The buying process was very good, salesman was very personable and helpful even though I was buying a used car 2010 Ford Edge and service contract which I purchased Oct 2015. The coin flipped when I brought in for service. I got an appointment within 2 days but the items that I said needed fixed were not done. I was told that I never asked them to fix electric front driver seat. I said the service dept at the time of the phone call told me to look in my book to adjust seat. Seat didn't work at all and I was never given a book, I went on line to download a book. Also my driver side mirror doesn't work so now I can hardly reach gas pedal and brakes and can't see out my driver side mirror. These things happened the day my battery went dead, for no reason. Needless to say I wasn't very happy the day I picked up my vehicle. I was upset by the service department and no customer service.

Recall work took as long as Suzuki claimed it would.Disappointed in rear wiper service (cycles automatically at vehicle start, without intentional engagement) - no solution suggested and no repairs made. Left to take to vehicle to private garage where have had better overall service.

first off this dealer lists cars that are not even there in their lot,it was the same company but in a completely different location .so call and be specific before heading there.so you arrive and you are dirrected to the as is section .what you are not told is that even though the cars might be inpected the work is not done on them at all so good luck after you leave the lot .Then the cars are listed for a grand or more then what they were listed for on the website .i wasted a long drive going there .they dont even try to make the cars even look presentable one car even had the radio ripped off the wires were still hanging ... i left out of there so fast .the one and only thing that i saw good about that place was the rep that attended me was very kind and understanding .i arrived with my daughter and instead of taking advantage and feeding me bull like many other reps do this guy had enough moral and told everything straight .there should be more reps like him .if i ever go there again I will make sure only he attends me since i felt confident enough that he wasnt looking forward to selling a single mom and overprice piece of junk.if the two cars i specifically went down there for would have been there i would have left the dealer ship with car i intended to buy ,how ever arriving and feeling desieved was my biggest stray.
