Having gone to a dew different dealerships, I had my guard up when walking into Quirk, but the team, right from the beginning made my husband and I's experience pleasent. We were greeted when walking in, and the staff was assertive, friendly, and most of all didn't push the sale. The gentleman Pierre, representative Julie, and GM Scott gave us exactly what we were looking for, all while within staying in our budget. I would not only recommend Quirk in Marshfield for your next vehicle purchase but I also want to recommend that you ask for Michael Trent, Sales and Leasing Specialist!The new dealership is beautiful and the inventory is well stocked.We had no difficulty finding the exact vehicle we had researched and it came with the extras we were looking for.Michael professionally greeted us on arrival in a calm manner, allowing my husband and I to explain what we were looking for and intelligently answered all of our questions.Within a few minutes we were sitting in the exact vehicle we had described.Michael did not pressure us in any way as we left the dealership as we needed additional time to discuss a purchase vs. leasing the vehicle.Michael checked in with us about a week later to see if we had any questions.We then called Michael when we were ready to Lease our vehicle and took custody of our car within 2 days! From the time I walked in to a buy a car "Jeep Patriot", until the day I drove off 2 days later, this was the absolute best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Tear and Pierre made me feel very comfortable, and there was no pressure. Several months ago I stopped by the dealership to do some window shopping. I had the pleasure of meeting Pierre Fong. I have purchased over 14 cars from Quirk dealerships over the past 20 years. This was by far the best experience. Pierre is a pleasure to work with. No hassle, no pressure. I told him right up front I was not planning on purchasing a car at the first visit. We have been to many car dealerships over the years and have not ever worked with a salesman as knowledgable as Pierre. My husband had done a lot of research on Jeeps and asked many hard questions. Pierre is super well prepared for the educated consumer and knows everything about his product. In addition to this, he was friendly, warm and respectful of the fact that we are a few months away from making a purchase. Began shopping around for a new vehicle as I get ready to get out of my current lease. I still have time to do this, but wanted to get an idea as to what vehicle I may like and exactly how "easy" would it be to end the existing lease. No worries at all. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership we asked for the same sales person we dealt with last year when purchasing a Ram 1500 since we were extremely happy with the treatment we received from Adam. Unfortunately on this day Adam was out. Since we had already made the trip to the dealership and were "geared up" to shop we decided to stay. VERY HAPPY that we did. Pierre was FABULOUS. He put up with my constant questions and let's test drive this car and then oh, wait, maybe that one. The best part of dealing with Pierre is that up front he told us we were welcome to come back when Adam returned as he respected the client/salesperson relationship. Nothing underhanded here. We have a lot of respect for someone that doesn't pressure you into buying or from taking a sale away from another. We have also had the pleasure of dealing with the service department as well. Quirk Marshfield took my 2013 Lexus RX350 -- with 5 lease payments left -- on trade for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Made a quick visit late Monday to look at the GC and explore inventory; brought Lexus in for quick inspection on Tuesday evening, so Mike Trent (sales) and Scott (manager) could put a deal together that was a win for everyone; drove the new GC off the lot on Wednesday. Brand new dealership is bright and sparkling clean, but needs a coffee machine or coffee service. Was also nice to see that former Millbrook Motors staff have found a new home. Everyone I met was friendly and attentive to my needs.

We just purchased our second vehicle at Quirk Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Marshfield. We went to many dealers before ending up here. The dealership was very friendly, no pressure sales and they treated you with respect and dignity ! Our salesman Pierre was friendly and knowledgeable. The sales manager Scott worked very hard on getting us the best interest rate and the most for our trade (other dealers offered us financing twice as high as what we got here as well as $2k less on our trade ). Also Adam in service helped me out with warranty work on the jeep and knew exactly what the issues where. Not only did it get fixed but they sent us home in a loaner car till the service was complete. I don't know how some of you feel about car shopping, but I hate it ! Quirk makes it painless and kinda fun ! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership :-)

Went in to look at daughters new van and ended up driving out in 2014 charger.Never been in a dealership that got me a new car and driving it out in a matter of hours not days.The finance people don't hide in back room they sit right out front.No salesman pressure.They even walk you threw all controls and switches and let you switch all your belongings from old car to new car in a heated gararge,always did that in the middle of sales lot in the rain and snow.

Great dealership. Service department is top-notch. They really listen to all your concerns. Recently went in with a bluetooth issue - thought it was the car. They worked with me for over an hour. Turned out to not be the car but my phone that was the issue as I had recently done a software update on it!!! Human error issue LOL. They were very patient with me and really went above and beyond to help figure it out. Mark and his crew are caring, thoughtful, and really listen. I had an excellent experience buying my first Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Thomas Cintron. I had initially contacted Eric Ao over the internet regarding a lease deal I had seen advertised online. I had a great email exchange with Eric, and despite being an hour away, I decided to visit the dealership. I spoke to Eric and set me up with Tom and we were able to easily navigate my needs and expectations, and with the sales manager Sam's help, we were able to put together a great deal. I had such a great time with the friendly staff, two weeks later I joined my friend as he purchased his first brand new Jeep Wrangler, and I can tell you, he's quite happy with his new car. I would, and will continue to refer friends to Quirk Jeep and again can't express how relaxed and friendly the sales and management staff were, especially Tom Cintron. Thought we give them a try since they were new to the area and a much larger dealer than our regular Dodge dealership on the Cape. Overall the sales person did not seem to be too experienced. The initial deal they offered was almost $100 more per month than the other dealer had come up with. After a few times of back and forth they eventually had the numbers close to the other dealer but not the same. (They even tried to say that the quote we had couldn't have been for the same optioned vehicle even though it was the identical color and options). Finally we were going to go with them since they were a much closer dealership even though the numbers were not exactly but the finance guys kept putting us off for almost an hour. (And its not that there was any credit issues our numbers were as the salesperson put it"bulletproof"). Well we finally decided that they must really not want our business so we left. I can't see Quirk lasting too long in this area unless they improve their staff. The sales staff didn't even try to follow up or pursue the sale.

I had several encounters with this dealership over a three month period while I was attempting to purchase a 2013 Dodge Charger SXT. It was advertised as a holdover for $21,998. During my first conversation, the dealer attempted to convince me the vehicle was $32k. During each of the following conversations, the price changed; but was never actually offered for the $21,998 advertised price. The dealer would not negotiate unless I first went to the dealership and took a test drive. This was inconvenient sine I was travelling more than 50 miles and already knew what vehicle I wanted and what terms I could agree to. When I visited the dealership and financing of the car was discussed, I was told that the interest rate "would not be reasonable" despite above average credit. The dealer and sales manager were both disinterested and at times outright rude. It was apparent that they had no interest in selling the vehicle. I have been a customer of Quirk Motor group for over a decade; I have purchased my last four family vehicles from one of their dealerships. I will however not return or recommend anyone do business with them ever again.

Mike Trent was super -- a great representative of the dealership. We arrived with a pre-approval from our bank and were ready to go to negotiate. It wasn't necessary. This is a no hassle, no pressure dealership. We worked with Mike and it was all customer focused. They had a great selection on the lot, but we wanted some extras, so we ordered our new jeep and it arrived 2 weeks early. The day before we picked it up, we called parts and asked if they had a 6 items in stock. They checked and they did, I then asked can you put them on the jeep today, the reply was I dont see why not. They transferred me to service and service said no problem. From the salesman to parts to the service center -- just a great overall experience. I have been buying vehicles for over 30 years and this by far was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. It all started with Mike Great Job Mike!!

Had a great buying experience. Rick Garofalo and the rest of the staff were friendly, courteous and respectful. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. Rick was extremely helpful in guiding me through the sales process and in making sure I got the information I needed and arranging for me to look at vehicles and test drive them. The rest of the sales staff were also great and explained different warranty options without trying to upsell or convince me to purchase them. I said I wasn't interested and they respected that. This was BY FAR the best new car buying experience I've ever had. Mike Trent stood out especially for his above and beyond service. From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership, Mike took the time to listen us and did not apply the "hard sell" tactics that many sales personnel employ. I truly felt like Mike was working for me to match me up with the vehicle that best met my needs and staying within my budget. Mike's outgoing personality as well as his knowledge of the products he sells makes they buyer feel comfortable and at ease.The most uncomfortable part of any car buying experience is the dreaded negotiations. So many times you are at the dealer for 4 hours going back and forth dozens of times. For those who know me, that's not my style. I explained to Mike my disdain for that process and gave him my "magic number" that I needed to be near to make the deal work. He respected my approach, didn't play games and after a little while we were able to come to an agreement that we were both happy with. He actually listens to his customers!! We ended up getting a Dodge Journey SXT AWD at a great price and it suits our family's needs perfectly.Jeff in finance also stood out for his friendly service and professionalism. He took his time to explain everything that we were signing and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He answered every question we had and made sure we got the best rate and terms available to us. The buying process was among the best if not the best I have ever had. All personnel were friendly and not over bearing, from the no pressure test drive to the friendly sales person to financing manager. After a deal was reached and the sale was complete, the staff continued to be friendly, even the General Manager thanked me and talked for several minutes. I had a really great experience with the guys. They were friendly and helpful and always there to awnser my questions. I got an orange crush 2013 Jeep Wrangler, The Jeep of my Dreams!!!I am even going back to get some running boards to make my jeep complete in a coouple of weeks. I highly recommend these guys. They will do great at matching a price and give you the highest value for your trade in.. Yhe whole process was Quick and totally Painless.. 8)
