I bought a new blazer here and can’t say enough about the service we received. It started online with Jaime from customer service helping us for over 3 days answering our many questions, she was absolutely great, then we made an appointment and she met us because they were so busy and helped us until a salesman could take over which went above and beyond her job! Next our salesman Ken Lance helped us get the perfect Blazer, would recommend this place to everyone!!! Great job Reymore and team! Extremely happy

I would give Reymore Chevrolet a 10 if it would let me. The customer service I received from Ken Lance was superior to any car buying experience I’ve ever had. This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and professional. Our sales person Rachel was friendly, knowledgeable and kept the process moving. She was very cognizant of our time and kept us informed at every step. We knew what we wanted having found it through a search of their online inventory and drove away the same day. I highly recommend Reymore and would purchase from them again.

I’ve been looking at Jeep wranglers for awhile, and I was looking at multiple places. I saw this Jeep and it was calling my name! So I called to see if it was still available, and it was. I drove 2 1/2 hours to see this vehicle in person and I fell in love! The staff was very friendly and kept us entertained. It definitely was worth the trip for sure! I highly recommend this dealership because they welcomed you like family. Thank you David Fischer for selling me my dream vehicle!

The dealer sold us a car at a decent price but they never disclosed that it was a former rental car. This happens to be breaking a NYS. Law on dealer sales of use cars. Also all questions asked to the salesman had him leaving to ask someone else because he does not know his job!

I purchased my truck as a Certified used vehicle. At the time I didnt know there was a difference between Certified and GM Certified, I wrongly assumed that with all the decor around the dealership with Certified GM Pre-Owned on it that there was only one kind of Certified. Boy, was I wrong.The truck was sold to me with the transmission cooler lines run wrong, and they were rubbing on other components, which led to a failure of the lines, which put me in a bad spot to make a bad decision and I burned the transmission up. This faulty installation was noticed at my 2nd or 3rd oil change by the Reymore service guy. Of course it was nothing that they knew about when they sold it to me, and it became my problem after I purchased it. They said theyd keep an eye on it, and I figured I had time to devise a plan and worry about it at a later date. It failed late on a Sunday night out of cell phone range in the middle of nowhere. After the failure the service guys got GM to eat the cost of new cooler lines which I appreciated on the part of the service guys but not management. Reymore themselves didnt really do anything to help me out with the problem they sold me, and for the two weeks the truck was there I couldnt even get a loaner car, and I had to go back there two more times to get the remainder of my parts back that were needed by the other dealer I had fixing it because they didnt put all of them in the bed of my truck as I requested. I presented my frustration to management there, and all it did was make the sales guy try to sell me another truck. I think it was just a bad set of circumstances and maybe not underhanded scammery, but the net result is I was sold a truck with a $500 problem that became my headache after I bought it, and due to the collateral damage I am $3,800 lesser now going into the holidays because thats what the whole ordeal cost me to make right. The reason I buy used from a dealer is so I dont have to worry about shotty workmanship. I didnt know I had to crawl under a Reymore Certified used vehicle to inspect everything and photograph everything. I do now, and I will not buy used from them anymore. Sometimes bad stuff just happens and I dont fault them for the transmission burning up, but I fault them for allowing a Certified vehicle with problems like that to go out on the lot for the consumer to inherit and absorb the cost and inconvenience of resolving. I had a lot of good experiences there with service and the service guys are good, but just beware of what you are buying if its used. Read the paperwork, and have it interpreted for you if you arent sure. Have your mechanic crawl under it, and take photos.

I THOUGHT MY TRAID IN WAS A FAIR PRICE.NO PRESSURE TO BUY.DID NOT HAVE EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED ON THE LOT,FOUND IT ON LINE WENT AND GOT IT FOR ME. GAVE ME A GOOD %RATE.TRAIDED IN A 2007 SILVERADO 2500HD 4+4 LT NOW HAVE A 2013 SILVERADO 2500HD 4+4LT.ALWAYS HAD MY 2007 SERVICED THERE BUT DIDNOT BUY IT FROM THEM.

I have never had such a great experience with a dealership, from the time I arrived at Reymore and was greeted by Eric Morgan,sales consultant she and the staff, Sam (body shop)mdae me feel welcome, I felt no pressure at anytime in purchasing a car, she showed me the car and it was just what I was looking for, we then made the deal with my trade and at no time did I feel that I was at a dealership, that's how much at ease they make you feel. My 75 year old mother stopped in and inquired about a new cruze LS. Scott promptly brought her a cruze LT, which is $2500 more. After a long test drive pressured her into signing a buyers order. This was not even the vehicle she came in to look at. Luckily, she did not sign and will never do business with this dealership who does not listen to its customers and will take advantage of any opportunity to make a dollar when it can, even at the expense of duping an elderly person. Beware.....beware.......those small time dealership will be as dishonest as it can.

Cheryl was very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough with all the details in the Silverado that we purchased. She didn't try "selling" us a bunch of stuff that we didn't want and was very genuine!Morgan was very good at explaining all of the features of the vehicle, if she didn't understand something she found out for us and didn't try blowing us off with stuff she didn't know. The overall experience was excellent and they were all very good with my children too!

Worst vehicle purchase experience ever. Total lack of customer service. Bought a used truck with less than 50k miles. Two and half months after purchase a suspension component failed causing a leaf spring to punch a hole through the bed of the truck. Sure they replaced the $40 part that failed. But left me with hundreds of dollars worth the damage to the bed of my truck, with nothing more to say than "Sorry cant do anything for you" I would not recommend this dealer to anyone for anything.

This was by far the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. Absolutely zero pressure. Fair trade in value, great price on vehicle purchased. I have already recommended to my family members!!!

This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with in my forty plus years of buying cars, they sold me a car for more than it was advertised for then lied about it.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Cheryl House. Her commitment to sales and service is over the top. This has been the best vehicle purchasing experience I have had yet. I got tired of the big dealership games and feeling like a number when buying from them. Reymores is a class act family owned dealership. You are not a number there, you are a customer. The follow up after the sale has a personal touch. You feel like a friend of this dealership. I highly recommend buying from Reymore Chevrolet.

The people are very friendly and the price I got on my truck was fantastic! The best thing about Reymore is that you are not forgotten after the sale. They will do everything in their power to keep you satisfied by taking care of anything that goes wrong with your vehicle! JoEllen Ramsden ( Sales ) was very easy to deal with, Bob Kipping ( Business manager ) was great in getting me the credit I needed, and Nick Larson ( Service Dept. ) is wonderful as far as taking care of anything that should go wrong with your vehicle. As anyone knows car buying can be a aggravating and unpleasant experience no matter how prepared you are, but when we arrived at Reymore Chevrolet that all changed. We started our car shopping on the Internet in mid February and our in person dealer stops after March arrived and were upset to down right MAD at some of the Chevrolet dealers in our area. Our displeasure was due to the impersonal way we were talked down to as well as having staff turning their back to us and walking away. Thankfully we decided to stop in and see the people at Reymore Chevrolet in Central Square, N.Y. on Route 11. It is here where our experience got better very quickly. We were greeted at the door by AC Bowman who made us feel relaxed and at home, we chatted about our needs and were offered a beverage looked over a couple vehicles including a reasonable test drive, we were offered a price that no one anywhere else could begin to match. We then meet salesmen Ken Lance and business manager Bob Kipping who worked together as a team to finish the process thru to delivery, Bob even got us better interest rate than I could get thru my credit union of 26 years. When we picked up our brand new Equinox it was in a very clean pickup area inside the dealership all cleaned and ready to go. Ken went over complete operation of all options on board and made sure we understood them all. Thank You Reymore Chevrolet...

This is the second vehicle I have leased from Reymore Chevrolet, and once again the experience was seamless. Cheryl House found the vehicle I was looking for and i was in it within two days. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car and took the time to show me everything. She answered ALL of my questions without me even asking them. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an easy buying/leasing experience. As long as Chevy keeps making great vehicles I will be back at this dealership without a single thought! Love my Cruze!!

We've bought 2 cars in the past year from Cheryl House and she is an excellent sales person! She is efficient, personable, fair & reasonable to deal with, and always gives us a great deal that can't be beat anywhere else. My family has bought lots of cars from her in the past and from others at the dealership and we have always been treated exceptionally well! It is a great family-run business and is the only Chevrolet dealership around that I would recommend!! The dealership has always been great at getting our questions answered in a timely manner and they go above and beyond to satisfy all their customers!! The employees in the body shop (yea, I've had a couples oops's where I've needed their assistance - lol) and in the service department are all pleasant to deal with also. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially recommend going to see Cheryl House if you are looking for a new or used vehicle!!
