Hector was nice and helpful and made it very easy to buy a vehicle they also gave me extended vehicle maintenance and make sure I had phone numbers for warranty stuff because it's nice when you break down and you have that stuff on your phone

I had no problems with my buying experience. I was allowed to test drive as many vehicles as I wanted and was not rushed. I dealt with only 1 salesman which is rare these days. The salesman explained all the controls in the car before leaving and the car was very clean and a tank full of gas before I left the dealership. There was 1 negotiation and that went very easy. I was impressed that I will receive 2 years of oil changes included in the purchase as well. I would recommend this business!

We have been getting our Toyotas serviced here since we moved here in 2012. We had been debating on trading in our older Toyota for a new one. We met Hector and discussed what we were looking for and kept in touch with him. We still were not sure if we really wanted to get a new vehicle. It took us about 2 months to finally make the decision. Hector was patient and very helpful with our buying experience. I still can't believe how wonderful of an experience we had! I recommend all aspects of service, to trading in, and buying a Toyota from Pueblo Toyota. I feel like family when ever I do go there, everyone is always so nice and helpful!! We had been thinking of trading in our older 4-runner and purchasing a new one. It took us about 2 months to finally decide and pick the right one for us. Hector was excellent, he didn't pressure us and was extremely helpful in helping us narrow it down to the right 4-runner we had in mind. I have been getting our Toyota's serviced at Pueblo Toyota since 2012 and I get treated like family every time. A++ Experience all around!!

The salesman took all afternoon with us and let us test drive several Toyota models. He didn't pressure us at all and when it came time to give us a quote, took a lot of time trying to find the right car for us from another dealer. They made us a fair offer and we accepted it and they went to Denver to pick up the car 3 days later. Everything with the actual purchase went smoothly.

Tedious 3 hours. Aaron was outstanding, but unfortunately the rest of the experience was poor. Aaron did what he could to get the deal done but in the end, misinformation killed the deal. I made an hour and a half round trip that was sandwiched in between 3 hours of watching paint dry; then, as the deal is just about to finalize, I suddenly need to pay a couple grand more to make things work. Someone overlooked an issue, even though I asked about it (in writing) several times before I made the long drive. Dealer reps made what is probably an innocent mistake, however, it still felt as if I had eaten almost all of my entree and then discovered several hairs in the food. Shame, but those are the breaks.

Took my car in for its first oil change not coverage under Toyota care, was told that I needed several things done (after consulting my manual - none of the items they said I needed were on the 30,000 service). The mechanic sped into the bay with my car and slammed on the brakes, causing my car to skid and slide to a stop. They lost my business of the past 2 years and I will no longer recommend them.

While searching Cars.com I found a Toyota SUV in which I inquired about at Pueblo Toyota. I placed my inquiry to receive more information and approximately 1 week later I finally received a call. An unknown female who did not provide her name contacted me and asked what information I needed regarding a different Toyota in which I did not even inquire about. I asked her about the correct vehicle and she responded with some information. I then asked her the price and when she replied I advised her I could not pay the price listed. The female responded, "Okay well if you need anything else, please let us know." and she hung up. I was shocked at what had just happened regarding the phone call and I later contacted Toyota to advise them of the incident and how the female there treated me. Toyota responded that a manager from Pueblo Toyota would contact me in the future, but it has been a month now and I have yet to receive a call. Horrible customer service.

Wanted to purchase a car from this dealer but it had a tire problem. They said they would fix it and call me. Never called. I went back and the salesman said the manager did not want to spend any money on a tire. Next day they sold the car out from under me. I will never buy a car from this dealer.

This was one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. I have been buying cars for well over 30 years and this company showed its true colors during the purchase process and then after the fact. They (in my case) showed me that they are ONLY interested in the cash, and not in providing good customer service. First they wrote our deal up as a lease, then they told us that that they needed to change it to a sale because of some glitch that I to this day am still not clear about. We traded two cars in so they were supposed to use some of this cash to pay off a car loan we had for another Prius that was purchased from them a few years ago. Well, they didn't send in the payment, and I got a delinquent payment letter from Toyota! When I made them aware of this, they still didn't make the payment, and I got ANOTHER letter from Toyota. I had to physically go down to the dealer several times to take care of this in person. When I showed up I was treated like some kind of outcast and or troublemaker. The guys in the garage are OK, it is the sales manager that doesn't seem to care that my time, credit rating and reputation are worth something. I will never buy another car from these people again!

I viewed a few cars but at the end of the day didn't buy sales men was very pushy and it's been a few weeks and I get a lot calls and now have felt like nothing kind can be said about this sales office . My husband and I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership. We were immediately greeted by several friendly staff personnel members. Since we live out of the area, our trip to this dealership was prompted by an email search on their web site of used vehicles, and wanted to see for ourselves if the price and details of the vehicle to be accurate. All of our questions were found to be answered, and after a test drive things were set in place to own the truck we had researched and a trade in amount worked out for own truck. Our main sale agents were Brandon Dazzio and Arron Rapol. Andrew Vigil, in the finance dept., was very professional, helpful, and easily set all the necessary forms in motion, so we could actually drive the truck we wanted home that very day. Our trip proved to be very gratifying because of the people mentioned, the price we could purchase the truck for, and the over all feeling of satisfaction of a dealership who used all the above to reassure a consumer of a good value and salesmen who made a honest attempt to make it so.

We went looking for a car.Got sweet talked into buying one. We had one to trade in. We had agreed on a price and when we got to signing the papers they had lowered the price of the trade in by over $1000 AND charged $900 over the advertised internet price. Used some B.S. about the market price for it. By the time it was all said and done we ended 'giving' them the car. If we hadn't needed one so bad and had more time I'd run for the hills.REALLY, IF THEY'RE NOT HOLDING A GUY TO YOUR HEAD, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE.They really give used car salesmen and lots a bad name!By the way, now my car is at another lot for $5000 when they gave me for it.

We worked with Aaron on the purchase of our Toyota and he was a pleasure to buy a car from. We left with the car we wanted at an excellent price. Ryan (sales manager) stepped in to help during negotiations, and he and Aaron re-worked the numbers several times to try to get us to the price-point we were looking for. Brandon in finance also really knew his stuff (we asked a million questions) and made the financing process a breeze. All 3 of them are down-to-earth, easy guys to talk to, and we never felt up sold or pressured through any of the decision-making or purchase process. I felt empowered the whole time - like I was being walked through the buying process, not like I was being "sold to." I highly recommend them!

We bought a used Chevy Uplander here. Within a month it started giving us trouble with the ignition switch and electrical shorts. This cost us around $400 to repair. We had not even gotten our license plates yet. Next, our salesman promised us a free first oil change. We did not get it in writing and they said they never promised it. So my husband went to change it and they had the oil plug so tight that it would not budge. We went back to them. They ended up having to take it off and change our oil for free---KARMA. In addition to all that, we found out that the computer was unable to communicate with the car. There was never a working AWD on it and the tranny is giving out. We get to pay anywhere from $1500-$3800 more for this car that originally cost around $10,000 before taxes & fees.Do not trust these guys. We should have walked away when we found a car on the lot with metal shavings in the oil, but we let them sweet talk us into another car. When we were waiting in the Service Department, we met with another couple who were also lied to and were there to have their car fixed too. I will never buy from Pueblo Toyota again.

I recently purchased a vehicle at pueblo Toyota and am happy I did. Initially I was thinking of buying used but after we met with salesman mike cordova and examined our options; his experience and professionalism helped us feel comfortable making a good decision. We bought a new because of the great trade in value they gave us on our old car and with the excellent price of the new car we felt very confident we made the right choice. Mike cordova was courtesy, no pressure, and a true professional. I would recommend him and pueblo Toyota to my friends and family.

I took my Toyota Matrix in for two different recalls that were send out. Since it was there I decided to have a new serpentine belt installed. Pueblo Toyota quoted me a fair price - about half of other quotes I received from other places in the area. The recall work went well, I assume, but I will not actually know for sure until I am in some sort of accident because it was safety related. However, the serpentine belt installation did not go well at all. They told me that the tentioner was faulty and needed to be replaced. I was told that the tentioner was jammed and they were afraid that if it was forced it might break. Installing a new tentioner would have increased my service cost by 6.5 times the original cost. I declined the tentioner install and had planned on doing the work myself. I purchased a new tentioner and belt from Napa. While completing the work, I discovered that there was nothing wrong with the original tentioner - tentioner wheel turned smooth and freely, tensioner mechanism (incased spring) worked fine and the tentioner pivoted easily. So I did not install the replacement tensioner but the new belt was installed. Approximately 1000 miles have been put on the Matrix since I completed the work. I have not had any problems. Good job Pueblo Toyota! Now I do not trust you. You lost a customer. I recently took my other vehical, a Toyota 4-Runner, to a more trusted auto service place.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a new truck. Even after the sale Toyota of Pueblo continues to provide excellent service. I love my new Tundra and I believe it runs better and out preforms Dodge,Chevy and Ford hands down. I know I test drove them all.

I was very favorably impressed. I did my homework on the vehicle so I had a good sense for dealer cost. I was able to negotiate a very good price that was significantly lower than prices I was getting from two Denver-area dealers. The sales staff was courteous, attentive, and helpful. They also profusely apologized if anything was misunderstood and they were quick to make it right. The business staff was very low key. This is the first car Ive bought in 30 years where the business staff wasnt pushing all kinds of extras, extended warranties, changing numbers on the purchase agreement from what was agreed to with the sales staff, etc. That experience in itself was a huge welcome change. Thanks Pueblo Toyota!
