I loved Oxmoor Ford before I bought my beautiful new 2020 Escape there (her name is Pearl). The service department never disappoints and the guys inside do their best to make sure their customers walk away happy after a car buying experience. Aside from being good at their jobs, everyone I encountered along my buying experience at Oxmoor was just genuinely NICE and a good person! Tom helped me find the perfect car and worked hard to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Thank you, Tom and the Oxmoor team!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Trevor was absolutely amazing and so professional. My husband and I wanted to look at some trucks and Trevor listened to everything we needed. He didn’t try to steer us in another direction, he listened to our needs and made it happen! If you come to Oxmoor Ford Dealership I highly recommend seeking Trevor out and having him help you! He made the whole process so easy! Then Richard in finance department was phenomenal. He was kind and amazing at his job. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. Between Trevor and Richard they both made buying a truck so easy and pleasant. My husband and I will definitely be back for any future cars and trucks. Also will be telling everyone about our amazing experience!

Customer service was a solid 2/5. The girl who set the appointment over the phone was friendly and helpful and is the only reason for the stars. 2 hour wait time, car had been done for 30-40min before I was notified it being completed. The car was pulled inside the check in area when it was completed, then pulled right back outside where it sat until I was notified. Not one hello, except from the salesman who talked to me about trading my car in. You would think a nice dealership would be more on it. Won’t be returning.

Very friendly and honest staff. Had a Sales Rep named Bryce and he did all the muscle work for me. Drove 6 hrs to go see this truck and was not disappointed one bit. Description on the truck was excellent, exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again Bryce!

Wonderful experience from first contact to purchase of vehicle. Salesman Ray Smith and Finance Manager Richard Colston were awesome and the best you can have. Exceeded all measures of satisfaction. Highly recommended and I am a loyal Oxmoor Ford customer as a result!
