I can honestly say that I used to dread the car buying experience, and then I met Don Berry. Don is a very kind and honest sales person. He was NOT PUSHY and worked with me during several visits. (Some of which were in 95 degree weather.) He made several suggestions that fit my needs, and it was because of Don and the environment at the dealership, I bought a car. I strongly suggest going to Pinegar and I will return to buy my next car.

I had been searching for a vehicle within my limited budget that I could buy outright. At the time, Pinegar didn't have anything that would work. However, my salesman Michael kept remember me when they got something he believed would work and followed up with me to set up a test drive. The vehicle ended up being in my budget and what I needed to suit my use. Michael was efficient and made the buying process smooth. By far the best car buying experience I've had. I would recommend Pinegar to anyone looking for a car and will definitely be shopping here for my next vehicle.

I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze at pinegar chevy. Sales process was awesome, and the finance office was a breeze. My salesman DJ was amazing! There was also no pushy salesman tactics I have found at other dealers. I was able to walk the lot without being harassed by a salesman. Everyone I met on my walk throughout the dealership was very pleasant. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

After having a bad experience at another dealership I found myself at Pinegar. I immediately felt I was in the right place. The price was great and in my budget. Don Berry was very attentive even while working with other customers. Don listened to what I wanted and was able to help me find it. I bought a 2015 chevy sonic. Three weeks later someone rear ended me. I sent my car to pinegar for the repairs. My car was returned to me in excellent condition. I would recommend that anyone go to Pinegar for a great deal and great service. I am more than happy with my purchase and will return in the future.

Our sales consultant Michael Ricketts was great. Never did my wife or I feel like we were being pressured or being sold on something. We always felt like he had our interests in mind. We have followed Clay, from another dealership (that gives evidence of our trust in him). He's always been fair, HONEST, and more importantly tells us how it is. This is in contrast to those salesman who tell what you want to hear. There were times we didn't, but wanted to, but he told us if you wait incentives will go up. Who doestrogen that!

I absolutely love Pinegar, I financed both of my cars from there. If it wasn't for Clay Shaffer I would probably still be in my old 1993 Saturn. I became friends with Clay when I started at Academy bank and was his teller over the years, he is the sweetest person you will ever meet! We have became such great friends. He is always looking out for me and never takes me down the wrong path. I remember when I was making my first purchase at the age of 19 and was so nervous, but I knew and trusted Clay would not do wrong by me. He isn't your average salesman, he grows friendship with his customers that will last a life time if you let them. The two purchases I've made with him have been by far the best decisions in my life. I hardly ever rate anything as the best possible because I feel there is always room for improvement. However, Jordan Uphoff and Pinegar Chevrolet met and EXCEEDED my expectations!! Jordan was amazingly easy to talk with. He listened to my vehicle needs and met them and then exceeded!! He knows his stuff!! Pinegar had a great variety of vehicles to choose from. It seems they take good care of their vehicles and pride themselves in providing many options! The financing department was easy to work with and also heard my financial needs!! This is the first big purchase I have made on my own since my divorce and horrible subsequent financial downfall. I didn't feel judge or looked down upon. As a matter of fact, Jordan made me feel super comfortable in answering those questions that I generally shy away from due to the judgment I usually receive!! From the time we pulled onto the lot, we felt welcomed, and informed. Kudos to Chris our salesman. He was patient, knowledgable of the product, informative of all the features and mechanics, and worked to get us the best deal possible. Even after the sale, he has continued to help us learn about features of our new Chevy Malibu, that we were not familiar with. Having been ford customers for years, we have now returned to Chevrolet. We love our new car. My husband is impressed with the performance and mechanics. I am impressed with the comfort and the ride. We worked with John Farlow on purchasing our used 2013 GMC Acadia. It was a smooth process and he provided great service and answered all of our questions. We made two trips down to look at the vehicle, the second day the weather was less than desirable with snow and freezing temps; John walked around the lot and scraped windshields and warmed them up as needed! We had our two young children with us and the staff was so accommodating to them and their "energy", Mr. Pinegar even gave them candy as we finished up paperwork. It was overall great experience!

He walked around with me for several minutes listening to my every want (the right mileage, the right color, the right price) and then showed me the perfect vehicle. I was a first time customer at Pinegar Chevrolet although I have lived in Republic Missouri for over 27 years and it was the best buying experience I have ever had and will be a lifetime customer I am certain. The courteous professionalism of Chris Bunkleman , (Sales Person) Brian Johnson (Business Manager) and the cashier (sorry I didn't get her name) were exceptional. They were all friendly and will go the extra mile to make my wife and I feel special and important. I never felt pressured and in fact was given very welcomed suggestions on how to proceed after making our choice of which vehicle best suited our needs and wish list. I DID NOT plan to purchase a vehicle that day, however with Chris's patient in showing us several options and offering financing options we were able to choose, finance and drive away with a Brand New 2015 Equinox that afternoon. Our buying process was quick and painless at Pinegar. We went in on a Saturday just to browse and their prices were so reasonable that we drove away with a new car. We told them we wanted to shop around a bit first and went to a few other local dealerships and the prices at Pinegar couldn't be beat! John Farlow, the sales rep, was great to work with and made the whole process easy! Bob in financing was a blast to work with also. There were a few minor scratches on the car but we were able to schedule to bring it in a few weeks after purchase and get them fixed! All in all a great transaction!

I just drove out of Pinegar with a brand spanking new Equinox and it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had! The financing process was easy and I was not overly pressured to buy extras, they were offered and that was it. I went to this dealership to purchase a 2015 Chevrolet. The salesman was nice but tended to have a little bit of an arrogant tone. No one in the New Car sales department seemed to be very friendly. The Sales Manager was absent so out comes Mr. Ed Pinegar. In my opinion, I've never been treated in a more rude, obnoxious, callous manner. He made it clear that he was not interested in earning my business. Said I needed to go trade with his competitor. So, I did. I traded for the truck I wanted, got what I wanted for my trade (which was what book value called for) and got several extras to boot. I was treated with respect, courtsey, dignity and was welcomed warmly. None of those things I found at Pinegar. I will drive 25 miles to get my new Chevrolet serviced. But I will NOT drive 5 minutes to Pinegar for anything again.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ from Pinegar Chevrolet in Republic Mo. Thankfully our salesman, Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable about the questions we had about the truck. We did not feel pressured into buying anything. We had visited several other dealerships in town that day and felt very pressured and the salesman had to go with us with the test drive, which is the time my husband and I 'cuss and discuss' . Chris from Pinegar did not do that, he placed the dealer tags on the truck, copied my husbands license and told us to take our time. After driving it and leaving to check out another car dealership, we returned. Chris worked on paper work and after his part was over he handed us over to the finance dept. which also was very nice and worked with getting us the best financing to fit our needs. while the process was going Chris had the truck washed and fueled up ready for us to take it home. Oh by the way this was the Sat.night before Easter. Chris stayed late to ensure everything was ready for us. and even gave us pizza while we waited! For the next new vehicle we will definately being visiting Chris again! Thank you for a positive experience!

I just purchased my third car from Pinegar Chevrolet in Republic, MO. It was so smooth and simple! The advertised special was available and I really got a GREAT bargain. I phoned ahead and asked the Used Car Sales Consultant John Farlow to have the vehicle ready for me to test drive at a specific time. I arrived at the exact time I requested the car to be ready and it was waiting for me! He gave me the keys immediately and I went for the test drive. It drove beautifully. When I returned, there was no high pressure selling and I bought the car for the advertised price. When I went to the Finance Office and visited with Bob Worthy, I was once again pleasantly surprised. It was only his second day and he was very proficient at his job as well as knowledgeable. I arrived at 4:30 pm and I was completely finished with the deal by 6:15 pm. I have not experienced this level of customer service from any other dealership that I have dealt with in the past. I have always used Pinegar Chevrolet Service on my vehicles in the past and will continue to do so because they take care of me as well as the Sales Consultant and the Business Manager did today with my new purchase!! Thank you Bob and John. I hope you are still there when I come back for my next new car purchase!!

i have bought from Pinegar since 2000 off and on, have purchased now 4 vehicles from them. The thing I like is that most dealers have turnover and alot of it. You can go to Pinegar and see familiar faces from 8-9 years ago. Since I was 22 when I first walked through their doors and made my first new car purchase with them, kinda feel like I have grown up with them. I purchased a 14 silverado from them last Friday, Great experience and very simple which is important to me. They worked with me and questioned me to help my get extra rebates, the owner sat down and talked price with me, was not degrading in any fashion, very pleasant. My salesman Chris Bunkelman walked out in the rain to get the truck when he didnt have to. The F& I man Jack was simple to work with was not pressuring or such. Just a great experience from start to finish, again. I highly reccommend this dealer.

I recently purchaced a pre-owned vehicle at Pinegar in Republic. I found a vehicle online and received an email from the tech guy Ryan Vincel. He was very helpful and we worked out a time to come and test drive the car. Sadly, when I arrived with my family, we were informed that the car we had selectd and been sold. Instead of being dismissed, Ryan worked very hard to evaluated the options available in the pre-owned vehicles that were in stock. He took the time to actually listen to us. He showed us the available vehicles and we test drove a car that fit our criteria. Ryan was very patient and pointed out that he was not a salesman, but instead the Internet Manager. Ryan walked us through the purchase process. He reviewed the car check report and discussed the mechanical work that Pinegar had completed. He also introduced us to several others on the Pinegar team. At one point my wife and I got into a heated debate about the value of the trade-in vehicle that we had driven. We were approached by the owner, Mr. Pinegar himself. He was very nice and reassured us that Pinegar would do what needed to be done to ensure that we were satisfied. Ultimately, he was right. They offered us a very fair and reasonable price for our trade-in. We bought my daughter a SWEET little convertalble eclipse spyder for her high school graduation. The entire process was smooth and seamless. I want to personally thank Mr. Ryan Vencel for his personal approach and for taking the time to simply listen (he also got us pop-corn which rocked). I want to also thank Mr. Pinegar for taking the time to acknowlege me and my family. It really ment alot the my wife and I, to be approached by the actual owner and receive a personal reasurance. That little gesture communicated that Pinegar actually cares about us as people and not just customers. Thanks to the entire Pinegar team and watch out for the Pop-corn bandits!!!

we bought a new malibu few months ago and came to get service on it. Service manager was very nice and reffered us to other person to install our car's spoiler. Our sales guy Chris was great when we purchased the car. He was not pushing and was honest. It was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership..

I have been in the customer service field for 13 years and it makes or breaks a shopping experiance by the way you are treated when you go shopping espically for cars. From the first time we stepped foot on the lot we were made to feel at home and we were never pushed to make any quick decisions. We were given all options available to us and we were very well educated to make the best decision in what car to buy. Overall the experiance was amazing and thank you to all of the people at the dealership for the excelent shopping experiance.

I had purchesed a used Sub. from Pinegar Chevrolet and had received a great deal, so when it came time to move up I went back to Pinegar's and purchased a new Sub. I received the same great price as before and they treat everyone like family. When it is time to upgrade again I will go back because of the friendly service I received.

The Pinegar family takes care of their customers. I bought my first vehicle, 2007 Avalanche, with no hastle, no high-pressure tactics, and received a very fair deal. They have taken care of this vehicle since I bought it and always helped me maintain it properly...so when GM brought back the Camaro I knew I would be buying it from Pinegar also! Same fair price, same great service, same "family feeling".....and my parents and several friends have all had the same exact (or better) experience.

Bought my 2010 Crew Cab from Pinegar and they were really easy to deal with. Nice to see my saleman when I bring it in for an oil change too. Everyone has been pretty nice and not pushy.
