Justin Taylor's handling of my issue was as 'outstanding' as it usually is. I came in for a 'recall' issue, shortly before he was to end his shift. First time with a new service writer. This is the fourth one in 18 1/2 years. Two had departed. One had moved up in position. Now Jason. He was as good as his predecessors. Another great experience. Jason the technician was wonderful as normal. Have been using his talent for at least 16 years. The only one to work on my vehicles. I trust him that much. Great job by all.

Radley Chevrolet has the most professional team I've ever encountered at a dealership. Most sales rep pressure you from the time you arrive until you leave. Our sales rep Marvin Williams listened to me, never pressured me just gave me a brochure to review and pick out the things I wanted in my purchase. Once I made my selections Marvin went over everything with me. The manager and Marvin had the car within a few days. It speaks volume when a customer is not pressured but respected instead of being treated like a commission check.

Although Radley Chevrolet may fall short with their un-decorated lounge area; and they sure need to upgrade the refreshment dispenser (get a new coffee brewer already)! But, they do an outstanding job of providing professional and reliable service on your vehicle. Jack, my service advisor, was spot-on with every aspect of my service work being conducted the day I was in shop, despite the onslaught of customers the facility was getting that day. He kept me informed but did not pressure me into having work done just to increase the ticket price, as so many repair shops do these days. I appreciated that he showed care for my vehicle and me as a human being at the same time. Way to go Radley, now let's get that coffee brewer upgraded!

My salesman was nice enough to arrange to get the car that I wanted which was over 100 miles away just to make sure I was satisfied with the car that I wanted. Everything was made clear as far as features on the car and what the final price would be.Speaking of price, the finance area was phenomenal in the aspect of not rushing me through the prices and just being up front with me. I was allowed to ask as many questions I wanted, and worked with me to get the financial side of things right with my bank. This was so much better than the last Chevrolet dealership I went through and I will buy my next vehicle from THIS dealership in the future.

Overall a good experience as usual. I liked that they let me know the things that were the most serious when considering what I could afford to get completed at this time. The shuttle service to and from work is priceless when you are getting so many things done on your vehicle. The only problem I had was related to an understandable policy to use the manufacturer's recommendation for psi...which is way too low and caused by first set of tires to wear out very quickly. Once I explained what & why I wanted a certain psi they were right on it. Love not feeling pressured into things more than anything and will always keep me coming back to Radley. Best customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership and even though my car is now 8 years old I still only take it there!

Mr. Pittman, I would like to express my appreciation to your staff for their professional and courteous manner during the sale and service of my new Chevrolet Silverado. I bought the truck in September with Toney as my sales person. Vincent helped me with the introduction to the truck. Both men are a delight to work with. They are polite, knowledgeable and courteous. In my younger years, a trip to the dealership was a study in frustration as you anguished through the never ending trips to the mysterious "manager". You needed an ambulance rather than a new vehicle to take you home. Your staff, atmosphere and polite mannerisms has changed my outlook. In addition, the truck experienced a problem with the security system and the battery. Bryan was able to see me the same day I called and your technicians resolved the issue under warranty. The waiting room, coffee and snacks made the visit quite pleasant. Bryan was helpful and informative during the process. Anthony Coghill is probably the first car salesperson that I have dealt with in over 50 years of buying or leasing cars that I can say met and exceeded all of my expectations. My rating is a 4.5 stars. Justin really took outstanding care of me and my 2004 Tahoe. So the 4.5 star rating is for him and the other guys who work on my truck. The .5 lost is because I was disappointed that the service "courtesy rides" is no longer available for my area. One of the things I loved about Radley is that I knew if it was going to take a long time to service my truck' I did not have to stay and sit for that long time period. So the .5 is for lost of customer services that was great for someone like me. I do want to say again THANK YOU to Justin and the others who worked on my Tahoe. The did an excellent job!!!

You replaced the rusted brake lines, wheel cylinders and Calapers then on my invoice it stated I wanted the brake fluid replaced and charged me $100 for that. It appears to me that by replacing everything you did - there was NO Brake Fluid left in the system. I also wanted the back brake shoes replaced because you had everything removed and would have taken a minimum amount of time to install new shoes.I think General Motors should assume responsibility for the rusted brake lines. I live in Virgina, don't drive this truck much, take the truck through undercarage washes thus the rusted. Rake lines is faulty engineering of General Motors.

For 12 years I had a great Chevy Cavalier. I was looking to trade it in for a new car. I was set on a Malibu or Cruze. Bill Ridgeway was very helpful. He showed me many models of the Malibu and Cruze. I was able to test drive the Malibu. After learning about all of it's features as well, I was ready to buy. Bill was a great salesman. He was not at all pushy, which made me more comfortable to buy a new car! Often when people are pushy, I just want to leave. He made sure I was getting the car that I wanted and that I was ready to move ahead with the paperwork. I really like that Bill took the time to show me many of the features in the car and how things work.

Well, aside from an oil change and a tire rotation taking a little more than an hour to accomplish, I needed a new rear wiper, which I found out was not in stock and on back order, with a price tag of $18. Which is ridiculous for a piece of plastic that is about 12 inches long. Plus, the dealership is going through a renovation, which took away from the wait time being anywhere near pleasant. Aside from the fact that I had a coupon giving me both services for $25, I'm not too sure why I keep coming back to Radley for my service needs. The hour long wait time makes it very frustrating.

My visit was for a an oil change, multi-point inspection, a state inspection sticker and nitrogen tire service check. While these are basic services, I'd like to point out that I was in and out in 50 minutes, which is much shorter than the norm. I got there at about 8:30 am and was told it would take 75-90 minutes based on those ahead of me. So I was very pleased. Also nice to see the showroom is being remodeled. It was a long time coming.

I did recommend a family member to go to Radley Chevrolet! My daughter, who purchased her 2011 Malibu at Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge. She had multiple problems with the car inside the first week of driving it. Not being able to make a commute from Alexandria to Fredericksburg because "Engine losing power" message and stalling on Rt 95 multiple times during a commute being the main one! None of the problems would Lindsay Chevrolet even touch without charging her for everything, charges in excess of $1,000.00! Brian Gillespie had conferred with my daughter about the issues, so he was familiar with it when I drove it to Radley one morning and left it with them. Brian and Radley couldn't have been more fair and courteous with us. They were very thorough with the diagnostics, (Lindsay Chevrolet was NOT). Over a weekend the car wouldn't act up, so they gave it back to my daughter, and she drove it to work the next day. On the way home it did what they were looking for, so she drove it right in and left it running, and they finally pinpointed the problem that day. While they did, Radley paid for a rental car so my daughter could get to work, AND, had the car ready to pick up that evening, for $360.00! I want to thank Brian Gillespie, the technicians that worked on my daughter's car, the management and all the staff for being honest, cordial, fair, and most of all, the best damned dealership on the East Coast! I emailed for information in reference to a 91 Chevy Corvette. The Sales person Kerry -called back once. I left at least 3 messages in her voice mail to get back to me with the information on the Corvette. The initial call had said there had been a price reduction. I never heard back I ran at different times a Chevy and a Chrysler dealership on Long Island, N.Y. and this would not have been acceptable from any sales working for me. Very Dissapointed.

I am disappointed with the service department. I have a 2009 avalanche and I am beyond disappointed purchased a year ago. Let me start by saying this is my 3rd one I had great experiences with the other that I purchased from Radley. When I bought this one I noticed on the car fax report the dealer gave me showed the door actuator was replaced. When I asked about it they said it was a one off thing that was fixed. Well about 6 months ago another one went bad I took it to another store to have it fixed. Now a 3rd one has gone bad I called the service department to ask if they could tell me which door was replaced on the carfax report and they said they couldn't tell but I could bring it in and they would look at it for the $109 (I believe) labor cost. This makes 0 sense to me they did the work and I know that the keep records. I then said ok well how much is it to fix, again they said the minimum labor was $109 but didn't know the cost of the part and said I need to speak with them. When he connected me they were closed. Besides this the side mirror motor has gone bad and the tailgate lock has gone bad. A umber of small things but they add up to so,done on a budget. I am extremely frustrated I honestly want to get rid of it but now I am sure I am upside down blah blah and since it's a contract I am stuck. Or they would say well if you put down $5000 we can get you into something for the same payment etc. My family has bought a number of cars from here but I think this was probably the last one.

The only suggestion I offer is to please tell me where to pick up my vehicle after I leave the cashier. After I paid, I didn't know how to find my vehicle. When I asked, I was told to wait out front. After waiting for several minutes, I went back inside to ask the cashier again. There seemed to be a lot of confusion as to where my truck was. I finally found it on my own.

It began with good service from Julius Elder, in sales. For the near two years we have had the vehicle the navigation screen would dim/to out intermittantly, but not at the dealership. We brought the car in to service Tire Monitoring System because the light came on and for routine oil change. It was about 1pm. I pulled into the garage and backed out and back in at the dealership and the screen went black again. I showed it to Jose and asked that he verify that it happened because I had complained so many times and the dealership hadnt happened been able to replicate or before. Rick Roberts listend patiently to my complaints and noticed that the safety inspection sticker was positioned right above the light sensor. The sticker was repositioned which seems to have remedied the problem. I felt vindicated and like a valued customer. BRAVO! and Kudos to Rick Roberts!

From the moment I stepped on the dealership lot and encountered Danial Castro, the gentleman who assisted me in trying to get a car with poor credit, I can truly say I was impressed with his attitude and the way he treated us from the get go. Dealerships that I encountered earlier in the day, as soon as they heard the word "Bad" credit, didn't seem to care or I was told to come back in 6 months. Daniel also said that I would have a CHOICE, meaning more than 1 car that the dealership and "Bank" could put me in. After filling out paperwork and waiting for some sort of financing, I was please that Daniel said I had been approved with a 2nd chance "Bank" and would be given the op to improve my credit with my purchase. From there on the encounter with Michael in financing was truly a great experience. Everything was explained in "Laymans" terms, easy to understand. On Thursday, I was notified by OnStar that I had low tire pressure in my front right tire and I needed to have my car serviced. The first service was completed and the tires were rotated. On Saturday Morning, I contacted a local tire company that sells Michelin Tires and they contacted the tire manufacture and the defective tire will be replaced on Monday. If all the sensors are not reset, I will drop off my car Tuesday evening as planned. I sincerely appreciate all your help.

I brought my 6-month old vehicle in for an oil change and to check the alignment since I was advised that my alignment might be out of order when I had air put in my tires. The technician checked my alignment quickly, and advised that there were no problems, and then changed my oil/rotated my tires, and I was on my way. Very nice people. Very friendly.

My whole experience at Radley Chevrolet was good from the time I walked thru the door until I left with my new car. I made my first 2 car purchases at another GMC dealer in Fredericksburg & my experience at Radley was by far the best! It started with Karen Jarmen, the Internet Manger, responding to my husband's query in a very timely manner; despite my telling him it would take 24hrs or longer. Impressive! Jerry Lester our salesman was very knowledgeable about the Equinox & after a short test drive I was sold; much too my husband's delight for taking me there in the first place & proving his point. We were supposed to be visiting other dealers in the area & that never happened. Proud to say we are both now Radley Chevrolet customers.

Each time I use your Service Department it has been an incredible experience. You can usually get the appointment time that you want to include the day that you want. You are treated with respect and told along the way while you are waiting where you are in the process and how much longer it will take and the service people are amazing. I even had a questions about my phone in the car and the person that helped me was amazing. I am so sorry that I forgot his name but he was so helpful and explained so many things to me besides the phone that I was eternally grateful. If you could find out his name that would be great, I usually use Chris in the Service Department but I had the other person that works with Chris who was also wonderful but unfortunately I have forgotten his name but he found me a person who could help me with all of my questions on the computer in my car and he was so wonderful and I would like to make sure that he gets thanked for his service. I cannot tell you how great your service department is I have always been treated like a individual and not as a number and I will tell you that I appreciate that more than you will know. I have owned several BMW's and have used their service departments all over and have never been treated as well as I have at Radley, you are to be commended for that. My first phone call to your dealership speaking to Mandy your warranty person, was not so good. My second phone call to a manage named Mike, I apologize, but I didn't get his last name, was good. He listened and told me who I needed to speak to that would get my issue resolved. I sent the person he referred me to Mr. Joe Vitalie an email and he responded within minutes and resolved my issue. I want to be completely clear that the sales staff with whom I interacted were extremely helpful and professional. A general comment is that a number of salesperson were acting unprofessionally. I would strongly suggest that salespersons be required to smoke somewhere other than the main entrance area of the dealership. For one, it looked like there were way too many salespersons on shift - there was just a big gaggle of people at the front door - not a big deal. What was annoying was when I had to walk through a haze of smoke with my wife and 2 year old daughter in order to go back into the showroom.

Susan provided me with detailed explanations that included indentifying the problem and the costs associated with the part and repair.On a separte note, I would encourage for Radley to incorporate customers paying for service over the phone and locking keys and receipt in vehicle, and place keys and receipt in the visor or under floor mat per customers request allowing for vehicle to be picked up after dealership hours. This would definitely accomodate customers who are unable to arrive at dealership during operating hours. Just a thought.

I did my shopping, negotiated my terms and finalized my purchase all via online. My salesperson was responsive, certious, efficient, knowledgeable and very gracious. She even worked from home and all hours. I had four dealerships that were all within a couple of hundred dollars of each other. She was the only one who asked, "what will it take for us to earn your business?" I told her. She did not argue, tell me it wasn't possible, she simply delivered. When I arrived at the dealership, I was offered a drink and found all the paperwork to be complete and just required my signature. My new vehicle was prepped and parked right by the door. Although another salesperson was working with me, my internet salesperson came over and introduce herself and thanked me for my business. My tags were swapped and I was on the road. I will not only recommend this dealership and salesperson to others, I will be making my future purchases here.

While I am always satisfied with the services and the professionalism of the staff, I was not informed of the cost to just ascertain what the problem with the air bag system would cost [$106.00] in advance. While this would not have stopped me from having the service done, the work could not have been completed as the part required was not stocked. It seems that this problem is somewhat unusual in that the sensing module failed. I spoke with Chevrolet of America's customer service representative who informed me that the module was covered under the normal three year/36,000 mile warranty. I told them I was unhappy with having to pay out $700.00 plus for a vehicle with only 25,600 miles. For over 20 years I owned Toyota Vehicles, I decided to change and buy American. I first purchased my 2009 Malibu [which has the sensing module problem] and the purchase a second vehicle, a 2012 Equinox. I hope that this type of problem is not going to be indicative of what I can expect with Chevrolet vehicles as it would cause me to have second thoughts on buying any future Chevrolets.

I brought my own oil as they do not have Mobil 1 Hi-mileage oil. One the invoice they charged me for oil. ok, my question, did they use their oil and tech kept my oil for his personal use? I called back service advisor said no, he saw the empty containers on floor. Just saying, this can put a doubt in your mind. Thank you everything else was fine.

The service is always great. The only problem that I have is that as I am waiting in the waiting area, the service tech always calls me to tell me when my car is ready. When I tell them that I am sitting in the dealership, they always say that the paperwork said that I just dropped off. I am curious is they don't prioritize my car as I always seem to be there much longer than other customers in the waiting area. I just want to make sure that they understand that I am waiting for my car. I have already had to take several days off of work for things that should have only taken a short time to address (such as a faulty tire patch which took 4 hours to fix). Please make sure that the service techs know when the owner of the vehicle is waiting in the waiting area.

No real complaints re. service, but there are two points I will mention. At first, there seemed confusion whether I could get an inspection that day, I was sent to two advisors to see if it was possible. Seems odd that the customer has to find out if it is possible to get service. Arrived at noon and think that is early in day to be told that may not be possible to get inspection that day. Second, had coupon for free alignment inspection and was told that every vehicle is automatically checked for this, so I did not need coupon. If there is a coupon in paper it implies (to me) that this is needed for service. If not, why bother to put in paper, seems like a useless coupon which could be replaced by one that actually gets me something. Otherwise, no problems.

The price we agreed to on our vehicle was very fair. It included several incentive programs which made the decision to go with Chevrolet easier. We have been long time Lincoln owners and have come back to GM after many years away. Our sales person was curteous and worked extremely hard at finding the vehicle we wanted (2013 Suburban LTZ) at another dealership. That part was somewhat frustrating because the vehicle that was available online was actually not available when requested. Due to unavailability of other dealer's LTZs more than a week went by before we could close the deal...after a couple of the incentives expired. Much to my surprise, Radley honored our original deal and absorbed the lost incentives by reducing the cost of the vehicle. It restored my faith in Radley after a rocky start finding the right vehicle. Our salesman never gave up. Kudos to John Young of Radley. We look forward to a long relationship with Radley and the Chevrolet family.

While I am always recommending the dealership to purchase a vehicle, this was my first experience with the service shop. I came in for an oil change, and was very disappointed that I did not receive the same level (or better) service that I typically receive at a JiffyLube (or similiar). These smaller chains always vacuum the interior and wipe down the windows for me. While this may seem small, it is something I have come to expect and was disappointed that your team does not automatically include this.

This was a unique visti. I had to take my business vehicle in and my wife had to bring in the family vehicle. Once we identified the car we wanted from this web site, we went over there and found out the car had just been sold before the web site was updated. Happens all the time - not a big deal. But then we found another car online the next day. They had no problem letting us take it to our mechanic and he gave it the thumbs up. All belts, fluids looked great, tires were newer, and the car was in great mechanical and structural shape. The price was very good and there was no need to haggle. Once again the Radley team comes through with excellent service. The service team was prompt and beat their estimated completion time. My saleman, Paul Forster, came over to see how I was doing between helping his other customers. If Paul ever left I would probably look elsewhere to buy a Chevolet. Thanks for the good experience. I always schedule my service with Radley when I am in town. BTW, I live 2 hours away and will continue to make the travel for buying and service requirements.

Our buying process with Jim Avery was the best we have ever had purchasing a car. As a matter of fact we are about to contact him again to purchase a second vehicle from him. He never once pressured us or made us feel hassled or harassed. THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES! Also, the manager of Radley Chevrolet accommodated us 100% two weeks after we purchased our vehicle from there and went above and beyond good customer service. I have had my Tahoe for one year and got my free inspection yesterday. Went flawless and as always the staff at Radley were friendly and attentive. It's not often people give kudos for a job well done but so far we have had nothing but pleasurable experiences there. *Fingers crossed* :)

NEVER USE RADLEY CHEVROLET BODY SHOP!! I am a professional woman and own two companies. I took my daughter's vehicle to Radley Chevrolet Body Shop for a $89 alignment. I received a call from Michelle who stated that we needed a $52 cam bolt, which made me very skeptical. I have had many alignments and never had to pay for any additional parts. I put her on speaker phone so my daughter could hear the conversation. The only pricing Michelle mentioned was $89 for the alignment and $52 for the cam bolt that was needed to complete the alignment. In fact, I was told the alignment could not be completed without it. NO other pricing such as labor was provided to me. I didn't ask about labor because I assumed if the cam bolt was needed for the alignment that the labor was all included in the alignment price of $89. I was VERY surprised to find that the alignment final cost was $199 because they added $67 labor charge for installing the cam bolt. Then when I called to speak to Michelle she LIED to me and stated that she told me the labor charge not once, but MULTIPLE times. This is NOT TRUE and I am volunteering to take a lie detector test. Would Michele be willing to do this as well? I CANNOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE RADLEY CHEVROLET AS LONG AS EMPLOYEES ARE LYING TO CUSTOMERS!!! I was already mad at the additional $52 charge, so if she had advised me of the full cost I would have told her DO NOT DO THE ALIGNMENT!! I am requesting a refund of the labor fee. I also questioned why I paid for a 4 wheel alignment when they only aligned the right front wheel (hence 2 wheel alignment). I am really sick of dealerships taking advantage of customers!!!

Service department had replaced the right side rearview mirror within only an hour and a half after we had dropped the truck off. We live 12 miles from Radley, so it was very convenient to have the truck ready as soon as we had finished dinner at the nearby Hard Times Cafe...

My wife Melinda and I purchased a 2013 Equinox on 2/16, taking advantage of your sign and drive leasing specials and were very pleased with the outcome. We had certain requirements to make the deal work and what we ended up with was well within those requirements. Our sales associate, Tony Thornton, was very pleasant and professional. The entire experience was like sitting around the kitchen table, chatting with an old friend. The 2013 Equinox is the fifth vehicle we've purchased from Radley since moving to Spotsylvania from MA in late 2000. The other vehicles were a 50th Anniversay '03 Corvette, '04 Silverado, '06 Equinox (that we traded for the new one) and an '06 Corvette. Overall, we've been very satisfied with Radley with our buying and servicing needs. Also, I'm a Corvette enthusiast. I've had nine...'59, '62, '65, 68,'74, 25th Anniversary '78, '95, '03 and '06. I decided that my next one would be the new generation C7. Now that it's been introduced, I hope to purchase one this Fall. I expect to get a great deal on it, just like the deals on all the other purchases. This time, I intend to take delivery at the Corvette assembly plant via the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. We had our car fixed by you all on 2/15/2013. That same night and through the weekend we had another issue arise that did not happen until you all had fixed my car. We called on 2/18 and scheduled to come in on 2/19. When we brought it in you all corrected the problem that happened. I was surprised because we have dealt with 'bad' mechanic/shops before, but you all are not one of them. I have never had such a wonderful experience (both times) until now. You all are awesome and have return customers! Ty for fixing my 'baby' 1997 30th Anny Edition Camaro!

This was my first "routine service" at the dealership and overall a very positive experience. With a 7:00 AM appointment made in advance on-line I was in and out in a reasonable period of time. Had I not arrived at 0630 AM however, the experience could have had a different outcome since I wasn't familiar with the two line separation scheme. Fortunately I had gotten into the right lane which is intended for "quick" service etc,..as noted by the sign placed unfortunately just outside and just prior to entering the service writer area of the building. Having watched several people jockeying from line to line I would recommend placing a large lane sign in the approach area to the service side of the building to reduce confusion and customer frustration! It was obvious that some vehicles had been dropped off the night before and locating the keys and moving the vehicles proved cumbersome and resulted in inherent delays at opening of the service department. If space at the dealership can accommodate it, I recommend that the late night "drop-offs" park in a "dedicated" area and not in the lanes approaching the service entry after completing their drop-off paperwork. I have seen this work very effectively at other dealerships and minimizes the customer "frustration" levels considerably! If you like the idea and can implement it at Radley please feel free to thank me with a "complimentary" oil change and tire rotation service because I can almost quarantee higher customer survey scores in the future. Thanks and please note that "Customer Service/Satisfaction begins well before entering the service bays!"

I found a truck I was very interested in at this dealership. I called up and originally spoke with a salesman who was very nice named Jonathan he then sent me to financing where I had told them I could either pay cash or finance with $2000 to build up my credit....5 days later I called them just to have them tell me that someone would call me back in a couple of minutes here I am 7 days later, 2 applications in to them and no one has responded back to me except an automated email. I thought I had seperarion anxiety with $12,000 but they don't want it obviously so I just called Carmax and Pohanka. Maybe they're better in person but I don't have that kind of time with my job.

On July 15, my family and I were travelling south on I-95 towing a fifth-wheel trailer with our 2004 Chevrolet 3500 when I realized the brakes were weak. Our brakes went from bad to worse when we quickly realized that we were losing brake fluid through a leaking brake line. Basically, we were stranded. We tried Pep Boys and after waiting about 3 hours in the heat they couldnt help us. We tried Merchants and the result was the same. Even a 24 hr roadside truck service couldnt repair it. It is hard to realize how helpless you are when you are out of town with no transportation. We were nomads in search of getting our truck repaired while finding someplace to rest from the heat, always moving.I found Radley Chevrolet on my GPS and decided to hire a tow to their facility. After witnessing the long line of cars parked to enter service, we didn't think we could get on Mondays schedule. I was planning on calling the service manager and pleading our case first thing Monday morning and was extremely pleased when Mr. Flood beat me to it. He called me at 0800 and told me he would do his best to get us back on the road that day. After inspecting the job, he called again to let me know that this was a big job and the fuel talk would need to be dropped to gain access. He and your service department had us back on the road by 1530 that day and we made it to our destination by 10 PM that night. When I mentioned that I would get a taxi to to pick it up, he quickly arranged for door-to-door transport. This special touch was greatly appreciated.Our experience with Radley Chevrolet could not have been better. Mr. Flood and the service department are simply incredible!

Communicated with salesperson Vincent Wormley via email and phone for several weeks before my purchase. He took multiple close-up photos of a 2004 Corvette which I eventually bought.
