This was my first experience purchasing a car. I went with my dad and we went to a few other car dealerships around this one. The others were helpful but Right Honda was defiantly a step above the rest. The salesman that worked with me was named Zach and he was more than eager to test drive multiple cars and explain everything to me. I left and ended up coming back the next day because of the experience I had and how much I fell in love with my new car :)

Many dealerships are pushy, which to me is an immediate turn off. Sean "Mikey" Klein at Right Honda didn't make a difference when he approached me regarding my 2007 Honda CRV -- he WAS the difference. He is polite, helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. He has a non-intrusive attitude. I truly felt as if he had my best interests in mind when he orchestrated my purchase of a 2016 Honda Fit. (I absolutely LOVE IT!) The transaction was literally painless. After all was said and done, Sean Klein took the time to pair my smartphone and show me all the features of my new vehicle. I highly recommend asking for Sean "Mikey" Klein at Right Honda if you would like a pleasant car-buying experience. "Frenchie" his manager was also great. Josh, the finance guy, was very cool too.

I purchased a 2016 Civic from this dealership. It all started when my dad said he only wanted to do business with Right Honda since he and his wife have purchased 3 vehicles there in the past couple years. My dad contacted Cory who was our salesman, and Cory went to Chandler to pick up my car. When we test drove it the first day, it made a weird thumping noise, so we cut the test drive short, literally down 2 streets, and took it back to the dealership. Cory had said that he was going to get a different vehicle from Avondale Honda, but would not make that noise, and have it at the dealership the next day. I called Cory and he told me that he went and got the new vehicle, it was waiting at the dealership for me, but he couldn't make it and gave me the name of his "Uncle" JC to talk to. Before leaving the first day, after the test drive, we took a picture of the VIN to make sure that we were going to get a different car. So we got back to the dealership the next day, test drove the supposed new vehicle, and it didn't make any noise. While waiting for the finance person, we looked at the VIN of the "new" vehicle and IT WAS THE SAME CAR! Cory never got a new vehicle. We were lied to. The finance guy gave me a little money off of the vehicle purchase and it was what it was. I was told that they were going to throw in a dash mat as well. Before leaving the dealership JC had to "special order" the dash mat, which he supposedly did on the spot. So I called back a couple times, only leaving messages and a voice mail, but didn't get a return call at first. Finally JC called me back and told me that they needed to special order the dash mat, and apparently didn't. So that was a week ago. I am still waiting. I dont think I'll ever see it. I don't even want it. I just wanted to see if this dealership, who supposedly prides themselves on their customer service, actually came through. And I am not shocked that they didn't. I even reached out to their General Manager, Darrel D. with my experience, and received a response that it was "going to be taken care of" 9 days ago. Luckily I love the car I purchased. I will never do business with this dealership again for any future purchase, and will highly recommend to anyone I know not to either. Just another car dealership that will tell you what ever they need to tell you in order to get your money. The entire time they will beg you to give them all 10's on their survey, but they will not follow through with what they say they will do. UPDATE: Darrel made my situation right, and I appreciate him for going above and beyond. He was a very nice guy and genuinely showed he cared about my poor experience. Thank you, Darrel. I appreciate you taking time out of your day to help me.

I recently bought a Honda Civic at Right Honda and it was nothing but a pleasant experience. Since I haven't had experience of buying from a dealership, I was apprehensive about the whole thing. But, as soon as we made contact with Sean, all my concerns were taken care of. He was extremely patient, knowledgable, not pushy, and really listened to what I wanted and made the entire process very enjoyable. We communicated mostly over the phone and he was super respectful of my time and was so knowledgable on all aspects. I felt very taken care of and confident in my choice. And added bonus, I love my new car! Sean went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him and know I will be back to purchase more when the time comes.

Our salesperson (Jeremy) was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without the typical sales grind. We were offered many optional programs during the finance process but the finance guy didn't do the typical half hour grind that turned us off during our purchase a year ago at another dealership. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. This was the EASIEST car purchase experience we have had in a very long time. I purchased an Accord for cash last Dec and now a CRV which I financed. I happened to be looking for the title for the Accord and couldn't find it, thinking I misplaced it. Went to DMV to get duplicate and found out that Honda Financial had a lien on the Accord. Returned to dealership and Frenchy and Mark checked it out and found an error in your title dept. Luckily it was able to be taken care of but could have been a major problem down the road went I went to sell. I feel this kind of error should not happen as to the problems it could have caused. there is definitely some unethical conduct at Right Honda. When I went to pick up my new car I found my payment was more than we had discussed. I was also given half the amount for my trade-in as I was lead to believe I was getting. I was informed right before it was time to sign the papers. The car was also missing items that I paid for. (Rear Mat - wheel locks - tinted windows) and they never even cleaned the inside before handing it over to me. The general manger Darrell Deak was not concerned when these issues were brought up and Jacob Kannada (sales person) tried to justify everything that soured the deal for me. I have written to Honda North America and brought my experience to their attention and there has been no action from anyone as of this writing. I bought my car 6 weeks ago and I am still angry as heck with them. Honda may be a good product, that remains to be seen, but I will NEVER give another dime to Right Honda.

I just relocated from Florida. Here in Scottsdale cold A/C and tinted windows are essential if you want to drive in comfort. I gladly traded in my 2009 Civic with its feeble A/C and un-tinted windows. It was a sauna on wheels. I was treated with respect and professionalism by everyone I dealt with at Right Honda. Don't buy at Right Honda! These people agreed to $24,000 but rushed me out the door with a signed contract price of $33,000. The next day I went to return the car and to get my car back and they refused. If you go to this dealership, take a video camera and a audio recorder, you will need them.

The entire process was really quick and straight forward without any hassle in pricing. Larry Egnor and the Finance service department (Craig) were really nice, straight forward, patience in explaining the options and were really helpful in completing the deal in the least amount of time. The entire experience is unique and completely different than other dealerships. This should be the experience for consumers buying or leasing new vehicles. It was very professionally done.

He took the time to work with us and listen to what our needs were. He even came in on his birthday to meet with us. Right Honda was the convenient, local dealership when I was in the market for a new car recently. I ran into Greg in the parking lot and he quickly got us some water in the extremely hot AZ heat. Through the course of maybe 4-5 hours we tried a few different cars, talked back and forth about price, and ultimately I walked out the door with a brand new 2016 Honda Accord. Greg was respectful, helpful and incredibly nice. I had no idea I was his first ever sale! Would recommend him again to anyone.

I spoke on phone and set up an appointment for morning visit also explaining that I had another appointment later in the afternoon and so I wouldn't be buying the car immediately. The gentleman on phone was polite. The next morning I get there but the same gentleman I had spoken to wasn't available and so was taken care of by someone else I don't remember the name of. From the beginning they didn't seem interested to show me the cars. One of them started conversations with "Let's not waste each other's time...". Later while I am talking with one salesman discussing the prices, another salesman just interrupts us and asks me if I was going to buy the car right away. When I told him I have another appointment somewhere else (which I had already informed them about before setting up the appointment with them), he said there wasn't a point in talking to me then. The first guy I had spoken to over the phone had said they were interested in my business apparently. I thanked them for their interest in my business, picked up my keys and left in utter disbelief. Do they really run businesses like this even today??

I am a millennial so I obviously wanted to do all of my negotiating for my new lease via email. A lot of the other people that contacted me kept telling me to come in and we would do it in person even after I asked to talk over email. When Gary Kravetz contacted me I assumed it would be the same scenario but I asked Gary to work with me via email anyways....and to my surprise and pleasure he didn't hesitate at all. He sent me all of my options and answered all of my questions very quickly (literally within minutes). We picked out my new car over the internet- he had all of my paper work ready for me when I got there. He showed me the new features of my new Accord, I signed my new lease, and I was in and out in 30 mins. It was AMAZING. I was dreading going in because it is always a hour plus ordeal, but this was amazing it was like the Amazon Prime of car buying. Will 100% go back to see Gary (and by go back I mean email and then go in) when my current lease is up! WOOhoooo so easy, I can't believe I put it off for 3 months!

I talked with Ryan about a CRV EX i wanted to purchase for my daughter. I explained that I had a particular number $$$ i wanted to be at (out the door). He put me on the phone with Steven, i then explained what I was willing to pay to Steven. He first told me that the price I wanted to pay was not enough for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I then told him that was fine, and I would purchase a SUV somewhere else. Steven then tells me he can do the price i suggested. I told him to not waste my time or his, my number $$$ was all i was willing to pay. he assured me he could do it and asked if i could be in the next day. I agreed and confirmed the price I wanted to pay and he said he could make it happen. I arrived at the dealership and the sales person (Ryan) was not there. I was then handed over to another sales person (Mark). I drove the vehicle and was happy with the vehicle. then we went in to do the normal sales pitch. Mark had his sales manager come over and after talking briefly with me, tells me he can't sell me the vehicle for what was told me over the phone by Steven. I think that Steven should be fired for lying to a previous customer who was prior to this happening very happy with this dealership. I had purchased my wife's car there in 2013. I was dreading the new car buying process, but Right Honda made the process so low stress. When I showed up the first time the Sales rep, Steve, just let me test drive the car I was looking to drive, then he answered all the questions I had, and while he did tell me the rough estimate for purchase price (after I asked) and trade in value, he never once asked me if I was interested in buying. It was so refreshing not to have a salesman pushing a vehicle!After I left my first in person experience, the fleet director, Gary, followed up with me via email and was able to provide specific information on the vehicle I was looking at. He broke everything down, so there would be no surprises when we showed up to purchase the vehicle. We just showed up to sign the preset papers, moved stuff from our old car, and were off the lot with new vehicle in less than an hour (and that includes the salesman showing off all the features of the new car)!It was also very refreshing that they didn't push any "add-on" warranties or vehicle coverage items. It was just come in, sign the paperwork we previously agreed upon, and drive away in your new car!I will never buy another Honda from any other dealership!! Best in the state, without question.

With the help of Gary we purchased the car with the options/color we wanted. Gary found the car out of state and had it transported here. We went through 2 other dealers prior to Right. The other dealers either wanted to only sell the color they had in stock or if they would did get our preferred color, negotiating a price was very aggravating. At the other dealers I was told the MSRP is our price. I told them I would think about it, then immediately they would say we can negotiate. I do not like the hassle/aggravation of negotiating with car dealers. That is an old practice that needs to be revised. Give me a fair price and I will gladly pay it. Gary did just that. He quoted me a fair price from the start, we were both happy, the deal was done in 15 minutes. NO hasssle, no negotiationing needed etc. Thank you Gary!

Also Gaston Villegas was extremely patient and kind with answering my questions I had about getting out of a leased CRV that I loved and go into a purchase instead of a new HRV my many questions and very patient with me . Initially I was extremely happy since this was painless until I discovered the switch and they don't want to answer a simple question of how they could deliver a car that wasn't the one we agreed to.Never again will I go to this dealer even though I'm in the market for another vehicle.

I originally came to Right Honda in February of 2015 to purchase a new car. After speaking with a salesman (Gibby) and a visitor from corporate, I decided to lease a new Accord instead of buy. I did this because I was told that no matter how many miles I put on the car or if I was in an accident, I would be guaranteed 50%-60% of the cars original value after 3 years ONLY if I came back to RIGHT HONDA and purchased or leased a new vehicle. I made sure this was very clear and every time I asked about this point both Gibby and the finance guy reiterated that mileage does not matter as long as I buy or trade with RIGHT HONDA. They also informed me that I could trade my leased car in for a new car at any point in my lease and pay $0 in penalties. I have a witness that heard exactly the same explanation and understood it exactly the same as I did. These are the sole 2 reasons why I chose to lease instead of buy. Now my lease was for $413/mo after putting around $2500 down, which is quite high for a lease but with the mileage being unlimited I was okay with that price considering I drive a lot.Fast forward to February 29, 2016. I came to Right Honda to get an oil change and decided to take a look at the new Civic LX while I was there. Gibby happened to be the representative available so he assisted me for a second time. After driving the car I expressed interest and we started talking finances...They informed me that because I put 22,000 miles on the Accord the value was substantially lower than what I have paid toward my lease ($7,500 to date). That makes since had it not been for what the originally told me about the lease last year. (Again they said over and over again that mileage does not matter as long as I buy or trade for a new car at RIGHT HONDA.)After I reminded Gibby what they had promised when they sold me on the lease, he came back with an offer to sell me the Civic LX at $433/mo for 84 months!!! That's $36,372!!!! The car was valued at just over $19,000 MSRP, which is higher than what it's actually worth! That's insulting! I told them I was fine to keep my lease considering I'm guaranteed at least 50% of my cars value after 2 more years and that's when Gibby brought in Edmund from Financial Services... Edmund told me that the guarantee of at least 50% of the cars original value is ONLY if I drive an average of 12,000 miles a year or less and if I wait 2 more years to trade in I will be throwing away thousands of dollars and I will still have to pay for the gap between what I've paid towards my lease and the cars actual value, which I was told would never happen so long as bought or leased a new car at RIGHT HONDA...Now that I had learned everything they told me about the lease was a lie (the other alternative was they were lying to me now to make more money, either way it's a terrible way to treat a customer) and believing that I HAD to trade in my lease with RIGHT HONDA, I was in a very uncomfortable position. Eventually they reduced the offer to 72 month term at $399/mo. That's $28,728... Also with that offer they told me that they would cover the gap for me with my lease, take that loss on the chin and I wouldn't have to worry about the almost $6,000 difference...So the question becomes, how does a car that is valued at $19,000 suddenly become worth $25,000 before interest on my purchase??? I thought I didn't have to pay for the gap??? In order to make me feel better they said they'd throw in a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty for me for free. Doesn't every new car come with a minimum 3 year/36,0000 mile warranty??? At this point I honestly felt disgusted. I truly believed that I had no choice but to make a deal and get out of my lease because either way I was going to have to come back to them eventually due to them telling me originally that I couldn't trade me lease with any dealership but RIGHT HONDA. I signed the paperwork, reluctantly, solely looking forward to the fact that I don't ever have to see these guys again. I can honestly say I've never felt so taken advantage of in my life. I made a huge mistake trusting Right Honda to accurately describe the deals I signed (especially the lease). They took advantage of my good nature and screwed me out of over $10,000!!!I have since learned that I could have taken my car to another Honda dealership since my lease was with Honda not RIGHT HONDA. I listened to everything they said in good faith that they were telling me the truth and obviously the weren't. Please be careful if you decide to shop at this dealership.I hope this review is helpful.

Everyone was so helpful. Had a wonderful experience and drove off in my new car without hassle. I was greeted promptly and introduced to Joe Lopez. He in turn set me up with Collin for my test drive. I don't think I've laughed that hard during a test drive. We worked out a deal pretty quickly. They had to keep the car for a bit so I got the shuttle back to my house for a few hours and they came and got me. Again, another hilarious ride back to the dealership. They synched my phone for me and got me up and running. Everyone was so very helpful and friend. Even the receptionist kept asking if I had everything out of my old car. I was just overwhelmed with the hospitality that everyone showed. There was no pressure from anyone in sales or finance. It was just an overall really pleasant experience.

HORIBLE!We purchased a car that needed to be detailed, checked out and have the air conditioner vent fixed on Sunday. Received a call next day from the sales person Marshall, that the dealership would not sell it to us unless we gave them another $2,500 to fix something that came up when they checked out the car. Then Adrian his manager left me a message and said we could have the car (you know, the one we already purchased & paid for with a signed contract and cash exchange the day before), only if we gave him another $1,500. Then when I spoke with Marshall, I told him it was wrong and unethical what he was doing. He said he could probably get it down to $1,000. I said NO. I paid for the car. I said I wouldn't pay more than $500. He said he would check with his manager. My husband said - Absolutely not! You purchased the car with a signed agreement that you were buying the car for $10,000 out the door. First they want $2,500, Then $1,500, Then $1,000 now $500. We are not paying another dime. This is a scam!My husband called and spoke with both Marshall and Adrian. The sales manager said he would give us the car (you know, the one we already paid for) only if we gave him another $500. My husband has contacted one of the tv news stations to find out our rights as well as an attorney friend of his. Tomorrow evening, I will begin the Yelp, Google and online reviews. I truly cannot believe this happened. My son is the one who purchased this car and shared this experience with several of his friends to get their feedback. They were taken back and couldn't believe that a reputable dealership would do something like this. How could Right Honda of Scottsdale do this? This is the kind of sales you expect from a small independent place like the guy that has a lot with junk cars. Right Honda owes us the car we purchased with the problems they found repaired, car detailed and looking and operating as promised by Marshall the sales person - for the price we paid which is $10,000 OTD. Period.

Everything went great until a few days after I took my new Civic home. I started getting phone calls from the salesman who assisted me telling me that I needed to come back and go with them to return the car I was previously leasing from Hyundai. Honda took care of my last few payments, but I have never heard of having to go return your old lease after you left it at the dealership and was told they take care of "everything". Along those same lines when we finally did meet our salesman to take my old car back to Hyundai we were informed of the lease disposition fee Hyundai has. I asked my salesman why this never came up, as I was under the impression Honda was taking care of everything when it came to my old lease (remaining payments, any fees, returning the car itself, etc.) and was told "quite frankly if it were that important I would assume the owner of the car would call too and make sure everything was in line" and "I have no idea what they are talking about". I felt his attitude was extremely rude and placing the blame on me, the buyer, for not asking enough questions and following up. I would have expected the salesman to be helpful in explaining the return process when it came to leaving my old car with him at Honda, rather than calling me throughout the next week to come return the car and now pay Hyundai an additional $400. I understand that it I maybe should have asked a few more questions and gone into detail, but this was the first time I returned a lease and I trusted the employees at Honda when I was told they'd take care of everything. At this point I cannot say I would refer a friend to Right Honda, or at least definitely not to my salesman.

Alan McKenna in the service department has done a great job caring for our needs for 10-15 years now! When we were interested in purchasing a new vehicle we definitely wanted to go back to Right Honda. Gaston did such a great job helping us purchase our last vehicle (2008 Honda Pilot), that we sought him out this time. Gaston brought Mark Laster in to help us, who also did a great job. What a fantastic place with wonderful service. It's great in this day and age to go back to a place of business and this many years later the same fantastic personnel are still there!!! First let me say that Percy(Tony) was very patient in finding a used car within in my budget. I was very patient to wait and it took a couple of months before he found a car. Overall experience was great. I would have to say that it took a little time to deal with the sales manager in charge at times and I experienced a bit of high pressure moments, but we all finally agreed on the final payment plan for the car. The Service department and Greg worked with me to make necessary repairs to the car that were agreed upon during purchase agreement. I was impressed with the quick service received. My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday to do some research on a new Pilot and a new Toyota Highlander. We started at Right Honda. Daniel B. helped us to go over the Honda and also had a Toyota Highlander brought over from their Toyota dealership while we test drove the Honda. We didn't decide that day. The dealer's sales approach was no pressure and very accommodating.Once we made our decision, I asked if Right Honda/Toyota would meet the price I'd received from another dealer for a new Highlander (from here Gary K. took over). Right Honda did so without hesitation. They gave me a very fair price for my trade-in and never tried to sell me unnecessary upgrades that I wasn't interested in. There were no surprises when I came in regarding fees or price and in fact, before I agreed to the deal, they sent me a detailed email outlining each and every charge. This is how car buying should be. I felt welcomed, cared for and came away feeling very happy with the deal. Thanks Right Honda! You guys made the experience truly enjoyable.

I was a car salesman years ago and have bought many a vehicle in the last few 15 years,BUT Right Honda is great especially at Customer Service and listening and fighting for people who really need their help,our salesman Will was very attentive and actually very personable and funny, John in finance jumped right on the the situation knowing my wife had literally just got out of the hospital and we needed a vehicle that fit her manual wheelchair,EVEN though our credit was less then perfect John jumped right on it and involved John Bowman the finance director and they got us a Amazing deal on a 15 Accord,BUT the truly amazing part of it was because of my wife's health condition she wasn't able to get out of the new Accord and got very distressed,SO I contacted Will our salesman informed Tom Bowman who (as I watched) literally sat and went back and forth with Honda Finance and switched out the Accord for a 15 CRV,Again if you live in the Phoenix area and are thinking of getting a Honda vehicle I will strongly suggest no matter how far you have to travel GO DIRECTLY to RIGHT HONDA I have personally been to every other Honda dealership in Phoenix are and not one matter any brand car dealership has shown the Customer Service,Helpfulness, and down right compassion that Right Honda showed me and my wife!

The car was not clean.No follow up when something went wrong with the car.I would get the salesperson's voice message, sales manager's voice message and even the general manager's voice message. The general manager never called me back. The sales manager called me then never followed up.They just want to sell you a car and don't care about anything except their commission when you leave.Hope your car doesn't have any malfunctions.Good luck.

Had a great time while at the dealer (the complimentary water was very appreciated), the sales rep was very helpful and we got a good deal. I ended up purchasing a car that was going to come down from Kingman and was told it would be here the next day. I did not hear anything until the end of the next day, after I had called and left messages twice. At that point I was told it would be another 24-48 hours, so when the 48 hours was up (after many unreturned calls), I finally had to go back down to the dealership in person to see what was going on. I was promised that the car would be in the next day, which then turned into the day after that, and then the day after that. All in all it took about a week for the car to come in after initially being promised the next day. If I had been told at the beginning that it would take a week, or at least been given a good reason why the delivery kept getting pushed out, that would have been very helpful. Instead I left my name, number, and situation with probably 5 different people across the span of the week and no one could give me any information while all promising a callback. Very disappointed that it took several days to get someone with real information to discuss the situation, and even then the dates still got pushed. In the future I would still recommend the dealer but absolutely advise that they either leave the lot with the new car or go somewhere else.

I brought my 2004 Honda Civic in because the air was not blowing cold. I found out that I need a new condenser, among other things. While I was waiting in service, Gibby came to talk to me. I asked if there were ant HRVs on the lot. He said there were two, would I like to see them. I said yes. We looked at it and came back in to see what was going on with my civic. I took the HRV and a Civic for a test drive. Gibby went back and forth with Jon to get numbers for me on the civic and then the HRV. He was patient and very helpful in explaining my options. I decided to lease the HRV. Jon and Gibby made the process easy and made me feel well taken care of.

Right Honda is terrible at coordinating 'special order parts' with their appointments. Three Saturday morning appointments to address one airbag recall is extremely poor customer service. They sent me an eMail telling me the part had arrived and to make an appointment for installation. or they'd send the part back. I made the Saturday appointment and they sent a reminder eMail listing the part to be installed. I went there, and after waiting 1.5 hours in their waiting room while they were installing the part I was told they didn't have the part after all. Ridiculous. They do enough of these recalls, they ought to have plenty in stock. Furthermore, it should've all been taken care of in the first visit. I will go elsewhere in the future.

Horrific buying experience. We put a deposit for a new 2016 Hondo Pilot. The dealership never placed the order but continued to provide us with bogus and untrue status updates. 6 weeks in we realized they had never place the order and received our deposit back without hassle but without an apology or atonement from those directly responsible. My wife and I shopped via the internet and were contacted by Rick Morse. He corresponded with us frequently and then gave us prices for three different Accords. We set up an appointment for a Sunday morning and Rick agreed to bring all the cars we were interested in to a shaded area so we could inspect them at our leisure. He even went to the Toyota store next door and brought over a Camry for my wife to try. All this was done on his day off. When we arrived at the dealer we were greeted by a salesman who asked if he could assist us. We explained we had an appointment with Rick and he walked us inside the showroom, got us water, and had Rick paged. We were welcomed by two other staff members and then introduced to Rick. Rick allowed us to drive the cars we were interested in and waited at the dealership. We were never pressured or given the "hard sale" tactics. We chose our Accord and went to Ricks desk. He worked with us on the payment and the down payment,we completed the paperwork( at Rick's desk we didn't have to be dragged all over the dealership), and took us outside and gave a detailed tour of the car we purchased. He handed us the keys and we left. We were on site for less than three hours. We live less than a mile from a Honda dealership, Right Honda is 17 miles away. My local dealership has lost my trust due to deceptive sales and service practices. I will recommend Right Honda and Toyota to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks for a pleasant and fun car buying experience.

I only wanted to visit a couple of dealerships - not planning on getting in a new vehicle till end of the year; but the car I test drove was the one I ended up buying. My wife and I went to Right Honda to find out the details of the advertised Lease program. We looked at Civics, CRV's and then the HRV. We liked the HRV and asked to see some numbers on purchase vs lease.They would not give any pricing on a vehicle unless we picked one out and agreed to purchase that day. So we left. Our salesmen Jeremy called us up a couple days later and he gave us some ballpark numbers so we agreed to come back to the dealership. We picked out a car and test drove it and sat down to discuss purchase. We were now working with another employee not Jeremy.He came back with a price for the vehicle we were looking at full MSRP plus added dealer options that are way overpriced plus an additional $890 because the car was "in demand".That is why the low rating for this Dealer.I would recommend getting a internet price rather then working with this Dealer.

My original agent was unavailable the next day and transferred me over to his colleague to complete my car purchase the next day. I was assigned to JC and he provided excellent service At first I was skeptical as I received a direct mailing. While my credit has improved, I doubted I would be able to get a quality deal. However I was well taken care of. This is the 2nd time I've purchased my car at Right Honda. I bought a brand new 2011 Honda Pilot back in 2010 and they did such a wonderful job! I knew that when I was ready to purchase another Honda, I would come back to Right Honda. I came in 2 weeks ago and purchased a Honda Fit. I live out in Chandler and I refuse to go to other nearby Honda dealers simply because Right Honda have great customer service and does not mess around. I even drive up to get my pilot serviced there. Mario is the one that sold me the Honda Fit and he is a great standup man! I cannot express great he is. We still have some things that we're trying to finalized, but he follows through and is a man of his word. I always recommend friends and families to come buy from Right Honda. Been buying new Honda's since the 80's across entire Phx area and ran across this fleet/internet team even b/4 they moved here over 10+ years ago. All 3 of them are true professionals but if I had to pick just one it would be Rick who even amazed my mom who bought an Odyssey to shuttle grandkids. I went along but did nothing as Rick gave her a great price and she had had zero complaints and still raves about how Rick always seems to find her whenever she's at the dealership.I just went back and bought cars for the wife and family and searched nationwide for the best deal. Everyone else in Arizona laughed at the price I wanted to pay especially since it was a very complex transaction with trades.The fleet/internet guys beat my price and had all the paperwork ready for us to sign upon our arrival.In fact negotiated the entire transaction over the internet and they delivered exactly what they said in the email in a very detailed and transparent manner. No other dealer I could find within 500 miles of Phoenix would do that unless I wanted to travel to Boston. There were zero tricks, no gimmicks, or games and we signed everything at one desk without doing the shuffle from office to office like elsewhere.We were in and out in record time... They give you fake numbers over the phone or email to get you into the dealrship and then they tell you the ugly truth.They made me drive twice from Chandler to Scottsdale, the 2nd time I drove because they sent me email confirming the final deal numbers (Price, APR, Monthly payment), the numbers were close to what I was asking for. I arrived at Right Honda agreed on the deal Shake-hands with the salesman he said "Congratulations" and went to bring the papers then told me "We have a problem sir, I don't think we can do the %APR you should get higher %APR !!!!! Seriously!! You agree with customers on a deal and then you change it once they are in??

I was considering several makes and models in buying a new car. Some had suggested buying through Internet or broker to avoid hassle. I went to Right Honda as I previously purchased vehicle there, but I was prepared to walk out if pressured, hassled or felt like games were being played. My salesman, Cameron, was courteous, polite and very helpful. I did my research and came prepared. I also am a female buyer that came alone...so I was curious how I would be treated. Negotiations were very fair, quick, and no games! I got a fair price on my trade in, and actually a better deal than if I did it through Internet and broker! All staff there were professional and courteous, and I was out the door within a few hours. They even set up my bluetooth and explained how everything worked. Been to other Dealers and Honda Dealers in the valley, and the others don't compare. I would highly recommend this dealership and they will continue to get my business in the future!

I have told everyone about the experience. The car selection is awesome; there are models that other Honda store don't carry. Your store sells you what you want not what they want to sell to you like many dealers in the valley. In hindsight I would have started at this store and eliminated the stress and bad experiences I received. They showed me the figures and I knew what the car would cost. We then found other cars to make sure I has a choice and it was up to me what I wanted to purchase. This is not the case at many dealers in the Valley. I really advise if you are going through or experienced car buying pain, come here and walk out with a new car.

Our brand new 2014 Honda Accord Sport went in for its first oil change, Bill Thornton is our usual Service guy there, and the technicians noticed an oil leak from the engine (We had not noticed it). Turned out they had to do an engine tear out and order some parts to fix it-something went wrong in the casting of the part- In the meantime they got me a Corolla from Enterprise to use while they fixed it. Car rides nice as new. No problems. We didn't pay a penny, all covered under warranty. Bill took care of everything. Great service. Nice guys.

We attempted to buy two new 2015 CRV company cars and were quoted a price by email as a response from a price request. When we told them we had two prices that were lower we asked them if they would match the lowest price. We then shared the two lowest bids we had received by email from another two Honda dealers. Their email reply was For Sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. When we emailed to secure the cars we were told somebody named Gary in the sales department responded to the email and they would not honor our request to match the lower price. Somehow it spears the sales team staff can open and read emails and reply without any accountability.

I brought my Pilot in for an oil change service and assumed I would be in and out in the usual 45 minutes including a car wash. Fortunately, an oil change is not an oil change at Right Honda without a thorough inspection. Sure enough there was some additional service required and even then I was out in an hour and a half with a safer vehicle than I went in with.

My husband and I have purchased our last few vehicles from Right Honda. We appreciated using the internet sales option for purchase. And we use RH regularly for our servicing needs. Our sense is that the service providers are honest with us, they always have the exterior of our cars washed after servicing, the waiting area is comfortable and pleasant, and the wait times have not been long. The staff have been friendly and respectful. We have no complaints regarding Right Honda to date, and our experiences are over 10 years or so. Happy Honda drivers!

When we take the cars in for service, they do a great job and always offer the current special that is available to help us save money. They also keep us informed about items that will need attention and the suggested time frame for completing those repairs or maintenance items. They don't try to pressure us into taking care of those things immediately. Recently, all three of our vehicles required maintenance and Bill Thornton and his team worked closely with me to provide me with the best discounts they could offer to help us. JC was very accommodating making sure I drove each of the 3 cars I was interested in. He did not hard sell and was gracious when we informed him we were going to test drive other makes of cars. When we returned the next day he again allowed me to drive my 2 choices and helped me to make my decision to go with the CR-V rather than the accord because he knew my daughter is moving to CO and I will be traveling to visit her. The CR-V will handle the terrain and weather I may encounter.

Battery warranty was still in effect. Greg took the time to look up my service records and inform me, now next time brand new battery. Had oil changed and then the front brakes were bad. Little more expense that I didn't expect, but the sitting area was pleasant and the car washed after the service completed was great...very good on time while getting serviced as my time is limited as well.. My wife and I came to Right Honda looking for a larger vehicle, Jay Powers patiently guided us in our search and even checked a second dealership (Right Toyota) to help us find the perfect vehicle. We test drove several until we found a Pilot we loved. The deal was great and the loan interest rate was lower than anywhere else we tried. Having shopped elsewhere it was refreshing not to have added charges besides the standard tax, title, and tags. Long term we are thinking about moving North to colder climates so being able to afford an all wheel drive Pilot really worked into our future plans. Had timing belt, tensioner, and water pump replaced along with transmission flush and brake pads done. I am baffled to see good reviews and it must be family members of employees. I have bought 3 cars here and the first 2(many many years ago) were fine but the most recent(this year) was horrific and I am still scarred. In fact I have free oil changes and pay to go somewhere else so I don't have to set foot on the property(I like the service department just fine btw just despise the other side...sales). I was lied to and they tried to "spin" the lease amount when I work with money factors and leases myself and knew I was being ripped. I did not get everything out of my car and when I inquired about it, it was gone including my plate and plate holder. Hate would not be an inappropriate word here and I know that's strong but these people are xxxx.

Leasing a new car could have been quite the horrible experience with how long things took. This my first time buying/leasing a car and I must say I didn't expect all of the paperwork and negotiating to be such a process. With all that said, it was far from a horrible experience because of the guys helping me. Devon helped me through everything as a whole and couldn't have been better. It seemed like he knew what I was thinking the whole time and always knew how to make me feel comfortable. His manager, Jake, helped a lot when things needed to be explained to me multiple times and that was a huge help. When I finally thought I was done and I was told there was one more step in finance I thought it would never end. Once I started talking to Justin though, my view on that changed. Sure, it was just a lot of signing documents, and sure I wasn't interested in the things he was offering, but he made me feel calm. He made that very last step when all I could think about was driving that new car great. All in all, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. In an experience I thought would be just extensive and boring, I acquainted myself with three awesome guys who made my first experience buying/leasing a car a memorable one.

BOTH OUR 2006 AND 2007 CIVICS HAVE HAD THE SUN VISORS REPLACED REPEATEDLY DUE TO POOR DESIGN AND POOR QUALITY OF MATERIALS USED (6 TO 8 OCCASIONS) AND NOW THAT THE 2007 IS OUT OF WARRANTY, HONDA WILL NOT KEEP REPLACING THEM FREE OF CHARGE. MY FRUSTRATION AND IRRITATION COMES FROM THE FACT THAT QUALITY VISORS WERE NOT USED THE FIRST TIME. THE SERVICE MANAGER HAS TOLD ME THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM. SO WHY HASENT THE MATTER BEEN RESOLVED YEARS AGO AND SAVED HONDA THE LABOR AND MATERIAL EXPENSE. IT WOULD ALSO SAVED ME LOTS OF FRUSTRATION AND TRIPS TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT

I had a very specific idea of the model of Accord I was interested in buying. Mitch and James listened to what I was asking for and showed me the cars that met my description. They were very informative about the differences in feature packages between the models, which we discussed at great length, but made no effort to sway me towards a more expensive car than I was interested in purchasing. There was no pressure at all in the selling process and I was very satisfied with the final price we agreed on. Mitch and James patiently explained the features on the car during the delivery process and made sure I understood how to use them before I drove away in my new car.

I was not satisfied. I had brought my car in for the paint chips to be fixed as promised when I purchased the car. Apparently the sales manager told me one thing in order to secure the sale, but meant something else. It was obvious there was nothing further that would be done. It was explained to me that the expense already incurred was more than what was intended. This may be so, but I don't work in your line so I would have no idea.The unfortunate is that I have wanted to own a Honda for many years and this is my first Honda.The positive is I have learned to be more wary. Next time I will take pictures of the areas promised and have that signed. Trusting is no longer an option.

I have an "antique" Honda - a 2000 CRV which I just love and hope to keep around for a long time. It has over 160K miles on it, has been in four cities (originally bought in Hawaii) and runs great because I spare no expense to get it done right. Right Honda has delivered supportive customer service and quality maintenance work on it since I brought it in for about two years. I like their friendly staff, communication, and terrific customer care from the moment I drive in for my car intake, the waiting in the roomy and comfortable customer seating area, the explanation of work done/current condition/future recommendation, right up to the payment to the cashier. This operation has instilled my confidence in dealerships providing auto service. Please keep up the good honest work.

From the minute I stepped in the door I felt comfortable and at ease, with no pressure by anyone. The entire staff were warm and welcoming. We sat down and there was no back and forth. I knew what I wanted, and there was no pressure to change my mind. The car I wanted was coming from another dealership, and the deal didn't go through due to issues with the other dealership, not Right Honda. They called me and explained the situation with sincere apologies and they would make it right. They did make it right, and I actually came out ahead. They kept their promise and I will always remember the extra mile they took to get my car. While it always helps to do research beforehand, I did so in order to have ammunition when I expected the salesperson to go back & forth to the "man behind the curtain" to get the right price. This NEVER happened. In fact, Right Honda was very open to handling the entire upfront negotiation by email before I even got to the dealership. They were the ONLY dealer to actually quote prices to me before I got there. What an incredible pleasure to not be "sold" to come in and test drive, blah, blah, blah. The sales process, paperwork, etc. took less than 2 hours, was amazingly friendly and laid back. I got a very, very fair price on my Accord Sport, and I even got a decent price on my trade-in with 110K miles on it. I'm still amazed!

I called a dealer in the area I was in and was told I only had 500 miles left and had to get in and have a very expensive oil change. Instead, I decided to call Bill and talk to him. He assured me I could make it home and have the oil changed here and he was right. I arrived with 5% oil life and was able to do an express oil change the morning after I arrived. Most of the small details were covered over the phone this way when I got there they already knew what they were dealing with. Jacob was my second contact person I met him in person along with Davon when I arrived at the dealership. My husband and I needed a higher sitting vehicle than our 20004 Honda Accord, although we loved the vehicle and wouldn't have changed vehicles for any other reason. However, we were going to take a long road trip and were dreading the buying experience we anticipated with a dealer. Gary Kravetz changed our opinion totally. He made it the best car buying experience we ever had. We met with Gary and were in and out with no hassle or pressure within two hours. We did need to come back the next day to pick up our vehicle because the color I wanted had to be transferred from another dealer. That took only an hour and that included Gary going through the whole vehicle teaching us how to use many of the new features that were new to us. Perfect! We highly recommend Gary and have told many people of our experience. When we returned from our trip, our first service was free and they did a great job while we waited. Didn't take long to check everything and change the oil.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Right Honda when leasing my third vehicle and as a result couldn't wait to break ties. I vowed never to lease another vehicle with them, however, Gary Kravetz turned the situation around and restored my confidence in Right Honda. Usually, I feel intimidated and nervous around car sales men but Gary was extremely professional and upfront. His service was authentic and it made me feel very comfortable. I'can't say that I've had such an experience anywhere, except sometimes when traveling. The entire process took a little over an hour. Thank you Gary for making me feel valued. Always friendly, always honest. Sometimes things don't always go the way you want and sometimes you think a dealership is trying to take advantage of you. I think that is normal. However, Right Honda takes the time to explain and even show you the parts or reason why they are recommending the service. Feel free to compare the repair cost with other local shops. You will find that Right Honda is at or below the other shop prices and you know Honda parts are being used.

august 24th 2014.Horrible. One I will never forget that's for sure. Went in just curious to see what i could get for my 2004 trade-in,no intentions of driving off the lot with anything other than my car. looked at a few cars. was told on a used 2013 accord my payments would be over $500! OUTRAGEOUS! so then we moved on to new vehicles. drove a civic it was fine, payments were still very high on a lease even! then went on to another accord 2013 drove it,came back to dealership wrote down the #'s salesman came back with a payment amount of $597! are you kidding me? that is insane. I should of walked out by this time after being there 5 hours and nothing Honda had to offer was anything i could afford. Then the sales manager mike came into the situation and told Jacob to put me in a accord coupe LX a $30 thousand dollar car with both salesmen knowing well aware what i can and cannot afford! I told them get my payments to under 500 they did $487 was the agreed upon payment. i signed the papers and left. 48 hours later i called the dealership saying i need to unwind this deal i need my old car back i need to get out of this whole thing. they said there is nothing we can do! big BS lie! I talked to BRAD another sales manager who told me the deal had already went through and it was finalized and they get paid immediately. LIES AGAIN! so i came back the following Thursday sat down with Jacob & mike again. They then got me into a civic a 20 thousand dollar car. ran #'s again came back with payment of $434! only 80 dollars less than the accord i left with 5 days before! How do you go from a 30K car to a 20K car and only lower my payments 80 bucks!!! at this point im needing to get out of HONDA for good! i signed the papers once again and drove off the lot. (since i was told i cant have my old car back!) Another thing im still irate about is the trade in value changed from the accord to the civic? WHY ITS STILL THE SAME CAR? it went from 2500 to about 1700. that following Saturday my relative contacted Darrel Deak and demanded to lower my payments. we went back and fourth with #'s got my payments down from 434-336. what i don't understand is why could Honda give me a payment of 336 to begin with? oh wait because HONDA does not care about their customers!!After 48 hrs of owning the first vehicle i wanted out and The men of Right Honda didn't seem to care. They didn't want to help me in any aspect. Now i am stuck with a car i don't even want anymore. I've had my new car about a week now and i am still wanting to get rid of it and get out from underneath Honda all together! I WILL be doing a lease buyout very soon! I will never do business with Honda ever again. I felt taken advantage of, the proper procedures of a lease were not properly disclosed to me, i did not get shit for my trade in, i would of gotten a lot more for it on craigslist. I am not a happy customer, i left with a bad taste in my mouth and i will not recommend anyone to this dealership!

I contacted PJ via Email and let him know I was looking for a 2014 CR-V. I had shopped locally and had encountered less than trustworthy Sales and Finance guys who just wanted to jack the price up then pressure you into a purchase. PJ provided ALL the information, including pricing, trade in allowance etc. in Email. All I had to do was to drive in, sign the paperwork and pickup my new CR-V. I could not find the deal he provided near Tucson where I live and I was very happy with his sales approach and the Finance Manager's no pressure conclusion. They both had great customer service skills, attitudes and were very personable. They made the experience enjoyable. The whole sales experience was good. Our awesome sales person (Kareem McClensky) gave us a great deal. He was quick to respond when asked for a quote and was very patient. However, when we get to the signing of paperwork at the finance dept., the finance manager revealed to us some hidden charges that were not mentioned at all. When we asked for explanation, he was furious and was very rude to us and to the sales person by telling us that "there is no deal!". We felt very humiliated as we walked out of his office. We decided since it was getting late and we also need to get dinner for the family that we will not push through with the purchase when the sales person (very patient) again was able to remedy and we were able to have a compromised deal. As customers we suggest to management that the finance manager would at least show some decency and respect to Honda customers and Honda sales people as well. He needs to experience how hard it is to make a sale from a sales person point of view to just dismiss customers with his rudeness. It is so easy for him to be rude because he was not the one who is looking for customers.

We met Davon, our salesman and from the get go he worked FOR US. He made us feel comfortable and that is SO important when buying a new car. My husband knew exactly what he was willing to do going in, when we sat with Davon & Chris we hit a small road bump in negotiations but then Davon went to work and made it worth our while. He went above and beyond! We are so pleased with how everything panned out. Feeling comfortable is key. No saccharin fakeness or aggressive tactics. He gave a great deal over the phone, including a fair appraisal for my trade. When we arrived, Justin showed us the CRV. My wife was undecided about which color she liked best, so Justin parked them side by side and we stood back and let her decide. Justin gave the best tutorial we have EVER had on a new car purchase. This was my first time leasing a car from Right Honda. Previously I have gone to Earnhardt Honda and decided to give you a try since I reside closer to this dealership. Upon arriving, I was greeted by many salesmen. Adrian welcomed us in, promising that his guy (Marshall) was going to take "good care" of us. Marshall allowed me to test drive a few cars, explaining thoroughly what was included in each of the models I test drove. Upon discussing price options, Adrian and Marshall did not disappoint me. They were very considerate and took into account my personal background - that I just graduated college and landed a full-time job as a teacher. With this being said, they did what they could to help me feel comfortable with a deal that I could afford. They did this in a short amount of time. I was shocked. There was no funny business in which they left and came back multiple times telling me they could not do better. I felt as though Adrian was being truthful and cared about my situation and did what he could to give me the best deal. I truly felt taken care of as a customer and cannot thank Right Honda enough. At the end, Marshall showed me the features to the car once again and helped input my close contacts as well. He took his time and wanted me to feel 100% comfortable with the vehicle before I left. Was looking to buy a new CR-V. I used Edmunds to find the best pricing among dealers in AZ and Right Honda came back with the lowest price out of the three dealers. Peter Murillo followed up with a call and an email soon after. I called him to ask general questions and fish for a price, thinking I was going to buy from AutoNation Honda that's closer to my house. He was very pleasant, honest, and patient, answering all my questions (I was concerned about the tire pressure monitor issues some drivers had had). I went to the dealer to talk more on pricing options and he showed me the CR-Vs. My first impression was that they were in very good condition, clean interior/exterior, and came with some upgrades installed that really beefed up their appearance compared to ones I saw at AutoNation Honda. And happy to know they use air in the tires not nitrogen. We worked through all pricing options and was able to negotiate a fair price without any pressure or obligation. Then he continued to keep me informed about the buying process, what the next steps are, There were never any surprises! I didn't do a trade-in and wasn't sure how I would pick up the new car. No problem, they detailed the car then delivered it to my house on the day I wanted it at no charge. The paperwork took 5 minutes, so pain free! They are great. Again, Peter was very respectable, never pushy and I never felt harassed or obligated to make a purchase. Highly recommend going to them!

I was told by sales person that my trade in car would be worth about $5,000. The sales person told me a number of lies about the car sales deal I was being pitched. I get into the finance office and the verbal agreement doesn't look like anything like what I was told on the sales floor. I was baited into a car deal and when I get into finance they switched figures and numbers around. It was later discovered that the trade in value on my vehicle was swapped out in the contract to reflect $1,500 instead of $5,000. As a result, Right Honda was able to steal $3,500 from me because they succeeded to trick me using deceptive sales practices and I signed the contract. I returned to the dealership and attempted to seek a resolution with the sales person at the dealership. However, I was told that I should have read my contract more carefully before I signed it. They said that nothing could be done for me. The situation seemed misleading, crooked, tricky and dishonest as the matter was left unresolved. Later, I was contacted by a staff member from the dealership to inquire about my sales experience. I explained about my dissatisfaction with my sales experience. I was referred to Scott Redden. Scott invalidated and deflected all of my concerns. Scott failed to resolve the issue to a level of reasonable satisfaction. I took my compliant to Honda and no resolution was provided. The bad car deal experience with Right Honda remains unresolved. I wouldn't recommend that you buy a car with Right Honda because you will probably be scammed by the team of sales and finance staff. Don't expect the sales staff or management team to make it right because they probably will not. You will be stuck in a bad car deal and you will feel like thieves just scammed you. You will learn the hard way if you enter a car deal with Right Honda and discover you became one of their victims.

I came to talk to P.J. Arnal to discuss purchasing a used Honda Civic. He said that they don't last long when they come in and asked me if I had ever thought of leasing a vehicle. P.J. provided great lease rates from Honda that made leasing a viable option for me. I like knowing that the car is under warrantee and don't have to worry about hidden damage from purchasing a used car.

Everyone involved in my purchase went out of their way to make me feel important. Mike Spilotro and his associates - Scott Ford, and Jose Vallecillo - are not only excellent at Customer Service, but so completely down to earth and really work to create a synergy with the customer making them feel comfortable rather than just selling them a car. I literally left the dealership thinking that never before have I ever had a car buying experience that I could say I enjoyed the time I'd spent there! We were apprehensive in taking our car to a Honda dealer, as we had very bad experiences with Bell Honda, but when Sun Devil was unable to handle our recent concerns, they recommended that we take the car to a Honda dealer. Not knowing about your service department, I took the car in and explained the problem to a nice man in the service department (name forgotten) but my wife has his card. Since I had taken my wife's Honda in, she wanted me to give the critique on the service experience. Suffice to say I explained our reluctance at taking the car to a dealer owing to our horrible prior experiences at Bell Honda, and told the service person that if I was satisfied, we would be back. My wife is planning on buying a new Honda in 2014 and her decision of which dealer to buy from was dependent upon the quality of the dealers service department. The problem was handled quickly and within our financial limits for cost owing to the problem. I was very happy with the speed of the solution and was well treated throughout the procedure by the service staff. It appears very favorable for your dealership that we will come to you when my wife will want to purchase her new Honda.

Bill Michael did a wonderful job and made the process of buying a car very smooth. He listened to what I wanted as a customer and saw that my needs were met. He is also a genuinely nice person, who was focused on the customer's needs (mine) versus achieving a big sale. I had an appointment with service at Right Honda because I had received a letter from Honda about a safety recall . Monty Blankier came up to me while I was waiting and I ended up test driving a 2014 Accord. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that night when I brought my husband in with me. I leased my first Honda in 2003 and purchased a 2005 and then a 2008. My son was driving the 2005. Since that one had a lot of miles and my 2008 only had 60,000, I gave him my car and traded in the 2005. This is my 4th Accord, all from Right Honda. I have been extremely pleased with sales and service.
