So bad it’s comical. Jacqueline was annoyed with me on site. Brought my Subaru in for recalls and she openly complained about the size of the job to me. Asked a simple question and was met with more of Jacqueline’s super personality while being talked to like I’ve been riding a horse the last 35 years. Her and a nearby technician complained together in front of me about my recall request. Super unprofessional and he also did not answer my question. The atmosphere there is toxic. And I feel I will have to take my Car to another Subaru dealer to have them check the work.

Went to get routine maintenance on my vehicle. The Service Department went through my automobile throughly to make sure everything is running correctly and efficiently. Very happy with service.

My only issue was that I was there for 2 recall notices. I was told the wait would be 2 1/2 hours minimum wait, so my wife picked me up about an hour in. About 20 minutes after I was home, I got a call that the car was finished. The trip back was more than 20 minutes. If I knew the car was close to done, I would have waited at the dealer. The customer service person WAS terrific, and the waiting area was clean, roomy and Covid safe.
