I had such a great experience at the performance Ford in bountiful. Everyone I worked with was very professional and very helpful. The main person I worked with was Brendin Hamilton. He was awesome to work with! He was able to answer all of my questions and helped out with whatever I needed done and getting my truck. I would highly recommend working with him if you’re looking to buy a vehicle at that dealership. I also worked with Texas Mike in the service department. He did a great job I’m putting on some Additions to the truck that I bought. Overall, it was a great experience buying a truck there!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone on staff was friendly. The office area is clean with some nice little snack options for customers. Don Mendoza really listened to what i was looking for in a truck and jumped right into finding the perfect truck for me. Ed was also great to work with on finding me the best financing deal. I fully recommend Performance Ford for all your vehicle needs!

So I have had to take my van to Ford probably 4 times since I’ve been in Utah and I have to say, this location is wonderful. On the most recent visit, my alternator and battery died and needed to be replaced. The tech that was on my vehicle was named Paul and left such an incredibly awesome impression that I wanted to leave a review. Paul communicated with me through text messages during the time my van was in the shop. I would text every couple days for an update and he responded quickly and without making me feel bad for checking in! This communication gave me such peace of mind and made this whole experience less horrible for me! Thank you Paul at Performance Ford in Bountiful for being a dope human being! Thank you Performance Ford for taking care of me as you always do!

Don Mendoza Helped me he was awesome. Only complaint was the car really needed detailed on the inside there was a lot of filth on stuff purple make up all over the driver seat controls also dirt in the seats. I will have to pay for it to get detailed. They only need to improve that customer service was good I lived 3 hours away they got me approved and all set before I even got on the road to go see it!
