I found a truck that I was interested in on line. I called the dealership and explained what I wanted to accomplish with Connie Anderson. Connie was great to talk to and relayed my information to Jacki. Jacki called back later in the day and we set up a time for me to come by. The truck I was interested in was sitting in the parking lot all by itself when I arrived. It took a very short time for the appraisal on my trade, to close the deal and finish the paperwork. I hope to have the opportunity to deal with Jacki on my next purchase.Thanks for making it easy Wonder Woman!!!

My car was losing oil and I went to get an engine oil consumption test. I explained the issue to the service guy and he said they would change the oil, while talking down to me as if I don't know how much oil goes into my own car. I repeated that I needed a consumption test, not just an oil change, and he went online and printed out a sheet, told me I have to measure the oil myself and fill out the sheet, then go to any Chevy service center when the change oil light comes on. 3k miles later I check in at another Chevy dealership and they told me that was completely wrong. They have to change the oil and they have to track and test it and I have to bring it back to the same dealer in 2k miles. Beyond that, parkway scheduled me with this one other guy on Saturday then I go to find that guy doesn't even work Saturdays. It's clearly mismanaged and their service guys don't know really basic processes.

I met Jacki in 2006 as a brand new salesperson. I had the privilege to manager her and watch her grow. She has become a smart and customer oriented sales Wonder Woman. That was apparent with my experience with her when I bought my car with her. She was on top of things and an advocate of her customers. Great experience and very proud of her growth and ingenuity. I highly recommend you buy from her and tell your family and friends.I cannot give a 5 star rating for the entire dealership as some knuckle head on the desk named Jarrod (I think) had the audacity to call the F&I guy to ask if I was for real before letting me take the car to be looked at. If he wanted to know he could have spent more that the 30 seconds he took to shake my hand and leave. I was a sales manager for 15 years and I got to know my customers personally to make sure their experience was great from top to bottom. The F&I guy should also keep his deep sigh of frustration at a lower level when walking out of the office because I had a question he couldn't answer. My time is just as valuable as his.Jacki more than made up for it however.

First time to Parkway Chevrolet. I was met by Brandon Sinegal. He was such a great help. He made the buying very easy. After the deal was made he helped me transfer all my things into my new car. As I was driving out here comes Brandon. He saw that I had forgot to remove my 2 garage door openers from my old car. Boy was he a lifesaver! It is an hour and a half drive to my place. In the beginning I spoke with Christina in Internet sales, she was utmost helpful in helping me decide what type of vehicle best fit my criteria and budget. Then I was turned over to Jeremy, which by the way made my purchase so easy and non stressful, I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in buying a new or used car. The car that I purchased was a used car, and there were a couple of things that I was interested in adding to my car, That's when I met Helen Brown, she was very helpful and also helped me a great deal. These people made this buying experience the best that I have ever encountered. Their follow up after the purchase is amazing as well. Andrew Clark and Forbes Durdin were also fantastic. I called Helen Brown about a week after my purchase wanting to install a back up camera, she was very helpful, and extremely nice and I have my back up camera installation scheduled. My husband and I bought 2 vehicles at Parkway in the past 5-6 years. We are now in the market again, but hoping to find the perfect car for our 18 year old daughter. Parkway is no longer conveniently located to us because our family moved. We tried a few other large dealerships around our new home, and we were sadly disappointed. We have yet to find 1 Finance manager with integrity. Andrew at Parkway sets the standard very high and we looked around, 4 other large dealerships were not only unprofessional, but straight up rude. I will return to Parkway Chevrolet for my daughters car and my family and I will never waste another minute anywhere else.

Not the best car Buying Experience that I have ever had.....and I've bought over 25 cars in my life time. Not sure if I can put a direct handle on the worst part of this experience....Just overall BAD....Salesmen was less than Honest...Quoted different prices, on the Internet and then when in the dealerships....of course another story.....Shouldn't they be tired on this??? Same old practices....Overall experience.....BAD......btw...I did buy the vehicle, However I would AVOID this place, and so will my future money......Lying is just not a great way to build a relationship!!!!!!

We came to Parkway because of our past experience with salesperson David Trammel at another dealership. David doesn't do a the Hoci Poki. We told him what we needed with some latitude to details. David as usual got us where we need to be without the running back and forth. We picked the truck up today. David didn't just pass us on to financing, he followed thru with Josh Zimmerman to make sure our needs were met there, also. After all was signed and I was ready to go I realized I wanted extra keys, David could have just said the parts department is that way but he personally took be over there and lined me up with the extra keys. Our previous experience three years ago with David was just as rewarding. This kind of service is what makes you follow a salesperson to their new place of employment

Our salesman, Brandon Sinegal, was absolutely phenomenal. I cannot say enough positive things about him! I will tell you that he was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain each and every button, showed me how to move the seats (second and third row adjustments) and acted as though I was his only customer of the day. You can tell he is a very genuine and thoughtful person. We had three small children with us and he did not hesitate to greet them, show kindness and loads of patience throughout the entire purchasing experience. He has definitely earned a lifelong customer with me and our entire family. The entire establishment of Parkway is the type of buying experience you can only dream of. The owners greeted us with kindness, and allowed my children to play with their puppy while we were in financing. This is the type of place you see on TV, where the car buying is a smooth and easy process. The owners and fantastic! Victoria was a HUGE help, laying down all of the ground work before we even walked in! The finance manager worked us the best deal around! Parkway is the only dealership we will buy from, from here on out!

This is my third vehicle I have bought from Parkway and each was a great experience . I have had all my service done there on each vehicle and I can't say enough good about the service department. Other departments which deserves mention are the finance, after market, and sales. They all do an outstanding job. They really go to the extreme in treating the customer right and fair. I have a 2015 Camaro. some light appeared on the dash. This happened on a Saturday afternoon. I called Parkway and they stated I could bring the car in and they would look at it. They also had a rental for me since I had to leave my car. Being a single person and having my only car in the shop,and knowing they had the rental ready to go. I appreciate the help and the way they handled my situation. The service department kept me informed of the progress on my car.

Bought a used vehicle from them on the 8th drove it home that night. The next morning on the 7th the Tire pressure sensor light came on. Being that it was less than 24hr since we bought the car. We called the dealership they told us they wont even look at it. For us to take it to a repair shop.Never going back to this dealership.

My wife just picked up our Traverse We spent 1,723 dollars the car was dirty it had some air freshener sprayed in it to cover up some shop smell I am guessing. The low air pressure tire sensor said 27 psi. The car was dropped off on a Monday , Tuesday it was looked at, I was advised the power steering and the coil would be covered under the extended warranty. The motor mount would be covered under the GM powertrain warranty. I was also tolled the brakes needed to be done as well. It took one day to get the extended warranty approved by the provider the service advisor had the brakes done on that day. He said the car would be ready Thursday or Friday. Thursday he informed me that I now needed struts because the last time the car was raised up they stuck in the extended position. My first quote with Larry the service advisor was for a little over 1,100 dollars now there was an added 600 dollars. I was on my way to pick the car up on Friday And received a phone call that the car would not be ready until Tuesday because no one had checked to see if a motor mount was in sock. I did get a loaner car on Saturday this did help for the weekend. Tuesday Larry called me Late in the day saying the car was ready and the bill was over 2,000 dollars. I went over the bill with him discussing what he had tolled me previously. He came up with 1,723 amount that I paid. There was numerous time I tried to call my service advisor over the week the message usually picked up, If I pressed 1 to speak to another advisor I got the message all service advisors were busy,this seemed odd to me. I have dealt with this dealership many time in the past this was not a pleasant experience.

I called around to a few dealerships not knowing where to take my 2014 Chevy Corvette for service. All the girls in service dept were so rude I just kept calling another thinking I am not taking my car there and dealing with these people. Then I called Parkway and I believeI talked to Craig, so nice explained everything was a joy to talk to on the phone set me allup for the next morning.. I had a 7:15 apt and I arrived at 7:00 I was met by Rodney a service manager and was totally helpful and kind. At 7:05 while I was waiting for my ride they already proceeded to pull m car back to there service dept. I was then so happy when Rodney called me and told me it was done at 3:00 It is such a hastle getting rides and there was no rental car available. So thank you for the prompt service and the great assistance I rec'd from all.May I had this is the cleanest dealership I have ever seen. Thank you!!

The buying process could have been a little quicker. I work in retail and understand issues in staffing, but when your financing takes forever. We arrived shortly after 7 pm...I had already done my research so I came in knowing what I wanted to look at. Nick Barker met us with a wonderful smile and was not overtly eager to help us...meaning there was no pressure from the beginning. We quickly found the Spark, got the keys and was ready to find out how it handled. Five miles later I was ready. We went inside and filled out the credit request...a few minutes later we were ready to go...about an hour or so later we knew about classes that Nick and I had taken in high school and that he lives close to where I work...and still no financing. We ended up leaving close to 11 pm. Good thing we really didn't have dinner plans, as it was my father's birthday. Dan Lyon is a very pleasant man but he NEEDS help, maybe an assistant to type up the paperwork for him to explain. I went back two days later to drop off a check and there was a guy waiting (as was I AGAIN) and he was PAYING for a car and wondered why he needed a finance guy and his salesperson kept apologizing for the wait.

Everything was done well and on time. As always, the Service Writer was courteous, helpful, and pleasant.The only nagging issue I have with this Dealership is their constant bumbling with paperwork. My Service Writer was new, so some of this can be attributed to lack of experience (and the BUSY Saturday I visited), but the business systems they use caused me to visit three different people just to pay and leave. I was there for 15 minutes just to pay. Fix this and the experience was flawless.

On a regular oil change they discovered a clacking noise and after letting me hear it, said it was a GM problem that they have had on specific vehicles and was covered under the warranty. The Service Department already had me a loaner to drive while my truck was being fixed. Although they had a backlog, my truck was fixed and ready earlier than anticipated. They are always so nice and helpful.

Not much to say other than Parkway treated me in a very professional and timely manner. They didn't hesitate to accommodate a special request that I had. This was done on the spot with no "make an appointment and come back later". I have dealt with other good dealers in the past but none better than Parkway. Most of the dealers out there are no where near as attentive and professional as parkway.Do yourself a favor and check out their service shop. Very clean and organized and they get to you right away.

I've been bringing my Suburban there for regular maintenance since I bought it from Parkway in 2009. My experiences have always been great. Everyone there checks to see if you have been helped, if they see you standing alone for more than a few minutes. The service on my vehicle has been flawless. My vehicle has over 135,000 miles on it, and it still runs beautifully. I can't help thinking it has a lot to do the maintenance performed by Parkway Chevrolet.Thanks guys and gals at Parkway!

My experience at Parkway Chevrolet was amazing. The Sales Representative Mellissa Psencik went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal and made my buying experience very enjoyable. I loved how Mellissa took me on a tour of all the Parkway dealership departments and made me feel like I was part of the Parkway family. I recently had my first oil change for my new 2016 Corvette Z06. It took less than an hour and there was a comfortable waiting area with coffee plus free WiFi so I could read the morning paper on my tablet. Todd Viereck took great care of me.Of course, the buying process for this car was made possible by 2 great people...Nickole Kamran and Spencer Doussan. Nickole was my first contact on the Internet and when she realized I was interested in a Corvette she introduced me to Spencer. Spencer is an expert on Corvettes and made the ordering process enjoyable and was able to explain all the option possibilities and make recommendations that matched my interests. I would recommend anyone interested in buying a new car, especially a Corvette to talk to Nickole and Spencer!

I bought my "new" 2013 Spark from Mac Haik (it had 287 miles on it at purchase) in November 2013 or so. I soon realized the ac was "intermittant" (at best), and that there was a recall for this defect. Under the worst-case scenario of this recall the a/c compressor required to be replaced. I took it to Parkway Chevrolet in Tomball (closest to my house) around May 2014, still under warranty (~32k miles), and they replaced the compressor, and I drove away happy with the a/c working.Later, at roughly 40k miles, I noticed the a/c operating intermittantly. It would cut out for about a second or two every now and then. This was evidenced by a change in the temperature and smell of the conditioned air.Knowing that I was beyond the warranty period, but also knowing that an "intermittant a/c" issue existed with that year and model, I called Parkway Chevrolet to see if my issue might still somehow be covered. Parkway gave me the number for GM Customer Assistance. I called them and explained my problem.They seemed to agree there might be a problem and gave me a case number and told me it was good to use at Parkway as a chit for the cost of examining my vehicle for the intermittant a/c issue.So this morning, I drove my Spark ( of which I have only seen 2 other Sparks in my entire driving career) to Parkway, explained my issue to the Service Rep, and gave him my case number. The Rep said his Service Manager had received no prior notification of my case, had no way to look up my case number, and would need $130 to look at my car. I told the Service Rep to gimme my car back...With an out of warranty car issue such as this, I would have been surprised to have gotten a positive resolution (i.e. my intermittant a/c fixed) . What disappointed me most was their unwillingness/inability to reference the GM Case Number given me by Mickey. I even showed the Service Rep the email with the case number from GM Customer Service, but he said all contacts are issued a case number and unless his Service Manager received an email telling him of my specific problem, I am SOL.I left disappointed and angry.

Frank was excellent and I asked him if he can make it a quick process because we had some things that we had to do and he had us in and out as quick as he possibly could.The vehicle that I purchased had a loose mirror and couple scratches. Parkway service advisors are one of the reasons I have purchased 7 vehicles at this dealership over the years. I had my 2008 and 2014 Tahoes serviced there on 8/14/15. The service advisor, Rodney Field, did his usual excellent job in coordinating the effort to get both SUV's in and out within a day, minimizing my inconveniences. Work was completed correctly, on-time, and at a reasonable cost. Other family members and myself will continue to purchase vehicles and service them at Parkway in the future.

Andy Parker was my service persona and answered most of my question and those he could not answer he pointed me to Joe Brasso the service manager on duty. My question were not about my service it was about issues I have had ongoing for 51,000 miles of owning my vehicle. it has to do with the plastic console opener which I have replaced three time since I have owned the vehicle. I do not overfill the console and do not abuse the latch and place it under strain yet it has broken three time. The transmission has shifted hard since I have owned the vehicle and I have had them check its performance and each time they tell me it checks out ok. I have had no issues with break down just shifting different than any other truck I have owned. The dealership and service people are all great to deal with my complaint is not with them it is with the quality of some parts in my vehicle. Andy and Joe both went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy me on this visit.

I love the fact that this is a locally owned business; the only thing that i would suggest you guys working on is getting faster at acknowledging your clients when arriving at the service bay. I had to wait entirely too long to drop my vehicle off for service. If I could offer a suggestion it would be to have one individual that at least acknowledged everyone and found out whether or not they had an appointment and then handle it from there. Your folks are great and the service is great i couldn't ask for anything more.

I brought my car in for a recall. The dealership fixed it in a timely fashion, thus the reason I gave an excellent rating. I would not recommend the dealership to another person and this is why. I had another issue that I asked them to look at and mentioned I had an extended warranty. I was told by the dealership there are mandatory diagnostics they would have to run and would cost $120 regardless of warranty coverage. I thought it was ridiculous to charge that kind of money for running diags. My local mechanic does not charge such a fee. Needless to say I declined having this done. As a result I doubt I would take my car for regular maintenance or service to this dealership and instead will use my local mechanic.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to take the extra time to clean up at least the floors in the front seats and wash the outside like dealerships used to do. It would give the customer an exceptional overall experience. Also, the tv in the waiting room was not working even though 3 different employees attempted to fix it. I saw some of the people in the room disappointed.

Buying a new car is similar to going to the Dentist. Its something I hate but is necessary. The reason I hate it, other than having to part with hard earned money, is that fact that you can spend 3 or more hours in a dealership and not walk away with anything or have any clarity on what you want to do. That was not the case with Parkway Chevrolet.We started by sending an email online and was given a time and point of contact. Once we arrived, we were greeted by genuinely friendly people and there was no waste of time. The vehicle we wanted to test drive was ready and after making the drive, we proceeded to work on a deal. The salesman, Jeremy, made sure this negotiation was painless and after a few minutes, we agreed on a price, not only for the vehicle but also for our trade in. Both prices were more than fair.I am glad I took a chance on Parkway Chevrolet. I was a little disappointed with service this time. Yes, they took care of my car but no one told me why a 2-yr old car's fuel pump would burn up; and I had commented on no oil on dipstick. The day after I picked up the car the engine light started flashing. Upon exam, the oil cap was loose, there was still no oil. Had to add 3 QTS of oil to the car! Why would the car be drinking oil?! I've called an left a message for the service person on Saturday, with no call back as of Tues. I need an oil change I know, but even that wasn't suggested.

I was treated like a Millionaire Rock star! Ms. Shawn Shermwell advised me of the recall, how it would be fixed, as well as free service, including tire rotation, Plus a multi-point examination, to check for ALL safety issues. They even washed my car when they were done. My windshield had a rock chip that was fixed at NO charge. WOW! No other dealership could ever come close!!! Parkway is #1 !!! :)

I brought my car in for a recall fix. I was informed that at the same time they could have a small ding in my windshield fixed. Since I hadn't expected to have anything done to the windshield, I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to fix it at no cost to me. One hour late I was on my way home. A very pleasant experience to say the least.

I had an appointment, for which I arrived early. Took me right in and serviced my vehicle. Also ran my vehicle through the "Hunter" test and found wheels not properly alligned. Had that fixed and was on my way in a reasonable amount of time. Service advisor was very helpful and friendly.

I like that everyone is very friendly and willing to help. I drive a little over an hour to get to the dealership so when I arrive I am greatful for prompt and friendly attention. I am also very thankful for the courtesy shuttle that takes us to nearby attractions. The gentlemen running the courtesy shuttle goes by the name of "coach", he is always so courteus and willing to recommend a place to take you while your vehicle is being serviced. I do believe if that service was not available and the staff was not pleasureable to deal with I most certainly wouldnt drive far to be serviced. I applaud the staff for doing an amazing job in customer service!! ;)

Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. In two years they have crashed the radio/navigation system, two computer updates that have did not worked, three trips to fix a scratch on the bumper, four trips to have dash board replaced after having the hands free controls replaced, gave my wife a loaner truck that had expired plates (got a ticket), unable to fix the brakes that sound like a screaming baby when slowing down (service manger said the sound was normal), back up camera doesn't work service manger told us to by are own parts and he would replace for free (car is still under warranty). I think you get the point. Would not buy a Chevy again and would not have my service work performed at Parkway Chevy.

We bought a certifed preowned that had a clean carfacts report; however the more work that needed to be done on it, the more we suspected it had been in a wreck. Your dealership took back our vehicle and gave us a great deal on a newer vehicle. I couldn't have been more pleased! The service department (Shannon) was always supportive and helpful; but we keep coming back to Parkway for the service we receive from Andrew in finance. He's your secret weapon! This is the worst experience I ever had in my life trying to get an appontment with this dealerships service department for a recall. I even drove all the way over there and 2 minutes away from the dealership they call me and say they have overbooked and so they cancelled my appointment. I was so mad! I had to get cancelled and rescheduled over and over. I first called after I got my recall letter to schedule with them and they set it up and then the same day another person calls me back and said I have to reschedule because they can't get me in that day since it's a recall and I need a rental care. So I have to reschedule for nearly 2 weeks later. Then I get emails reminding me of my appontment and each time I get an email I have to confirm my appointment. I got an email the day before and the day of each time I had to confirm. How many times does it take to confirm I am coming I have to and I don't see why I have to constantly confirm it! I was told it would take half a day and they would set up a rental for me but I had to make the appointment that's why I had to wait so long to get in, then that day of my appointment I get told they don't get rental cars for you because it only takes 2 hours. Well I called another chevrolet dealership to schedule with them and they said I din't even need an appontment because they only have to change the keys out and it takes 1 hour! I will NEVER EVER call Parkway Service Center for anything ever again! What a run around!

The service was good. There are two things I would have liked done differently. The service department requests that you make an appointment - I did that and every time I do when I drop my car off they tell me they will have a technician start to work on it when they have one available. Shouldn't there be a technician available already since I have an appt? Why should I be in line behind others who just decided to drop their car off without an appt? Also, they called to say my car was ready for pick up. When I got there, the cashier said they still needed to run it through the car wash. I had to wait 10 minutes for my car. While it's nice that they washed my car, it would be nice if the car was actually ready when they call me.

It was a long frustrating day for me and Shannon jumped right in and took great care of me. From the begging on the internet with Kelly (?), the salesman through financing, this was the best non-pressure sale I've ever experienced. All were very professional and knew (for a change) your product line of automobiles and even more, your stock of vehicles on and off your lot. Two items I noticed when I got home I found missing were the front license plate holder and the flat kit for vehicles without spares. Both items were noted on the invoice, but very minor and not something I would lower the score on all three persons I rated. Great experience. Thank you

I had to wait about 20 minutes to be seen because it was a busy morning. My vehicle was ready the same day which was nice. I did have to call them myself to check on it after several hours. But Larry was very nice and shortly returned my call to say it was ready. I arrived 30 minutes later. I was slightly disappointed that it wasn't waiting for me outside when I arrived. But it only took about 10 minutes to retrieve it, so that wasn't too bad. Another good visit to my Parkway family!

However, the service department, during my first oil change, was amazing! I told them that I needed to be gone in an hour to have dinner with my husband, and they made sure that I was out within that time. I've never met such great people! Never received a call that the car was done. I had to call at 1645 hours to find out that the shop closed at 1700 hours. Rushed over to the shop and was able to get my car but noticed that the "reminder" (part of the information system) had not been reset) and that I would have to come back to get the paper work because everyone else had gone home.

Parkway continues to meet our service needs. We were not really happy with the new piece of equipment that evaluates the car's overall performance, since all cars entering the dealership for service funnels through this one device, slowing down check in times. Maybe consider cars that are regularly serviced by Parkway skip this sometime??!!

My car waited 8 days in the body shop to get a new rear spoiler before it got painted, and the spoiler was not installed straight and I did not notice it until I got home from the body shop. I don't know if the spoiler can be fixed or if I have to buy another new rear spoiler to get it fixed correctly. The paint repairs look good.

every person involved from phone calls, when I drove in to the lot, the coach driver and to when I picked up the vehicle was extremely polite and courteous. awesome employees. the only two minor issues were (1) i went there with three keys and left with only two. was told I should have only been given two. (2) I asked for them to also complete a second recall from years ago as i had the part and it was not completed. sure I can do it myself and will but it could have been completed since you kept my vehicle for 5 hours (just saying).

Left my car at another dealer (Buckalew) for an entire week and they never even looked at it. I needed to get a constant Air Bag issue fixed under warranty before a weekend trip and time was running out. The other dealer gave no indication it would be fixed anytime soon so I was forced to look elsewhere. They even denied the fluid change service I requested because i wanted to go with expensive synthetic fluid. Said they can only put OEM fluid back in. I even told them I didn't care about warranty. My Camaro is modified and drivetrain warranty is voided anyway. Basically no service at all at Buckalew.To my surprise when I called the folks at Parkway Chevrolet it was a complete new ball game. They were super friendly. Got my car in the same day and had my Air Bag issue fixed and fluid changed to synthetic by the very next morning. I'm quite sure they have more techs on hand and can handle more cars in the service department even with all the recalls and such going on. I came in for a routine oil change it took about an hour. When I pulled up I was greeted by a few crew members, very nice of them. There was also a man there working on windshield cracks. I appreciated that I was able to get both done for under $20.00. I always have great service from, I believe his name is RJ and there is also a lady named Christine, crystal or Christie who is always very nice to me even though I have never had an appointment with her. Very pleased, as always.

Great service and a great deal. I'm a price sensitive shopper, so I came in the door because the dealer emailed me a great offer. The dealership honored that price and didn't try to play any games, so that set a great foundation for the experience. After that, the service and help was top notch. I felt like they worked hard to get all the financial arrangements made as favorable to me as possible. The salesmen was a great help in orchestrating and coordinating the whole process for me. I'm very pleased with the overall experience.

When I set up the appointment two days in advance, I asked for a state inspection. I was told then that the machine was down and they could not do inspections that day. She expected the machine to be fixed by the next day but she wanted me to know that there was a possibility that they might not be able to inspectit. That was fine. i had an alternate plan to get it inspected somewhere else.On the morning I took the truck in for service, I again asked for a state inspection and was told to leave the insurance information on the dash which I did. There was no mention of not being able to do the inspection. When the service rep called with an estimate of work required she did not mention not being able to do the state inspection. At this point I assumed all was well and that the inspection would be done. When I picked up the truck I forgot about the inspection and no mention of it was made. At that point there was plenty of time to get it inspected elsewhere. I drove away without even thinking about it. It was only when I was waiting in line to buy gas that I noticed I still had the old inspection sticker. I then studied my detailed receipt and discovered that the state inspection was not done because the machine was down!It would have been very nice and helpful if someone had told me that they could not do the state inspection. I could have conveniently had it inspected elsewhere without having to make a special trip.

The service rep. didn't even have the information that I had already given them over the phone when I made my appointment. So, I had to repeat it all over again. I was very pleased with our buying experience but each time I have had to return for any service, the estimated time to complete service has been incorrect. I almost have to double the amount of time I am quoted to get an actual estimate of how long I will be sitting in the waiting room. I have spoken with several other customers in the waiting area who had similar experiences. Additionally, the service entrance is very convenient and clean, but evertime I arrive I am left wandering around the service area looking for someone to assist me. It would be nice if there were a service desk or kiosk with an individual dedicated to directing and assisting customers. I usually have to peak my head in someone's office rather than being greeted.

Shannon took care of all isssues reported to her. She is an asset to your dealership. I will only deal with her going forward; I typically do not bother with these surveys, but she deserves credit. Shannon resolved all issues with my truck, and communicated status daily. I am not sure how being away from my vehicle could have been handled better. Wait - I know how.. The lady that handles the rentals.. She has absolutely no personality; frankly, she is rude. While I am excited to get my fifty five thousand dollar truck back she is all to excited to charge me for six dollars of gas. She needs an attitude adjustment, a personality or both. In Shannon's area I feel respected and comfortable. I hate when I have to go get the rental as I know I will get the blank stare and 'stick it to me' attitude. I was pleased with the work they did on my vehicle except for the fact there were greasy finger/hand prints all over the inside of the back hatchback door where the head liner is. my car is only 4 months old and that was the first thing I saw when I opened the back tailgate door. Buyers beware, i recently purchased a 2013 camaro and every once in a while, the brakes will sound like a bus. Parkway ( Joe Barrios ) has pulled out the rules from GM and states that squealing brakes is an accepatable characteristic of this type of vehicle. They have declined to fix the problem for a car two months old. This is the poorest service department I have ever worked with and will never purchase a car from this dealership again. I hope your brakes don't mistake you for a BUS!!!!!!

I've been taking my Chevrolets to Parkway for service for about 5 yrs now because I like the people and I receive good service consistently. Recently I had a fairly complex repair done - head replacement on my Corvette. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional, the job was done right the first time, and when my car came back it was clean and I could not tell that it had been worked on. And I am very picky about my cars and trucks! Great experience. Highly recommend Parkway Service.

I am writing in response to a recent purchasing experience at Parkway Chevrolet located in Tomball, TX. I am a resident of Washington State and have thus far been a lifelong customer of the GM brand as an owner of three Escalades and located my second Corvette on the internet, which was located at Parkway Chevrolet. As a continued client of GM, I deemed it necessary to share my unsatisfactory purchasing experience from Parkway Chevrolet. GMs strong principles guided by safety and quality first are what retain me as a client, but my recent experience did not earn my confidence that these principles are relevant at Parkway Chevrolet from where I purchased a 2010 Corvette GS and received unsatisfactory service with meeting my needs and connecting with me on my terms. As an out of state buyer, I requested assistance with shipping the vehicle along with requesting dealer window tinting services, all of these requests were denied by the dealership with no consideration. Additionally, I was informed to expect my purchasing documents Saturday via overnight delivery service; and again, I was left disappointed with Parkway Chevrolets attention to detail and inability to perform resulting in my documents arriving Monday, which delayed shipping the vehicle causing an undesirable timeline. Most importantly, the Corvette I purchased is a GM Certified vehicle and I was left appalled with the condition in which it was delivered to me. The Corvette had a small chip in the windshield and was left unfilled, a lug nut was missing from a wheel, and there is a large gaping hole in the undercarriage of the vehicle. The sales associate represented to me the car is pristine condition with no physical damage and initialed off on the chipped windshield while knowing the car will be shipped to California where I planned to pick up the car and drive it to Washington; unfortunately, now I am left with a windshield crack that has exponentially spread to a large crack and can no longer be filled. I am writing in response to a recent purchasing experience at Parkway Chevrolet located in Tomball, TX. I am a resident of Washington State and have thus far been a lifelong customer of the GM brand as an owner of three Escalades and located my second Corvette on the internet, which was located at Parkway Chevrolet. As a continued client of GM, I deemed it necessary to share my unsatisfactory purchasing experience from Parkway Chevrolet.GMs strong principles guided by safety and quality first are what retain me as a client, but my recent experience did not earn my confidence that these principles are relevant at Parkway Chevrolet from where I purchased a 2010 Corvette and received unsatisfactory service with meeting my needs and connecting with me on my terms. As an out of state buyer, I requested assistance with shipping the vehicle along with requesting dealer window tinting services, all of these requests were denied by the dealership with no consideration. Additionally, I was informed to expect my purchasing documents Saturday via overnight delivery service; and again, I was left disappointed with Parkway Chevrolets attention to detail and inability to perform resulting in my documents arriving Monday, which delayed shipping the vehicle causing an undesirable timeline. Most importantly, the Corvette I purchased is a GM Certified vehicle and I was left appalled with the condition in which it was delivered to me. The Corvette had a small chip in the windshield and was left unfilled, a lug nut was missing from a wheel, and there is a large gaping hole in the undercarriage of the vehicle. went went to berck and masten first they wanted to put us in a used car that the air hardly blew the brakes werebad i did not want that rio . so wev stopped at parkway was greated promptly . told him are situation . which my credit is very bad they said give us a try with in a hourand a half we walked out with are first new car thank you parkway will be back in two years to get my truck with alot better credit

Salesman was great. Sales manager Mr. Wilson is your typical Sales manager with wanting to close deal. Saying how much he wants your business but on his terms. Overall the experience was your typical Car dealership experience. No WOW factor to get me back.

I have bought several automobiles from Parkway Chevrolet. Theses guys are awesome. They are always helpful and friendly. In fact, my sales person heard me say that I really wished I had bought a convertible Corvette. She, Kim Holick, took the time to look at all the convertible Corvettes at the dealership to find the perfect one for me. She called me, we test drove it and I was in love!! Needless to say, I have a brand new Corvette convertible. Every time I go in for service, they are quick to take care of me, and Kim makes sure they do it just right. I will surely come to Parkway Chevrolet and Kim Holick for my next automobile purchase! Thank you Kim and Parkway!!

Parkway is a quality GM dealership which I have grown to respect. When any questions arise, they are quick to fix before they become a problem. GM should consider addressing the seal failure around the rear hatch which allows water into the spare tire well. It can over time be a mold source and potentially a helth risk, not to mention a costly repair for Equinox owners!

Making a deal on used vehicle went quickly and smooth. Dealer actually inspected vehicle and made necessary repairs. Dealer left repair ticket and maintenance update on front seat. A visual check under hood and under vehicle showed that repairs were actually done. This builds trust in a dealership. I will buy again from Parkway.

I Purchase a ZO6 Corvette back in may of 2011. sale people were wery kind.we were able to close the deal in less then 2 hours. unfortenatly next day I find on a floor of my garage oil speal under my transmission. I call the dealer ship , they send for tow truck. My vehicle got fix in one week. when I pick up my corrvette 25 miles later I hear nocking in engine. once again I call dealership they reponded "you both a used vehicle what do you exccep?" I went back to dealership ask for a another vehicle to exchange this one .they respond no can't do.I was very disapoited in sales manager Mr. Mario . My next step was to take my car to Franks Corvettes in Spring Tx. Mr. Frank start up the engine and turn it off gave me diagnossis on the spot. cranck shaft berring were wear out. to prove his point he put the car on lift drain one pint of engine oil thru a filter and there it was brass shaving. I ask him what can cause this ?he look aroud the bottom of engine the he point ot harmonick balance and show me hammer marks on it, this is what mess up my crank shaft bearings.I end up spending $15 000.00 on a new engine.I will not recoment anyone to deal with a Parkway dealership . they don't stad by their product.

I bought a veicle recently form this dealer,and they got me into a vehicle that I was intrested that same day. Within a few hours,also they sold me an aftermarket warranty, that did not cover anything on the vehicle. So when I had a problem or an issue the warranty that the salesman told me that would pretty much cover everything,ok he lied to me. A month or two pass and I had an issue that should of been covered by the warranty,and I took it to the dealership and they told me to take it to another dealer,and that the warranty should take care of it. (Great!!) Great Customer Service... Now that Ive found out,that nothing was covered I went and cancelled the warranty. Since then I have been trying to call to find out the status,no one is ever available. I get the managers voicemail,to the finance managers voicemail, to the warranty clerks. Just the usual run around. Nobody Knows Nothing......

Salesmen are very nice and courtesy. The dealership does NOT negotiate on internet pricing or offer incentives like all other dealerships in the Houston area. Their service department did not even know how to properly work on a Chevy Equinox. Had better service on oil changes from Wal-Mart of all places. At least they knew how to reset the oil change light gauge. It took 5 technicians and the computer analyzer guy working on the vehicle and finally the woman who took the service order looked it up in the owners manual on how to reset it. We then purchased a used vehicle purchased a used vehicle, and they tried raising the price on the deal by 400 dollars over what was quoted on the internet. Once they changed that and we finalized the deal they hand us a set of keys with only one that would work inside the ignition without busting all the plastic. We knew we were purchasing used as is, but we never saw second set of keys until after everything was signed and done. $200 dollars to replace and they would not accept it as their fault said be glad we have on set of keys that worked. I understand dents scratches, pieces missing out of the car...earphones needed to be totally replaced due to crumbling apart. However, you would think a major component like a key getting broke off in the ignition would be something worth working with us on, but we were rudely told We have no money to help you, and again...Be GLAD you have one that works! To me this dealership has nice friendly sales people but once you get past that you get into Inexperienced Service Technicians and Unsociable rude finance department. It seemed to me like if your not made of money....do not even BOTHER going there! Not the dealership for you.

I have taken my car into parkway chevrolet a couple of times now for the same problem(s). Each time I take it in, they say there is nothing wrong. I have had multiple people ride in my car and they have each experience the defect(s). Although, its funny how when I take it in, they can not locate the problems... As for the customer service in the service department, it is HORRIBLE..... I think that is how they are trained though, to be as rude as possible. It does not matter how high up you go with your complaint, the rudeness just gets worse the further up you go.

Gave me a price to change alternator. Then when they called to tell me vehicle was ready gave me a price $100 higher. When I confronted service manager and general manager about problem. They would not resolve. I told them I was only going to pay price quoted. They would not honor the price and then threatened me with storage fees if I did not pay in full

I bought a car here. Day 1, the wiper sprinklers never worked until now. A month later the power steering stopped working. The worst is... No matter how you ask them to repair the problem or exchange the car with another one, they wont. They want you to trade it in and starrt over like buying a new one with tremendous increase in a monthly payment. I am extremely disappointed in this branch. For about 6 months I tried to allow them to fix the problem. They simply wont. I felt tricked. My family's SAFETY is jeopardised each time I put them in this car. Worst is, I have to keep paying for it for 6 more years.

Overall I had a very good experience buying the car from this dealership. They were very helpful and had all the documents/procedures on time and as promised. Knowledgeable staff. They even helped me with the financing. I was a bit disappointed when the (used) car I bought had some issues in less than a month. I expected it would be thoroughly checked since it was a GM and Parkway certified. But the dealership was prompt to fix the car.

Had a great experience with the internet search with cars.com which led me to Parkway Chevrolet in Tomball. They were excellent to deal with by internet and phone and in person. It was worth the 75 mile trip out to look at the vehicles that had to offer. We would highly recommend Parkway Chevrolet to family and friends. Although we were not ready to purchase just yet, we will definetly be considering Parkway Chevrolet in the near future.

My wife and I were looking to trade in a smaller vehicle for a larger vehicle because of children births. Knowing exactly what we were looking for, I contacted just about every dealership in Houston (not kidding) to explain the situation we had and the vehicle we wanted. Parkway was one of two dealerships that actually took my phone call serious. They took my information and called me back within 1 hour of the initial call. We discussed the specifics then I made the trip down to the dealership. Every single thing that was told to me on the phone was there waiting for me when I arrived. I spent approximately 1 hour on the lot and the deal was made. To top it off, I had to depart the dealership to attend to other matters and asked if the vehicle and paperwork could be ready for me to come by the next morning and finalize the details, and guess what, I got there at 0900 the next morning and all I had to do was inspect the vehicle, walk in and sign paperwork. Everything was there waiting on me! I can't explain how important and happy that made me feel about doing business with these folks.This dealership and its people will do what it takes to make your day and experience special! I was interested in a used vehicle I had seen on the internet. When I chatted online with a used car sales rep I was told the price listed was the best price they could offer me. Days later, I checked the same car again and it was listed 500 dollars less. So I again inquired, but this time I called directly to the dealership. I requested to speak to the person I had chatted with (Brent) however I wasn't able to get a hold of him. So I asked for someone in the used car sales dept and was passed over to a rep named Gabriel Cortez. I told him I wanted a purchase quote faxed to me because I had my own financing and lived another city. He said he would call me back in an hour...but never did. Several hours later, I called again and spoke to Gabriel Cortez who seemed surprised no one had called me back with the information. About 10 minutes later, a lady by the name of Kim Holick (who claimed to be a sales floor manager) called me. This lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. She completed ignored what I wanted and instead tried to push me into giving them a down payment, my SSN and personal information and insisted I get financing with them. Since I live out of town, I told her I didn't want to commit to anything until I saw the car and for the moment I only wanted for her to fax me a purchase quote. During my phone with her I received another call from a Mr. Spruell. I told him I had already been dealing with Kim Holick and he said he was going to check on her deal for me. Shortly after, she called me again very upset and told me the deal was off and didn't want my business anymore. I was in complete disbelief. I told her the reason I had been talking to so many people was because no one ever got back to me with the car information. This lady was completely out of line, aggressive and not to mention very very very RUDE! She went as far as telling me I could write whatever reviews I wanted but I just better not set foot into her dealership. I'm taking my business somewhere else. Would not recommend or buy from this dealership. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had been having a very frustrating sunroof problem with my car so I took it to Parkway Chevrolet and talked to Louis Rodriguez about it. Louis was excellent to work with. Louis treated my wife and I like we were his only concern, very kind, considerate and friendly. Louis completely fixed my sunroof problem in record time. It works perfectly now! I am very grateful Louis works for Parkway Chevrolet. My car feels brand new again. Thank You!

This the third vehicle we've bought from Parkway this year. We love our Equinox! Once gain Craig made it easy deal. It feels like we're part of the family. He even set my radio stations and hooked up my bluetooth for me. I don't think we'll be buying any more cars for a while, but when we do it will be from them. Thanks gain everybody!

I purchased my aveo in 05 from them. My price was right I worked everything out over the phone and online 1st. My experance was GREAT.NOW,today 5 years later there is a serious problem with my car, AND the warrenty has ended. the independent mechanic suggested I try and get the car repaired under warrenty anyway, so I went back and dealt with Joe explaining everything.The repair was to cost $2500, after speaking w/ Joe about having the car repaired w/ the warrenty expired, the manager overode it and at this moment my car is being repaired by the dealer.I'm extremly pleased w/Parkway.

I purchased a new 2009 Tahoe Z71 and my experience was very good. The dealer worked with me on price and the service has been outstanding. This dealership even invited me back after the sale for a free diner and a dealership tour. I have never had a customer service experience this good before.

I called Charlie Nelson and was quoted $25,195 for a new Chevrolet 1500 Truck, so I went to the dealership and was quoted the same price. I can remember them telling me "We are not like other dealerships, we don't add in hideden costs". My mistake is trusting them and not looking over the billing statement line by line. When i got home, i called the dealership and told them they had over charged me $407 for the truck. They had added $275 for window tint and $111 for theft protection, making the price of the vehicle $25,581. I felt like they misled me and its my mistake for not catching the mistake before I signed the papers. I pointed this out to the people at the dealership and they told me it was too late I had signed the papers. Forbes Durdin, the sales manager was very rude and said many unprofessional remarks wnen I asked him about refunding me the $407. I feel like the dealership was dishinest for adding in the extra costs, because no where in talking prices did they ever discuss these extra costs. I cannot tell any of my friends to buy from parkway Chevrolet because of their dishonesty and lieing about the price. Buyers beware Parkway Chevrolet tries to make an extra dollar by adding these little extra charges. A dealership is only as good as their word. Don't go to Parkway Chevrolet.
