I had the best salesman (Felipe Martinez). He made the process of buying a car effortless. A completely different experience compared to other dealerships. I went not knowing what to buy and he was very knowledgeable and took the time showing me different options. I felt no pressure, made my decision and started the paperwork process. Again he made my husband and I feel relaxed, which is awesome since the actual process of buying a car can be stressful. Toby our salesman was AMAZING! He made the process as easy as possible and did everything in his power to get us the best deals. The customer service here makes you feel like family. I was comfortable stating my needs and Toby made sure that I got everything I needed before I signed. I would most definitely recommend a friend to buy a car here! Amazing experience!

I have now purchased 4 used cars over the last 10 years and will use them again. Louie was amazing! Super helpful very, respectful, and amazing with my kids! My wife and I went to look at a specific vehicle we saw on Cars.com. When we arrived, there was a flock of sales people to wade through. When we asked about the vehicle, the salesman had to leave us to check his inventory (which is fine). When he returned, he told us it was at the other lot down the road. We followed him down there and upon arrival he saw it was not there. I gave him my number and told him to call when it got back from their warehouse...never heard from him. A couple days later I sent an inquiry through cars.com. At 9pm that night my wife received a text message as a response to my email...asking which car we were interested in. Oddly, that had been included in the email, but we responded with the info anyway. Then she got another text message asking if we had a trade in...if we don't we can't buy a car?!?! Needless to say, we stopped responding to the texts and ended up buying elsewhere.

Worst dealership ever. Extremely rude and pushy salesmen. They will try to get you to buy even if you don't like the car. The salesman kept trying to sell me a car I didn't want to buy, telling me how good it was... etc.
