Found the truck on Cars.com, was what we wanted and was a good price. Made appointment, truck was waiting on us for test drive. Salesman answered all questions quickly, maybe we could have haggled a little lower somewhere else but it was worth not having to go through all the back and forth. If you do your homework beforehand we would recommend this place!

Purchased a 2006 Mercury Mariner from Price Pro.The Price Pro website states "Vehicles over 10 years old or with more than 100,000 miles are safety inspected only. Because of their age they may have minor defects that have not been repaired. These vehicles are sold in an "as-is" condition." Based on that statement, we trusted the that car would only have minor defects. The defects which the owner did not feel were necessary were the right front axle seal and differential. We've had these two items fixed at a cost of $1518. Plus another $500 for flex pipe & power steering pump, so $2018 all together. Buyer Beware!

Just purchased a 2013 Audi A4 from PricePRo. I saw it on the web site and immediately called. Z called and left a message. Z called me right back and lead me through the best buying experience I've ever had from that point forward. This is the first time purchasing a vehicle with PricePro as I have been buying from CarMax. Not only did they do better on price but the experience was fantastic as you deal with the same sales rep from start to finish all the way through financing. Z was very proactive throughout the entire process. I was able to complete the financing before arriving and he had me out of there within 30 minutes. Such a great guy. The dealership itself is clean, well presented and I noticed a great selection of vehicles. Give it a try, you won't be be dissapointed. And ask for Z. He's the man!

I really dislike the whole car buying process. The shopping around, the haggling, the wonder if you really did get a good deal, or purchased a lemon. So when it came time to engage in this laborious process, I started down the typical path; budget, research, web search, more research... you get the picture. When my wife and I decided on a used Volkswagen CC for our next car, I (almost) happily conceded to go to a Volkswagen dealership and pay almost $2000 more for the same car I ended up purchasing at Price Pro. Thankfully, they were the one dealership that I had not verified inventory , and when I arrived with the full intent to test drive, kick the tires, and haggle my way out the door with my newly acquired CC, the vehicle was gone. So after a quick car search, ended up contacting Price Pro. I must admit, I was a little hesitant, I had never heard of them before, and they weren't a typical "dealership". Long story short, they live up to their branding. There was no sales pressure, no question about the fair price they had listed, and my salesman Joseph Moreno, was very patient and helpful. Just one of many examples, they told me when I was taking the car for a test drive, to take as long as I want (I actually drove the car for 45 minutes). I ended up purchasing the car I went to look at, even though I had some concerns about some road noise. When I addressed the concern with Joseph, he and the team at Price Pro were quick to address the issue. I cannot imagine any better car buying experience. I will be telling family and friends about Price Pro every chance I get, and will be looking to them first, the next time I buy a car.

I had the best experience I've ever had with buying a car from PricePro. Mike Enix was my salesman. He was professional and went above and beyond to make sure that my needs and wants for a vehicle were met and in my price range. He even delivered the car with another co-worker because I was unable to pick it up on the day it was ready to be picked up. When he arrived, he took time out time from his day to go into deeper explanation of all the features the car had and helped me connect (aka sync) my cell phone and garage door with my car. Going above and beyond like Mike did help make a great buying experience for customers and encourage positive word of mouth to other people regarding PricePro making a more successful corporation. Thanks for the positive buying experience I had with buying my 2013 Ford Explorer Mike Enix and PricePro! I absolutely love it and everything runs/works perfectly!!!!!

Maybe it seems a little over the top to give all 5 stars, but these guys earned it. My wife and I drove close to two hours to buy a van and I'm glad we did. I called ahead to make sure the car was still there and they "held" it for us so we wouldn't have wasted the trip. Within 10 minutes of arriving we were test driving the van. We had to wait about 20 minutes when we got back because everyone was busy, but I think we also took a shorter drive than they expected so it wasn't a big deal. Once we sat down with Joe (who was great to work with) the buying process was super easy. He walked us through every number that he put in, and even double checked all the calculations to show us where the totals came from even though they were done automatically. We traded in our old vehicle and they gave us a fair price for it, and everything went very smoothly. The only hiccup came from our bank, who we were stuck waiting on for 2 hours, but that was through no fault of the dealership. In fact, after we had been sitting for a long time, Joe just let us leave with the van so we could get home for dinner. We had signed all the papers and were just waiting for the bank and he said we could go since it was clear that we did indeed have the loan, so that was great. After a less-than-awesome experience at a different dealership a few days prior, PricePro was a welcome relief. I would definitely recommend them to others, and they'll be at the top of my list when I'm ready to buy another vehicle.

I stopped in last Saturday to look at vehicles in the lot then went online to save the car listing I was interested in. That evening I filled out my credit information online and was called by Nick, one of the salesmen. Scheduled a test drive for Monday evening. I arrived and met Nick at 6:00pm on Monday at which time I took a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in. We sat down and went ahead with the purchase process. From the time I entered the dealership to the time I was driving off the lot was just over 1.5 hours. In my opinion, it could not have gone any better. I want to thank Nick again for making this the easiest car buying process I have ever experienced. I will definitely be recommending Price Pro to all of my friends!

Less than 2 weeks after I purchased car that was driven about 3 times engine light came on - dealer told me too bad won't help you pay for it. It appears that before purchase they disconnected the battery to get rid of engine light in order to make a sale - have any car looked at by mechanic before purchase.

My son and I came in on a Saturday afternoon to look at a 2012 Honda Civic. We test drove the vehicle and heard a humming noise from the heater at specific fan intervals. After the test driver we brought the salesman Nick to the car to hear for himself, which he heard immediately. Nick said they would "fix the problem, not an issue". I told him we would think about it and call him Monday. I called at 10am Monday and advised we would take the car and would be in around 2:30pm. I also told him we would just hold onto our car we were trading in since they may need a day or two for the heater repair, and he said that was fine. We showed up on time and waited while Nick dealt with another customer. No problem. Once we sat down, Nick immediatley told me he had discussed it with the manager and the repair was more detailed than they wanted to get into, so they were not going to repair it as promised when we discussed the deal on Saturday. I asked for the manager and spoke to him, and he reinterated the same thing the salesman said. I asked what he was going to do to make it right since they lied to me and he replied "nothing". I even asked him if would he consider reducing a Honda Accord by $200 that was enroute to them and was priced $400 more than what we agreed to pay for the Civic and still nothing. Finally, I asked him flat out "So what your telling me is your company refuses to stand by your word", at which he responded "if your going to put it that way, then no we don't". Amazing.........I've seen poor customer service over the years but never anything like this. I work in the automotive industry and if we treated our customers like this we would be out of business.....quickly! ....................what I've found out over the years is companies like this usually get what's coming to them in the end. No doubt their prices are good, but don't be surprised if they go back on their word and have no remorse doing it..............I will warn EVERYONE that in my case it was more important to them to save a few hundred bucks over keeping their word and doing the right thing................,

I couldn't be happier with my purchase of a 2015 Buick from PricePro. The dealership was straight forward with no hassle purchase. I actually liked knowing that the listed price was the price with no negotiations. I knew what I wanted, the price I wanted and they had it ready for a test drive when I got there. They saved me thousands off what our local dealers are trying to get out of the exact same car. The staff was truly pressure free and they had me driving my vehicle out the door in less time than it even took me to negotiate a price for the same car at our local dealerships. With the money I saved on the car I purchased a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. There sales staff even found me a better interest rate than anything I could find in my area. (with a 840 credit score) I was very happy with "Z" our sales person and can't say enough good things about him. If you're looking to buy, this is the place. I live in Novi, MI and have been looking for a low mileage 2013/2014 Chrysler Town & Country to replace my 2010 Town & Country with 122,000 miles. On the internet I found PricePro, saw they had 3 low mileage 2013 Town & Country's. After ready about them on the internet and their reviews I decided it was worth the drive. I worked with Z who took great care of me. He had me test drive 2 vans and showed me detailed reports on both that gave their history and a numerical rated. I bought one of them and got a great interest rate. I also bought an extended warranty that I thought had a good value. The bottom line is that it was well worth the drive. I got a good deal on the car I wanted, a fair value for my trade in, low interest financing and none of the typical run around you can experience when buying a car. Like most people I dread buying a car but found dealing with Z pleasant and professional.

I've been to multiple lots the past month and was over the car buying experience and atmosphere. Working with Price-pro was not only a pleasant experience, it was a relief. For starters, their advertised price is their true price. If you're interested in a vehicle from pricepro that is 2k or so less than the competitors it's not because they are bad cars or there's a catch, it's because their advertised price is a no hassle price. On top of the no hassle price, communication was flawless. Not only did Z respond to our initial inquiry immediately, he emailed the car fax without me asking, he called me when there was a price drop on the car, and he responded to my late night email questions. When we arrived to the lot no one followed us around outside or insisted riding with us in the car. They respected our space and didn't harass us. We decided to purchase a vehicle from here and Z went above and beyond to get us the absolute best financing. Overall the best experience I have ever encountered when shopping for a car!!

Very nice dealership and low pressure sales. I used to sell cars and if I lived closer I would apply to work there. First off Im from Pittsburgh PA and drove the 4 hours to this dealership to purchase the 2013 Ford Taurus Sho. The same car with same equipment in Pittsburgh was $4000 dollars more and had more miles. Ric my salesman was very helpful and worked well with me over the phone on the deal before I made the drive. Also they got me a great interest rate on the used car better then any dealership in Pittsburgh could do. Im very satisfied with my purchase.

I looked and test drove probably a dozen cars over a period of a week. I was changing my me on what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Not once I was pressured by Ric to buy a car. He simply wanted for me to be happy about my purchase and have no regrets after I buy it. After a week of looking at number of different cars I finally purchased the one I liked at the price I was comfortable with. Ric helped me to secure the lowest possible rate. They get number of cars coming in every week so if you have time to wait and you are picky like me I would suggest to keep checking their website for new inventory. But don't delay your decision because some of those vehicles sell in days after they arrive.

So my weeks' search came to end when i saw Pricepro's ad for a Mazda3 (grand touring) on internet which i wanted to buy... The price was really attractive on it, car was loaded and i started reading reviews about PricePro on site. I would say 90% were positive reviews and the one which were not positive were like (distance for non-Ohio people, no carfax etc), but i think dealer is pretty sure about their policy here. So i made up my mind to visit them and contacted first TJ (Since i saw already his name in some of reviews).. He was courteous enough to explain me the process and shared car history for decision. Since PricePro dont give CarFax report (they give AutoCheck - a cheaper option, which they advertise that helps back buyers on over all cost), i tried to check CarFax on my own. Found one minor accident reported on it and mentioned same to TJ. of course he didn't know about it (remember they dont have carfax), so he went in garage and captured a video from phone and sent me over (really taking the customer service to higher level). So again car looked good, price was catchy so i any way decided to travel 1.5 hours one way ride. Before starting TJ and i decided to have one final check and word on holding car for me until i come over there so that my trip wont be a time waste. He also mentioned that i would be dealing with Z (another salesman whose name also i noticed in some reviews) since TJ was away. So once i reached there, Z took over and shown me car, accompanied me for a test ride.. answered my some of queries to my satisfaction (i didnt expect him or any one in Pricepro to answer all of them since they are not tagged to any one brand, so not specialist as well)... again a friendly staff, good conversation, no push-over (i think they know they dont have to when some one is coming from a far distance). Finally i decided to buy the car with my personal finance, so immediately all the process was started and in couple of hours i had car keys in my hand. Overall very good experience except one.. after starting from price pro i realized that parking light were not functional (missed to check) and since it was 100 miles for me to go back, had to spend $40 at local dealership to fix it (they need to open complete console and fix it). Transmission fluid needed a replacement (it was all black in color), again dont know how they didn't had it done, costed another $70. Pro: - Attractive price - salesman are friendly and courteous - dealership seems legit with lots of variety vehicle in stock and spread across a large place - enterprise car drop off is a mile away, so you can rent a car to drive. Trade-Off: - if you traveling from distance to buy car you need to be ready for long travel and some crucial decision making situation. Finance and insurance should be discussed and kept ready in advance - do your own carFax report check, PricePro wont give it, so be ready for it - if there are in detailed question on a specific model, you may not get all answers. They are not specialist on one brand (aka Certified dealer). Cons: - they don't give any dealer warranty (e.g. 3 months/3000 km etc). At max they offer that within a week something happens, bring it back, But that could be pain if you are not a local. - i hope it was one odd case, but electrical need to be checked properly. better to have a list to check all. Prep before visiting PricePro: - Plan your day in advance so you can reach there by noonish. - Take per-approval if you are having your own finance - ask if vehcile have extra key, user manual etc (mine didn't have) So i would definitely recommend a friend or known to visit them and consider for next purchase, while still doing their home work

"Leave your old mindset of traditional car buying at home and brace some change for the good" Great experience from start to finish! No hassle style fits my needs, everything is done at the dealership and in record time too. TJ was our salesman and along with all the sales staff they were great, everybody was very approachable and demonstrated good ability to answers any questions we had even though we were working with someone else. Facilities very clean, comfortable chairs, nice showroom cars, and oh a huge TV screen to boot (however you'll barley need to watch because your in and out of there!) Follow up service was stellar, the owner reached out to us via email to inquire about our experience and we had a minor issue that TJ called us back within 12 hours or so to attempt to handle/provide options for us. Love the honest and upfront approach, works well for us. People reading this and contemplating going please take some of the the neg reviews with a grain of salt. As with all reviews I think people "jump the gun" a bit when they write a neg review. The owner always responds to reviews and with our experience we had nothing but the best service! Thanks and we have already starting spreading the word about PricePro!

I drove over an hour, and I would do it again in a heartbeat to purchase another vehicle from them. I found the vehicle I wanted online, I called Joe Moreno and the next day I purchased the car. We drove 2 hours from Michigan to come here. Friendly, non-pressure sales at it's finest. I loved the no haggle price. The car I wanted was in great shape but did only have one fob. At the no haggle price of about $2000 under book value, I can afford to go get one made. Joe Moreno, thanks for the great customer service! My wife works third shift and was up all night. Joe worked quickly to get us processed and out the door in a relatively quick fashion. The financing worked well for us and there were no unexpected fees or issues. Joe put the car up on the lift in the back at my request and there was one small issue I found. A slightly leaky rear differential (AWD model) between the clam shells. They contract their service work out locally but they don't work on the weekend and of course, this was a Saturday. As I wasn't going to leave it for a week or more and add an extra 6 hours of drive time, there wasn't much that could be done that day other than to bring it home. The good news is that it should be covered under the balance of the manufacturer's power train warranty so I'm not concerned. Even if I had to pay out of pocket (which I won't), it will still be less than what I saved on the book value! Lots of great looking cars on their lot, do yourself a favor and check them out if your shopping for a gently used car under book value with a no pressure friendly sales staff!

I admit, I was skeptical about this place, as I have family in the Toledo area and none of them had heard of this dealership, and they had the exact car I was looking for (a 2013 Nissan Leaf), but at a price that was too good to be true (~$2000 less than Blue Book). I'm happy to say all my doubts were unfounded. The folks there were very nice, and even when I had my 2 year-old tearing the place up they were very friendly and understanding. The car was exactly what I wanted, and in perfect shape - it even had both key fobs - rare for a used car these days. A couple things to keep in mind - they don't haggle. If you're old school and believe you have to beat a dealer into submission before buying a car, this place isn't for you. The price is the price, but the price is right, so who cares? Also, they don't take deposits, so the first one in the door with a check or cash gets the car. This can be a bit stressful, but I understand why they do it, since it's easy to put deposits down on a bunch of cars and decide which one you want later - meanwhile, the dealership can't sell the car while you make up your mind. Personally I'd like to see a non-refundable deposit option, but I was able to get a loan the next day so it all worked out.

they had two cars advertised for sale (2007 Pontiac gr.pre. and 05 Mercedes ) on their website and with Cars.com, I emailed them inquiring about the availability of theses two cars they replied saying yes but when I drove there (from Swanton,Oh)the same day (matter of fact after two hours ) they said they are sold 3 days ago plus If you are not purchasing an expensive vehicle you will treated bad .

We drove to the Maumee location from Indiana, we had communicated with Z beforehand and he was very good at answering our questions and providing information on the van we were interested in. We test drove the van and had it inspected. We loved the van. When we got back to price pro to talk about buying the van, Z informed us it had already been sold. Don't know if this was a sales tactic or just incredibly poor management of sales records. Either way we were more than disappointed and wasted half our day, and had to arrange childcare for our three kids to test drive a vehicle that appeared to have been sold while we were driving it. Will NEVER deal with this company again.

Drove all the way from Eastern Indiana to buy an Armada from Z Mehdi. He was great he sent me detailed photos from his cell phone and answered every question I had. When I got to Pricepro it was pouring rain but they had the armada parked in the garage and all dry so I was able to fully inspect it in a dry environment. Then we went on a test drive no one went with us which was wonderful (I dont like to be talked at I drove all the way up here knowing exactly what I want) We had a few questions about things so they put the truck up on the lift and one of the owners was there to answer my questions and it was great to be able to inspect underneath the truck as well. So we bought the vehicle and we love it. The buying process was great. I would drive 3hrs to go up there again! Thanks Z and PricePro

Price Pro has a great model - low mileage cars and a nice inventory of late model, high end cars to choose from. I purchased an Audi A6 with 11,000 miles and loved the experience. No haggling, no high pressure sales - it was more about the right car then "selling" me a car. I found a car to test drive online, we went to the dealer and test drove it. I liked the car, it was average and would do the job until I finished school and could buy a nicer car. While discussing the paperwork, we asked for the carfax, our dealer said they don't do carfaxes because they cost so much each time they purchase one, but handed us a sheet of paper that said there had never been any accidents and 8 service reports but no other details about it. We asked if it could be built into the payment of the car if we wanted to see the actual car fax (the paper they handed us with the history of the vehicle just did not look right and was only a half sheet of paper really), he responded that we would have to make our own account and buy it separately. So, while he was running some our information in the computer, my fiance got on the carfax website on his phone and purchased the carfax which said the car had been in an accident right after being initially sold with a high amount of front end damage. We walked away from the deal, couldn't trust the seller. We also did not like that he was not very personable and did not smile at all the entire time he talked to us.

Ok so I never right reviews for things but I thought since this is such a big purchase for people I better leave something before others make the same mistake we did. Me and my fiance went to purchase a vehicle with no money down and we thought the price was a good deal and it was but we did not realize the car had scratches all on the backside of it. You ask how do you not notice we came there when it was dark to finish up the paperwork and go for a test drive, we did not think to look for these things as they should have been taken care of already. We called next morning when we noticed the very next day not even 24 hours later and they said we will see what we can do and we will call ya back that never happened. We had to hound them to get us a answer 3 days later there answer was you got a good deal on the car you can afford to fix the scratches yourself. So on that note a good deal sounds great but make sure you do your research I guess that old saying you get what you pay for is true with this place.

I wanted to buy Volkswagen cc 2012 and I found this car on Pricepro's dealership website. I gave them a call and made my trip(it was 2 and a half hours away each way). One of those sellers showed me the car and I found a couple issues. The rear bamper molding was cracked and front fender needs to be repaint. The body wasn't clean and ex-owner used to smoke a lot!!!!! Sure thing, nobody wrote those "little" details in description but I understand such kind of business. After test drive another representative Nick took care about us and I tried to talk with him about my issues but it looks to me that this guy didn't really want to sell me the car. All what he wanted it is to be in warmer place.He tired to get rid of me as soon as possible. He got my information and nobody never called me back.It doesn't look like serious business to me. I would never suggest to make a long trip. You will waste your time!!!!!!!!!!!

We were searching for a specific type of car with a list of features that were an absolute must. We did our research and had a list of vehicles and dealers that we were determined to check out so we could make an informed decision. That determination went out the window when we went to our first stop, Price Pro. Z Medhi took such good care of us, showing us the car we were interested in, allowing us to compare it to other cars on the lot for comparison's sake, encouraging us to take the car to our mechanic to check it out to our satisfaction and answering all (and I had a lot) of questions to my total satisfaction that we never made it to any other dealership. During every step of the process Z was patient, polite, and not at all pushy (a real plus to me). He made us feel we had his total attention, even though it was obvious he had other clients. I feel with utter confidence we got a great car at the best price we could hope for. I definitely would, and will, go back to Price Pro to get my next car and will be recommending this wonderful dealership and Z in particular (with no disrespect to the other sales associates who also seemed to be doing a great job) to my friends and family who are looking for to buy a car in the future. Z Mehdi is an asset to their team and when it comes time for my friends/family to purchase their next vehicles, I will send them to PricePro. He even went above and beyond and mailed me back my CDs that I had accidently left behind. The only thing I wish I had done differently is sold my car on my own instead of trading it in, as the trade in value was much less than I was anticipating. It is now listed for what I had anticipated it would be though. Kind of a bummer, but still overall a great experience and I love my new car!

TJ was my contact from my inquiry via the Internet through the complete sale. He told me he would have the car up front when I got there so I wouldn't have to stand in the cold. I got there and the car was not only up front but even running to warm it up! He offered to try and get me a better interest rate than my bank but due to the great offer he gave me on my trade-in and my down payment, he was honest with me that even a little better interest rate would not make a big enough difference to take the hit on my credit rating. This was exactly the car I wanted but was having trouble finding it for the right price and all the features I wanted. TJ got me in the car for a great price and it was a very easy transaction. I drove here from Columbus, OH because they had my dream car right at my perfect price point, which was well below any of the local Columbus dealerships. We had an exceptional experience with Price Pro. Tj was great, and got us an awesome finance rate and gave me a good deal for my trade. Ended up driving 1 1/2 to get the Beetle I wanted and on the way home, noticed it was a bit out of allignment. If you don't want to walk in to a whistle clean facility, with an amazing selection of perfectly detailed pre-owned cars, with absolutely no sales pressure, and ease in financing, then this is not the place to buy your next vehicle. We had been searching for a Jeep Commander for several months and had a very unpleasant experience at a 'conventional' local dealership and a pretty good experience at another dealership, but the vehicle was over priced and the sale fell apart at finance time. We are now the delighted owners of the exact car we were looking for and got the bonus of the expert new sales philosophy at Price Pro. The search is over. Any future vehicles we need will be purchased at Price Pro. With regard to buying a vehicle, Price Pro is as it should be. Oh, and if you don't see what you want the first time through have a little patience because they move so many great cars through the selection is ever changing. Word of caution, it's the TJ Maxx of autos, if you see it, like it, buy it without reservation. I would wish them best of luck in their new venture, but I think they are here to stay and will continue to turn the pre-owned car buying experience upside down.

We initially arrived and it was a nice facility, the cars were nice and clean, and the prices were really good. The car we came to see "isn't actually here yet." We were the first to inquire, on a Saturday, and were told we would get first shot at it when it arrived. I received a call Monday morning, explaining that it was in, but that I needed to come in before noon on Tuesday, as someone else would be there to see it at 5:00. I rearranged my day to accommodate the schedule, only to arrive and find the other buyer already there. The salesman had brought us both in at the same time to increase pressure and play us against each other. I notified the manager, who stated that "this happens some times" and said he would get back to me. I was blown off by him as well.

To anybody reading this review to see if Price Pro is a place to buy a car..the answer is YES it's unbelievable how they treat you I am the type that is always on defense when buying.. Me and my wife walked around for 30 min looking at the inventory without anybody bothering us the sales people just smiled at us as they walked by with other customers. The inventory is top notch with an unbelievable selection it's a must that you at least check them out. We drove 3 cars that were all fantastic and priced 2 or 3 thousand less than any other ones we found. It was definitely worth our long drive.. Btw that place is crazy busy .. I can see why.

I dealt with Norm, he rocks! I contacted Price Pro a few days before I came in and bought my 2012 VW Jetta. Norm was great, he gave me the histories of the vehicles I was interested in. I have been looking for a while for a replacement vehicle for our 12-year-old Jeep. Safety, reliability, fuel economy and 4WD/AWD were on our list of required features. I had settled on a 2013 Ford Escape, Z promptly arranged a time to test drive the car, and had our financing started. However, my wife test drove the Escape later that day and was less than enthused. Z understood her concerns and suggested we look at a Dodge Journey and a GMC Terrain they had available as they both were AWD. After my wife drove the Terrain, she was hooked. Z was extremely helpful and changed the application to accommodate us and we got our car that night. Great job and we will return for our next vehicle... *Having worked in a financial institution for many years and having dealt with many different dealerships, I can say that Price Pro and Z are truly a cut above the rest. Very honest, accommodating, and friendly to work with. Usually, when something is too good to be true, it is. Not here...

I shopped around most of the summer for a "certian" late model used vehicle, with low miles and that was being offered at the right price. My search was mostly within a two hundred mile radius of where I live in Akron, Ohio and Price Pro not only has the largest, constantly changing, inventory of the type of vehicle I wanted but also by far, the best price. Since I travel to the Toledo area on a regular basis, I kept coming back to Price Pro to look at and test drive different brands as well as types of vehicles. Z was professional and very patient with me thruout the transaction. He was knowlegable about the vehicle I was buying and made sure I was satisfied with all we had agreed upon when I came to pick it up. Hats off to Dennis & company for making the whole experience a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Price Pro and will no doubt be returning in the future.

Bought a 2012 Explorer Base Model with 61,000 miles on it approx 4,000 under KBB retail. Z was my salesman. Nice guy doing his job. What was fairly impressive was the fact he agreed to the items (like cleaning carpet and seats, minor body work) no questions asked. The price is the price, no negotiating. I traded in a 2004 Explorer with 171,000 miles. Of course I thought it was worth more, but what the heck don't you always. Oh they did financing initially through First Merit Bank and got a pretty good rate (my credit score is excellant). I declined this and went with my credit union who matched the First Merit rate. I would recommend do business with this company.

The no haggle policy these guys use gives you a better price on the car and removes the worst part about buying a used vehicle. Truly the best buying experience I've had. The place is pretty new, has a nice clean and open showroom. They deal only used vehicles, and they make their money by selling a lot of vehicles at a low margin (meaning their mark ups are a lot less than other dealers). Really a great place to buy a car, I'll be returning here for future vehicles even though it's in the next state from where I live.

I have never wrote a review ever.. But I feel compelled to these guys at Price Pro really got there stuff together let me share my experience with anybody who is looking to purchase a vehicle. I have been looking for a ford fusion for about 3 months I searched every dealer with in a 100 miles radius for a fair price and the lowest miles I could find within my budget.. But all I found was over priced cars with low miles or avg priced ones with high miles.. Then I found Price Pro's ad on cars.com with 5 fusions with leather and sunroofs and guess what a Great price and Low miles. I got to be honest at first I was skeptical that it was bait to reel me in. So I set up an appt with a really helpful young man named Z when I arrived Z had 2 fusions waiting for me in their indoor drive thru area. I am going to cut this short the cars were in excellent condition and the only issue I had was which color to choose I never expected to ever get leather and sunroof within my budget and low miles. There selection,quailty and customer care is first class and all their cars are priced thousands below any dealer I found. So if your looking to purchase a vehicle give Price Pro a call you won't be disappointed!!
