, and it was a friendly transaction all the way through. I love the vehicle and I would recommend anyone to go into Romano and sit down with him for their next car. Thanks!

I wanted to write you a quick note to thanks Marivic for your honesty and dedication while selling me my new car this week. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with a good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype.Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that the time to process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I am happy with car purchase, and the purchase price was fair. You can be sure that if I have friends who are looking to buy a car I will definitely recommend them to Romano Mazda. Special thank you to Marivic F. for being there for me in every step to help me choose the right car.

This is my 3rd vehicle from Romano Mazda. I keep coming back because they have earned my loyalty the old fashioned way - respect for the customer, great products, and great prices. Marivic Flaherty was my salesperson and she understood that I am not someone with hours to spend in a dealership. My initial visit and delivery visit were both under an hour. I am totally thrilled with my 2016 CX-5. And I can't say enough about the General Manager Steve Abdel-Aziz. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Just an outstanding overall experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership - in fact my sister is also a very happy customer!

No one likes the process one has to go through to get a good reliable used car at a fair price, however the Sales rep. at Romano Mazda, Mike Salacido was very professional and helpful in his effort to make sure we were satisfied in the car we chose and did good by us also reassuring us if anything goes wrong to give him a call and he will do what he can to help. Mike explained everything to us regarding the car and its efficiency so that when we drove it off the lot we would be confident with little or no questions. We thank Mike for his service and are confident this car will be ours for years to come and we will be back if we need or want another.

I bought a Mazda 3 from Romano Mazda. I told the Salesperson tht I put on 1000 miles a week being in Sales. I have had it now for seven months and the back left tire is cropped at 30,000 miles. I only rotated my tires once at 15,000 miles. When I broght it back to Romano the said it was because I did not rotate them every 5000 miles. If this is why the tire failed then you would think when I bought the car ethier the service guy or sales would have metioned that when I bought the car. Also, when I brought the car back the service guy said you didn't read the manual. Who reads the entire manual. I will not go back to them for a new car or service.

I started my research online and narrowed my choices down to 2. I actually started my search at drivers village in Cicero since they have a wide variety of cars to choose from and both of my choices are there. I did look at both vehicles and decided to go with the mazda cx-5. I was in the showroom at drivers village for over 20 minutes and no sales people seemed interested in helping me as 3 walked right past. I went home to really think about my choices and to contact other dealers online. This is where I met Zak. He was very nice in the emails and asked me to come by for a test drive and a good look at the cars that they have. I chose a bad day to go in since I later found out it was zak's day off. It didn't really matter though because as soon as I had parked my car and approached the showroom door I was greeted by Lorrie who even after learning I had been talking with zak online was very happy to help me choose my vehicle. I later met Bill the sales manager and we made a deal. I postponed picking my vehicle up by one day because of a major snowstorm. The pepole at Romano Mazda treated me like I was part of their family which in some way I am now as a Mazda owner. I have only had the car a few hours and thoroughly enjoy it already.
