I had a great experience at Riverside Nissan and highly recommend this location. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival by Omar who found out what my needs and wants were and located several cars to give me multiple options. He had the cars ready for me to test drive and I loved the options he showed me and I purchased a car. Omar was polite, professional, knowledgeable and patient with me as we ran through the many options. He helped me narrow my decisions down and made the whole process easy. After I made my purchase Omar made sure the car had a full tank of gas, and then walked me to my new vehicle and showed me how to use the many features in the car. He really took time out with me and made sure I left knowing how to use all the many features and benefits the car offered. My original contact was Kristina who introduced herself to me when I first arrived and set me up with Omar. She was a very professional representative of the brand. Prior to me leaving the General Manager introduced himself to me and thanked me for my purchase, Russ the Finance Manager made the experience easy and was professional and friendly and had a good sense of humor. Bravo to Omar and the entire Riverside Nissan dealership for a high level of service and professionalism.

From them time I called to ask about the Pathfinder I was interested in to closing and finalizing the deal my experience was nothing short of professional excellence . Tony personifies the kind of salesmanship and service I haven't seen for a long time in a dealership. Easy to get along with and covers all the details you need to know. Also Alfredo was the same type of person as he finalizing the purchase and going through all the benefits you are able to take advantage of when purchasing a Nissan. First class and professional gentlemen. Thank you for the service we received!

Overall, my experience was great! This was my first time looking into Nissan and Victor Suarez helped me with the entire car process and answered all the questions I had. I walked away with my lease the very next day. Service was great, and quick!

Victor was great! He got me a great deal on a Nissan Rogue, super cool and all around nice guy! He took his time trying to get me the best deal for my budget! The rest of the staff was great too! I had the best experience here ! Will definitely be buying my future cars from here and asking for Victor again!
