I haven't been in a dealership in almost 16 years. I talked to a salesman over the phone the day before going about what I was looking for and inventory. He was knowledgeable on trucks being delivered. The next morning I was there when they opened and met with the salesman I had spoke to the previous evening. Very nice gentleman. No pushing. Answered all my questions. Within an hour I was the owner of what I wanted. It took longer to do the walkaround than to actually buy my truck. A good experience and if I ever buy/upgrade my truck I'll definitely shop at Rice again.
