Zero stars. Awful experience!! Buying the car was horrible and shady. Should have taken business elsewhere. And certainly shouldn’t have gone back for service because there isn’t any!!! Keep your car for two weeks before they can even look at it??? Really?? Fix your problems, you are giving Ford a bad name. They should know the horrible representation of their product you provide. Stay away people. It will be worth the further drive.

The sales reps & finance people were amazing. Defiantly 5 star & they went beyond what was needed. Me & management had disagreement only because price advertised got raised thousands once I arrived but they did end up working with me & we came to a mutual fair price.

I'm new to Arizona, and this dealership has been great to me so far. I know back home ford dealerships don't give you great service if you don't buy from them. My lease is coming up this year I hope we can make a deal without to much hassle. If not I will travel back to Illinois and lease again. I've never bought a car from a car dealerships I didn't know anyone:(

Adam in service was amazing. It’s never any fun to have car problems. From the morning of the dead battery to a few days later the engine light coming and getting what needed fixed, fixed. He was super reassuring and calm and patient. He was very straight forward and have good advice moving forward. Thank you for giving me a peace of mind during this last week. If you have car problems ask for Adam, he takes care of you.

I purchased a car from Peoria Ford with $5,000 worth of rodent damage to a wiring harness that they refused to fix. I contacted them shortly after purchasing the car and noticing the Wiring harness damage. I even have a time, date and location stamped picture of the engine bay where you can see the rodent damage (if you know what you’re looking for). This picture was taken before I signed any papers which means this did not happen after I purchased the car. However, when I brought it to their attention, I was told I would get a call back and never received a call. This happened multiple times and after a year of trying they told me that it was too bad, I signed for the car and they would not honor the fact that they sold a car with thousands of dollars worth of damage and I have PROOF. As a young consumer buying a car, I feel taken by this dealership. I would definitely recommend you look over the car or even take it to your mechanic to avoid an issue like this. All I was asking was for them to fix it, which is what they would have needed to do if I had caught it before I signed for the vehicle. However, I’m not a mechanic. It wasn’t my job to check the professionals work.

The sales team is phenomenal unfortunately the service department are crooks and incompetent. Repairs aren't fixed right the first time and aren't warranted and covered after completed. You will be told it's a different problem or its out of warranty. Very disappointing that this dealer can provide such great customer service when selling you your vehicle but fall so short when servicing it. Go elsewhere for repairs folks.

I have a small business and we depend on our vehicles. I needed to trade in two of my vehicles for one new truck. Tyler & Matt were fantastic and not only put me in a new Platinum F-150 4X4 with all the bells & whistles, but took in both my trade vehicles and saved me $400.00 a month from my two previous payments. I have owned several trucks over the years of all makes and I have to say, this Ford Truck is the best truck I have ever driven! I Love the Truck and working with Matt & Tyler! Peoria Ford will retain all of my personal and company business from now on. It was a pleasure to find that they are customer service oriented as even Pat Hickey the owner and other managers approached me and introduced themselves and thanked me for my business. That is truly customer service! Thanks to all of you at Peoria Ford for making my experience a pleasant one and selling me my beautiful truck with no hassle at a fantastic price! So extremely disgusted by the Service I received on my car repair. I did not know Ford uses ZIP TIES to fix problems!!! That is what I have in my car now. A piece broke and instead of replacing it, they used a ZIP TIE. Seriously! I paid almost $600 for my repair and this is how I am treated. So disappointed and disgusted!

I had started to research and test drive the car I intended to buy about 1 year ago. I had been speaking with the folks at Peoria Ford who were more than kind.I knew I wanted a Ford Fusion. I had spent some time at a dealership here in Chandler, who just couldn't work the deal I wanted. I decided to make the 55 mile drive to Peoria Ford. When I arrived I was greeted by an amazing saleslady, Tessie. She was very compassionate, kind and patient as she needed to look through an ample inventory of Ford Fusions at her dealership. We had laughs and jokes throughout the experience as we test drove several cars. She was most patient when it came to the financing, and in the end, I was thrilled to get the key fob to my new Ford Fusion! Thanks to EVERYONE, especially Tessie for my new Ford Fusion!!Julie

Went to buy a new truck was told what my trade in value was and agreed. Me and wife was there for hours waiting for paper work to be done when finally came to table to sign I notice the dealer discount wasn't what advertised asked why was told we gave you more that trade was worth so they took off the discount. Said I was not happy about being deceived then was told manager hopes I don't but new truck cause there losing money on deal. Very dishonest sales department and all I heard was how they were losing money on the deal I said I'll save them there business and walked away . No Deal!

I'm so pleased with my new Expedition and the absolutely amazing customer service. I have been shopping for a 2016 Explorer for a few months now. My best friend listens to 104.7 and he stated that he hears that Peoria Ford will beat any written deal by $500.00. Because I live out of state, I placed a online inquiry. Within 5 minutes, they called and emailed me. Very creative and impressive! Even thought they couldn't give me a sold price for my trade until I brought it in, (they deserve to inspect the condition). However, they did give me a low and high number. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted promptly. As I stated prior I was looking for an Explorer. Peoria Ford has so many vehicles to choose from. Our sales professional was so patient, and I asked if I could test drive the Expedition. I fell in love..... It wasn't even the color I was looking for. But I fell in love, it's the perfect vehicle. This vehicle is the best gift to myself. I work so hard, that I deserved this. I now love the color too! He gave me smart watch for just doing the test drive. Yay!!!! Finance, was very detailed with warranty information and disclosed everything. The finance guy was very professional and built repor to ensure he offered what options applied to me. That was very appericated, our time is very valuable. To top it off the experience, Delievery ladies. This group was fun, educational, full of excitement. The girls took a photo for a calendar gift. The gal had me jump for joy and my husband even got into the photo. Can't wait to see it! The girls took their time to show me hands on how to operate the sync system, paired our phones, customized our door keyless entry code, along with all the equipment that was equipped in my new toy. I've never experienced anything like this. All other dealerships just show you how to use the wipers and lights. To everyone at Peoria Ford, keep it up! This was worth the trip to Peoria, AZ....

I started my search on their online site. Found what interested me. Put my phone number in and within 5 minutes I had a call from Charley Eagle. I only live like .7 miles away. My SUV was there for me to see. I feel I got a great deal, was treated with respect and great courtesy. My trade in was fabulous price. Everyone here does their job quickly and it shows by the number of other Patrons in there on a Tuesday afternoon purchasing vehicles. I always will be a Peoria Ford customer.

Both their Service Department and their Sales Department screwed us. 1. We purchased a new engine from them for around $9000 to be installed in our 2010 Ford and they used parts from our old engine rather than new ones. This caused an oil leak almost immediately and they charged us over $400 more to fix it. Unethical....2. When the oil leak presented, we also noted to them that there was a bearing grinding in the front end. They told us it was the tires and they rotated them and returned the vehicle to us with a "good as new" bs line. Last week, while driving, the bearing siezed up and threw the vehicle off the road nearly killing two of our employees. We had it towed to the closest Ford dealer and they informed us that the front bearing was bad and it had now damaged the brake system. $1300 plus more in repairs due to the negligence of Peoria Ford. All they had to do was pull the wheel and they could have prevented this near fatal accident. They are refusing to pay for the damage that was caused due to their inability to diagnose even with the customer pointing it out to them. Unbelievable.3. Between incident 1 and 2, we purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them and paid with a cashier's check from our leasing company. We had no need for their financing, bs warranty or anything else. The day following the purchase I was informed by credit monitoring that my credit had received a "hard inquiry" from Peoria Ford. AT NO TIME DID WE NEED TO HAVE A CREDIT REPORT PULLED!!!!! They told us the form we were signing was registration related. I have no doubt that this credit pull was to qualify us for their worthless extended warranty even though we had made it abundantly clear we were not interested in anything. Although our initial contact with Isaac Rosales was pleasant, we were passed off from person to person and the excitement wore off. The first manager told us several times how much our offer was "hurting them", so much so that they couldn't even throw in the free 50" smart t.v. that they gave to other buyers. (At the end, they did give us the t.v. without telling us they were going to). The finance guy spoke as fast as an auctioneer and the warranty guy took about 1 hour to get to a reasonably priced warranty. Our trade-in vehicle was not calculated correctly, so we had to go back the next day to redo the finance paperwork and somehow, miraculously, the warranty guy was able to "find" us an even better deal. I work in the customer service industry and know it is imperative to make the client feel like you will do anything to make them happy. The idea that we hurt them so much left a bitter taste. We've owned the truck for only 5 days now and we hope our maintenance experience will be better.

Chris Barlow and Pete Castellucci are the best at what they do. They were well informed with the truck I purchased and had all the necessary paperwork and rebates available. This was a great purchase and would highly recommended this dealership to any looking for great service. Pete is the man to talk to he was patient and knowledgeable and Chris s very personable and keeps the buyers intrest in mind.THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS WITH FINANCE!The finance guy was pushy and didn't understand "NO" kept pushing warranty and gap and items that I didn't want.I finally had to tell him to push the paperwork through. He then asked anot her finance guy to come in and he tried to do the same thing. I told him to finish my paperwork I wasn't buying an extra warranty and we finished the deal he was very unprofessional .

I have spent nearly a month trying to resolve simple issues with a new vehicle and they have made very little effort to provide good customer service. You will be able to see my full complaint on the BBB as I don't want to retype everything. But the service on my vehicle was incredibly poor, and they actually made the paint worse each time they tried to fix it.

It is once you get to the finance dept, that you are taken advantage of, and I really don't think that they care if it makes your sales person look bad or not. Sent my paper work to a person that goes to dealerships to do their inventory and even he said, IT WAS MESSED UP. THEY REALLY WANT TO MAKE YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING A DEAL, AND THEY HAVE GIVEN YOU DISCOUNTS, BUT YET THEY HAVE NOT!!! Our trade started out at $18.000, went to gross value to $13.000 THEN FINALLY TO NET $11,000. WTH. BE VERY CAREFUL. THEN THEY ARE VERY CONVINCING THAT YOU NEED GAP AND OTHER WARRANTIES, BUT THE FINANCE MRG FAILS TO TELL YOU "THIS LINES HIS POCKET"

This place is the worst car buying experience I have ever had, and I've bought over 20 cars in my life. First, the guy was new so I could understand him needing help or being a little slow with things, so I was patient and didn't mind. What I did mind, was when he was trying to lift the hood of my car and he put my keys in his mouth! We started the test drive of the car I wanted to buy and he drove it for 5 miles before letting me drive. I got to drive the car for maybe 2 miles. After we got back to the dealership, he had a manager help him with some computer work, and this manager was so rude to me. Any time I would ask a question, he would be snippy and just say it was "policy". He asked for my debit card but said he wasn't going to run it, so I asked why he needed it. Then he demanded I give it to him and said I could keep his wallet. I told him I didn't want it and he threw it on the desk at me! I was so happy when he came back and said that he wasn't able to approve me because I was so upset with his attitude towards me. I will never go back to this dealership, and will not recommend them to anyone. I only went here because I hear all the great things on the radio about them, and how they can "put anyone in a new vehicle" and "work deals that are unbelievable". Apparently I'm not "anyone" because they wouldn't sell a car to me. Not sure how this company is #1 in Arizona, they suck.

This was our 8th vehicle purchase from Peoria Ford. There is a reason we continue to buy from Peoria Ford. Pat Hickey and Beau Norton have continually gone over and beyond to take car of us with our vehicle purchases. They have always been the lowest priced with the upgraded vehicle packages as well as given more for trades. It rare when you have the Owner (Pat) come out and personally thank you for your biz. Over the years Pat and Beau have become personal friends, anytime we walk into the dealer it's as if we are the most important customers there!! Beau has always been upfront and never makes us haggle. He always gives us top dollar for our trades. Peoria ford is the only Dealer we will purchase from. Go see Pat and Beau, you will not be disappointed. If you go tell them the Halliday's sent you.

My car (2004 Hyundai Santa Fe) was giving me some issues and I was in desperate need of a newer car, but had to be within my budget. I had been texting back and forth with Mike Roush for approximately 2 weeks regarding the possibility of purchasing. Mike was very patient with me as I had just taken in a child into my custody, making me a single mom of 3 girls. Mike was understanding of my situation and worked with me to find the perfect car that would fit in my budget! We got to meet Pat Hickey and Pat gave me a smart watch and my 2 girls each a cute animal hat and another Peoria Ford team member bought my girls each a coke. Once Mike and I had made a deal on the 2012 Subaru Impreza he sent me over to Mark Stall in finance and Mark took great care of me as well. I got a warranty to ease my mind on buying a car and having a car payment again. The day after I bought my car I received a call from Mike that I needed to come back down to the dealership and resign for a better financing package! YES I SAID THEY OFFERED ME A BETTER FINANCING PACKAGE after I had already made the purchase! Just an outstanding experience and now I don't have to worry about getting stuck somewhere with my girls! Thank you Mike Roush, Pat Hickey, Mark Stall and the entire Peoria Ford team for helping my family and rebuilding my trust in the Car Sales Industry! ~Melanie Stedman

I spent about four months researching the F150 I ended up buying locally at Peoria Ford. I talked to dealers all across the country - bought my last car from New Jersey and had it shipped here. Chris, and Weston matched the best deal from around the country, gave me a great trade in value, and are right here in Phoenix. The deal was great, but tge also showed me how to use many of the new features, and have followed up with me regularly. I never thought I'd say this but I actually enjoyed buying the truck. Even with a trade I was in and out in under 3 hours.

I have never experienced someone going to such great lengths to tell me that there is nothing wrong with my van while demonstrating the actual issue. I spoke directly with the technician 2 times just to have him point to the same paragraph in his incorrect service documentation. Total refusal to listen, or to apply common sense. Why? Because he does not care. How do I know this for a fact? I'll tell you why. When I was in his service bay, I could see (as could my 11 year old son), all of the profanities written all over printed up Ford technical service bulletins. He named his Samsung printer "xxxxxxx", and his name could have been the same for all I know since there was no professional introduction. His backwards hat and the great wall of profanity directed toward his own Employers wisdom expressed to me that my personal experience means nothing at all. I am still waiting to get our van back, time # 4, maybe the blower switch will actually work better than his "xxxxxxx" printer.

We shouldn't use real names right? I will name my salesperson the "Misleading salesperson C.E." to replace the not so nice one of the "Liar salesperson C.E." My husband and I were shopping for a new truck in Surprise AZ, and asked the salesperson about a truck we have seen online at the Peoria Ford. The nice salesperson in Surprise offered to inquire about the truck at the Peoria Ford but when he came back from discussing with his GM, he told us that the advertised Price for the truck we saw online was simply wrong. I couldn't believe it, I thought the guy had lied to us. So once we got home I called Peoria Ford and spoke with the Misleading salesperson C.E. who even seemed offended that someone said "his online price" was wrong. I asked him to check again, I read the last 8 characters from the advertised truck's VIN #, and he assured me the price is correct. I asked him to please be sure he gives me the correct information so we don't waste our time, but he again affirmed the advertised price is correct. My husband and I got in our car and drove to Peoria Ford were we were greeted by Mr. Misleading person C. E. In person. As soon as we sat down he brought up on his monitor screen the truck we were looking for , he had the VIN # written on a piece of paper from our earlier phone conversation, I assume. And he proceeded to tell us that the truck is the advertised price plus, taxes, and title, and fees, and "the add-ons" that the dealership had paid to add extra. That would be like tens of thousands of dollars extra. I ask you, how is that the advertised price then? Were we talking about a generic model truck? No, we were talking about a specific truck who's VIN number I read him over the phone, and he had assured me it was the correct price being advertised. Now everyone expects to pay for the title, taxes... But how can you advertise a specialty truck at the price of a basic car??? There are two primary ways to lie: to conceal and to falsify. In concealing, the liar withholds some information without actually saying anything untrue. In falsifying, the liar takes an additional step. Not only does the liar withhold true information, but he presents false information as if it were true." The Misleading salesperson C.E. I spoke with, did lie by withholding information. God help us! There was a saying that there are good people, bad people and drivers. Humorous, right? I now say that there are good people, bad people and... Misleading salespeople..

I had leased 2 mustangs from Peoria ford, this was my dream car therefore I was so excited. First mustang I leased was a red 2015, after 2 months of having it they took it back because apparently I didn't meet the requirements for the bank after the deal had already gone through. After this I tried again, leased a 2015 white mustang same thing happened deal went through was taken away from me 2 months later. I finally gave up and leased a 2016 mustangs GT from Scottsdale ford.

The service department by far is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have owned Fords for many years and will continue to own one. But, I will find a different dealership for service. Today's service experience was it. I brought my car in for an oil change. When I made the appointment two days ago , I informed the service person that I had a works coupon and I was asked if Peoria Ford's name appeared on the coupon. I responded yes. Today I arrived for my appointment and I was asked if I wanted upgrade to full synthetic oil. I said no. Upon check out, the bill was much higher. When I inquired, I was told that this car only uses a full synthetic oil That is incorrect. Ow20 oil is available in a synthetic blend. In any case, I asked why I was not informed of the extra charge prior to service, especially since I had been given the option at check in. The service person Jackie also said they don't accept "works" coupons and have been trying for months to get Ford Motor to remove their name. Not my problem. I told her I had a coupon two days ago when I made the appointment. The coupon is on the Ford Motor website. In the end, the bill was adjusted, but this is the final straw. I will take my cars some where else for service.

On May 26th 2016 the Peoria Ford service center replaced a tire on my truck under warranty. I have Michelin tires with a street tread on my truck. They replaced the bad tire with a BF Goodrich All Terrain. I contacted Jacqueline Lee (my service rep) and told her the situation. She assured me she would take care of it. On June 2nd she told me that her manager Mike Gaddini and the parts manager Richard Madison told her that these tires are no longer made and "no one in the country has this tire." She apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused me. (I have saved all of the E-mails). So i called Discount Tire in Glendale Arizona and they have them in stock. I sent her the contact person and phone number for the Discount tire in Glendale. As of 06/21/2016 I have had no response from anyone at Peoria Ford. It is amazing to me that they are so adamant about getting the customer to give them an excellent review in the on line survey but they don't do what it takes to earn it. I will be having my service done at Sanderson ford from now on.

The one thing that I will say is the car buying process was a dream. I knew what I wanted, and I knew what I was willing to pay, and Nick and the crew at Peoria Ford were amazing to work with. I have never purchased anything new before so I was taken back by the process. By the end of the night, the excitement that I had, the tears that I shed, it was all worth it. I heard one thing that I knew I was in the right place at the right time to hear these words. "You are worthy of a new car". How did they know I needed to hear that? Sometimes car buying is more of a chore... to me it was a fascinating process. They treated me like I was the only one there... When the associates waited for me to get in my car and drive off (and it was late), that meant the world to me.. I will only buy with Peoria Ford. They treated me like I was family. I so so appreciate that. My 2017 Ford Fusion (with a moon roof) is my dream car. You made that possible. I owe you a debt of gratitude for watching me cry as I signed every piece of paper, watched me jump with excitement over the LED blinkers, and smiled as I drove off. Thank you will never be enough.. I appreciate you took my dreams and made them come true!

I was ready for a "fight", as a rule I HATE car salesmen. Well I hit the showroom floor and met David Glutz, and all my fears and distaste went up in smoke. David got me and knew that I was well read on what I wanted. He was professional and I felt he worked "for me". I explained my budget, and how I felt the 2016 Escape SE Eco boost, could work for me. He made the deal happen, got my car from a different dealership ( color and interior wasn't on their lot). I didn't ever feel uncomfortable with him, he and Eric made sure all rebates were made available to us. My husband and I are Veterns, so they helped us fill out the form to receive a Military rebate. They were very fair when working with me on my trade in. I would recommend Peoria Ford to all my friends and when ready to trade in our Mustang, we will be back. Since not everything can be perfect.....I can only say that the hot office of the Finance guy, and his attitude was a bit rough. But all deals were made, and promises kept so only job was to have us sign the paperwork. None of his pushy ways worked on us, and he did not ruin our overall experience. Then off to the delivery of my car, it took a while to get it to the shop, David called into Jimmy Johns to make sure I was fed and sat with me until the car was ready. Eric the manager even went out to do the detailing so I could get done faster. Then when it was ready, Beverly Woodhull, explained all the features of the car, and said that if I needed any help with the extra bells and whistles she would make herself available . ( I did go back a day later to have her show me the Sync of my devices) TADA, I am all settled into my car and loving it. No bad things to say, a great Local dealership that I will sign it praises about.. I want to add, I ( a girl) did all the negotiations and only had my husband come to sign the paperwork, it was my birthday gift and I wanted to do the deal, they NEVER treated me like a "girl" who they could take advantage . I was well respected, by David, Eric and Jon. Thanks guys, I love my Escape and I WILL be back.

Michael Rodes was our Service Consultant, and his customer service and respond was excellent. However I was very disappointed in the quality of repair on the air conditioning on our 2009 Ford Explorer. After the vehicle inspection was done, it was determined that the compressor and accumulator for the air conditioner needed to be replaced. We left our vehicle at Peoria Ford to allow sufficient time to complete the work. When I picked up my vehicle the next day, first thing I noticed was that the air coming out into the vehicle was cooler then when I brought it in, but it was not as cool as it should have been if the air conditioner was operating properly.. Even after driving it for awhile, the air from the AC never got very cool. I called Peoria Ford back and took the vehicle in again. The next day we were advised that we will need to replace the conductor or something like that. This makes me question the technicians skill level. The part would have to be ordered and work would not be done until until Friday, today being Tuesday and leaving town on Wednesday, we could not leave our vehicle there. I do not believe the air condition operation was not tested before the vehicle was retured to us as fixed. In my opinion, Peoria Ford either has an insufficient quality control program, or it is not fully implemented.

You always know that going to the dealership will take awhile. Originally I went with my family, they needed a new vehicle also. While my family was able to get the vehicles they wanted I could not get what I wanted (it was too expensive for me). I went home feeling a little down. A couple of days later the salesman I was working with (Ron Mendyka) called inquiring if I had a second vehicle in mind? I mentioned the Ford Focus, he said that he would work on getting me into it and call me back in a few days. Ron called me back to inform me that they would be able to get me into a brand new Ford Focus, we agreed to meet that next Saturday (April 16). Ron was the absolute best salesman, he managed to get me into a 2016 Ford Focus with a payment that I could afford. Every time I get into my new vehicle I smile, she is beautiful and drives like a dream. I named her Lola...

Such a shame, Peoria Ford does not stand by their word. They ripped me off. The salesman told me one thing and than changed his story around when we confronted the financial agent together. We bought the car out of the back lot was expecting it within a few days I thought cool take your time and check it out. Next day got a call your car is done no wonder it was so quick all they did was wash the outside. Do not go to this dealer if you are looking for a used car they don't check them out. Peoria Ford has had my new, 2015 Mustang GT since 11/23/2015 and has refussed to repair my car. They continuously say they are working on the problem with Ford directly and my car is still not repaired. I have paid over $2000 out of pocket for a rental because they also refuse to provide a rental or a loaner car. Now they are telling me I need to have my car towed off their lot to another dealership because "it;s not that we won't work on your car, it's that we aren't required to.....".I have had 5 previous Mustangs and I have NEVER been treated this way. Pat Hickey is a xxxxxxx....

We had a very good experience working with Peoria Ford's Sales dept. Dennis and Claudio helped us with everything we needed. However once your done with Sales and you get put back to their Finance Dept is when you begin to be lied to and deceived. Joey, a finance team member, increased our term, our interested and tried charging $2000 more then what the warranty was worth. When we confronted him about it he called us liars and said its our "own" fault we signed all the papers without reading the entire contract. 200 miles later on the truck we finally got it taken care of and Peoria Ford fixed the issue of Joeys. I am a firm believer that the dealer is a team. Joey ruined the entire experience for Peoria Ford. I will never refer anyone or do any further business with Peoria Ford because of Joey. This saddens me because I really did enjoy working with Dennis and Claudio.

I was in sales for many years. I believe that a business does not deserve a new customer unless they can take care of their existing ones. From my daughter in law of my middle son and my oldest son I have received very good reviews. I was also impressed with the 3.5 hours it took from state to finish to get happily involved with a new vehicle for my my wife. It really seemed like a well managed operation inside the dealership. Many people moving around like a Henry Ford manufacturing plant. Everyone fore filling a purpose like a well oiled machine.Plus: Ford was the only auto company that did not require a bailout. You made the process an enjoyable one. All was well with our sales man...then we were sent to financing. After listening to his pitch for additional warranties for our new used vehicle (20 minutes of non-stop talking about how our current warranty was basically worthless!!), We told him over and over again no....we did not want to purchase any more additional warranties. He said he felt bad for keeping us so long and would "give" us the dent removal and tire protection for our time. Then he said it would not change our "payment" a bit. When asked if it would change the bottom line for the "free" item he was "giving" us, he said well yea...but only $1200...But I can buy down the points for your interest rate and your payment won't go up a bit....what??!! if we had not asked what the final bottom line was, he would have charged us an additional $1,200 for what he was "giving" us for "free"!! Unbelievable how sneaky they are...and we found out they pulled the same thing on our parents, who bought a brand new car!

It was time for my trucks first ZAKTEK Premium Protection Coating. When I arrive for my appointment, I'm told that I have to sign a waiver of damage for car wash. I feel this is very unprofessional of Peoria Ford. When they sold me the ZAKTEK Premium Protection Coating they never disclosed that I had to sign a waiver of damage. This practice is very unprofessional and I feel if Peoria Ford is going to sell this service they should take full responsibility. I will keep you all posted, if any issues arise.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I was stuck with this dealership as it was a certified used car I had found. Will never go back, and would recommend any dealership over them. The games were ridiculous (sorry I didn't jump to sign a contract at your price when you tell me someone is test driving it and I can see one of your employees behind the wheel). The dirtiest "detailed" car I've ever seen. A certified used car where the remote start didn't work right out of the dealership. And terrible attitudes and customer service when issues brought to their attention. Once again, I recommend you stay away.

I have had a deplorable experience with this organization. I want you to understand this was the worst business experience I've ever had. Here is our story:My husband and I ordered a custom fusion on Feb 11 2015. We paid a cash $1000 deposit. This was after coming to the lot, test driving a car and then putting our desires out to bid to local dealerships in the preceding weeks. This Dealership came in at the lowest OTD price. And given our prior relationship with the dealership felt comfortable that we were making a great decision. On March 24 I called to check status of the car delivery, expecting that it should have been there any day. Remember, we had negotiated an OTD price before we ordered it. At this point I was told the sales person we had worked with had quit with out notice and never bothered to place the order before the deadline of February 12. I was understandably annoyed to discover the car had not been ordered, nor had we received a call to tell us that it hadn't been ordered. Mike, the assistant general sales manager said "we'll make it right." I confirmed he understood the negotiated OTD price. While I understand turnover in staff, I don't understand why after nearly 8 weeks no one even called me. Keep in mind we put down a $1000 deposit - IN CASH. However, the dealership agreed to order the car, we agreed to wait and the dealership agreed to honor the OTD price we had previously negotiated. Two weeks later I check status again. And again find out the car still had not been ordered. The excuse given this time, was the factory needed time to reset to the new year model offering. I should have just took my money back then but I really wanted that specific car - I researched it, I liked it! And again Mike said "we'll make it right" Two weeks later I receive a call saying that the car was ordered and had a scheduled delivery date. Mike was excited he was going to "make it right".So fast forward to May 11... The car had finally arrived. On May 15, my husband and I went to pick up the car. This should have been a great day. I had received a call from Chris Bowman telling me he personally wanted to assure everything was ok. He too wanted to "make it right" (I never laid eyes on the man...he clearly cared how the deal went.) Instead the day was more than two hours of wasted time and we walked away from the deal. The car was what we ordered, albeit dusty and dirty as all new cars should be... but the car came in $4000 more than we negotiated. The sales staff did not honor their word. I wasn't expecting free any thing I was expecting the car I ordered at the price we negotiated. Your organization's version of make it right included an increase in the OTD price by $4000. When we decided to walk away, Mike actually had the audacity to argue with us! I'm not sure what their definition of make it right is but no where in my book does it involve four months of delays, no communicating and a price increase to boot. Had someone said you couldn't honor the price because the sales who quit ordered beyond his capabilities, we could have talked through it and made a reasonable informed decision. Instead, the dealership decided to pull a bait and switch. Now to top it all off, two weeks later I still don't have my deposit back. Finally, I received a call from the controller David. I asked for the check that was reissued to be couriered to my home, less than 10 miles away from the dealership because I don't think it is fair to make me wait an additional period of time to have the check mailed again when it didn't make it the first time. (You'll recall this has been an ongoing theme in our experience thus far) And, why should I have to make the trip back into your establishment. David accused me of having a "tirade" as I expressed my frustration and anger with this whole situation and then he a actually called me honey. His actually words were "look honey" Not once did my husband or act unreasonably or rudely through this whole ordeal. We walked in good faith believing that we were dealing with professionals. I have been proven wrong about the level of professionalism at every turn. I have never in my life been so disrespected! I am infuriated that he thinks it is ok to refer to an female adult customer who has been treated very poorly already and is justifiably angry and frustrated by calling me "honey". I don't think it unreasonable to expect that an organization of this size can afford to finally make it right and give me back my money in a timely fashion. I am further certain that he would not have referred to my husband as "honey". Is this the type of discriminatory and degrading behavior that this company tolerates from their executive leadership? This is not the first vehicle we had ever tried to purchase here. We successfully ordered and purchased a F150 platinum truck several years ago. You can absolutely rest assured that this will be the absolute last vehicle we purchase from Ford - most specifically Peoria Ford. I went to Arrowhead Honda the next day and three hours later drove off the lot with a Honda Accord Touring Edition paid in full, in cash. You see, money was never the issue. Fair, honest business practices were the entire crux. If we had been called, if we had been notified... If we had been treated like rational, intelligent consumers, perhaps all of this could have been solve amicably. As it stands the staff should be ashamed of their behavior. And you should be embarrassed by the way you are being represented by them. The principles of marketing are simple, when consumers have a great experience, they will tell anyone who asks. But, when they have a bad one, they will tell, everyone. Sincerely and unbelievably disappointed and dissatisfied.

We purchased our 2014 Mustang and were very impressed with the way we were treated. They bent over backwards to get us the car we wanted at a payment we could live with. On the basis of that positive experience, we referred my daughter and her husband. They told us a horror story being sold a car than called a few days later with a demand for more money down and a higher down payment. This went on for two different occasions, and my son in law finally told the salesman to forget the whole thing. As these are my in laws, I feel a deep personal insult, and will even take my new Mustang to a different Ford dealer for service.

My experience with Peoria Ford was excellent because of Benny Ortega. His dedication to finding our second vehicle was beyond anything that we have ever experienced with other salesmen or dealerships, and this is our fifth vehicle purchase in 10 years. We have never had a salesman so dedicated, concerned, polite, and genuinely honest. After two months of searching, test drives, and dealings with pushy salesmen at other dealerships, we were brought back to Peoria Ford to purchase a 2015 Ford Escape SE from Benny Ortega. This will be my go to dealership and he will be my go to salesman in the future. I highly recommend that you visit Benny Ortega at Peoria Ford for a great car buying experience.

I was looking for a new Ford Edge. I found a vehicle on the web that match the options I wanted. I sent a request on their web with my name and email address and Tracy helped me from there. After a couple of emails we came to an agreement on the price, I came into the dealership, drove the vehicle and purchased it two days later. The only negative experience was the dealer added options that totaled $1800 but after some negotiation this was reduced to an acceptable level. There was no high pressure from anyone and everyone was very nice. Everyone I worked with strived to provide an outstanding customer experience.

My wife and I were in the market for a new small SUV, and had decided to look at a number of different ones, three of them being the Explorer, Edge, and Escape. We were greeted by a used car salesman who quickly found a new car associate to help us. He gave me his name and was cordial at first. I explained what we were looking for, and what models we wanted to look at. He insisted he could not open the vehicles, and we must come inside the dealership to design what we wanted (tactics). I explained my wife was a physical person, and we needed to drive and sit in a vehicle. I advised him we knew what models we wanted as well as options. He continued to argue with me stating we couldn't look at vehicles that way, and we must go inside the dealership. He was very arrogant, and argumentative with me about how to buy a car. I explained again we wanted to drive and feel the vehicles, and my wife became extremely upset, and started to walk away. I looked at the salesman, and told him "you've lost her, you've lost the sale, and if you want us to stay you better go find someone else very quickly." Tyler (unknown last name) came out to us, and tried to fix an already broken situation. Tyler was not very genuine, and needs some brushing up on his sales techniques. We liked the Escape, and would have purchased one that day. I asked Tyler for his card, and he ran inside to get one (why not carry?) I waited for 5 minutes by my vehicle for him to return, and he walked out with what looked like a manager. The sales tactics at Peoria Ford are not conducive to positive sales experiences, nor are they good for the salesman. I have been involved as a car salesman, sales manager, and in finance. Peoria Ford is the type of dealership where the bad reputation of a sales consultant lives on. We ended up purchasing a new Toyota up the street with a better experience.

Let me start off by saying I have had nothing but great experiences in the past with Peoria Ford, I have taken my F-150 there for all of its maintenance and have been a Ford owner for over 20 years. Unfortunately yesterday has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth regarding the sales associate (Jeff) we dealt with. We went there looking for a 2014 F150 and looked at a number of trucks, the salesman was very sarcastic and high pressure for us to but from him yesterday. I explained over and over that we just wanted to get some prices so that we could go home and make the best decision for our budget. That wasn't good enough for Joe. I finally agreed to let Joe take the truck for an appraisal spin around the block. I hopped into the passenger seat and Joe grabbed onto the handle to lift himself into my truck and proceeded to break the entire handle from inside the truck. His next line was "so much for Ford tough". At that point I have seen and heard enough and just wanted to get out of there, we stood around for at least 30 minutes before he came out with the "guy" who wanted to know what it would take to make a deal. I stated that I wanted the keys and asked about the handle that was broken off, they stated that I would have to make an appointment with service to get that fixed. Really??? Seriously??? I am now being inconvenienced to come back so they can fix the handle that THEY broke. I left very unhappy and thought that they would call me today to make an appointment with the service department to take care of the handle that THEY broke off but have heard NOTHING. Stay away from PEORIA FORD.

My husband and I walked in to Peoria Ford to test drive an Escape and get pricing info and wound up leaving with a car after high pressure to do so and our heads hurting from the experience. We have never had to deal with that kind of sales process ever in all our years of car buying. We go in with employee pricing because of a family member who worked for Ford so pricing should be cut and dry and haggling never comes into the equation. Not here though. You start off with a salesman with a number of other sales people/managers coming in to work an out the door price. We found a car we were interested on the Ford website which detailed pricing with rebates and discounts. That car was at Peoria Ford. When we got to PF, the sticker showed the same price but they had added options already in the car that added an extra $1700 to that price that we weren't expecting, and wasn't advertized. After going back and forth with numbers changing numerous times, we finally came to a price that SEEMED acceptable to us. Mind you our brains were fried after all this. So we wound up buying the car. After getting home we tried to make sense of the numbers they came up with and the final price. We also checked their own website which offered dealer discounts that were BETTER than the employee price we get. Two days later we went back and told them what we saw on their website, that their own incentives would've given us a price $700 lower than what we paid, they then admitted it and gave us that lower price!! BUT we had to go back and ask for it. As we were looking for the best price, it should've been offered when we were there in the first place! It was an AWFUL buying experience leaving us feeling like we were beat up and cheated. I would NOT recommend buying at this dealership!

The customer service is excellent, no question about it and I was very happy with the overall experience ... until I had to deal with the financing bank. The financing bank we were put with is bank of the west, you can use a search engine for reviews on them if you like, but I would personally advise staying well clear of them.Setting up something as simple as automatic payments from your savings account takes a whole lot of energy and time, calling their customer service is around a 1 hour hold time. I am actually off to my credit union this afternoon to see if they can figure out what I need to do such as 'verification of your account number and routing number from your financial institution' - how archaic is this? While I am delighted with the car, I am dismayed at the financing partner and I may even choose to take a loan out and just pay off Bank of the West, despite the penalties. I like things in order, transparent and peace of mind not a headache, My partner was just getting around to buying his new car from the dealership but that is now off the table as a result.

I went to them back in May for service but the darn sales dept keeps calling me about once a month. I will NEVER return for service again. Had my 2010 F-150 in for standard oil change, told them was taking a long trip and needed to be sure it was ready and that my fluids are low. Said they would take care of it, give it a full inspection, and even wash it. They tell me its all done and upon inspection my tires are in the yellow zone and should be replaced soon. How do they figure? My new BFG's were only 3 months and 3k miles old!! I get to the truck grease hand prints all over the hood, no wash, ALL fluids still low!! Did they even look? To ad insult to injury I notified them of all my complaints asap in the CSR report they sent me. Took a full 6 weeks for them to respond to my email complaints. Once we found the car we wanted, they were pushy about the sale. Insisted my husband I both be on the loan. Then they pulled my credit and said they needed $500 down. I've never put money down, we traded in a 2011 truck for a 2011 car. I told them I didn't have money to put down. We're in debt trying to get out. The truck was too much on gas with my husbands new job. The sales man and sales manager both told me, we know you have availability on your credit cards. I was so mad at that comment! Talked tp my husband, He really wanted the car, didn't want to drive that truck home. We were 80 miles from home! So I agreed to it. One week after the sale, the car spotted working while my husband was gone on reserves! Had it towed into Kia dealership (as it is a Kia) they said the battery was dead. My husband called the used car manager at Peoria Ford, he said it's not on the warranty. He had top pay $471 just to get a new battery to get home! I did online chat and talked tp someone, they said a used car manager would call me the next business day. By Wednesday, no call! I had to call them. Spoke to the used car manager that wad there during our sale and he said too bad. Said had I bought a Ford, maybe he would've worked with me! I spoke to Kia and they said had I bought it there they would've replaced it for me and Ford should have too. What poor customer service! I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to Peoria Ford for anything!

Received a phone call one morning about some trucks they had on the lot. I wasn't 'too interested' with the vehicles being offered and their respective price points, but said I would at least come by and listen to what they said, and was assured was "That's all we are asking for". Showed up and worked with Thomas Milton. Started out nice, showed me some trucks, test drove one but wasn't in love with anything they had to offer. Figured he would take the hint, but he kicked it into overdrive from there and pressured me very hard. I told them that the only way I was buying the particular vehicle (F-250) was if the price was right, cause I really wasn't in love with it. We couldn't come to an agreement on numbers, and I also told them I would not sign anything unless my wife was there to drive the vehicle as well to make sure she felt comfortable with it as well. This apparently did not sit well with Mr. Milton and had the audacity to say verbatim "At what price can I get this truck to that you will buy it without consulting your wife, everyone has a price" I was a bit disgusted by the comment, but it went on from there "I know my wife would trust me to make a good buying decision, are you saying your wife does not trust you to make any decisions?" At this point, I was both upset and offended and demanded my key back for my car back. He walked away disappointed and came back about 5 minutes later with "Great News - I got approval from my Manager to drive the truck over to pickup your wife and have her drive it back here to complete the purchase!" ... At this point, I realized I would never do business with this dealership again. I simply told him not, I want my keys back that I have now asked for several time. He left again, and this time brought his manager back and not my keys and the manager insisted they wanted to sell me a car, and that I should not "Mistake their aggressiveness for anything more than eagerness to sell a vehicle". I explained everything to the manager that had transpired to that moment, and he was still being aggressive that they wanted to simply sell me a car and that they don't want me to leave and shop around that they want to give me that best deal that moment and sell me a car, to which I reiterated the point that I would not sign anything until my wife had taken a test drive and felt comfortable driving the vehicle herself and neither of these gentlemen got that point, and the dealership still had my keys hostage for over 20 minutes since I initially requested to have them returned so I can go about my day. I received a few phone calls from that day forward - and told all that called me to remove my number from their system as I would never give them any of my business after the experiences that transpired that day, and judging by the other reviews here, its not a one off occasion. I would NOT recommend anyone, nor want anyone to go thru the hassle that I endured. I'm sure there are quality sales people there, but I would avoid wasting any of your time on Mr. Milton, as he has no disregard for peoples wishes, and takes 'Pushy Sales' to a whole new level.

Dissappointed X-plan customer

Don't go to this dealership! I am an x-plan customer and was looking to buy a new Escape. Chris Barlow (manager) was completely rude and condescending. He said that saying what I propose out loud sounds crazy to anyone. I showed him rebates I printed from Ford.com and he wouldn't consider them saying that he knows nothing about them. They had no interest in selling me a car and frankly I felt attacked and disappointed when I left.

I walked in to the dealership on a friday night so upside down in my trade i couldnt even see straight. I have had multiple conversations with two of their salesmen (Mike Roush and Kelly Massey but mostly Mike lol) over the course of a few weeks (after i came in for service on my truck) and they finally talked me into coming in. THANK GOD I DID. After 2 hours of trying to make the deal work (my credit being the issue....606 SMH) I finally left, but, not before the goddess of finance Michelle Hadley PROMISED me should would make a deal happen by the following day. Well come to find out SHE DID! She got the bank to drop my rate by HALF! which put me in the payment that I had wanted and was comfortable with. I will send anyone to these 3 people that are looking for a car. Hands down the best car buying experience i have ever had. THANK YOU PEORIA FORD

We were searching for a used (one to two year) Ford F150 and stopped at this location. Salesman Kelly showed us several and we eventually saw a 2012 which caught our eye. Truck was in great condition and test drove well. Only problem I had initially was the odometer (64K+) on the truck was not the same as the odometer of (45K) listed on the Carfax report located in the glove box that had a date of only one day before we test drove the truck. I inquired as to the difference, and Kelly said he would look into it. Once we were done with the test drive we told Kelly as well as his manager (sales manger of some sort) we'll have to sleep on it and get back to them. As is normal with some dealers, they try to keep you from leaving their dealership without making a deal. But nonetheless we left and slept on it. We did our research on the make / model, mileage, etc on the truck and based on true market values came up with a number we felt was fair for the truck. We called Kelly the next day and agreed to drive over there to try and make a deal. In our research we also found the exact truck marketed online for $3000 less than they had it listed for and the mileage listed the the incorrect 45k that I had previously mentioned to Kelly, so we thought these would be bargaining tools. We arrived at dealership, drove one more time, and decided to talk numbers. We agreed upon a number (or so we thought) and decided to move forward with purchase, we told them we did not have trade-in but we were prepared to give a pretty good down payment. We eventually came to an agreed upon amount and initialed by the x. They said ok, they would need us to complete credit applications and would need our credit card so no-one else could begin paperwork on truck. We thought ok, this is done deal, we have good credit, we are good to go, we felt good about settled price and truck. To our surprise Kelly's boss (sales manager wannabe) came back with a number close to $3000 higher than the agreed upon number. What was this? We already had agreed on number and completed application based on that. Of course, we expressed our discontentment and refused to go through with transaction. I did ask Kelly, why so many layers? And if this other guy we were dealing with did not have any authority to negotiate final amount, why was he even there. Needless to say, we left very dissatisfied. We were never given an explanation as to the difference is the odometer reading either. We purchased our F150 elsewhere and were extremely pleased. If we had to do it over again, we would have reviewed the reviews of the dealership because the customer service is just as important, and is the reason we decided to submit this review.

Experience at dealership was just average/below average. I bought a car here 2 years ago but am late on the review just a bit. What soured me on this dealership was what took place after I bought my vehicle. The salesman didn't like the review I gave to Ford, I guess he thought he was perfect but was far from it and I am brutally honest in those surveys they send. I didn't really say anything bad other than he was a "typical salesman only worried about making a deal and didn't give me the time of day after delivery when I had some concerns. He called me up and said I was a liar and challenged me to come to the dealership and fight (very professional). In addition they like to play games and call and harass you, so don't ever give them your phone number-even if you buy a vehicle from them. I won't even take my car there for service and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am sure this review will result in some additional harassment as well but this needs to be made public.

STAY AWAY!! You are guaranteed to have the worst car buying experience of your life here! We all know the car games sales teams are taught to play... We all know they are going to take our keys, wash our car while they estimate the "value" of our trade in. We EXPECT to get up sold in the finance office, We all know it's going to take all day for them to play their game.... So WHY DO IT?!? You don't have to! Regardless of your credit history!! Save yourself a ton of time and emotional energy. This place is, rude, they have the worst shuffle, game and sales tactics, I have EVER seen! Just DON'T do it! Go do your research on the car you want. Google it! Get informed! Then go anywhere but here! Its your hard earned money, and you dont need help from these clowns. They are going to promise you one thing, and squeeze you into another. They will tack on charge after charge after charge. DONT buy it. You are in control here, and have the power. Take the time to read all the unhappy posts here, and learn from their mistakes! (I wish I did, before I wasted my time driving there)I personally walked off the lot and refused to buy here after repeatedly telling the sales person AND the assistant manager what I was looking for. They spent over an hour wasting my time giving me a sales pitch. Promising me, they would do everything they could to get me into a car today. telling me how they are the largest dealer in town, bla, bla bla. I dont care. Lets find a car and sign some paperwork. I couldnt have been an easier sell. Save me your sales pitch and lets pick a car, and get out of here. I couldnt take it and walked away.Once they realized we were leaving, the sales people that were helping us, yelled hateful, mean things to us. I was SHOCKED! That moment only confirmed their bully tactics to me! I left knowing we did the right thing, and was amazed that there are adults out there how behave like this. Honestly, who does that? Later in the day, received a voicemail from another sales person calling to pitch to me again over the phone. Are you kidding me? There is no way I am working with you people! In fairness, I thought maybe I just caught one or two bad apples and called the manager, Discount Dave to share my experience, and let them know how we were treated, and why we would not be back. He listened, and said well I am sorry to hear that have a good evening. He gave absolutely no effort to earn our business, ask who we saw, inquire into what time we were in etc. Clearly he cared less about the experience. Please do not do business here! Read these other comments! I promise you there are plenty of other people out there willing to take your money and work with you, regardless of your financial situation. This is not the only game in town!Side note to the dealership: Please spare me your canned response, We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and we're sorry for your experience. Clearly you are not or you would change your sales tactics. Buying a car never needs to be this painful. Congratulations on being the largest bully in town!Thank you!

I went to Peoria Ford to see what they could do for us.. We met David Haggerty.. He listened to everything was told him that we needed.. He went out of his way to make sure he found us the car we needed.. We explained to him our budget and he found us the exact car that we asked for... He told us to just trust him.. So we let him do his thing.. We got more then we thought that we would for what we told him and he was still able to make it work out in our favor.. We've bought a couple car in our time.. This was by far the fastest this process has ever taken us.. We we're in and out in less then 2 hours.. Needless to say since then we have bought 2 cars off of him as well he has sold lots of out friends and family their cars as well.. And will keep referring people to him.. Will NOT go another place.. Looking for a Professional that will get to the point quick and not waste you time?.. Go to Peoria Ford and Ask for David Haggerty...

This dealership is terrible I bought 2 vehicles from them there customer service sucks I can't even get a hold of anyone unless I go down there. They ripped me off on my registration for one of the vehicles I bought and were going to reimburse me. They kept lying to me about sending me the check till 3 months went past and I had to drive down there and make them cut me a check. To add to the frustration I bought a truck from them with a warranty I paid 3 grand for and not even 3 days after I bought the truck it started having major electrical problems. So I took it in twice and they kept telling me nothing was wrong with it. So since they couldn't figure it out I recorded a video of the problem and took it in a 3rd time. They finally actually looked at the truck this time and found the problem but to my surprise the people in financing lied to me about my $3000 warranty that was supposed to cover everything other than windshield replacement and I ended up having to pay them $100 for looking at my truck I am so pissed I am trying to file a report to the BBB. If you read this please take my advice and just go to another ford dealership these people are xxxxxxxx I truly regret buying both my vehicles from them and would never buy from Peoria ford again

I bought a ford focus from here used at the beginning of the year sales guy was great until I brought some issues to his attention, I also brought it to bo the sales manager is what I was told but nothing was fixed or resolved. I came to find out that my certified pre owned ford was in a sideswipe accident which violates the ford CPO regulations. I tried to reason with them and nothing was done because it wasn't in writing! It rained a week after I bought this car and my floors got soaked, rear brakes made lots of noise and passenger door handle was damaged. I don't recommend this place if your buying used or going back for any reason because after the loan is funded they will treat you like dirt. Hope they don't continue this bad reputation they could have had lots of business from my friends and family instead a quick buck was made and on to the next.

Thank you Tracy Twitchell and your team, including Chris Bowman for making my car experience a smooth and pleasant experience. Everyone at the dealership were polite, fun and totally engaged with me. During the waiting process I walked around and introduced myself. If I didn't, they were sure to say hello and asked me if I needed anything. They (Staff at the dealership) took an interest and connected with me as a person. I understand I am that way with others and really enjoyed everyone being that way with me. Thanks Tracy for being in the transaction of selling me my car. Chris Bowman, thanks for having fun with me bantering with you! I love my Ford Fusion!! Have a great day! My experience with Peoria Ford started when they were Sunset Ford. I have had great service with them. My first salesman was Chris Bowman, and I have been working with him every since. If I have a problem, I can call him and he will direct me to the proper supervisor or manager who can help me resolve it. The vehicles I have purchased have been serviced with Peoria Ford, and they have worked to resolve any problems my vehicles had. I have worked with the Parts Department in customizing a couple of my vehicles, and the service was phenomenal.

After a week of e-mail and multiple phone conversations with a sales person, their supervisor and the boss of them all, I arranged to travel 130+ miles to test drive the car on a Sunday afternoon. This was confirmed via e-mail Saturday evening. Dealership opened at 9 AM, departed our home at 9:45 for a 2.5 hour drive. Called the dealership and left a message for Tom Milton at 12:15 pm after we stopped for lunch with our anticipated arrival time (no call back). Arrived at dealership and greeted by multiple salesmen hovering in the parking lot in 105 degree temperatures, ready to pounce on customers. Counted 17 salespeople wandering the showroom floor on a Sunday afternoon. Met Mr. Milton and despite having all our information, proceeded to ask us it all over again. Went to get the car (it was not out front as you might expect), and after about 5 minutes came back to tell us the car was sold Saturday evening....no communication among the sales staff on vehicle sales, no courtesy call ahead of time to us, and no plan for alternate vehicles. Poor, poor customer service by Tom Milton. We left immediately and then I was bombarded by text messages and voice mails from the dealership looking to get our business. Really? Worst customer service for a potential customer I have ever seen! I would never buy a car from this dealership or any of its affiliated other dealership;

Hi everyone, I recently bought a car at ford Peoria dealership, I had the worse experience they pressure me so much to say yes on the car even thought I told them that I had to think about it and like five guys show up to convince me, I repeatedly said no that I have think about it at the end I said yes, I was happy to buy a used car in a dealership to build my credit, but I drove home and once I got home tried to lock the doors it wouldn't let and the Tranxel lights didn't work and on ...!! I took it back to get fix and they didn't fixed it because the car was a KIA not ford, so they send me to a kia dealership and I had to pay extra for the repairs they weren't responsible for anything. People if you ever go to a dealer make sure to get a car of dealer if you go to a ford dealer get a ford don't let them sale you a different brand because they will not pay for any repairs and make sure it's certified. Good luck!!

My family and I had the pleasure of purchasing a used vehicle from Peoria Ford in Phoenix. We got to work with Beau and Jason O, Beau is the director of financing and Jason O is a salesman. Between the both of them our time spent going over the vehicle and financing options was pleasantly appreciated. After several trips to other dealerships on Sat May 24th 2014, it was so nice to be dealt with in the most profressional manner. I will recommend Peoria Ford along with Beau and Jason O to all of my friends and family who are in need of new or used vehicle. The friendliness of these 2 outstanding professionals is way more than could ever be expected. I will purchase all vehicles in the future from Peoria Ford and will want to deal with these same 2 employees (Beau and Jason O).

My husband purchased a 2010 Ford truck from Peoria Ford in December 2010. Worst mistake ever . About 2 1/2 years later I received a call from a "retention" sales guy from Peoria Ford. I explained to him that he needed to call my husband to discuss buying another truck as this was his work truck and I gave him my husbands phone number. Over the next couple weeks the same retention guy kept calling me. I called him back and I received his voicemail. I told him to quit calling me and to call my husband. I told my husband and he said that he already talked to the retention guy and told him he wasn't interested. I called Peoria Ford to tell them about the unwanted phone calls. They put me on a " do not fall list". This lasted for about a month. Then the phone calls started up again. I receive a phone call from them (480-696-6394) almost everyday if not every other day. I called Peoria Ford again and they said the only thing they can do it put me on the do not call list. I explained that they have already did that so how is it going to help this time? She responded with I am sorry but that is all I can do. I again provided her my number for the do not call list....This lasted all but 2 days. I received a phone call again from 480-696-6394 and this time it rang twice and I picked it up. When I said hello the man said "oh oh" and hung up. I called the number back and it went directly t voicemail..imagine that.. I called Peoria Ford again and once again they said that I would need to be put on the do not call list. I told them that I was going to file a complaint and asked for the general manager, which is Pat Hickey. This just the first complaint am I am sure there will be many more unwanted phone calls t come.

My son is in the USAF, he was stationed in Glendale AZ and was to be transferred to NM. He had taken his 04 F250 Diesel in for service to a "private" garage and their work was a disaster. The truck ran terrible, electronics were messed up and his MPG had went in the dumper. He was in a bind for time before he left for NM and Peoria Ford came to the rescue. They took his truck in and they worked him into their schedule with great results! These guys really are the real deal and I would trust them with any vehicle I own. Living in Ohio I was stressing because I coiuld not help him, Peoria relieved this worried father and got the senior airman on the road. Wayne C.

I have had a few experiences with this dealership.First I went to Peoria Ford to look at a new Ford Explorer.I quickly found that they were not keeping to their deals and promises that were being advertised. There was always some small detail that canceled out any kind of deal and rebate. It was honestly like they didn't want us to buy a vehicle. They kept trying to put us in a vehicle that we didn't want saying that they weren't able to get a Ford Explore. The ones they could get were states away and we would have to pay for the shipping cost to get it here. They also kept trying to get us in a vehicle that was way above our budget that they already knew we wouldn't be able to afford. While working numbers they would constantly talk down to us, involving the whole sales team and supervisors coming in to tell us how hard it is for them. They even went into explaining that they were upside down on purchasing one vehicle because they paid too much for it, pushing that mistake on to us as if it was our fault. After walking out we got a call from the famous Pat saying to come back in and they would set things right. We went back in only to go through the same pain as before. We live 2 hours away so it was a big deal to come in. We ended up getting in contact with San Tan Ford and within two days of negotiations we drove off in our new 2012 Ford Explorer for the price we were asking for from Peoria Ford. Peoria Ford was the worst experience I had ever had with any dealership. And that's not it.With my new vehicle I bought the extended warranty and three free oil changes. The problem was that San Tan Ford was almost 3 hours away from where we lived. I called them and they agreed to push our contract to were they would pay for other dealerships to do our oil changes. So I called Peoria Ford to see if they could handle my free oil changes that would be paid for by San Tan. You can't mess up an oil change An appointment was set. Before I was able to get into Peoria Ford to do the oil change a slight thumping started in the front of our new Explorer. I called Peoria before our appointment and asked that they look at that issue while they had it in. The lady said that there would be no problem. We showed up for our appointment and we're there for two hours after handing them our keys before we had gotten any info. I went up to the service desk and they said that they haven't looked at it yet. "We are really sorry" we were there for another hour before they gave us our keys back. I asked them what they found out regarding the thumping in the front. They told me they didn't have time to look at it. Three hours for an oil change! I was really upset and they really made me feel that they didn't care telling me to schedule another appointment so they could give it a good look.A few weeks later with another appointment we gave them our keys again. One hour later the service rep came apologizing saying that they hadn't been able to get our vehicle in to inspection yet. He then offered us a rental telling us that they didn't want us to have to wait. If we could leave it with them they would look it over during the weekend. I reminded him that we lived far away and if they would be able to get us a rental it needed to be something comparable to the Explorer. Sure thing he said and got on the phone with Enterprise. Enterprises rep cam over and picked me up to go across the street and get my rental. Then I found out that they would only cover $30 a day for rental. I told the rep that because of the dealership messing things up with my appointment they were going to pay for it. The rep got on the phone and told me that it was not what they were telling him. I asked him to take me back.Back at the dealership I asked the rep if he had been able to look at our vehicle and he said that they still haven't. It's been 2 1/2 hours and they still haven't gotten it in.I explained to him what enterprise had said and he apologized blaming Enterprise for changing the way they do their business.I spent the next hour talking circles with the service rep while the manager stood back and watched. They couldn't get the Explorer in despite the scheduled appointment 3 hours prior. Now they were telling me that they would keep it and set us up with rental as a "favor" but wouldn't authorize to cover the whole cost. Only when I told the rep that I was leaving and never coming back the service manager spoke up saying that they would cover the weekend for us is an exasperated tone. The rep looked at him with daggers as if saying, "your gonna sit there this hole time and listen to me trying to help this guy when you could have spoke up an hour ago." Up to this moment I didn't realize that the guy standing there was the service supervisor. Just then the Enterprise showed up with a car that would obviously not even slightly work. He said that was all he had. I looked at the service rep and told him to give me my keys and that I was never coming back.

We went in this past weekend to look for a used vehicle for our daughter in college, nothing new, but reasonably priced and in good condition, etc. I repeatedly told them our budget and criteria and I overheard one of the salesmen say "oh that's not going to happen". Then came the hand-off, from one salesmen to the next. We were there less than one hour and 4 salesmen came out to move us around a lot that didn't have any vehicle that met our criteria. A huge waste of our time!!! Take your business to a dealership where they will listen to the customer's needs!!

Got my pathfinder at a tent event. They made me fill up the EMPTY tank myself, did not detail as promised, stereo wouldn't work and had to drive out 2 different times from Avondale to have someone look at it after making 2 appointments just days after purchase. Said they had no means to give a loaner car so I had to miss several hours from work to fit myself into their schedule. Worst experience by far. Their used car manager Bo was a joke... Unfriendly, stuck up guy, who acted like I was inconveniencing them! A joke. They just wanted me to be gone...horrible customer service. But if I bought the $95,000 raptor they had in their show room I'm sure this would of all been different! Same on me for buying into a commercial....pretty sure they lost me

I went to this dealership to look at a specific pre-owned vehicle. I clearly stated that I will only be looking at the car and not test driving it. However, one of the managers offered "If I offer you this amount, will you at least test drive it?" Which I did. After driving it around, I still told them that I would really like to test drive more cars today- where this person then offered me a lower price for the vehicle. After contemplating it, I finally said okay if it is for this amount, but I will be paying in cash only and that I do not want it to be financed or have my credit checked.Next thing I know, the salesperson said he had to check if they will okay it (I assume he was talking about the manager/financial dept). I thought we had already agreed on the amount yet turned out it had to be approved first? So he had me fill out a form, stating any person purchasing a car that had to be paid by cash that is more than a certain amount ($10000), must complete this form. Okay I knew that and I knew that they do not have to run my credit if I only pay for cash. And while completing the form, I was told numerous times by the salesperson, that they will not run my credit because I am paying cash.Well today, I found out they did run my credit without my approval.Anyway, another person I never met came out and said that they will not give me that low price that we agreed upon which I did not even offer the first place (was offered by the other manager).NOT HAPPY and I would not recommend anybody to go this place. Poor communication among their sales team and managers and most of all, they ran a credit check without my permission. I know my rights and I know they can not run a credit inquiry without my approval.

I had just lost my car, had poor credit and not much of a down payment. I was desperate because I had 3 children at home and no vehicle to grocery shop or get to work. When I went to Peoria Ford Jason and Ruben went out of their way to get me into a vehicle I could afford. They were my Christmas miracle.

After buying several vehicles from this dealership, I was told to bring both cars back in a year to trade them in against another car and they would hold there value and that they would honor this verbal agreement. So I waited a year and a half, showed up to trade the Cars and was told that I am stil 5 digits upside down and they can not do nothing for me. As I was leaving I turned around to notice the sales mgr. and the salesman laughing. I would not recommend anyone to this dealership, nor will I ever do business with them again. Hope for nothing but the worst for them.

First off, my problem with Peoria Ford is not my car salesman Jeremy or the guy that put my payment plan together.. My issue is FINANCING DEPT----- I took my 2006 car in for a trade in (condition: all that was wrong was the AC).. Spent a long time at the dealership negotiating a trade(my salesman was AWESOME! Jeremy B. - Good Job and so was the manager in the department that works with putting a payment package together- AMAZING) .Put 500 down and Bought a new car then the monday after recieved a phone call giving me an ultimatum of a cosigner or raise my payment. I was FAR from pleased so I took my "new car" back. When on the phone with financing they asked where I was getting my information regarding why I thought I was being "pushed around". I told him my friend, he then started bad mouthing my friend (again, not making me want to continue business with them) .. when i went to take my car back the pushed me around to 4 different people one of which called me rude and all i stated was that i wanted was my keys and money back . They made 3 last stitch efforts to keep me in my car before giving my keys back....As i was leaving in my old car i noticed that my car was hard to steer (MY POWER STEERING WAS OUT!!!) i did not take it in in that condition. I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE MY MONEY BACK!!! Do not go here. It is a JOKE!

Went in on Labor Day and I received a great deal on a F150 FX4. My salesman was Jason Black. He made sure that I found the right model. He was not pushy or over aggressive. The guy works really hard and was running all over in order to help me. When I got to the finance department I dealt with one of the Finance Managers, Ricardo. He was very professional and a genuine nice guy. I was surmised I received such good customer service because it was their busiest weekend of the year. If you go there ask for Jason, he's honest and he will make sure you get the right vehicle for the right price.

After requesting info on a car online, I received 8 phone calls. I told each person we were no longer interested and to take me off their list. Each person, including the sales director stated it was never noted that I was not interested. This has been over a three week period. Do yourself a favor and never visit them, or say you're interested online! Ridiculous!

Why i gave this review such a bad review was because of the POOR customer service, lack or concern and care. My mom bought a 2012 nissian here.. it smelled like smoke upon buying it.. she really liked the car and wanted to buy it.. they said "oh noo problem we will get rid of the smell" .. so she bought it and they claimed to get it out but it just made it worse. my mom is POST CANCER. and the smell is SO SO SO bad in the car, even i cant handle it. it makes your clothes smell. they wont do anything else. they said "oh smoke wont hurt you" are they doctors?? LOL the GM wont even take any calls for us anymore. they wont even communicate. the sales man sean is a LIAR and just wants $.. this deaerlship is EXTREMELY poor, rude, and not a place i would EVER EVER recommend someone buy a car! I worked with Tracy Twitchell, Internet Manager, and was able to negotiate all terms of the sale via email. She was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She helped me find the EXACT vehicle (2013 Edge SEL w/ Appearnce Package black on black) I wanted when I began my search, something other dealerships couldn't do, and didn't really seem to WANT to do either. The experience was nothing short of awesome with Tracy. Since I've taken delivery, she has followed up with me on more than one occassion to ensure I am completely satisfied. Peoria Ford was not my first stop, it is over 50 miles from home. There must be 4 to 5 other Ford dealerships between my front door and Peoria Ford, but it was the best decision I could have made. Tracy had the vehicle cleaned, gassed and ready to roll when I arrived. To top that off, all the documents were prepared. I completed the signature process in less than 5 minutes and had the keys in my hands in under 20 minutes from the time I had arrived. You just don't get this level of service from most dealerships, nor sales people. Tracy was forthright with me through the entire process. I told her what I wanted, how I wanted it and she delivered. I admit that I took my time and did my research and knew what the fair price was for the vehicle I wanted. Which is why I was so surprised and delighted that the final sales price ended up being lower than all my calculations. I couldn't get any other dealerships close to this price, and they were trying to sell me vehicles with far less equipment. My only complaint is that Peoria Ford is so far from home, I have to find another dealership closer to do some of the service. Thank you Tracy and Peoria Ford for an excellent experience!!!

We were wanting to buy a new car for my wife this past weekend so we thought we would go to Peoria Ford.I have bought alot of cars in my life and this experience was by far the worst one i have ever seen. John Elian a sales manager followed us to our car to harass us after we said we had to go and we would be back. Very pushy people even when we said we were not gonna buy today and we are just looking to see what my wife would like to drive. i have no clue how they are the biggest dealership in az when they have no customer service at all.Maybe they should treat customers better and less about pressuring people into cars they dont want. Before we walked into the showroom floor we said we are not gonna buy todaya nd we want a used car. All the sales man did was try to get us into 40 thousand dollar new car.

The salesmen here are so stereotypical ! I was so freaked out by the way they completely ignored my question - not once- but as many as 5 times! How stupid can this man be I wondered? I wanted to buy the car, but he was treating me so awful- down right disrespectful. As a woman I have bought 9 cars over the last 35 years. I could not believe how this guy talked over me as if I had nothing to say about the deal. Needless to say- he lost the deal. I went elsewhere of course. Holy cow this city has a million car dealerships- what a fool he was! I will never recommend this place, and I will surely let my friends, family and co-workers know of the horrible experience I had here. Especially the Women! Stay far far away!

We stopped one night with no intention to purchase and told Ashley that was the case. We've had awful experiences with other dealerships not wanting to let you leave without buying. Ashley listened to what we said and there was no "hard sell." In fact we stopped back several times before we bought and never felt like we had to buy it that right minute. When we agreed on the car we wanted, we began negotiating the price. Ashley brought in the finance guy who was an absolute jerk and his comments had us walking out the door. In the end, Ashley was able to get the deal we wanted on the table and we bought it with no regrets. The car is the Ford 2013 Escape and kudos to Ford for the remake of this vehicle. We absolute love it.

This was actually the last dealership I stopped by looking for a new car. I had almost given up but when we got to the lot we were warmly greeted by clay who asked what we were looking for and promptly tried to help us find the car for me. I asked a lot of questions and instead of lying to me clay told me he was new and asked his manager Mark Davis to join him to answer some of our questions. All of my questions were answered and I ended up purchasing a brand new Ford Focus. The negotiating process was actually quiet enjoyable and we were very comfortable. They have me an unbelievable deal on my trade in and after some convincing agreed to the payment I wanted :-) I definitely felt more like a friend receiving honest treatment and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Our finance wad great as well, very fast I believe it was the shortest time I've ever spent signing papers for a car purchase. And very interested in what I said and helpful. Great experience. Keep it up! I will definitely be sending you some business. Good bless

HORRIBLE. so pushy to sell a vechicle. SPOT DELIEVERY IS WHAT THEY DO. get you in a vehicle without bank approval. have you sign on contract then come back and sign another that is different then other. then 3 weeks later asked for the vehicle back because my "home address is different then mailing". give me a break. they screwed themselves after adding $3000 in extra warranty. and internet price is different then sales price. I gave $1000 down payment which I was told they would be keeping even if bank didnt approve. I asked for my check back before they cashed it and of course" its locked up in a box" come back to get it the next day and still "locked up. but they promised they would not cash is. and guess what a week later they try and cash it. I cant wait to see them in SMALL CLAIMS COURT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE.

All I have to say is DECEIT! Im not one to have one bad experience then go post a bunch of negative reviews but when someone insults me and deceives me like they did Ill tell everyone about it. Long story short, I had my car on craigslist at a very competitive price. Sunday night "Salesman" Greg calls my phone explaining how bad they "need" my type of car on their lot. "Cant keep them in stock" he says. "your car is priced right" he says. He said his manager told him to find as many of these cars as possible and buy them. Said they are pretty much giving the person selling what they want for this particular car. So after I told him to please not waste my time if I come all the way out there (about 45 min drive) he assured me this is for real and he's not blowing smoke my way so we made an appointment for Monday (today) to seal the deal. Said it would take about 10 minutes. So I got there and met Greg and he showed the car to his boss I guess and then another guy had to come look at it. (typical dealership strategy) They were looking hard for any type of blemish possible to try supporting their low ball offer. The car is 7 years old and in almost mint condition mind you. After about AN HOUR and finding a couple blemishes on a wheel they decided to low ball me almost 3 grand less than I had it posted at. Not even in the same ball park.. PLEASE DONT BE DECEIVED!!! They will do anything to get you on their lot with all kinds of wonderful promises then bend you over. They have no regard for wasting your time. I will NEVER visit this lot for anything. Be careful folks

This dealership is not consumer friendly. My Ford Fiesta was in an accident and the body work was done by Peoria Ford. They sent the car to Peoria Ford for engine repairs. There were parts needed that were on backorder which caused delays, however, they contend that Peoria Collision authorized the engine repairs. From the body work alone, it was border line that the car should have been totalled. My insurance adjuster from Milwaukee, Wisconsin authorized the body work and some of the engine repairs, but not the "extra" repairs. Peoria Ford said the ok for all repairs came from Peoria Collision. They asssumed that any and all repairs were ok to do. They did not contact my insurance company or adjuster. Had that been done, the car would have been totalled. I had to initiate most contact with them. They did not take the initiative to speak with my insurer at any time according to the information I have. They claim they don't have loaner cars, so I didn't receive one. Not their policy, I was told. Peoria Collision did provide me with one after I spent over $400.00 out of pocket after my insurer covered their required 30 dayss of rental. Peoria Ford contends non-availability of parts is the problem, but that is just part of it. I have contacted the BBB and Ford Corporate Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. Someone should pay for my out of pocket rental expenses.

This dealership actively worked to scam my elderly family member. When a vehicle was brought in for a recall they tricked her into signing for $1700 of work she did not want. When she did not have the money to pay for it they forced her to put it on a credit card and then had her write a check for the remainder. When the check did not clear they threatened to send her to prison for "knowingly writing a hot check" and have repeatedly told her that if she tried to do anything, including reporting them to anyone (does this count??), they would send her to prison. She is now terrified thinking she has no other choice but to pay this fraudulent bill. I am going to report them to the BBB and News 3 as well. To the GM of Peoria Ford: if you are reading this then you know exactly who I am referring to. I will tell you that I am an insurance agent in the area and will stop at nothing to spread news of this deceitful behavior. All of my clients will know to do business with Rodeo Ford or Tom Jones Ford rather than Peoria Thieves. Send her a refund or the threats you make on her will be reversed on yourself.

My husband and I are moving from the Phoenix area and will be using a U haul and RV to live in to travel to northeast. We knew we needed a battery in engine and replaced it... continued to have electrical problems... ? coach battery ? alternator. We decided to call professionals and had RV towed to Peoria Ford. We were told they would be able to get us up and running right away. This was a Monday morning. We did not pick up RV until Wed. at noon. After being lied to and given the run around with no one looking at our vehicle for days. They replaced coach battery with my husband's guidance and did diagnostic on alternator. BUT why did it take so long and why do they lie to people? One person would say one thing another person would say another when we called for updates. The stories never matched!!! Why can't customer service contain keeping customers updated and in the loop? Hindsight should have done things ourselves. Poor communication, poor service. DON'T use this service dept...

Had a great experience at Peoria Ford. It started with Deanna, our salesperson. She was so patient and showed us multiple vehicles. We explained to her that we didn't think that we would be approved for financing due to a recent bump in our credit. Deanna didn't give up, she worked very hard to find the right car for our situation. After we picked the 2013 Ford Escape we were introduced to Steve in finance. Usually my least place to be! Steve was so friendly and assured us that we would be taken care of. We signed our paperwork in record time(for us anyway). We left happy. A few days passed and Steve, the finance manager, called. He shocked us with the news that not only was our loan approved, but they were able to get us an even better interest rate and lowered our expected payment by 70.00 per month. We will definitely remember this team when its time to trade in.

I went looking for a new car and ended up at Peoria. I am a single woman. First off I was welcomed, told the salesman what I wanted and he asked if I was waiting on my husband. Then after clearly telling him NO. He proceeded to show me cars that I didn't want. The managers the salesman tried to force me into a car I did not want. I finally got to see the car I wanted, got to drive it and was told how expensive it was. When I went back they AGAIN tried to push me into a car I didn't want. They thought I must have been an uneducated woman. I have never been treated so poorly. I walked out and they chased me to my car. I went down the road to another Ford dealership and I found my car and bought it there. I have been completely happy with that dealership but I wouldn't send a person I hated to Peoria. HORRIBLE

I went to Peoria Ford for a Ford Ranger they had for sale online. I live an hour away so before I left I called John Stewart the manager of used cars sales and he said they still had the truck there. So I drive an hour show up, the sales person says he going to go pull it up front for me. 15 minutes go by he comes back in and says "the truck is not ready for sale." So why didn't they just tell me that on the phone? They wasted 2 hours of my time, money and gas. I also talked to John to let him know I was really upset. And of course they were eating their words and had no excuse. I will never recommend them to anyone! I heard the good advertisements on the local radio show Johnjay and Rich thats why I gave them a chance. Their all liars and just waste your time. Go somewhere else.

I went to Peoria Ford to purchase a new F150. I asked the sales department if they could sell me a truck in two hours, so I could go to dinner with my family. Of course they said yes, and then the sale took five hours to complete. My family had to go home without me. When I finally drove the truck home, they forgot to put the temporary tags on it, and I was ticketed the next day. Then they called me and told me I had to come back in and sign a new sales contract, as they accidentally gave me an incentive they weren't supposed to give me. The finance department neglected to tell me that even though I selected to be billed twice monthly, I would be billed the full month's amount during the first billing cycle. When I called the manager to complain, I was berated for giving them a bad online review. This place has given me nothing but headaches. I love my new truck, but I wish I had purchased it elsewhere. My wife and I were looking for a Ford Flex we had looked up all we could on the internet about the vehicle and liked what we had read. we went to another dealership in the Phoenix area and the salesman ignored what our intrests were and only showed us a base model even after my wife told him it had to have leather, navigation and a video system for the kids. then yhey looked at our trade and told us it needed a new windshield because it was pitted and when I asked them to show me the itting on the windshield they couldnt. So we decided to go to Peoria Ford where we were greated by Steve who asked us questions and made sure he was showing us the right vehicle the first time. PeoriaFord offered us much more for our trade and even had us with him as he looked over our trade. One thing I can say about Peoria Ford is they know their Fords Steve shoud us all the features and how they worked and showed us the benifets of owning a Ford. They were friendly from the salseman to the manager and the finance dept. was great. Also when we went to the vehicle a young lady went over all the features of the vehicle took our picture and told us we would recieve a calander with our picture on it. I contacted Peoria Ford, visited with Chris, and he gave me the number for Ford Roadside assistance. Jennifer, who asnwered, was extremely helpful and was very nice to work with. Within an hour they had picked up the car and by the end of the day Peoria Ford had fixed the minor problem and delivered it to the house, washed yet! Service like this will certainly retain customers. I am one who is not afraid to complain about poor service and feel great service deserves equal time. The next new car we need, we'll start with Peoria Ford.

Went to see a Toyota Venza and sales manager was too aggressive and rude. Decided to shop elsewhere for the same vehicle. Purchased it and it was night and day when comparing the two dealerships. The other place was friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable! We got a great deal on our car and overall I would say there are better places to shop for a vehicle than Peoria Ford.

Ford is an awesome vehicle and Peoria Ford is where to get it! They were very competitive and Sharma and Beau were Awesome! I bought a great new vehicle and the best price, but most of all the service was friendly and I feel like I can send my friends and family there and they will be treated with respect. Car buying is usually not a great experience but I have to say this was! Thanks Peoria Ford!

This Dealership has Great service. I was particularly happy with the great technitions who worked on my 2012 f-150. I had a lift installed at another dealership, and they did not do a great job, so I took it over to Peoria Ford and they fixed me right up, I've got to say that I could not be happier. It rides great and looks even better. I Just have to say that they made me feel at home, and treated me like family.

I will have to say I was a little uncomfortable at first... Sharma was my salesperson and for a female to assist is alarming. But will have to say she new her stuff, and if she didn't was honest and got the answer. Automobile purchasing is always a time consuming process but Peoria Ford has a team of workers that truely made my experience a pleasant one. Chris the Manager gave me an awesome deal and assured me that I could not find a better deal! I took that as a challenge and sure enough went back to Peoria Ford for my purchase. Ms. Darlene in finance was the frosting on the cake to say the least... NO pressure.... No BS .... and had me in and out in less than an hour!! She spoke highly of the New owner and his concerns for his customers, that they want to build a good relationship even after you buy your car. I have been around a many of years, have seen the bad, the good and the ugly when it comes to car dealerships but will have to say that Peoria Ford is headed in the right direction! Keep up the Good work and anyone out there looking for a great product and a great experience should look to them FIRST!!

I have bought two cars from them since 8 months. Bad mistake. I bought a used dodge charger. Not even 45 days after I got it the car breaks down. Of course i did buy the warrenty. I have the sales and service team trying to manipulate me into beleiving its normal wear and tear. Mind you I have barely put 400 miles on the car prolly less. I am so pist. Know I am paying 400 car payment. In between checks. And my new car... I got for my birthday is sitting in there parking lot after being towed. I asked them if it was the battery and I was told' don't know till you buy a new one. Yours is dead." I am so angry I want to get a attornt. So in a week if it is not the battery are they gonna fix it? I paid a extra 600 dollars because the liar ash the sales amanger said it was certified pre owned. Its a big lie. My battery lasted 45 days! I will never refer anyone to them. I will never our haze from them again. And I will blog and tell anyone who will listen. My birthday present is sitting on their service center! This is how they treat there customers. Never ever buy a car from these liars. I never bad mouth a company bit this one deserve it. Justin, the sales rep, did not know much about the vehicle we had chosen. But we decided it was the car for us so we decided to work out a deal. We were asked to give them a credit card because that was their policy (which I found odd). We figured out later that they used it to keep us there because we didn't have a trade where they could hold onto our keys. We worked out a deal with the sales manager that we were comfortable with and asked for the credit card back. We had to ask 5 times before they would give it back to us. After dealing for two hours on the pricing and being told that we really needed to buy a car made in the USA we waited another hour just to speak to the finance department. When we got in there the finance rep proceeded to tell us his life history about how his wife had died and how is now girlfriend had "disappeared" from his life after he bought her a $24,000 engagement ring, paid all of bills, bought her a car and more. He spent 35 minutes going on and on. When we finally got to signing papers we had everything done and then he told us that we had to go to Ford to do all of our maintenance on the car (oil changes, tire rotation, etc.) or the warranty would be voided. That's all it took and we were out of there after voiding all of our paperwork. Four hours at the dealership was wasted. When we got home the sales rep called and wanted to bring out the paperwork and the car for us. We told him that we weren't interested. He called back two more times with the last time going to voice mail where he literally begged us to do the deal. He said he really needed the sale and that he and is family would appreciate it if we would reconsider. The people at Peoria Ford are rude and desperate. No way would we ever set foot in this dealership or any others that are owned by this company. When considering a car, keep driving by this one. You will only encounter a lot of wasted time and frustration.

I have purchased many new and used vehicles over the years from many dealerships across the country and honestly Clayton was the most laid back, non high pressure, friendliest salesman I have ever dealt with. He came in on his day off just for a minor thing that needed attention. Wow, never had a salesman do that before, usually one they get your money, that's it, but not here, service after the sale is key with them. Very down to earth guy and a pleasure to deal with. His sales manager Ash, was also a pleasure to deal with. Again very professional and closed the deal quickly and painlessly by getting me exactly what I wanted for my trade ( and I NEVER trade in vehicles ). I paid a fair price for my 2010 F150 SuperCrew and got a fair price for my trade. After tax, tags, title and license, etc. I paid no more than what I would have by purchasing it privately. And to boot I now have a certified per-owned awesome truck that I don't have to worry about. Even the finance guy, Justin was spectacular. Very courteous and professional. When we said no to some of the things they offer like alarm systems and extra warranties, he didn't push them on us. We were in and out in record time. There was one minor item that needed addressing as far as repair to the truck. I went into the service department and the tool care of it right away. I took it in just to ask if it was covered under the warrantee and they fixed it while I waited. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they fixed it and how professional they were. Overall I have to say that I am very pleased at how great this dealership is in all respects. I would recommend Peoria Ford to everyone and especially Clay, Ash and Justin. Went to the dealership in January and bought a used vehicle. 2 months later the cars cooling system broke down and they said that I would have to have it towed there and that they would pay no costs, even though I told them what was wrong with it. In the end and $2000 later they still have done nothing at the requests of reimbursement for me. These people are twisted, mean, extremely rude, uncaring, do anything they can to get more money in their pocket. Their service department is a complete joke. I believe that they should have rebuilt their dealership with tax dollars, in hopes that they might have treated people better and with much better quality, rather than rip them off at every corner. I tell EVERYONE not to go there. I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE!!!! There are a ton of better dealerships around the valley and will treat you a lot better. Whether you are spending $5000 or $100,000 they treat you like crap. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!!

I recently purchased a GT500 and I have never had so much fun buying a vehicle! The process was quick and efficient and they answered all of my questions, I was pleasantly surprised how knowledgeable the salesman was about the car. Once we had an agreement on the price the manager walked me to the finance department and chatted with me while the finance manager was preparing the paperwork, which took about 15-20 minutes. Once the paperwork was signed I was taken to my new car and shown all of the great features. During this process the general manager was walking through the showroom and stopped to congratulate me on my new process as well as asking me if everyone took care of me. I will never buy from any other dealer, Peoria Ford has raised the bar on the car buying experience. Thank you to all employees that were involved with my purshase!

We went into Peoria Ford to inquire about a price on an Escape advertized several times on a local television channel. I asked the first salesman who approached if they had the advertised vehicle at the advertized price. He couldn't answer and wanted to walk the lot to look. 106 at the time and i said no, too hot to walk. We went inside and a while later another sales rep approached with the first man. He couldn't answer the question either. But asked if I cut the ad out? I said no, too hard to cut an ad off television. He was "annoyed" because I told him I was only interested in the advertized vehicle. Hence the third salesman, a manager. Still no answer. When I asked the question again, he was vague and said the car was a manual and condescendingly asked if could I drive a manual. I said indeed I could, but I wanted an automatic then followed with how much more it was and did he have it in stock. He said he'd have to order the manual?? At that point there was no doubt no one at Peoria Ford knew what they were doing or was deliberately being evasive and we left.

Went to "look" at acar we saw online. told the salesguy on the phone and in person that we wouldnt have any money for a few days and that we just wanted to see the car. Nice car, told em we would buy it in a few days if it was still there. They wanted us to complete the paperwork since we were there. 4 hours later after visiting with a most unpleasant finance lady, we left. Got four calls a day for the next three days wondering where we were and when we were coming for the car and where was their money. 2 of them thought we had already taken the car home. Four days after our first visit we took a cashiers check and picked up the car (another 2 1/2 hr ordeal). Got 2 more calls the next day wondering when we were bringing in the money

A year and a half ago I took a vehicle in for a trade and long story short, the terms I agreed on initially looked like the terms on the contract but what I didn't realize was that my vehicle trade was not even accounted for toward the overall value of what I was purchasing. Not only that, but my purchase was somehow contorted into a lease so I do not even own this vehicle now and after I am done with the lease I will still have to pay $12K to purchase it outright. I was actually told that I would own the vehicle outright at the end of my payments, not that I would owe another 12 grand. Between that and the $5k in equity in my trade in I was SCREWED. I signed the paperwork like a fool without going through the fine print with a fine tooth comb. Last week I decided to give them the opportunity to make things right and they tried pulling the same scam on me again except this time it was even worse, they tried tacking on over $7,000 in "fees" on a $23k vehicle over what the advertised sticker price for that specific vin number was on that car. They lied to me repeatedly and treated me like a moron. They are greedy and will do nothing but hassle you until you are so worn out then they will tell you what you think you are getting as good terms and have you sign the paperwork, and by that time you are so exhausted to see all of the fine print and not realize they gave you no deal, screwed you, and smiled while doing it. This time I not only did not purchase a vehicle, but instead filed a complaint with the BBB, I will never shop there again, and I am telling everyone I know to go across the street to Chevrolet or any other car dealer anywhere else. This place is beyond bad! They are truly the slimiest of salesmen. It's dealerships like Peoria Ford that give car dealers a bad name and make people cringe at the thought of going to buy a car. Stay away from Peoria Ford!

I had an appointment for 7:30 am but my car that morning was undriveable so had it towed to Peoria Ford. It was there by 8:10 am. I contacted them on line (pop-up person who interacts with you...turned out to be useless), with a letter I sent with the tow truck driver, and then finally a phone call at 10:30 am,after waiting for hours to find out what the cost would be. He then called me back at 11:30. At that time the service assistant said I also needed some fluids changed and plugs replaced. I said I thought I just had those things done not too long ago. He said check my records and let him know. I called back less than 30 minutes later and he was unavailable and I got his voice mail and told him that the brake and power steering fluids had been flushed and changed less than nine months before and not to do them as I felt that something was very wrong here. He never called back as I had requested. I also said in this message to go ahead and do the plugs. Finally after not getting any call back I called at 4:35 pm and was told that the car would be ready at 7:30 pm but could not be picked up until the next morning (Saturday), that they had changed the fluids anyway and did not do the plugs. The next morning I called for their courtesy shuttle and after two hours no one showed. When I called again they said that driver had been very busy and that it was a courtesy not my privilege! My bill including the fluids was almost $2200!!!Also the shuttle driver told me they forgot to tell him, that he had been sitting around most of the morning in the break room and would have been to get me at 7 am if he had known. I got there finally at 12:15 pm the next day!!!I wrote three letters now, two to the service manager Mr. Dickson, and one to the service assistant. I got no response to any of my communications or complaints and it has been a month of waiting.I would go to Sanderson Ford, drive the extra distance and not use this place ever again!

I went to see a special on an f150 they had advertised. When I got there I had to convince them to let me drive it. The drive was extremely short because it had no gas. The truck was dirty and was missing the engine cover.I liked it enough that for the price they had it advertised for I was going to buy it. When that time came though they told me they would not honor the advertised price. After arguing about the false advertising it was clear they didn't want my business. The way I was treated and talked to was outrageous. I wish I'd saved the emails so I could list the internet managers name.Ford will be getting a phone call about this for sure!

I bought a 2012 Fiesta from them. The worst mistake I ever made. The Finance guy uses lies and scare tactics about Ford backing the warrenty on their vehicles to sell you another warrenty. The car has braking issues. It pulls so hard to the right when you hit the brakes hard it will cause the car to pull into the next lane. The car has alignment issues. The car has gaps in the body pannels thay let water drip onto the electrical. The AC will not keep the car cool when the temp is above 95 degrees. WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR CAR IN TO GET THESE ISSUES FIXED YOU GET A CALL FROM THIER SERVICE THAT THEY CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICLE. THIS CAR IS A DEATH TRAP!!!!!

We tried to purchase a new Mustang GT premium 2012. The price was right about $40,000 discounted $3500. Ford factory rebate, Then Discount Doug called and said they would discount $3000. now the price for their car is $36,000. Damen called and set up an appointment. I had asked for Tony as he was the sales person I was working with. When I got their Tony was busy, so I was to talk with a different salesman,ok.I said We had decided to trade our 2004 F250 Lariet 4x4 with only 52000 1 owner miles ( trk is like new) with many extras, They went out to look at my trk.,then came back and said we have a deal for you. They added AZ. sales tax of the price of the car $3400.which I had told them the sale would be an out of state purchase and We would take care of the tax when we transfered our registration ( tax in our state has a max of $1,100 ) They said they had to pay it and if their was a refund the state I registered in would send that to me. Wrong. The next blow was the unfair trade in value $8200. I should them the Blue Book Print out of $16,464.trade in value. The two salesmen left and returned and said $8,200. was the best price. This dealer wants to rip people off with unfair trade in values, and practices. I hope all the new vehicles set on his lot and rot.

Went to the dealer based on emails stating that the vehicle I wanted was in stock and would be ready for me to view. I got there and it wasn't ready, it had actually been sold. The many people who tried to help were acting apologetic and tried the dog and pony show leading me around the dealership looking at other used cars that weren't even close to what I wanted. They later tried to low-ball my trade and harass me into coming back to the dealership (I know they wanted my trade). I gave them my terms and they said they would work it out. I told them no because they offered 3rd party extended warranties and unethical practices of having 4 different people call with different stories about what happened. Each time they called and I told them I drove so far to see a vehicle that didn't exist, that person stopped calling. Now I have purchased another vehicle and they are still calling. They don't "get" customer service and will fast talk you to death. Trust me people, I went to a lot of dealerships in the last few weeks and this was the worst. Go to a Power dealership. They might be a mega giant company but their prices are great and I've bought 3 cars with them at different dealerships and they have always worked with me and have good customer service. They also really do take care of their vehicles before they sell them. No hidden scams to get you to drive to Peoria. I will let them keep calling and wasting man hours for now. They need to go out of business.

I went to this dealer to check out a new car I was considering buying. I went there only because it was the closest to me. My salesman (David) was new but knowledgable. While at the dealership, one of the managers came over and asked me questions. The next morning after the test drive the harrassing phone calls began. One manager after another, once or twice a day. The callers had no idea what stage in the process I was at and kept offering inappropriate things to try to move me to an immediate sale. These guys are the WORST for high pressure sales tactics that I have ever encountered! After two days of high-pressure and annoying calls from managers, I told one manager, and then my salesperson, that I only wanted to receive calls from ONE person at their dealership, and that was my salesperson. I said if anyone else called me again, I would take my business elsewhere. My salesperson assured me that he'd noted that in my file and that he would be the only one calling me from then on. But the managers' calls continued once or twice a day for two more days. I kept telling them not to call me, but they ignored that. My last call from a manager I told him I'd taken my business elsewhere (which I have) and he argued with more high-pressure sales lines about why I should buy from them because they'll give me the best price. Ya right. I told him I wouldn't buy from them if they were the only dealership in the country. Despite that, I expect I haven't heard the last from them. It seems the only way to get rid of these guys is to either tell them you bought a car already, or to block their phone number! It was interesting to read the other reviews on here. This dealership clearly chases people way with their sales tactics, yet they don't seem to care. If I do buy a Ford, I won't even take it to their service department because I wouldn't trust them!

I can down to peoria ford mid afternoon this past weekend and i dealt with a salesman named Scott Myers we went round and round trying to find the right vehicle in the 15k price range because thats all i was willing to spend.I couldnt find anything in that range that i wanted so i left on my way out another manager by the name of bow i believe said thanks for coming down, how was ur experience,ect...I told him scott was great you just cant beat the deal down the street that i have found. He stated it was no problem and he understood. I loved my experience at first so later that evening i called scott and said hey i was looking online and i saw a used edge is it still there i really would like to buy a car from you.He stated it was still there i came down and we just couldnt agree on numbers meanwhile the manager that was there at the time his name was rob was very rude and mean to scott so i told him why dont you be a little bit nicer to him i like him hes the reason i came back down to the dealership. The manager looked at me from his desk and went about his business scott then pulled up a ford escape said hey i took this in on trade its a very nice vehicle its something that will work for your price range and its a really good deal so take a look at it. So he showed me the vehicle i liked everything beside it was a 4cyc and i really wanted a v6 but i let him run the numbers and he gave me a great deal but the manager was sooo rude to me and scott that i called the next and told them that i was no longer going to pick it up and bow the first guy who helped me n scott was the one i spoke with very nice and said he fairly understood. This place was great other than the one guy who ruined it for the whole dealership.I will not go back nor will i reffer anyone to Peoria Ford.

Dealership will tell you anything, mostly lies, to get you to buy a car. Totally pressure and intimidate you until you buy a car. Told them repeatedly I wanted to think it over, but they would not return the title and keys to my trade in. Felt like a hostage. Finance people tell you one thing and then lie about it. All they care about is getting you hooked up with some 'fly by night'never heard of lender so they can get paid for the car and they don't give a damn about the customer. Just tell you a bunch of lies and make false promises they don't and won't keep. After the deal you are treated like a second class citizen. Wish I had checked out this website before I got ripped off by Peoria Ford. I hope other people check this out before they get swindled like I did.

I hope they spend all there profits on medicine for there health for what they do to people. They need to be investigated by the better business bureau. I am a senior citzen and the world is just fill of bad people like this outfit....

If you want to be treated like an idiot this is the place to go. They will switch salesmen and sales managers back and forth, all the time one will tell you one thing and then the other will tell you something else and in the end all their statements were not true and flatout misleading. We did purchase a new 2011 Taraus from them but only after finding out the one closest to what we wanted was the only one in the state and they had already locked it up from another dealer. They would not use our discount X-Plan. We were told that since this was our third Ford purchase we qualified for the Ford Preferred Customer 1.9% financing but when they switched finance representitives we were told that they could only get us 3.9% financing even though we have triple A credit rating. After signing the contract we were walked out to the car and one person set up the sync system but had difficulty setting the clock. A second person set the clock up and then everyone walked away. At this point we felt that once we had signed the contract they were done now get off my lot. No one did a walk through showing us the features on this vehicle or fill out the delivery checklist with us. Not one feature was shown to us, not even the spare tire in the trunk. Everything we learned about the car we read in the owners manual. We were told we had the 6 CD changer but learned later that this was a single CD player. We were even told that if we sent a customer in and they purchased a vehicle we would receive $100.00 (Finders Fee). During the time of us waiting for our car to be delivered our nephew went in and bought a vehicle. When I questioned them about the finders fee I was then told that I had to send the buyer to the same salesman and therefore I did not qualify. I called and spoke with I believe all four sales managers and the general manager about the misleading statements, lack of a walk around and the way we were treated and I got the same general consensus from each of them, they did not understand what I expected from them and they did not understand what my problem was. I just wish I had read the other reviews before I went to Peoria Ford, you can bet I would have gone to another dealer.

This Dealer is a good one! They seem to really care about the customer and sell cars. WOW what a concept, more dealers should take notes! All the employees were great. Mike is a GREAT guy to talk to and deal with. We ALWAYS Hated going to car dealers, but everyone made it a very enjoyable experiance, kinda the way its supposed to be.I went in looking to maybe buy a used truck and ended up with a new one for a better price. I've been buying cars for awhile and even worked for a dealer for 8 years, I tell you this is the place to go...

I am in an open BK so getting a vehicle has been extremely difficult. After being treated poorly at several dealerships I was losing hope quickly. I decided to stop by Peoria Ford to see about a vehicle that they had on their lot that would work for my family and be easier to get approved. When I got to the dealership I talked to Justin and Anthony and told them my situation and why I was looking into that vehicle. Justin told me that it would be easier to get approved after the BK discharged but that he was willing to look into it to see what he could do. Anthony and Justin came back to me a few minutes later and asked me if I would be interested in a newer vehicle that was a lot nicer than the one I was initally looking at. I was hesitant at first because the vehicle wasn't a favorite color of mine. I mentioned to Justin that another dealership had an Expedition that was the same year but a color I would prefer to have. He sent Keith over to look at the vehicle and unfortunately it didnt have a third row which is a must for my family. When they informed me that the seat was missing I looked at the vehicle they had on their lot and honestly it was much better than the one I was looking at. This one was the top of the line while the other one was the basic model. They dropped the price several thousands of dollars and made the deal work out great for my family. I am very pleased with the amount of effort they put into getting me into a vehicle. They treated my family like we mattered. I felt very comfortable during the whole process. The entire day was spent at the dealership and we had five kids with us so it was a little stressful but it was worth it. We are looking to trade our car in for an F150 and will definitely go to Peoria Ford. My uncle knows about our experience and is aware of how bad we were treated at other dealers and he said he too will be going to them soon.

I went in to this dealership looking for an upgrade on my 2004 Chevy Avalanche. This truck was in excellent condition, had brand new 22" inch rims and brand new tires. Also this truck only had 80 thousand miles. I was very clear to them that I wasn't willing to part with this truck unless I fell in love with another vehicle. I found a 2010 Dodge Charger which was very nice that I was willing to negotiate on. I agreed to $19,900 for this Charger and 10,500 for my trade in that never happened! When my mom went in the following day with me to co-sign they raised the price of the car to $23,900. When I asked them why the price change Scott in finance jumped down my throat, and made my mom very uncomfortable. When I started arguing with him Ian ( Internet Mgr) came over and confused my mom into signing. I came in the following day to discuss contract with mgr ( name ?) and Jerry Traux. Car sticker said it had power seats, premium sound, and alarm which were false and I wanted my truck back. They yelled at me, told me too bad we should of never signed and they would would give me $300 if I got the hell out! This is been the worst experience of my life, and I had to fight for 3 weeks to get that check. Also they didn't put my name on contract so now I have to go through my co-signer for everything.

They DO NOT listen...We purchased a new 2011 Escape in July. This was supposed to be a simple D-plan purchase, but turned into harassment when the finance rep refused to accept our repeated declines on the overpriced optional warranty/service packages. After being unnecessarily detained for hours, and putting up with their high pressure tag-team approach, we were finally able to finalize the paperwork and get out of the office. We were about to get on the way with our new vehicle when we had to go back into the office to request a completed "We Owe" form for missing mats and the combination code for the keyless entry. We are still waiting on delivery of these items. We had been pre-approved with our Credit Union before going to the dealership, but the finance rep talked us out of this. He offered a slightly lower rate through a different bank which we refused. We made it very clear, not once, but three times that this particular bank was not one we were willing to accept. The rep then offered the same rate with another bank which we reluctantly agreed too. Days later we learned that our loan was being shopped to three different financial institutions, including the one we refuse. We quickly called the dealership to try to stop this stage of the financing before it as too late, but repeated messages went unreturned. A week later we got a call from the Sales Manager who wanted to thank us for our purchase. After expressing our concerns regarding the financing, we were passed off to the Finance Manager. He informed us the loan was funded by the bank we were trying to avoid. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with this he passed us off to the original finance rep (yes, the one who would not listen to us to begin with), who was worthless. The bank has since informed me that the loan can still be canceled, but the request must come from the dealership. The dealer has refused to take any action and will not return my calls.

I had a very decent purchase at Peoria Ford I liked the financing, and I received the car I wanted. Everybody was friendly and polite.

Be VERY VERY cautious if you do business with this dealer. During the "negotiating" of the deal we explained exactly what we wanted and how much we could afford. We stuck to our guns. They did not have one in stock but could get one from the rail yard. It had more options than we wanted but if they could make the new payment amount would we take it. We were shown the window sticker with the options, finance manager left came back and took the "window sticker" showed it then very quickly folded it and wrote numbers. He said if we can make this deal on this car would we sign? Heck yes we got upgraded options for close to the price we wanted. we decided for the upgrades it was worth the higher p[ayment. When the car came in it was nothing like what we had dicussed and when we confronted them, they got VERY defensive the showed me the paper work they did the numbers on. They switched the window sticker, remember the quick fold and number writing I mentioned? After 3 hours of arguing with them and told them quit insulting our inteligence the finance manager looked like he wanted to fight. Got real red and then told me I was calling him a liar and he does not like to be called a liar. Well sir you are very correct. One of us was lieing and it was NOT me and my wife. Peoria Ford did a very classic bait and switch. I am fileing a complaint with the BBB with all the names and proof. Please please do not fall for the folded over paper trick. If you agree to a price make sure you unfold the paper and look at the options. I suggest initialing by the VIN number. Never do business with this dealer. They are bu far the worst dealer have ever don business with. Funny part the same car same VIN number was listed on the web for $1000 less then what they wanted us to pay. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!

Watch out ladies. They are very rude to ladies and will talk down to you. Don't try to take a minute to think about buying because they will get mad at you. I went over to Power Chevy and they did not do any of that write on a paper with a sharpie BS. They gave me the bottom line (printed out)and I really liked that. Ford had me feeling so bad about having to think that I wanted to cry. I don't know how these people go home and sleep at night. I actually was going to go back there after I had a chance to sleep on it, but after the way they talked to me, forget it.

Our overall sales experience was wonderful. We really enjoyed our salesman Mark Davis and his manager Rob Murray. We purchased a 2011 Ford Edge it is a great product with all of the bells and whistles. We found out about the store through the internet and called in and it was a smooth process from that moment on. I would like to say it's been a breathe of fresh air doing business with Peoria Ford and highly recommend them and would refer my friends and family and we're going to buy a Focus for our daughter and we're going to continue to do business with them for our future vehicles.Connie S.

Having just completed my first year in MBA school funds are tighter than usual so instead of taking my vehicle into the service shop I asked the parts individual what part would fix my problem with my flashers. I went ahead and purchased the part thinking I had fixed the problem. I put in the part and the problem persisted. I went back to return and ask what else I might try to fix the problem and was informed that there are no returns on electronic items. After doing more research I found that I had been sold one of two parts that would fix the problem (it happened to be the more expensive one ~$160. I understand the policy when purchased, but will definitely not be back to purchase the Ford Raptor I want when I graduate. I guess $160 was an adequate amount to lose a customer for life... Just be aware of their return policies, because they are very strict and definitely not customer service oriented! I would recommend Bell Ford not too far away. I have had good experiences there.

I went into this dealership looking for a certain colored Mustang. I told them I did not want another color, but they tried to persuade me anyway. Finally, they said they would do a dealer trade with a dealer "down the street" and I would have my car in three days. I said I will sign the papers in three days when the car was there, and then they said that I wouldn't be guaranteed to get the car if I didn't sign the papers now.As I was signing the papers, tese three employees, Kiko, Ryan, and Beau were very unprofessional. Finally, they gave me a rental car to use until the Mustang came. Days later, I still hadn't recieved a call. So I called them asking if the Mustang had arrived. They said, "Yes, but sorry your loan wasn't approved. So we are going to need the rental car back." And that was it. No trying to persuade me or anything. I knew something was fishy, because I have bought two cars before this on my own and have really great credit. So, I called the dealership that it was supposed to be coming from. Sure enough, they sold the car that morning- right out from underneath me. This dealership was a HUGE waste of my time, and no help to me.I have NEVER received worse customer service ANYWHERE including McDonalds. This place is a joke. No wonder they have had to switch their dealership's name numerous times- because of the bad ratings and service. I do not recommend going to this dealership. There are plenty of other dealerships who will not waste your time like this one does.

We bought a used car for our granddaughter. We only were going to spend $3,500.00 and ask if they had anything that inexpensive. Oh sure Eric said, I will bring one around. Then the sales manager entered into the picture, "we don't carry cars that "cheap",and we took this car for a drive anyway. The granddaughter loved it so we started to dicker. We talked to three salesmen and two sales managers. All became very pushy and rude. The salesman said they had a 1,000 mile or 30 day warrenty and a broken mirror would be repaired. At the signing I was told they did not offer a 1,000 mile and 30 day warrenty. I told them "that's what the salsman said" and if they didn't agree give me my check back and I tear up the sales agreement. One sale manage said oh no I will be back. They came back with a 30 day drive line (motor to transmission) warrenty, so I bought the car.We have called five or six time and still have not received any information on the mirror replacementt.I had purchased three other cars at "Sunset Ford" and had been very happy with their staff and service. We will not be returning but to get the mirror fixed.
