My transmission went in my Subaru which luckily was covered under warranty, I worked with Erik - he was very communicative throughout the whole process, had a new transmission installed and had the car back in a week! Highly recommend working with Erik - he was great!

I felt compelled to wright a review. So customer service has turned to a disservice to customers. Thieves an no excuse for it. Fact I called for a price to change a thermostat On a 2011 outback part was $30 dollars There quote was $300 dollars. They stated it would take 2 hrs. Blatant lie to deceive customers, like they don’t even want to do work unless they are ripping you off. Fact the job took 15 min that is 7 times Less then they wanted customers to pay for it. Disgusting it should be held on tolerable.!!!!!!

The staff was welcoming and helpful. They have real dairy product (half and half) for coffee. Since no appointment was necessary, I thought the service went quickly. The price I paid was not much different than other places.
