We recently bought a honda odyssey at Ourisman Honda in bethesda. Julio Pardo was our sales consultant, and he made the whole experience a pleasure. He was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. He gave us a lot of information, but never put pressure on us. After our test drive, we thought we might be interested in a different color car, and he immediately drove it over to us without making us walk. When we decide to buy the car a couple days later, he had everything ready, and the whole process took less than one hour! Julio made the car buying experience a pleasure.

I purchased my dream/long awaited 2017 Accord Sport Special Edition today after 8 months search for a best deal.I went to other local Dealerships (Criswell Honda) before considering Ourisman Honda, It was a Terrible experience which I can't forget in my life. DO NOT BUY A NEW CAR FROM HERE. They will play games with you. A salesman named Deyber Mendez was helping me buy a 2016 Honda Civic EX and quoted this car for me in an email for 21,000. Was ready to buy the car the next day and he calls us and tells me that his manager (Sergio Laguna) approved it but the "big boss" (Richard Kandel) didn't, so that he couldn't make the sale. This is bad business. Again, just like Herson's Honda another dealership full of lies, deceit and manipulation. No wonder this location has horrible reviews. Honda is a good brand, their service department is also good - but their new car sales department and process is a joke! Seriously, after my experience, I will recommend everyone NOT to do business with them. I have all the email documentation from them if you need me to provide it to you, please feel free to contact me.

This was our fourth time leasing a Honda for Ourisman (1 Accord, 3 CRVs), and the experience was pleasant and efficient. We had been in touch with sales rep Julio Pardo prior to coming to the dealership, and discussed what we were looking for in our new leased CRV. Julio delivered just what we wanted! When we arrived at Ourisman, Julio had a vehicle waiting for us that met our specifications, and then some. After both my wife and I test drove the CRV, we were both more than satisfied. And then came the icing on the cake:the numbers Julio had for us were spot on. Julio explained all of the changes that had been made in the 2016 model, and sat with us while we tried everything out. He was gracious, patient and understanding - in short, everything a great salesman should be. Ourisman Business Manager Anthony Oman handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently and answers all the questions we had about the financing process. Bottom line - this was a great car buying experience. Bravo, Ourisman Honda!

Just purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot. Our salesperson, David Monash and his manager were nice to deal with. David was very patient teaching us all the bells and whistles of the car. We felt like we got a good deal and are loving the car. All that was missing was the a cappella choir seen on the TV commercials!

We agreed and shook on a price. I filed out all of the paperwork and then Jose tried to bump up the price $300 claiming the sales associate made a mathematical error. Went to another Honda dealer and he said it's a common practice at Ourisman. Buyer beware!

Bottom line 80 miles, two and a half hours of driving, away from our children and we do not have a new car. Wow. In most states, bait and switch is against the law. Have to check MD. After the salesman sent a competitive quote, along with a follow-up verifying email, I drove 40 miles to make the purchase. After three telephone calls, at no time did the salesman rescind the offer, but sent texts and emails minutes before I arrived informing me of a new higher price. The original offered price was above dealer cost - but no manager was available to approve it. For nearly 40 years of car buying I've only paid cash - and had good experiences - beware of Ourisman Honda.

My car broke down on the beltway and was towed to the nearest car deal which unfortunately was Oursman Honda. We were told by Elory that the car was out of oil and the engine blew. The cost to replace the engine would be $3,600. Jiffy Lube went to the dealer to inspect the car, since they did the last oil change, and said the oil was not an issue. Suddenly Elroy changed his story and agreed the oil was ok. (Really? A certified mechanic can't check the oil?) 2 weeks had passed and we completely lost trust in Oursman Honda. The situation was so bad that we had the car towed to another dealer. Elroy tried to charge us $350 yet he never ran a diagnostic check or did any work on the car. He could not even figure out how to check the oil! The bottom line is we took the car to another mechanic who corrected the problem for $350. The car needed spark plugs and a coil. How can you explain that Elroy. Oh yeah... Elroy also said how in the world could you take the car to a non-certified Honda deal. Well Elroy, they figured out the problem and were honest... unlike you.

Before coming to the dealership, I was already in communication with Walter Whitford. He does his best in answering all the questions I had. After we scheduled an appointment, he was very present throughout the session and provided honest opinion about cars in general. His 25+ years of experience as a salesman gave me confidence in making a decision to purchase the car with this dealership. He even gave me a brief history of the evolution of the Civic model. He did not pressure me into making a decision (I almost walked away because his manager wanted to sell the car at a higher price with additional accessories that I did not ask for, butWalter remained calm). I appreciate Walter's cool attitude and he does make you feel like you're not just another customer to him.Good luck to all car buyers out there, I understand it can be overwhelming. My girlfriend leased a Honda in Florida and was in love with the side mirror camera. We recently moved to Maryland in the winter, and there were still no issues. In the summer (Which was far milder than the 120 degree summers the car was used to, the side mirror became fogged and looked as if Vaseline had been smeared across the lens. As it is under lease, and extremely under warranty, less than 15,000 miles in two years we figured that getting it repaired would be a non-issue. Instead it was a nightmare. We left the vehicle and returned an hour later when we were told to come pick it up. They had done nothing with the vehicle. They told us that there was nothing wrong with the camera according to their computer diagnostics. This was when we had to explain that you didn't need a computer to see the problem. They pulled up a newer vehicle and its camera was flawless, so they pulled up a customers vehicle with more miles than my gf's and showed how the "older" cameras "just look that way." Working in the car industry I backed off and let her handle the situation, as I knew that if it was not my car, they would not listen to me. They brought out Gary McDade, a class A jerk. He backed her into a corner and kept telling her that she "felt" it wasn't working. She is a data person, and not a feelings person. When I saw her starting to cry after Gary kept shouting that it was her feelings I lost it on him. I pointed out how it was not feelings it was their terrible product and their terrible warranty that resulted in this situation, not anyone's feelings. He asked me, "How much do you pay on the car." I responded, "Do you REALLY want to go down that road?" He said yes, So I took his card. And here we are today. Don't do business with this store, and don't do service with Gary McDade, he wanted you to know.

Just bought a (barely) used 2015 CRV from Julio Pardo at Ourisman--our third Honda from Ourisman! We walked in and were met by Julio Pardo. The process was very very smooth. Julio was low pressure and he found out our goals and desires in terms of our next car. All went well, including test drive, purchase contract (negotiating and writing) and running through the finance office. I'll tell you guys this, these guys are the real deal for service and creating the experience. My Customer Loyalty for Ourisman has stemmed back as far as 9 Years and I will continue to do so. Yesterday I purchased my 3rd Vehicle from the same group of guys, Diego & Sergio. When I come here even though I am here to do business or service, it's like coming to see friends. I've known these guys for years and I wouldn't have another Honda dealer sell me a vehicle. These guys offer the up most unsurpassed customer service I have yet experienced. The rapport I have built allows for that sense of trust and not feeling apprehensive in any means during the purchase. I'll add one more person to the mix, Shazia who did my Finance part. As someone who has been in the marker to buy a car for a while, I'm glad I waited to purchase my baby. I've only been wary of salesmen and didn't have a great experience at another dealer. However, I met my dealer fairy, Ray Turner. He let my indecisive self take my time and gave me options without being pushy or rushed. Ray listened to my needs and gave me some options. My husband and I were truly impressed by his outstanding customer service. Even after I purchased my vehicle, he followed up to make sure that I was happy with my new ride. Kudos to him!On another note, I left Ray walking on air but wasn't too happy when I left the finance department afterward. Unlike working with Ray, I felt pressured into getting options that I did not need which made my awesome experience go down hill.

I purchased a Honda Fit at Ourisman Honda and am very satisfied with my experience. My car hunt was not a particularly fun process, other dealerships were kind of scummy and vague about pricing - throwing in all these "incentives" that after closer consideration I no longer qualified for. As a female buyer, I often felt that I was not taken seriously or was constantly being upsold for features that I didn't even want.This Ourisman dealership was very professional and clear about full out-the-door pricing from the beginning. I did not feel pressured to upgrade and look at models that were beyond my ideal budget or necessary features. I did a good bit of research and was not able to match the Ourisman price. The actual purchasing process was very easy and professional. I'd definitely recommend this place for future car-buyers - if you are interested in Hondas or even if you are interested in competitor vehicles (I didn't think Honda was within my $ range at first)- it's worth a visit.

Had bad experiences with dealers shopping on the Internet but with Ourisman I discussed the car on the phone with the rep and came in and purchased the car as agreed. no unexpected fees, catches or problems. This was in contrast to my wasted trips to some other dealers. Sure, had to hear the extended warranty pitch but the entire buying process was efficient and low stress. I got a 2014 Accord below market value,(I shopped a lot) and I couldn't be happier.

After getting in touch amby phone and by email with Ray, my husband and I drove from Virginia to pick up Honda Odyssey. when we got there, the dealer didn't want to honor the price that we discussed saying that this paricular car has some extras. I was very upset that this was not previously discussed with me. Waist of our time! I would rather pay $200 more and do business with honest people.

The difference at Ourisman Honda is made by its employees and their teamwork! First off, I am a resident of Central Florida and was looking for a certain car make and model. Frustrated with my local online searches on Auto Trader I opened my search to find vehicles at any distance within the continental USA. I found the best choice at Ourisman Honda and so I sent a chat request and met Mr. Remoe Doherty online. I have never purchased a car short of a 100 miles radius ever, but this vehicle was just hitting high notes all over the map. It was a one time opportunity. Remoe accommodated every single request for extra photos sent to my email, he communicated beautifully by phone, text and email. He was crystal clear about loan terms and interest rates...and worked with me to get the best possible deal for this vehicle...acknowledging that I was 900 miles away and maybe not serious about closing a deal. Throughout the long distance negotiation I felt more confident in Remoe's skills as a people person and also that Ourisman Honda is committed to sell a quality product and to fulfill customer satisfaction to a 100%. Well, I saw myself taking a flight from MCO (Orlando) to BWI (Maryland) the next day. Remoe volunteered to pick me up and was prompt and so much fun to meet in person. Remoe is truly a delight to work with in person as he is on the phone and text. I basically signed and drive. The supporting staff included Miss Ebony Joseph who handed me the keys to my new car and also walked me through some details about my purchase. Again, Ebony kept the same honest and personable vibe Remoe had shown earlier. Last and not least I met Miss Shazia Cheema for all due paperwork. This lady knows her job thoroughly and guides you thru all the financing process and options with such an ease you feel you are dealing with someone you had met years prior. In the meantime my new car was detailed and brought back to me ready to get on the road, for me to enjoy my trip back home with the additional perk of being able to enjoy the most beautiful fall colors on the Atlantic coast. So, the only let down of purchasing a car at Ourisman Honda in Bethesda is that I won't be able to visit my new found friends as I won't be able to service my car there BUT I trust this note will send more local people to Ourisman Honda to experience the best car purchase they would take part of.

We worked with Jose Amaya as our salesperson and Nancy in finance. Both were very professional and helpful throughout the process. Jose was patient in answering our questions and committed to helping us make the purchase without being exceedingly pushy which we really appreciated. We ended up purchasing a new car and the two primary reasons were the price and Jose's service. Although it was late in a long day over Labor Day weekend, and despite some technical difficulties, Nancy was also extremely patient and helpful in answering questions and helping us through the paperwork. Although she offered us additional warranty products, she was not pushy about the sale and this did not detract from the service that she provided. She paid attention to detail and made sure all our paperwork was in order before we left.The reason why we give this dealership an average rating for the overall experience is because we did not have a good experience with the person who completed the middle step of the process. This was presented as a customer service step to review the car, its features, and other information about our new purchase. Instead the person spent 95% of her time with us trying to sell additional accessories and was unable to actually address questions we had about the car beyond showing us the owner's manual. We understand that selling additional, related products is part of the process, but calling it customer service was misleading and made the whole experience frustrating and frankly a waste a time.So, bottom line, definitely call on Jose to see if he can help you with your purchase. You'll be in good hands with him and Nancy.

My wife and I came into the dealership to test drive the 2015 Honda Fit EX (which we bought). Initial impression of the car is very favorable: great quality and great value for the money. Kudos to Honda. All of the staff at the dealership we interacted with were helpful. The service provided by our salesperson, Henri Nguema, was a perfect "10". Henry was very professional and knowledgeable about the features of the new Honda Fit. He showed no anxious energy to "close the sale", but rather was a good active listener to our questions and concerns. Even days after the sale, Henry contacted us and made sure to walk us through the setup process for some of the very cool features of the car (e.g., the HondaLink Navigation App).

My Honda Fit A/C was acting up. After reading a lot online and trying to diagnose the problem myself with the help of Advance Auto Parts I decided I needed to bring it in. They called and quoted me 159 for the A/C recharge. I gave them the go ahead to perform that service. I came in to pay and had a 25% off coupon on my phone. They first started by saying well, we already gave you 15% off. Well, that is not 25% off so please honor my coupon. Then they claimed I needed the coupon printed out and not on my phone, even though the fine print says nothing of the sort. So they made me think they were giving me a deal by honoring it anyway and printing it out for me. So after this discount my total was $179. Well, wait?!? Hold the phone! I ended up paying $151 which I am not entirely happy about, seeing as that is not 25% off of the quoted $159, but at least it wasn't the original $190 they tried to charge me!Don't make me feel like you are doing something special and breaking the rules for me when I am going by YOUR quotes and YOUR coupons. I expect to pay the price quoted and have you actually honor your coupons!The service reps who helped me were very friendly, but kept stressing what a good deal I was getting because of how much this 'normally' costs. I loathe car buying, or at I did until last night. Richard Sears is rare among car salesmen. He's low-key, informed and charming. He actually was focused on getting us the car we wanted at the price we could pay, then really worked on a fair deal for our trade-in. My husband and I both believe that he got us the best deal he possibly could. On a busy day, and even after hours, he gave us his full attention and addressed all our concerns. After the deal was closed, he passed us along to Sunasia Bledsoe who was also engaging and informative. Next, it was time for the "dreaded finance manager" -- always the worst part of the car buying experience, even when your credit is great (ours is). Much to our surprise, we met Shazia Cheema, the Business Manager -- a delightful young woman who had us laughing as we signed the papers! As I said above, a great experience. Love our new Accord EX-L!

I visit Oursiman website 3/9/2014 I got a confirm price. On 3/11/2014 I visit the dealership. With in three minutes after I introduce myself I was quickly introduce to Mr. Clint Rivas. We had a brief conversation, follow by a quick over view of Oursiman. from there he escorted me to the vehicle that I came to see. When I saw this 2011 Honda pilot I was petty happy that it looked so nice. From there I took the Pilot for a road test with Mr. Rivas. After returning from the road test I had one concern that I spoke with Mr. Rivas about he agreed to take care of it . I made another offer which was accepted. The service manager Mr. David Blackwell immediately took the 2011 pilot in the shop and repaired my concern.If you are looking for a quality vehicle for a good/great price Isuggest you visit Oursiman Honda of Bethesda Md. I just bought 2014 pilot ex-l from Jose last Sunday. He was very friendly and helpful during whole process. He tried hard to make a deal I wanted. I highly recommended him for anyone out there who is planning to buy a Honda. There was one thing I would like to change, if I am a owner of dealer ship. I was not impressed how they presented the car for the first look. Every car was covered with good amount of dust. (There were 2 on going construction areas right next dealer). If I were fully awake (I was struggling from hangover), I would walk away. Use the cover or something if you guys can. My total score is 5 stars out of 5. Jose rocks!

We had our first experience with Ourisman Honda back in 2009. With a baby due in a couple weeks, we were frantically searching for a new car. Enter Robert Ku and Ourisman Honda. The experience couldn't have been smoother or easier, seriously. Being full term, I did not want to be spending hours negotiating price. Their prices were VERY reasonable and the customer service was wonderful. We happily drove away with our brand new Pilot that day. Since then, my sister in law AND uncle have purchased their cars from Ourisman. Just this past week, we decided to bite the bullet and find another car. Well, sure enough we headed to Ourisman. This time, we were helped by Loc Truong. Thank goodness for knowledgeable, professional and understanding people!!! He was able to help us out and get us a car in very little time. And when you have 2 small kids with you, time is of the essence! We recommend this dealership to our family and friends and will continue going back to Ourisman for sure!

After wasting 3 hours at Herson's Honda in Rockville (STAY AWAY) I called this dealer and immediately got a manager, Sergio, on the phone. They had the exact car I was looking for. I told him I'm running late, have plans, this other dealership screwed up big time... does he have the car and can he help me. He called me back less than 10 minutes later with his hands on the actual car, held it for me and sent it through the car wash while I was driving over. I told him the price I had negotiated with other dealers, he said he would match it.I showed up still a little furious from my morning at Herson's. Everyone at Bethesda Oursiman did their best to my friendly and accommodating. They got me through the paperwork and everything in lightning speed... well, lightning for a car dealership. I had already run my numbers, done my research, and knew I didn't want any extras. I was polite to the two people who need to sell you on those things. I held my ground and they didn't press me to hard, and we continued with the paperwork. Don't think I've ever been at a dealer who didn't try to explain 200 times why I NEED to buy their extras. After a few "No, this is why not" we moved on.I feel the interest rate could have been a little better. It took them a few back-and-forths to meet the interest rate USAA approved us for. Honestly, we should have just punched a few buttons on our phone and taken the USAA loan at the same price, but I don't feel bad about our transaction with Honda. We got 3.25% at 72 months taking out a loan for just over 20k. (Would have been 0.9% at 60 months but we needed to keep our monthly low. The wife and I both have 800-ish credit scores)Overall, we were in and out in a little over an hour. It will be a toss up to see if we come back here or go to Criswell Germantown when it comes time to buy a minivan for our children. We had great experiences with both, it will come down to who offers us the best price. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I will definitely recommend people to Ourisman, thanks to him and his manager Sergio Laguna. I had some issues at first but Edwin and Sergio resolved them. I first met Mr. Campos 2 weeks ago to have my crv serviced. He told me that it will be ready in 3 hours so I went to see a movie across the street. As I was coming out of the movie theatre, he called and said my car was ready. I like that a lot!. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and willing to go the extra mile! Luis is a "people person"!

My wife and I purchased a new CRV downsizing from an Odyssey and were treated with care and respect, nothing short of excellent!! We first arrived there and were greeted by Suvin Viswanathan who directed Juan (a bright prospect) to give us a tour of the CRV we were interested in. He took us on a test drive explaining everything that the vehicle offered, accessories that we could add, doing it all with no pressure which made our experience that much better. We arrived back at Ourisman and finalized the deal which turned out to be great because we also met Shazia who is EverReady and explained minor details of paperwork info to us in a short but detailed way. They made switching models an easy experience and hope that if anyone is interested in a amazing car buying experience to try Ourisman Honda out! I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. I recently bought a brand new car in Oct 1 2013. I worked very hard to save my down payment and I am a student attending college. I bought a new car after having some trouble with my used car. At sales everyone was kind because I am giving the dealership business. I bought this car and drove home a brand new car which AC was not working properly. I took it back and asked them why? They said its because Honda had not did their job properly and we will take care of it. It was a first time buy with not much knowledge I believed them because I searched for this car over months and I drove about 30 miles into another state buying it. Later on I drove this car very happily and my first oil change was not even due for a long period of time. Around about after 3 months where I drove about 4000 miles. Oil change was at 60 percent until change due. I heard a noise from engine. I was surprised and saw an engine oil lap on. I was worried and checked the manual for what reason that may be and found out that there is low oil in engine. I checked the dip stick and no oil. I called the service department and was advised to drive my car 30 miles to dealership when there is no oil in car and engine has made noise and could be damage. I asked and told him there is no oil and then they towed my car. Honda did not provide me with any service car because they had to get my car to dealership first. Service guy told me to take a taxi and we will refund the money to you. Later I found out that when oil was drained that there is only 2 quarts in my car. They said we must do an oil consumption test and thats what Honda wants. I asked them why? This is a brand new car and I bought it about 3 to 5 months and its burning oil because there was no leak. This is the second problem in this car and I bought it a few months ago. I called Honda and asked them about the Ac not working properly and they said thats the dealership and not our fault that they did not check properly. I spoke to a service manager of the dealership and asked them why I am going thought so much stress and time. This car is defective and I would want another car. I said I am not happy with your service after knowing your service guys dont even know what to tell me when I called in for a problem. I did not get any car when I left my car at the dealership. You guys lied to be about the Ac and if I knew I would of never bought it and return it. He spoke to me in a sarcastic manner and said that this is not a Mercedes dealership after I asked him for a car to drive for work. All he to me was you have warranty. I said I am not happy with my car. This is a big problem and I want this issue solved. He said we are trying and sent me off without any help. I am very stressed out and I am a student attending full time college and work. I dont have the time for all this and that was the main reason for me to buy a car was not to worry for next 5 years. I have issues on this car more than my used car. I even did the oil consumption test and drove back to dealership and they said the oil is less but its not at the level and this is normal. I have driving around a car that has low oil in it. I am sure thats not how it work. I am using the car with less oil so it is damaging my car. How is oil burning normal on a brand new car which has less than 6000 miles? I did oil consumption test and oil went down at 1500 and now I drove another up to 2000 and its near the first mark on my dip stick. I wont ever recommend anyone this dealership so they wont go thought what I am. I work so hard every day to pay for this car. I have wasted my 5500 deposit and my 4 payments of 300 so far and more to go.

This was by far my best experience with buying a car. I showed up to the lot knowing which used Honda CRV of theirs I wanted. And, with cash and a trade Okize Iheme and finance/business manager Shazia Cheema and I were able to reach a deal that worked for all of us. If you are looking for a low-pressure shopping environment with a courteous, flexible staff, please give Ourisman Honda your business. If we ever decide to become a 2-car home I will contact Ourisman and Okize first.

There is something fishy about the positive reviews on this dealer. They read like they were written by a professional copywriter; whereas the negative reviews look like they were written by average Joes. Any event, I was communicating with "Loc", the overall sales manager, yesterday to try to close a deal, and in the middle of it, he stopped responding to me. I was attempting to buy a new Honda on the last day certain incentives were offered, and wasted time dealing with him and Ourisman due to their lack of follow-through. He then lacked the courtesy to reply himself today and had Diego respond, who only did so with flippant responses. I would discourage anyone from going to Ourisman. If they are the NO 1 Honda dealer in MD as Diego spat back at me, it is only despite themselves.

I was referred to Suvin Viswanathan, who is a manager at Ourisman. I made contact with him and as soon as I walked in we were greeted by Richard. Among other things we liked how honest, straight forward and thorough Richard was. He did not hesitate in giving us a very good deal and he went above and beyond with the time he took to explain and make sure we find the vehicle that fit us. I did not feel as though he was selling me a car to meet his sales quota, but selling me a car that I wanted, could afford, and maintain. He went above and beyond insuring me that purchasing the car was a decision I was comfortable with, and 7 months later I am as happy as the day I drove off the lot.I would recommend Ama to anyone who has any skeptic outlooks on the characters of any car sales person. He breaks all stereotypes, many of which are unfortunately true. His knowledge about cars, financing, and package option necessities is outstanding. Steve has been fantastic in terms of the way he treated us since the first time we stopped by to ask about the car. He made all the efforts to sell us the car and bring us a good price, but without creating that annoying environmnet that many times you get from car dealers that try to push you beyond the limits. So we are quite happy with his friendliness and efforts, as well as with the other people who helped us during the transaction. Yes, we went through a price negotiation, but it was done in a comfortable way for us, with all respect from Steve and colleagues.

When I initially entered the Ourisman Honda dealership, I was immediately greeted by Okezie's warm professional welcome! He asked what my interest was and carefully listened to my need and wants. He was patient and extremely pleasant. He selected an initial car that I absolutely loved, but was a little higher than I wanted to pay. It had all the bells and whistles and drove like a dream. Just as I was comtemplating the price range with a bit of hesitation, he noticed my concern and presented a second vehicle. It was perfect!!! This Accord fit within my budget, possessed all the features that I requested and more...Okezie Iheme was extremely diligent in making sure I left the dealership informed and satisfied! I was in the Bethesda Ourisman Honda dealership on August 28, 2013, to have a broken driver-side window repaired on my 2002 CRV (not purchased at Ourisman but regularly serviced there), and was looking at a new CRV in the showroom as I waited for my car. I think there must have been several salespersons in the area, but Steve Young was the only one who approached and asked whether he could help me. Well, that started us off, and we proceeded to test drive a 2013 CRV. I have loved my 2002 CRV, and was conflicted about giving it up, but knew that if I did, I would probably want a newer model CRV. I had never driven one, though. I liked the route Steve chose for the test drive, as it entailed sufficient distance and variety for me to feel I had a satisfactory opportunity to try out the car. I had not intended to buy a car that day, but enjoyed working with Steve. He made the process go smoothly. He was very helpful in describing the features the EX-LN model had, and very knowledgeable about how things work. This knowledge really came into play when I returned to pick the car up a few days later. Steve sat with me and went over the basics of the bluetooth and navigation system operation. He offered to do so again, and I took him up on that offer a week or so later. Steve's courteous and low-key style, coupled with his knowledge about the car and its features, was just what I needed to tip me over the edge into actually purchasing a new car.

I just compared quoted prices for air filter replacement and power steering oil change between Ourisman and Bill Page Honda in Falls Church (my previous dealer). I thought I'll give Ourisman a try, since I moved to DC, and the drive would be shorter... but their prices are much higher! Figures below are approximate: Power steering oil change: Ourisman (over $200), Bill Page ($150); Cabin air filter: Ourisman (over $110), Bill Page (less than $100).

We shopped around at two other dealers in Maryland before going into the Ourisman Honda showroom. I had communicated via e-mail and phone with Walter prior to arriving, so he was ready for us when we walked in the door. His knowledge of Honda cars was extensive, and his manner and professionalism were outstanding. He patiently asked all of our questions, and negotiated the final price in a very straight-forward manner. There were no typical "let me check with my manager" pricing games involved at all. We arrived at an agreed to price (which was very fair) in a quick manner.We hadn't purchased a new vehicle in about 14 years, but our experience with Ourisman, and with Walter in particular restored my faith that the purchase of a car doesn't have to be an excruciating ordeal. I also want to add that Jim Walker walked us through the financing side of the purchase in a quick, straight-forward matter as well. There was no hard-sell of add-ons (undercoating, paint protection, extended warranty, etc.) at all. They provided the information on those (as well as any other accessories we may wanted to have put on the vehicle), and told us it was our decision without pushing the issue at all.As a result of this car-buying experience, I look forward to establishing a long relationship with this dealership. And to Walter - now I know why you were selected as employee of the year - job well done!

Our dealings with Steve were fantastic. Always patient, knowledgeable and professional, from the very beginning Steve never pressured us into purchasing a car, yet took all the time we requested to explain the features of the car in fine detail. Upon our return visit he requested that we test drive the car a second time on roads that show the true ride of the car - after all the bumps, changes in speed, and windy roads, we were more convinced than ever that we were about to purchase the right vehicle. Steve's honesty and non-hassle approach was well received. Even after the sale when we requested touch-up paint, it was Steve who not only helped us acquire it, but I came to find out that it was he who purchased it out of his own money. More than a car salesman, we felt like Steve become a trusted friend.

I enjoyed speaking to them on the phone as they were courteous and helpful.When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were promptly greeted. We worked with Marcel, who was patient and very helpful. He dealt with us for nearly three to four hours. He spent a great deal of time trying to help us instead of just trying to sell us any old car. Many options were discussed in an informative and understanding manner. Marcel was willing to work with us on pricing-even with a used car. He was also patient with our three kids!I would encourage anyone to check out this dealership and inquire about the salesman we worked with.

Just one point, it didn't really full the promise of beating other dealership's offer by $500. Other than that, it's great overall shopping experience.

I had owned a Honda Fit previously so I wasn't a hard sell. I was very happy with my sales agent, Steve Young. He was personable and knowledgeable, and took plenty of time to explain the car's features, both before and after the sale. He also took me on the most thorough test drive I think I ever have been on. ... Business Manager Robert Ki also was friendly and informative and not too high-pressure when it came to the "extras." (I didn't choose any, but I gave it more consideration than I typically would.) ... Based on my research before and after the sale, I feel I paid a fair price. My only complaint is the $895 "protection package" that Ourisman apparently tacks on to every new car. I don't think it adds nearly that much value to the vehicle and is really just padding to allow the dealer some negotiating wiggle-room. This was not done when I purchased a Honda Fit previously in Columbia, S.C., so it was an unpleasant surprise.

Went to the dealer bc of limited stock of desired car. Salesman were cold and abrasive and implied on the phone that it was too late for them to be bothered although they were still open for over an hour. Repeatedly told me they would not work with other dealers or call them back After purchasing a car, they repeatedly asked me for add ons at least 10 times. When I declined, they continued to ask and offered more discounts. After declining several times, someone else came over to ask repeatedly. The presentation of their service was unprofessional and I did not feel like a valued customer.

Marcel was both very patient and very laid back in his approach, which suited me as a customer who had done a lot of research. At our first test drive, we were clear that we would not be purchasing, and he nonetheless spent significant time with us and addressed a number of our concerns. Based on what we shared, he was able to select a promising certified used car which we ultimately purchased. It was great to work with him and to be able to move at our speed, in response to our questions, with no sense of a set "template" of how the process should unfold. In the end, this is why we went with Ourisman; we wanted to be patient and drive a good deal, and they were willing to meet us through that process.

He listened to my concerns, the specifications that I wanted in a new vehicle and once I had decided on what type of vehicle I wanted, he showed me the options ,what was available & went thru each individually. Even when I wanted an off color. He walked me thru the process step by step patiently, and explained the entire process. He took the time out to ensure that I was comfortable with the basis functions on my day of purchase ( was there until very late) & made a follow up appoint within 48 hours to go over the functions in detail. I purchased a 2013 Odyssey EX-L yesterday from Ourisman. The salesperson I dealt with was Richard Sears. I could not be more happy with my total experience. I did my negotiating via the internet and Richard stayed in constant contact with me and really worked for me in getting the best price by far from any of the competitors. He was efficient, honest, and professional. The finance person, Carmen, was also very efficient and professional. I can highly recommend to anyone who is seeking to purchase a new Honda that working with Richard will leave you with a very satisfied feeling. This is absolutely the best experience in the purchase of a new car that I've ever had and this is my 10th car.

Our overall experience with Ourisman Honda in Bethesda was excellent. Omar (sales consultant) and Robert (F&I Manager) were very helpful and accommodating toward our needs. They took the time to listen to what we were looking for and put fourth strong efforts to ensure that the final product exceeded our expectations. This is our first purchase from Ourisman Honda and it will not be our last. The only downside to this dealership is the location and space. Unlike many dealerships in the DC metro area, this dealership struggles with a tight facility. The vehicle I purchased had some lot damage on it, but it was repaired prior to delivery. I do not like repainting anything on my cars, but Ourisman Honda stepped up to the plate and took the initiative to get this repaired and that's what matters in the end.

Prompt service from salesman Jose Amaya upon my arrival. He's extremely knowledgeable in the specifics of all models which helped me narrow down my selection quite easily. As this was my first new car that I bought, Jose was very patient explaining me all procedures. He couldn't have been any more thorough in informing me about all the fees and prices associated in buying a new car. Shazia was welcoming and put the cherry on top by making sure that i left Ourisman Honda with my new vehicle. Staff was overall pleasant, organized, and exceeded my expectations, Thank You!

We had gone to several other dealers during our car search, but working with Marcel Jaremko at Oursiman Honda was by far the best experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and we never felt like we were being talked into something we didn't need or want. I went to Ourisman Honda of Bethesda to buy a used Honda Pilot. I and the Sales Consultant Clint looked the vehicle inside out and found no major scratches or damages, so I took it for a test ride. Liked the vehicle and Clint connected me with his manager Randy Peeler and the deal was sealed. After that I was inside with the Finance folks working on my loans and what not. Finance work done and I got keys and drove home the Pilot. Soon after coming to home when I showed the car to my wife, who was at the time during the whole time, I see a big scratches and minor damages on front passenger side of the car. Immediately, I realize the guy who pulled in my car for cleaning and final check up hit the vehicle somewhere and caused the damage. I contact Clint and send him the picture of the damage, he replied saying contact his manager, Randy. I contacted Randy and told him the issue and his reply was the damage was there in the car from the beginning and he's not "going to spend a dime on the vehicle". Then I told him why the picture you posted on the website doesn't show the damage -- his reply was "the picture posted were taken when customer first brought in the vehicle and the vehicle was lying in the dealership for long and thus the damage". I was perplexed by his sheer lies. I even double checked my self with the Client, sales guy and he also said he didn't see the damage when we were looking at the car. I have Clint's email saying that.This is a gross carelessness on the Honda dealer to damage the car after the deal was not and not admit/fix the issue. This is my first time ever writing for a review. Since I thought all the customer deserves the service after paying the large amount of money in these dealerships.The car in question is 2012 Honda Pilot -- It will be too obvious to see the damage that it currently has for 6 month old vehicle. I bought my first car in Ourisman Honda in Bethesda. And that became the first time for me to go to the car dealer by myself. Before I was afraid to go to the car dealer, even I just want to see and ask few questions about the car. But after I came to Ourisman Honda, I didn't feel afraid no more. Tim (his name is Tamim Akbari) the first sales person who greet me, he's nice, help me to show the new cars, and he explain about everything i asked about. And I met Shazia who helped me with the financial things, until I got a good price. And then David Blackwell who helped me with the lojack and some stuff for my brand new car. I was recently in the market for an Acura TL. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Robert who was very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle in question. He explained in great detail the loan process as well as alternate vehicle options that matched my price range. It was really good knowing that I had a salesperson who wasn't trying to mislead me or coerce me into purchasing a vehicle that I would not be totally satisfied with. He was up front and honest with me from beginning to end and was able to answer the many, many questions that I asked. After doing research on a new car and reaching out to multiple dealerships, I spoke with Steve as well as Sergio during the car buying process and I must say, both of them we so helpful. They made the car buying process so easy and while no one enjoys going through this process (outside of driving off the lot), both Steve and Sergio were accommodating with their time as we worked through the negotiations and contract finalization. After buying the car and at the time of pick up, Steve spent his off day at the dealership to help me familiarize myself with the new car. This shows his "above and beyond" service approach, which is much appreciated, especially because I work in a service organization. i would HIGHLY recommend going to see Steve for any new car purchase.

I had a wonderful experience at Ourisman Honda dealership in Bethesda. Jose Amaya, salesperson, was friendly and patient. He helped me decide and chose a car that would be a perfect fit for me and that is exactly what I got. It was my first time getting a car from a dealership and he explained everything well. Including how much the car price originally is, how much I will be saving, monthly payments, etc. He even called after and made sure everything was going fine, which shows great business relationship with clients. I went during the President Day sale and got a great deal. Overall, I am very happy with my experience.

We bought a new Honda Fit from Jose Amaya. He was he perfect combination of being very helpful, yet not overly aggressive. He was pretty straightforward about the benefits and limitations of the car. It is the best to be really honest, because Honda's in general, and the Fit in particular, have a lot going for them, so there is no need for the "hard sell." We don't like a lot of drama in buying a car or to feel like the salesman is pressuring us. So for us, working with Jose was perfect. A very smooth, easy purchasing experience.

Decided to check out the used CR-V's here. The used car salesman was very helpful in answering all our questions. This dealership is conveniently located near the Bethesda metro and is very convenient for those who do not own a car. They have a fair range of used Hondas. This sometimes fluctuates looking at their website. The dealer was happy to refer me to the financing department to let me know the approximate payments for the car. The financing guy was very professional, polite and friendly. I was very pleased and they were willing to do anything to make my experience a good one. I definitely would recommend this place. They do pressure you into buying to car as any dealership would..just beware.

I am a repeat customer, and was turning in a vehicle at the end of a lease, but this was my first time buying as opposed to leasing. Steve was efficient, and very knowledgeable about the car. On January 5, 2013, I took my 1999 Honda Civic 2 door sedan in for service and Luis Campos assisted me. He was very professional and courteous. After receiving the service report, I decided to consider trading in my 1999 Honda Civic (which I purchased at Ourisman Honda in Bethesda) for a new car.I approached Robert McKissick to ask him a question about the 2013 Honda Fit Sport. This is my second experience of buyging cars at HONDA. I had not been disappointed with my first CRX 17 years ago. Then after trying different brands among one a Luxury Brand (from which I had been disappointed, I returned to Honda buying a New CRV 2013 for my retirment present. As a retiree I wanted a car that last, that does not cost you a fortune in repair and that is comfortable and quite predictable as I plan to travel a lot. What make me decide to buy the CRV: Before I retired I work for a big agency; there are more more then 3000 cars in the garages and packing lot. As I was parking each day, I have been impressed by the number of CRV in the garage. Over the last two year this was a burst of CRV. That convinced me to buy a CRV also. My previous car was a $68,000 luxury that was very nice and comfortable but unpredictable and very expensive in maintenance and repair. I could not trush that car anymore and I remember my first car with HONDA (CRX). At that time that I could only afford.Consequentlly as I am retiring, I want a car that does not cost me an arm and leg in maitenance and repair and is more often on the road then in the garage for repair. I have found the new CRV as fun and enjoyable to drive as my previous more expensive car.

I was in the market for a new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L black exterior and interior. I live about 200 miles away but they were one of the first to respond to my inquiry online and by far had the best pricing. Everyone who works there is a professional. By the way the staff was dressed to the way they treated everyone who came through the door was definitely noticeable. It was in keeping with general human courtesy and great customer service. There was a small moment of confusion in the middle of car selection, but it was immediately resolved by my sales consultant, Ama Ihim and the General Sales Manager Loc Truong. We have been long-time users of Ourisman's Service Department for maintenance of our 2000 Accord. Service hasn't been the fastest--our only complaint-- but it has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. On Thursday, Oct. 18, we came in to explore buying a new Honda and dealt, primarily, with Steve Young, who showed us various models and guided us through the sales process. (We bought a 2012 Accord LX-SE.) Mr. Young was very knowledgeable, calm and friendly, and a person we would definitely want to work with again. Not only did he know his Hondas, but he was remarkably familiar with vehicles in general and provided a great deal of accurate and useful information. His post-sale review of the workings of features on the Accord was comprehensive and easy to understand. After we had negotiated the sale of our 2000 Accord and purchase of our new LX-SE, we were handed over to Ashley [last-name unknown], who guided us through various dealer-supplied equipment/accessories. Again, friendly and helpful in getting our body side moldings installed prior to leaving with our Accord. Service was professional and prompt; ensuring that we drove the car away with the side moldings installed.As of this time, we have only two minor matters to resolve: First, we did not receive the listing of equipment, price, mileage, etc. that traditionally is placed in a vehicle's side window. We were told it had been misplaced, and that we would receive a replacement copy in the mail. Second, we think the "key" for the tire locks does not appear to fit the locks; I will be bringing this to Mr. Young's attention.In closing, we think the Ourisman Bethesda Honda operation is a "class-act", and we are delighted that we purchased our new vehicle there and that we will be able to continue to have our Accord serviced there.

Sergio and Diego have ALWAYS met my expectations. If you want to talk to someone with product knowledge who answers all your questions you need to go see Diego. If it had not been for a devastating car accident a week prior, I would of never had step foot into Ourisman Honda. However, the pleasant and satisfying experience I had thanks to Mr. Jose Amaya almost made me grateful for the tragic event. The feeling I had driving home in my new Accord, knowing the incomparable deal I had been offered by Mr. Amaya, is truly one of a kind. Not only was Mr. Amaya's professionalism and generosity enough of a treat, he topped it off by introducing me to another great man, his Financial Manager, Mr. Robert Ku. The pair made my first car shopping experience very memorable and I am truly grateful for all the events that led to my walking into Ourisman that saturday afternoon. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I spent all day shopping each competitor car to the Honda Accord. Before calling Jose Amaya at Ourisman Honda I predetermined that Honda was going to be more expensive than the other cars I was looking at due to Honda's great reputation in this particular class. After explaining to Jose what I had found so far that day he told me what he could do over the phone and I was already amazed at how competitive Honda could be and immediately went down to meet Jose and look at the Accord. I was impressed with Jose's professionalism all along the way and he was always working to get me the best deal possible on a car to meet my needs. Before I made a final decision, I explained what another dealer was willing to do for me and Jose introduced me to his Finance Manager, Robert Ku, and Robert was terrific to work with. He made it clear that he didn't want to see me buy from anyone but Oursiman Honda and that he was going to help me get into this Accord I was looking at. In fact, he even offered me a better discount than what I was asking for to remove all doubts from my mind. Finally, both Jose and Robert stayed after their 9pm closing time until 11pm to get all of my paperwork done and to finalize the purchase of my new Accord. Their commitment of going above and beyond for me left me unbelievably impressed and I couldn't be happier with the car and the deal I received. Without question, I would buy my next car from Ourisman Honda and would recommend Jose/Robert to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Amazing new car purchase experience. Mr. Troung was honest, very friendly, and true to his word on the out the price he provided over email, which is very rare in the car buying industry. When we arrived to the dealership, Omar was very professional, friendly and understood our need to complete the sale transaction in less than 2 hours. They provided excellent service, extremely fast and efficient transactions that we had never experienced previously. Deceitful sale practice. I am an out-of-state car buyer. Contacted Ourisman Honda though email. Promised a lower price in the beginning. I bought the air tickets and ready to fly next day. Before I fly, I called them to confirm the price. the general sales manager says he can not give me the price and offered me $800 more price. I think if you can not offer the price, do not cheat customer in the beginning. Just let them what is the price you can accept. Really bad impression about their selling practice. Be aware if anyone want to buy car from Ourisman group.

The first salesman did not even acknowledge me - only introduced himself and spoke to my husband, which was funny as I am the breadwinner with the check book. However we were fortunate that he had no interest in selling or speaking with us further once he found out we were interested in a used vehicle. Larry Lee not only introduced himself to both of us he was unobtrusive and facilitated our inspection of the car. He's great - would totally buy from him again next time because of the wonderful experience. Randy - manager - was also very polite and we enjoyed doing business with him as well. Overall great experience, but might not have bought any car from the first salesman.

The worst dealer I bought a car from. They do not care about you and just wait to get you signed on the sales order. I was sold a car that had a leaking tire - no wonder their lot has nails. I have no complaints with Honda, but I have issues with such dealers who bully customers. If you really want to buy Honda avoid this guy. God Bless.

5 STAR DEALERSHIP! My boyfriend and I went to this dealership to test drive a car that we saw on-line. We called ahead to tell them we would be coming and when we showed up it was pulled up to the front of the dealership ready to go! My sales person was named Nick and he was very nice and not pushy at all. He gave us a great deal on my trade-in. I left that night with the car! I have been meaning to post this review for the last few months because it seems that people only want to comment on something if they have a bad day, or they simply just enjoy complaining about everything that doesnt meet every aspect of their standards. I recently took my 2004 Civic into Ourisman because the air bag sensor light had been on for a few weeks, and my mechanic informed me it was a "dealer" issue. In short, my mechanic's shop was not equipped to undertake air bag repair, so I made an appointment at Ourisman with Dan Jennings, who assured me they could quickly check the source of the malfunction and determine whether any "bad" parts were still under warranty. To my surprise, I was able to secure a late morning appointment on a weekday. I met with Dan, quickly filled out some paperwork, and within ten minutes a mechanic was checking my car. I still figured it would take some time to resolve the issue, but Dan called me within the hour. The part was under warranty and in stock. I didn't even have time for lunch. I met again with Dan, who explained the problem and resolution, and whether the air bag would have deployed--which it would have--whereupon he added that the mechanic had performed a quick "multi-point inspection." I was ready for the worst when he told me the car was in great shape (the brake pads were starting to wear down and would have to be replaced in the next few months). With that, he gave me my key and I was out of Bethesda before the start of early-afternoon DC rush hour. I can't say enough about the service department at Ourisman. I live over 60 miles from the dealership and truly hate DC-area traffic, but each time I have been there, I have always felt that sense of relief that I had not been ripped off, or wasted half of my day. As mentioned, my car is a 2004, and it has 180,000 miles on it. I bought the car from Ourisman and have been happy with it for the last eight years. I know where I will purchase my next vehicle when this one, if ever, dies.

I found a certified pre-owned 2010 Honda Civic LX online that I liked and the price was very reasonable. I had been car shopping for some time and have been told by many dealers that the online price was "just to draw people in". Time and time again, I visited dealers only to be told that there were all these extra fees to be added back into the online price (usually an extra $1,500 - $2,000!). Because this dealership was a little more than an hour away from my home, we called ahead of time and asked if there were going to be any fees added back into the online price. We told the dealership that we didn't want to drive over 50 miles away just to have our time wasted. The employee assured us that the online price would not change. I printed out the ad, and we skeptically headed down to the dealership.When we arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by Remoe, who we had spoken with on the phone earlier, and we took the car for a spin. I knew I definitely wanted the car and we got immediately down to business. Imagine my surprise when we were going over the figures and there really was NO GIMMICK! This was my first time buying a car, and my frazzled nerves were soothed by the friendliness and professionalism displayed by the staff. Both Remoe and Robert showed that they had nothing but my best-interest at heart and that I wasn't just a number to them. They took the time to sit down and explain to me things that I didn't fully understand or had misconceptions about. I feel 100% confident with my purchase. Originally, that was one of my greatest fears about buying a car - not being satisfied with my purchase, or feeling like I might get ripped off. I can definitely say that I feel totally comfortable referring other people to this dealership knowing I had such a great experience.If you're tired of the constant bull-crap at other dealerships, pushy salesman who just want to add you to their tally, and overpriced, unreliable cars.... I urge you to consider visiting Ourisman Honda in Bethesda. They'll do you right... THE FIRST TIME.

I fault myself for being naive. If this hadn't been my first purchase of a car from a dealer, maybe I would have made a better deal. But I feel like these guys used every trick in the Greasy Used Car Salesman Handbook, from making me wait while my salesman talked to his manager to the high pressure sale of bogus extras like the undercoating. My favorite moment is when Carmen, the woman who was writing up the contracts, complained because they wouldn't buy her a new printer. Meanwhile, I noticed, she was wearing a rock the size of Gibralter. To his credit, Remoe did take one of my calls on his day off. And the dealer did agree to fix 2 broken electric locks on the doors even though I bought the car as is. But then they told me I'd have to pay $24 for a light bulb for my dashboard. And the kicker is they told me that the repairs would take " a couple of hours", I've been here almost 6 hours and there is still no sign of my car. Yes, I bought the car I wanted at a price I can afford but next time I am going to try Honda of Bowie. If you do decide to do business here, don't sit down, make it very clear you are ready to walk away, surf for other cars while you are waiting, and call other dealers to inquire about other cars while they are processing their paperwork. Most especially, say no to every offer (like finance rate) and keep saying no until they name the price you want to pay. Because everything is negotiable here. Except, unfortunately, the cost of an overpriced dashboard light bulb.

I needed a tire & rim replaced. They did this okay for a price that was at the high end of average. However, they gave me a list of "recommended" service totalling almost $2,000! I took the car to another Honda Dealer Service department and they didn't recommend ANY of the things Ourisman had recommended. That was one year ago. A friend warned me that her experience with Ourisman was identical to my own; they do the task at hand ok, but always recommend very expensive additional, unnecessary service.

Daelt fairly and delivered a fair price, lower than almost all others from whom I received a quote, with excellent accompanying services (complementary oil changes, discounts on servicing) for the the life of the car. Knowledgeable and went out of the way to get information about items that he did not immediately know and described simply technical details of accessories with critical appraisal of their usefulness (as well as marginal necessity). It was a good experience to deal with him.

Purchased a car in late June from this dealership. There were scratches on the back bumper which Ourisman promised would be fixed once the paint arrived (from Japan supposedly.) Ourisman never called us back. I called them today (7/17) and "Poof" the paint is in and I can get it fixed. The customer service is poor. No one ever called us back during the interim 4 weeks and no apology was offered. I would never go back to this dealership again.

However, people at the ourisman honda dealership offered me a great deal with kindness, and it changed my mind. My salesman, Remoe Doherty, met my high expectation as a great salesman, and i was very satisfied with his quality of work.I just want to say thank you and a job well done.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car, and I don't say that lightly. The van I bought is excellent, and the price negotiations were handled smoothly and professionally. I got a good price and good financing; I didn't leave wondering whether I had been shafted like I have at other dealerships. I'm confident I got a great van at a fair price.

I'd never bought a car before, and know very little about them...but I couldn't have felt more comfortable with my purchase at Ourisman Honda.Their dealership was the first one I walked into solely because it was close to my house. But it's the dealership I came back to and bought a car from in the end (after checking out several other Toyota, Nissan and Honda dealerships) because they seemed the most honest, most trustworthy -- and mainly, because of my dealer, Remoe.I always thought of car dealers as generally sleazy and conniving - constantly out to upsell you on something that you don't want. But my experience with Remoe was the complete opposite. He was charming, normal and funny in a very disarming way - and most importantly -- he was always completely up front and honest, and answered any question I had truthfully. It made the experience so much more enjoyable (bc it's a big deal to buy your first car)...and it felt like I was buying it from a friend, and not a dealer I constantly had to be on guard against.Ultimately, I feel like the dealership as a whole and the manager gave me a good deal and didn't try to cheat me. They sincerely seemed like they wanted me to drive out with a car, and would find a way to get it to me on my budget. There was really no haggling...and I didn't see that at the other dealerships.Their customer service was excellent...and continues to be. Several weeks after buying the car (which was a 2 year old used car), I noticed very, very small things like a windshield wiper blade that was smearing on my window...and a keyless entry low battery.I'm sure some dealerships would charge you to fix these problems that I didn't notice driving off the lot -- espeically since they already got their money from the car and really owed me nothing. But they helped me out and hooked me up, free of charge. I really can't say enough good things about my dealer, Remoe -- and the dealership in general. I had a very, very positive experience...and continue to, to this day.

I had a very positive experience. When compared to my dealings with other Honda dealerships in the area, I was most satisfied with the approach at Ourisman Honda. I did all of my prior correspondence via email or by telephone, I felt no pressure to come in for a visit (I had already done a test drive and knew exactly what I wanted), I was able simply to put a deposit on a car I wanted. Diego Gonzalez sent me an email to indicate when the car was expected to be delivered and he called when, during that exact time frame, it arrived. The purchase process was a bit of a relay regimen, with hand-offs to customer service, finance, etc., but that is to be expected. Overall, I felt that Ourisman personnel treated me more as an intelligent consumer, which was refreshing when compared to the competition. I hope their service staff prove to be as competent as their sales personnel.

In late December, 2010 I bought a new Accord from Ourisman Honda. It was a very pleasant car buying experience.The salesman I worked with was Kwame Joseph. He was probably the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable about the product line. In addition, he followed up with me very diligently without being pushy.I had started the process with another Honda dealer and was ready to buy there, but I did not enjoy working with the salesman there. So I went to Ourisman, and I met Kwame. He immediately put me at ease, and he agreed to match the price of the other dealer.I would stongly recommend Ourisman Honda, and Kwame Joseph in particular, to anyone in the market for a Honda.

Mr. Joseph addressed my questions regarding the vehicle and followed up to see if everything was OK with my car. As i had purchased my previous Honda with this dealership, it was pleasant to know that you have top quality dealers that do not pressure or force a sale. Remoe was excellent he found the car I was looking for. My wife and I are enjoying our brand new 2011 Honda pilot thanks to the honesty and integrity that Remoe and the dealership provided. I had told my sister about the great time I had purchasing the vehicle, and had even recommended her to trade her vehicle to get a 2011 Honda Odyssey. Which she did. Remoe Doherty not just has one customer but 2 customer for life!

We just bought a 2011 Honda Accord SE from Ourisman and it was a very good experience, as far as car buying goes. We knew what we wanted and we called about 12 Honda dealers in the MD/VA/DC area to get prices. Ourisman beat out all the other dealers in price. When we showed up, Mr. DeCampli had the paperwork and the price as promised. The customer service and financing folks presented us with additional options (undercoating, paint protection, extended warranties, etc.), but there were no hard sells. On top of that, when they couldn't get the floor mats from the service dept (closed on Sunday), Mr. DeCampli personally delivered them to our house! From start to finish, this was a very smooth process.

This dealership went above and beyond any other dealership I had visited. Azim, my sales consultant, as well and the General Sales Manager were both wonderful. The dealership even let me borrow the Pilot for an afternoon to make sure I felt comfortable driving it. That was a bonus. There was no pressure to buy the truck. (I actually waited about a month from my first test drive to purchase with out feeling any pressure!) Ourisman Honda answered all my questions. After visiting other Honda dealers, it was no contest that I should buy my truck from Ourisman Honda. I am a very picky person so for me to feel comfortable recommending a dealership says a lot. Also, I did get a crazy low price for the truck, which helped.

Hai was a great salesperson to work with. I have bought a new car in the past and had a horrible experience with a rude salesperson. At Ourisman I had the exact opposite experience. Hai was friendly, helpful, honest and hard-working. He took my phone calls after hours and was very responsive to me at all times. He was excellent and if I buy another car in the future, I would definitely come back. Also, I will be referring my friends to Ourisman Honda too because of my experience.

I had checked Trueacar.com pricing online and it had connected me to 3 local Honda dealerships; one of which was Ourisman. Having contacted many dealers in the VA/MD area, I had a pretty good ideas what the cost of the 2011 Honda Odyssey. When I contacted Stephanie Dewey via email with a price from a competing dealer, she responded that her manager Sergio Laguna will beat the price by 200.00. Reading the positive review on this dealership, I was excited that not only were they competitive but seems to want my business. I later got an email from Sergio too saying that the car was in stock at the propose price. I response asking again to make sure the on the road price and "CLEARLY" broke down the numbers and said I would come in to make the purchase. Sergio agreed. Well the following day my family came to Ourisman. The dealership was crowded, parking was sparse, and we met Stephanie. I showed her the printed email and was ready to sign. She said she'll be back. Then some other salesman came out..said he will be taking over. He then rain the numbers and it came out to be 1500.00 more than what Sergio and Stephanie had agreed in the email. After an 1.5 hours with this clown running in and out, another manger came out and said they could't give me the price. I asked for Sergio and the coward wouldn't show his face. I will never do business with these people again. Where is the integrity. Not only did they come even close to what they agreed on, they said the car is not even in stock and is "SO" popular that they don't want to lose money selling it to me. Long story short, we left disappointed and hungry from this bait and switch game. After lunch we stopped at Herson's and I showed them the email from Sergio. Within 10 minutes they gave me a quote...the number that Ourisman promised and could't deliver. We are now enjoying our new 2011 Honda Odyssey from Herson's Honda.

These guys lie like no one I've seen before. Steer clear or you will be stuck with a lemon. I recently bought an accord from these guys and there were sooooo many problems and I had to fight tooth and nail to get nothing. Yuck. Super disappointed. From brakes and engine problems to broken promises.Check BBB.org if you don't believe me. They have an "F" rating.

Omar exceeded my expectations in every category for one reason, disclosure. There was no fibbing, no high pressure, just the truth and only the truth. I used the internet to purchase the new 2011 Honda Accord SE and all I can say is he made this the best car buying experience I ever had. I was in the dealership for a total of 45 minutes - to sign paperwork, etc. etc. The price we negotiated prior to my arrival was the price on the contract.Other dealers around said they could do better and not to buy from OURISMAN because of varied reasons. Well, OURSIMAN is the real deal when it comes to honesty, integrety and doing what they say they'll do. I end with this. I know that I bought the car far below the normal price one can buy it for because I did my homework. OMAR and Sergio kept the dealership open for me. I arrived at 9:20 pm and was done around 10:05pm with all the paperwork. They put the plates on my car and off I went. Simply a great experience!

Great experience with Ourisman Honda. We had not anticipated purchasing a car that day, but were blown away by the selection and the great offer from Mr. Whitford. The paperwork and processing was quick and easy. Both Mr. Whitford and Mr. Walker (finance) were tremendously attentive and assisted us with the process. Couldn't have been more pleased with the experience.

I have been a customer of Ourisman Honda of Bethesda Maryland for 9 years and counting. Walter Whitford sold me my first New honda back in 2002 and the experience was the BEST I have ever had at any dealer. He just recently sold me on my recent purchase, a 2010 Honda Crosstour. I even tried going to another dealer to beat his price which they flat out said they couldnt do. Plus the other dealer couldnt TOUCH his personability and making me feel at home at their dealer, i felt like a walking commision when i walked in.Walter Whitford is not only a great salesman but a great PERSON who treats you like family. He cares more about you as an individual - he doesnt treat you as another comission that walks thru the door like most dealership sales guys. I consider Walter a friend and I send everyone to him. Currently I have sent over 7 customers to Walter, to which everyone bought a car, and 1 person bought 2 the same day! I will always come to Walter with my Honda purchase needs! If you need to buy a honda or used car on Ourisman Honda's lot - CALL WALTER FIRST! Gino Pelligrino in the Ourisman Honda service department is another great and caring person at Ourisman Honda. Gino is the ONLY person that touches my cars - he makes sure the job gets done right and in a timely manner. He takes the time to explain everything to me and makes sure I not only understand, but he doesnt try and SELL more stuff than I need done on my car or PUSH extra services that I didnt ask for. I always appriciate his honestly and integrity. Being a woman I get alot of service guys that think i am "car stupid" and attempt to take advantage of me not being mechanically inclined. Gino knows better! he not only knows that I know my way around an engine but he also appriciates that and respects it... If you need servicing on your honda - call GINO!

I would to thank the Ourisman Honda sales team as a whole and Mr. Kwame Joseph in particular, for an enjoyable and hassle-free experience that led to the purchase of my first Honda, a 2011 Accord LX.Honestly, I expected the stereotypical song and dance of high-pressure sales tactics but was immediately put as ease due to Kwames easy-going personality, superior knowledge and straight forward information. After the test drives I was ready to seal the deal and Kwame handed me off to his colleagues to go over options and financing. The financial staff was also very friendly and efficient and I was able to drive home in my new car within a few hours.All in all, Kwame Joseph and the staff at Ourisman Honda provided a smooth car-buying experience that greatly exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a Honda Odyssey and Kwame was able to contact me with the vehicles for sale at Ourisman Honda. My wife and I liked the van, but wanted to do more research and see if a 2011 would be better. We did a test drive of a 2011 Odyssey,at a different Honda dealer,but did feel like it was much better than the deal we were getting on the 2008 model we were considering. We did a 2nd test drive with the 2008 vehicle and chose to make a deal. Kwame was very professional and courteous throughout the transaction. We discussed comparable prices of vehicles and even did a "blue book" search to show we were getting a good deal. The rest of the Honda staff was kind and helpful too. We declined many of the other options offered to us, except for an extended warranty. We enjoy our "new" vehicle and were pleased with how Kwame Joseph and Ourisman Honda treated us.

I had a great experience when purchasing my new honda civic at ourisman honda in Bethesda. Everyone that I interacted with was really helpful and informative. Pete was the sale representative that worked with me and he was extremely thorough and was able to answer any questions that I had. He made sure that my new car was in perfect condition and that the whole process went smoothly. The manager Mr. Kandell was also helpful and friendly like always. My family now has bought 4 cars from ourisman honda and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

It is extreme experience for me to try to make a deal with this guys for 2011 Honda civic LX Sedan Automatic transmission. He called me and told me the final price including everything,I also called him at least for three times to further confirm this deal, however when I got there, he told me that the price is for manualtransmission. He was not honest! I won't never go to this dealer!Finally the general manager Loc called me and tried to give me deal honestly. Touching by his honest, I came back and made this deal on Sunday. Although the first person I met is not a honest, but I thought that the manger had a high responsibility for customer's request and comment. I appreciated his professional attitude. So, if you want to buy a car in this store, you can contact other dealers in this store but not Omar Deen.

Horrible! I needed to bring my car back to repair the car's hazard light switch that stopped working after the last time they needed to repair a recall item. Can you believe they gave me back my car without the ability to find the hazard switch at night! They said I'd have to bring back the car again. Well, I brought back the car and they said "it's ready to be picked up." My wife picked it up without the hazard light switch fixed. When I called back they said they didn't have the light in stock... so it was ready to be picked up. Can you believe this, they don't have the ability to keep their customers safe by not having appropriate light bulbs in stock and then giving they're customers a runaround and giving the impression it's fixed when it's not. Boy do they take their customers for granted.

Dishonest will be a nice way to explain the sales people of Ourisman Honda in Bethesda. Trying to sell me a car that they got in a trade-in (Honda Civic 2008 LX with 35000 miles, Trade-in Value at the time of writing 10900) for almost 15000, as is. Not certified, not even washed. And was telling me that the price may go up depending on how much the manager, Sergio, is going to spend on to get it cleaned and serviced and inspected. Next day, Clint Rivas comes back to me and tells me that 13900 + taxes is the best he can do for the car. Funny thing, i went to their website and they were offering the same car for 13386. When I email them back with that info, Clint's reply was, "Sorry I didnt know that it was posted over there for that price." Uh, yeah, thats right. All I know is that this was my first and last trip to Ourisman. I will never buy or even consider buying a car from these dishonest folks. If you decide to buy a used car from these looters, i will suggest do your research before you go in or you will end up paying way more than the car is actually worth.

When searching for a replacement for my 2002 Honda Accord, I knew the only dealership to consider was Ourisman Honda of Bethesda. My 2 prior purchase experiences with them were nothing but exceptional. From online discussion with Richard to the actual test drive and deal with Hai, I had the best possible treatment. The 2010 Honda Accord EX's price was AMAZING!! Thank you to everyone I encountered at the dealership including Luis Campos in service. I'm looking forward to another great customer relationship! N. This guys claim they could beat a deal from another Honda dealers. A spent two hours and the sales manager refused to honor his the deal pre approved by another sales manager. These guys have a serious integrity problem. They openly lie and don't appear to be concerned about honoring there promises.

It was the worst car buying experience I have been a part of. They were not honest up front. I feel all they wanted to do was sell me a car at any cost. They did not put all the work that we discussed up front into the contract. I did not notice the mistake, now I am stuck with a $22,000 car with a lot of body damage. I will never go back there and will not recomend them to anybody.

I came to your dealership with my daughter-in-law and met Kwame at the door and he led us to the showroom. We told him my wish to get a new Honda Civic. He said they had 1 in stock. He brought it out and we went for a test ride. I was thrilled with the car and we started the paper work. Kwame was most helpful and made the pruchase a pleasant experience. He answered all my questions and gave me excellent instructions on handeling the car ... (I had a 1996 Honda, so was familiar with it...just needed to know the upgrades). I came in to have my plates put on and Kwame was there to make sure I was taken care of and when I had the visors put on the windows, he was there as well !!He is a true professional and did make my pruchase a good experience.

I had a great experience. I found the car I wanted at Ourisman through the Kelly Blue Book website. It was great price, $1000 less than the MSRP. Remoe was very professional, helpful, friendly, and delightful to work with. The meeting with the finance department was clear, and helpful. I never felt pressured or misled, as I have in the past buying used cars. And, I love my car!

I gave the ratings that I did because I had a fantastic experience at Ourisman Honda. Remoe did an outstanding job. He was informative and friendy, yet he was not pushy, which is one of the most annoying things about most car salesmen. Carmen also did a fantastic job and put in alot of work to get me a fantastic deal.

The car I originally came in to purchase had been sold the morning before I arrived. I really didn't think I was going to leave with a car but after an hour with Remoe, I was in love with another '07 Civic. After seeing the car I came to buy was not in stock, Remoe met me with several other options in both the style I wanted and within my price range. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. It was incredibly easy to get in touch with him, even when I had questions after I purchased the car. Remoe made buying my first car a great experience, and I have already spread the word to my friends.

I must say, I am a tough cookie when it comes to making a choice or a selection. Shopping is not one of my fortes and working with Remoe and Carmen was wonderful. They took into consideration my financial situation and tried to help me within their means and or powers of doing so and if they couldn't they would speak to someone else. Purchasing my first vehicle was a huge step for me, so knowing there were people that patiently worked with me and tried to suite my needs made my stressful experience easy and my nerves at ease. Ourisman Honda cares about the customer, not just about another buck for profit. Thank you for making my first time purchase experience an exciting and enjoyable one.

Classic Bait and SwitchWe went for a lease opportunity 3 months ago, and at the time, the deal didn't work out. We got another email 3 days ago inviting us back in to avail of the previous deal owing to some extra "dealer cash" at the end of the month. So we went in and got the deal. After filling the credit application, the salesman gets back saying the credit wasn't of the "top tier". So we decided to step away (again). The instant we did this, the manager comes and says that he has some influence with the bank and that he will make the deal...Alright...Great! Now, here's the kicker...We got the keys, gave in our trade and were all set...until we sat at the financing table...After explicitly stating in the salesman's hand written contract that the monthly payment would include all the taxes, titles and tags, the guy at the financing table mentions that this is a "mistake" and that the monthly quote did NOT include all those fees...and that we owed an extra ~$1700! This whole ordeal lasted between 6 PM to 10 PM. We were in for 4 hours, and no car, even after being promised the deal...that brought us into the dealership in the first place. Upon wanting to talk to the general manager, I was told that I'd have to wait another few minutes, since he was busy (at 10 PM?!?)The salespeople (Whitman and Sergio) were congenial, as you'd expect from any representative working at a Bethesda establishment...The tactics and the lack of thoroughness (scruples?) is a whole different story...I gave up an evening sailing on the Potomac for this junk of a dealer!

Bought a 2010 Odyssey EXL. Worked with several sales guys during the process - all very helpful. Allowed multiple test drives, even let me put the car seat in and drive around with our two yr old daughter to make sure she was comfortable. She was. Price was fair. Went in with Consumer Report's pricing report, and they met it. All thier cars have a performance option pre-installed, so buyers should research that option before hand so they know what they are getting. Day of delivery, they walked me through the features of the car and helped set up the cell phone pairing. Spent a lot of time with me and did not feel rushed, which was surprising, because they are always busy. The sales people were also really nice with our 2 yr old daughter, which made the experience smoother. I was also impressed by how much the sales guys know about all the features of the minivan, down to every last cup-holder.

Wow! Buying my new Odyssey was an awesome experience! Yet, it started out just like all my other horrific car buying experiences. I went to a few dealers to test drive some vans. As usual I was bombarded with the typical questions: what is your name, address, phone number, when to plan to buy, will there be a trade-in, and how much cash will you be putting down? This was so stressful and time consuming. I finally decided to try the internet even though I dont shop on line. God only knows how many phone calls, emails and quotes I received. But one quote really stood out. It was from Robert Ku with Ourisman Honda. This quote was $1200-$3200 less than all the others. Convinced it was a mistake I emailed Robert back to ask what was up. Robert assured me this was the bottom line/out-the door-price. I honestly didnt believe him as Ive never met a car salesman that I trusted-so why start now? I just knew he was trying to pull a fast one. After all Ive been lied to, pressured and harassed by car salesmen. Ive been told that I couldnt get my car serviced at a dealership unless I bought from that particular dealership. Once a salesman even told me how his cocaine addiction had cost him his job, marriage and children. This made me so uncomfortable I got out of that place as fast as I could and never went back. Ive never been satisfied with any of my vehicle investments. (3 new and 2 used)This time I was seriously considering buying a used Odyssey. Id even taken this van home for a weekend and was ready to buy. But at the last minute everything Id been promised changed. The out the door-price was now 2k more than was quoted, the interest rate was higher than expected, and there were additional fees. I couldnt get a written quote without first meeting with the finance manager. I was told I must put down a deposit if I wanted the van or it would be gone. I discovered it had been a rental van which I wasnt interested in. I was now desperate for dependable transportation. I decided to take the plunge and drive to Bethesda, MD with my husband and see if what Robert had promised was true. Only, at the last minute we had no transportation. Our good car, the 99 Toyota Sienna had over 170k miles and was in the shop. I called Robert to explain the situation and let him know we wouldnt be coming. I was shocked when he offered to deliver the van to us...actually I was thrilled and couldnt believe what he was saying. I was in a daze that he was being so kind after all my accusatory emails that he was trying to cheat us.Next thing I knew we were picking out the color we wanted; we completed the credit application on line; and we put a deposit on our credit card. I couldnt sleep that night. I thought this must be a scam and how stupid I was for putting our SSN and other pertinent information on line. Why would anyone drive 250 plus miles to deliver a vehicle that was significantly less than anywhere else? But amazingly that is what happened. Three days later here comes Robert and his coworkers with our sparkling new van. It was delivered right to our front door at the quoted price and there were no shenanigans to put up with. I drove it around the block and within 20 minutes we were the proud owners of a new Honda Odyssey. It was such a luxury signing the forms at my kitchen table and skipping the financial fiasco: you know the intimidating process where youre sitting in the salesmans office and he keeps running back and forth whispering to the manager -making you feel like a complete idiot because all of sudden youve misunderstood the price you were quoted. Only this time the price and everything else was as promised. For the first time in my life I was happy and satisfied with my investment! And there is more: Our Odyssey got its first scratch when it was hit by a grocery cart in a parking lot. It happened before wed even made the first payment. I was devastated. I couldnt get the touch-up-paint unless I went to the local dealership. I contacted Robert and he was so sweet he mailed me a complimentary tube along with my new tags. Now, that is what I call going above and beyond! Doing business with Ourisman was easy, hassle free and most of all enjoyable. Thanks to the integrity of Robert Ku and the outstanding customer service of Ourisman Honda my negative perception of car salesmen is changing and my faith in the industry is being restored. There was a sales person (I don't remember his mane at this time).As to the financing, I received a better rate (3.05%) from Bank of Ameridca. I did not know this until it is too late. I received 4.9% rate from Honda Financing Co. I will refinance through Bank of America.

I was very pleased with every aspect of my car-buying experience with Orsman Honda and the sales representative Mr. Kwame M. Joseph. Statistically, nobody likes to go Car shopping; the hassle, the haggling, dealership to dealership in the heat no fun. But Mr. Joseph actually made my experience rather enjoyable. No pressure, no haggling; we actually talk for quite some time on current events before we even began to talk about buying a car, which in turn gave me a sense of ease and afforded me a level of comfort in knowing that I wasnt just a sale to be pitched a series of one-liners to. I have nothing to say but positive remarks about the entire staff at Orsman Honda. Courteous, helpful, and extremely professional are some of the most prominent qualities that each and every one of them displayed. What I was especially fond of was the ability to chat on-line with a sales representative on the Orsman Honda web-site. This feature enabled me to interact with a sales representative right away. I didnt have to waste time going to the dealership to talk about inventory and what I was in the market of looking for. This on-line chatting feature definitely made my experience more simplified, and it also gave me a better aspect of a more positive car shopping experience.Overall, I was very fortunate to have had such a positive experience with Orsman Honda, and I would recommend this dealership and Mr. Joseph to those searching for a new automobile. I would consult him again in the future if I were in the market for a new vehicle.

I am giving the persons I have named the top rating because they did all they could to make our experience a good one. We had not purchased a car for about 16 years and that bad experience is still stuck in our minds. We did considerable on-line research and had narrowed our choice to just 2 makes and one or two possible models. If we had not felt comfortable with the individual or the dealership from the beginning of the process, we would have quickly walked away. We fell very fortunate to have Mr. Walter Whitford respond to our internet inquiry and as our salesperson. He demonstrated knowledge of his product and competence in his role. I am a very busy professional and I just do not have the time to spend in negotiating a new car purchase. I do my homework beforehand and I know what I want. Kwame recognized that and dealt with me fairly and directly. He showed me the models I wanted to see and found me a car without any features I did not want to purchase. We got to a fair bottom line in a cash purchase very quickly. I would return to Kwame again when I am in the market for another new car.

Very happy with the entire experience. Bob, our salesperson was very friendly and very helpful. It was a wonderful low-pressure sale. I knew I wanted a CR-V but didn't know what "trim level". Bob asked me about my needs and wants and then told me he thought the base model would meet those needs/wants. He also told me teh features the other trim levels had so I could decide if I wanted things like heated leather seats or GPS navigation. He never tried to "upsell" - his interest was in getting us the car that met our needs. Before we left the dealership, Bob made sure we knew every feature, the location of everything, and how to operate all the new "bells and whistles". During the process Tony, the sales manager, stopped by several times to make sure everything was going OK. Tony was very friendly and helpful through the process. In the end I got everything I wanted for the price I wanted. Better than that, we left feeling like family. The next car I buy will be from Ourisman Honda (and from Bob and Tony) and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.

As usual, I received top service from the service team at Honda. Juan Quintero is my contact person most times and he always addresses my concerns quickly. On this occasion, Juan, along with Luis and Vince, kept trying to resolve my problem over the course of a few days. They were pleasant throughout the process and accommodating to my schedule as we tried to find and fix my problem. Once the car duplicated the problem I was experiencing while in their care, they quickly fixed the car and had it back in my possession in less than half a day.

Richard was truely a pleasure to work with in buying the car. This is the second vehcile we bought from him in two years. We were thinking of a different car but because of him we bought from him and his dealer. He was not at all pushy and gave a good price. When another dealer called and I told him the price - he said he could not match it and hung the phone. Richard took me home to walk the dog during the process (my wife was out of town but she did approve the purchase) and to another dealer where I left my license. He also worked hard to get me a fair price on my trade in.Richard insured the car was clean and perfect for delivery. He also carefully went over all of the main details. I was searching for a Honda Ridgeline RTL for 8 months. Finally when everything was in place from price, availability, customer service and finance - it was Ourisman Honda that wasted none of my time and gave me the deal I needed to afford my RTL. Their sales staff - especially Rama and Savvas - were simply GREAT. They told me exactly the deal that was there bottom-line, they arranged for the dealer manager to confirm that I would get exactly what I needed, and then turned me over to Jim Walker who developed a payment term that was manageable for me. I also appreciated Tony Ramazani who introduced himself to me and offered any assistance I needed as post-purchase support. As of a couple days ago i'm a the proud new owner of an awesome 2010 Honda Fit and i don't regret a thing. I was referred their by a friend who lives in bethesda, MD near the Ourisman honda dealership. Not knowing what to do, being that i had never bought a car in my live, and after some research of a couple cars i was interested in, I made my way to downtown bethesda and met Kwame Joseph where i told him what i was interested in and let him know my budget. He walked me trough all the paper work and next thing you know we were test driving this beautiful honda fit!! I fell in love and had to have it. my over all experience was great every one I spoke to was very kind and willing to help me and any way. my sale man was like a friend in the since that he didn't just wan to get me in and out of there, in fact he wanted to get be the best price for insurance and the car and wanted to make sure i was comfortable in my purchase. I bought my car there, and the car-buying experience went pretty smoothly. However, one of my tires was damaged by a giant pothole, and I took the car there to get the tire replaced because I had bought a road hazard coverage with them when I bought the car (mistake #1).When I dropped the car off this morning at 7 am, they told me it would be ready by the early afternoon and they would call me. I didn't get a call until 2 pm, when Dan Jennings informed me that they had not done any work on my car, and oh by the way they found that the front wheel was damaged also and required re-alignment at a cost of over $700, not covered by the road hazard coverage I had already purchased. When I expressed doubt and repeated the terms of my coverage, he said he would call the company that offered the road hazard coverage and then call me back. An hour goes by. I call and leave him a message. Another 30 minutes. He finally calls back and says they will replace the original tire which I took the car in for, but that it will cost me extra because my coverage only covered up to a certain amount. At this point, I said whatever, just do the work since I had to pick up my car to go home. I arrived at the dealership at 5 pm, was then informed that they had not touched my car yet, but it would "only be 30 minutes". So I waited. Another hour rolls by before I finally get my car.Bottom line, they had my car for 11 hours for a 30-minute job and did nothing for the first 7 hours and spent the next 4 trying to sell me something I didn't need. Then they charged me extra for replacing the tire which is a coverage I already paid for.

I had a lot of questions regarding financing, and James was very patient and clear in explaining to me all the financial information I need. Nancy is very approachable, accommodating, and very helpful. I had to ask her twice about how to troubleshoot the alarm system. I really appreciate the extra step she made to ensure that the alarm system in my vehicle was installed on the same day as I purchased the vehicle as I had requested. We have bought three cars at this dealership and dealt with Stan who knows everything there is to know about Hondas. We purchased the CRV at its beginnings in 1998. After 12 years of much travel and many many miles, it is still in great shape. Our first Accord was purchased in 2001 and is one of the main vehicles we use daily. Our used Accord (2001) purchased 5 years ago follows suit with the others and is in exceptional order. We service all of our Hondas at the dealership and drive away with no problems/hassles. The price/longevity of Hondas speak for themselves, and we will continue to purchase Hondas at this dealership.

My husband and I both agree, this was the most professional and enjoyable experience we have ever had buying a car. Our salesman, Walter Whitford, was outstanding! We highly recommend meeting him. We never once felt we were getting a sales pitch or felt pressure to purchase a car or decide one color over another. They were willing to find the perfect car for us, not just a car on their lot. Walter showed us details of the car that would suit our needs. He even spent time with us finding a way to keep two car seats in the car while still accessing the third row with ease (without having to take out the car seats). He brought up three cars for us, just to decide on the color. He moved each one under the light (we looked at night) and he even had one of the cars washed when I mentioned "I just can't see the color very well". He also drove us down to the garage, under the bright lights, to see the color too. He went above and beyond. Nancy Herrera was amazing as well. She highlighted all the key items I may need to reference in our new manuals and paperwork. Usually, you get "Here are your 5 Manuals" and if you need a code for the stereo, good luck finding them in your new papers. They were all friendly, sincere, detailed, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. And they all stayed as late as it took for us to decide on exactly what we wanted. The Sales Manager, Tony Ramazani, became an instant friend. He welcomed us to the Oursiman Honda family and has already gone above and beyond helping us prep our old car to return to another dealership. Wonderful! We honestly, can't say enough. We highly recommend this dealership over any other Honda dealership in the VA, MD, DC area.

My husband and I had sent an email requesting an internet quote on a 2010 Honda Element. Kwame responded and my husband had a nice exchange with him about the car. We were going to go in the 48 hours to look at the car which would have put us at the weekend. In the meantime, Kwame sent an email about "March Madness Deal Busters." One of the deals was a "Loaded Honda Pilot for $28,985". I went in to 1. look at the Element and 2. See about the loaded Pilot. The only thing loaded about that particular Pilot was the price and the mileage. No sunroof, no leather seats and nearly 7,000 miles (2009). There was a 2010 burgundy pilot with leather, sunroof etc. parked nearby. Kwame said he could get me a good price. Final tally was $31,995. I asked for $30,000. He went to talk to Tony. Tony came to meet me and started pulling out supposed documents stamped with "Confidential" about the prices they as salespeople can sell cars for without losing money and the $31,995 was already WAAAYYY below. Like I'm some idiot who has never bought cars before. I got up at that point as I did not want to play the game. I forgot my Blackberry case in Kwame's office and he called me later that evening to let me know. I stopped by the following day, got my blackberry case and on the way out of the lot, what do I spot but a burgundy pilot with a "March Madness Deal buster price of $28,985". I stopped my car at the entrance, jumped out and went up to the window where I checked it out. I couldn't see the mileage as the engine was off, but I did see it had black leather and the third row was also down and had a mud cover. I immediately called Kwame on my phone and asked about it. (I would have gone inside, but I was already late picking up my daughter from school) He paused when I inquired about it, then started stumbling that it WASN'T the same car and that it was a 2008 and he would check it out to make DOUBLY sure, and call me back. Needless to say I am still waiting for that call. I found the entire episode bizarre and I didn't like them acting like they were the sharpest knives in the drawer. Obviously these two didn't want to make a sale and must be independently wealthy as they do not care about the commission. At this point, I am going to buy a Nissan Murano, will never go back to this Honda dealership, and plan to tell everyone I know about my experience. Even random people I meet on the street. Better Business Bureau is my next step.

I have given the highest rating for several reasons. First, from the moment my wife and I walked in the door we were treated respectfully and courteously. Second, we met with Salesperson Walter Whitford who was exceptional. Walter knew every detail about the car, including the intricate details about the electronics, seat movements, safety issues and other areas which were extremely important to my wife and I. Third, there was absolutely no pressure from anyone. It was truly the best car buying experience that both of us have ever had.Additionally, Mr. Ramizani and Mr. Whitford stayed beyond the closing hours of the store in their personal time to ensure we could complete our business the same evening we came to the store. We had visited 2 other Honda dealerships and other brand dealerships in the week prior to our visit to Ourisman. We have purchased and continue to service three Hondas at Ourisman Honda. We keep going back because we love Hondas and love dealing with everyone at Ourisman. It is just so easy to talk to anyone there about your car. Each car purchase was made easy with their professional sales staff. I have never had to return my car after a service, it is always done right the first time. My Odyssey, with 168,000 miles on it will have to be replaced someday and I know that we will just decide which will be the right Honda for us once again.

He has an amazing personality and the ability to make you feel like you are the most important person in his world from the moment he says "hello" to the moment you leave the dealership. Not only does he keep his promise, but he goes above and beyond even what he's promised. He treated me AND my 8 year old son with the greatest of courtesy and respect. Tony's response time to my telephone call was amazingly swift. In fact, he called me twice and followed up with an email! I will definitely return to Ourisman Honda and Tony for my future Honda purchases and service/maintenance needs.

I just purchased a 2010 Honda CR-V EX-L from Ourisman Honda in Bethesda and worked with German Vidal. The process went smoothly and without hassle. I would definitely recommend working with German if you are in search of a Honda! He was very responsive and helpful--and made everything easy!

I went with my family yesterday after getting email confirmation from Ourisman Honda Bethesda,MD that they will match a lease offer for 2010 Odyssey EX($310 a month with absolute 0 down - including tax, tags, fees etc.) I had from a different dealer. When I went they said it is fine, however, they offered me only 12k for my 2007 Odyssey EX(22k mile) which is in great condition. Then when I mentioned that it was a ridiculous offer, they told me that they had to talk to the General Sales Manager next morning before they can offer a realistic trade value for this van. I agreed. The manager (Jose) called me in the morning and told me that they will give me 18k for my trade. I told them I wanted 19,500 and he said they could only do upto 18,500 and he could talk to the manager again and see what he can do. He never called and I called the Sales person Roma again to see what is going on. He told me the same thing - that they will still match the other lease offer and give me 18,500 for my trade. I asked him to confirm if he still had the color/model that we looked at last night. He confirmed with a 'yes'. I reached the dealership within 35 minutes. When he gave me the credit application papers I asked him again to make sure the same color van is available. At that point Roma told me that he did because he didn't think they sold a van that morning. After I insisted on confirming, he went to check and told me that they actually don't have that color. However, they can manage to get the same color from the sister company but it will cost a little more because they have to do some re-inspection. I told them I am not going to pay anymore because I asked him before coming and he should have told me then. So this time he came back and told me that they'll accept the same price we agreed before. So once more I confirmed with him and he agreed that they'll honor the matching price and trade that they promised before. Finally, I gave them the credit application so they could run the credit check and we can finish the deal. After the credit check, the manager came back and told me that the sales person gave me incorrect information and that we had to start over. And that is a lie because I was there last night and I gave them all the information including the offer and only then they offered me the trade amount this morning. So there is no way that the manager didn't know the price I confirmed in advance. I was upset but still patient. He said if you put $500 of the tax and etc. down up front we'll have a deal. Even though I shouldn't have offered anymore, I was already fedup with all the time wasting and just said that I'll put down $200 max. Then he came back and said that we were $900 short of the deal. He just told me $500 and now changed it to $900. This shows how they kept lying and breaking their word. This whole process wasted lot of my time and one credit check. I went with my family including two little kids twice. I believe their practice was extremely deceptive just to get me in the door and they kept lying repeatedly to get more money. I would advise everyone NOT to buy from these people. Do not deal with sales person Roma Emelev and manager Jose Cuadro - they are very deceptive.

Mr. Whitford had been recommended to me as had Orisman Honda. He lived up to his recommendation: polite, knowleadgible, agreeable and humerous. He listened to what I wanted and found it. A very good salesman. I would recommend him to anyone I know who is car seeking.

Kwame is the reason for the high rating... he was extremely gentle, non-pressuring, deeply courteous fellow, and made the negotiation for the car lease much better than the typical car salesman. Praises to Kwame for keeping us posted, letting us know what was coming next, and seeing us all the way through the transaction including a very simple follow-up call to make sure all was well. I was very pleased with my experience at Ourisman Honda. The website was helpful in searching the inventory, so I was prepared when I came in. Remoe was very friendly and informative, and kept in contact via email prior to my visit. He was receptive to my needs, and was not pushy or aggressive in the slightest bit. The financing portion of the sale occurred quickly, but I did not feel rushed. All my questions were answered and all information was presented in a straight-forward manner. Although I purchased a used vehicle, I've had several comments that it looks new. The only item for improvement is the overall time of making the sale. I made the decision to purchase within the first hour of my visit, but was at the dealership for about 5 hours. I understand that these things take time, and I did not feel ignore. However, I could see that this could present a problem for someone in a rush or with low patience. All in all, I had an excellent experience buying a vehicle from Ourisman Honda, and have already recommended the dealership to others.

My overall experience at Ourisman Honda was excellent. I live in PA so it was a bit of a drive, however, I got the car for the price I wanted and the transaction went smoothly.The sales team was friendly and the car looked awesome. I can't thank kwame enough for his professionalism and for msking my purchase a fun experience. I would certainly recommend him to others.

I did a great deal of research on buying my Honda Accord,looking at consumer rankings, and also spoke with dealers throughout the region of Maryland and Virginia. I found that Tony and Ourisman were the best. I liked him so much that I referred another customer to him and plan to do so again. I very much appreciated my time at Ourisman in finding *exactly* the Civic I wanted to lease. Steven Young--and Tonino Kamberi--were incredibly helpful and PATIENT with my settling on the car, waiting without judgment as I made call after call to other dealerships to compare prices. I was there all day and felt completely comfortable taking the time I needed with my decision. Steven was the primary person assigned to me, and he really did an exceptional job. While I very much respect car salesmen and women, several I've worked with in the past could unfortunately be described as unctuous, pushy, and manipulative. Steve Young not only exceeded my highest expectations for service, but also provides the utmost model of what an ethical, charismatic, intuitive car salesman really is. He sets an amazing example for those around him.I particularly enjoyed our test drive, during which his calm and friendly demeanor put me at ease in exploring my new stick shift. I also loved hearing about his wonderful family and sharing a little about my life. I really don't like the "small talk" that often comes with business deals, and Steven had an admirable way of dealing with me conversationally. His interest in my life was very genuine and I enjoyed not only my time discussing the car and lease with him, but also his assuaging of my many concerns. As I asked question after question, he provided thorough, clear answers to each in an honest manner I felt I could trust explicitly. I was very impressed (and thankful) when he took the time to bend down and relieve me of the very tedious task of scraping off my overly-adhesed parking sticker on the car I was trading in. It meant so much that he did that--especially after I was still winded from my trek up Ourisman's countless flights of stairs to see the roof lot. (I'm joking, but honestly--I'm a fairly sprightly young woman--what do you do for elderly customers?) Now, it was NOT Steven that took me up those stairs--I'm SURE he would have brought the car down for me!! Walter was wonderful to work with. I walked in the dealer expecting a pushy salesperson who would not honor the price he agreed to when I corresponded with him via email (sorry, but you know car salesmen's reputations!) However, Walter was patient, honest, nice, cheerful and did not pressure me into buying any accessories I did not want. He got me the price I wanted for my new car as well as my trade-in. Walter knew I was in a rush, so he did everything he could do to accommodate my time frame. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family who are buying a Honda.

We had a really good experience with Ourisman Honda, in fact we purchased a new Pilot and a 2008 Civic for our son. The prices were very competitive and they treated us with respect. The dealership has a very good reputation and we plan on having all of our services performed there. We also purchased added bumper to bumper warranties for both cars; 5 yrs 100K for the Pilot and 3Yrs 36K additional miles on the Civic.We would highly recommend Ourisman to our friends and family and we thank Kwame Joseph for doing a great job.

We used Edmunds.com to solicit a quote for a new 2010 Honda Accord from several dealers. Mr. Whitford contacted me by phone and email to offer his help. He gave me a great price over the phone, among the lowest. When we arrived at the dealer, he was very courteous and showed us the car with the color that we reserved. My wife wanted to see the same model with a different color and Mr. Whitford drove us to the parking/storage area and showed us the new car. We eventually bought the car with the original chosen color, but he was very accommodating in showing us the car with a different color. The price we paid is the same one we negotiated over the phone previously. There was no pressure sales pitch.He showed us how to use all the buttons/controls/instruments of the car. He even pre-set several of our favorite radio stations for us. He also called us a couple of days after we picked up the new car to see if we have any questions. The paper process was very efficient and quick. Even though the business/finance department of the dealer tried to sell us extended warranty and extra protection services, we declined all of them. They were not offended and there was no pressure selling.

I have purchased many, many cars in my life---I have never had a buying experience as satisfying and as fun as my two recent experiences with Ourisman Honda. In the last six months I've purchased two Hondas--and the sales staff and sales manager ciould not have been more helpful or competitive. Where or not I got the best deal I could I'll never know---but I do know that I got two very fair deals working with a dealership I love to deal with and with folks I know honestly can say are my friends. If yiou want to purchase a new ort used Honda--my unqualified strong advice is look no further than Ourisman Honda----from top to bottom--they are the best!!!!

This dealer's M.O. is to put a bunch of extra equipment you don't want on the car -- fender guards, door guards, nitrogen in tires -- and then tell you that you have no choice but to take it and accept ridiculous prices to the tune of $800 extra for this crap. They also are kings of hidden fees, double charging, etc. Beware of them. Any DC area Honda dealer, ie bill page or brown's or koons -- would be far better. If you like being treated like a sucker, go to Ourisman.

I was quoted a price over the phone for a 1999 Honda Pilot Demo and a 2010 Honda Pilot. When I got to the dealership, the demo was not the model I was promised It became evident very quickly that I was duped into coming out to the dealer. Not only was the model wrong, the price changed as did the price they quoted on the 2010 Honda Pilot. They had a "good cop, bad cop" routine going. Very sleezy, unprofessional behavior.

My wife and I spent FIVE HOURS at this dealership wasting our time!!! I bought a care there four years ago and had a good experience. I went back looking to buy a CRV and was shocked and utterly disappointed by their careless attitude and utter lack of respect for the customer. I called around asking for the selection and inventory of other local dealers and asked for their over the phone prices. Two gave me a range of $27k to $29k. Reza, the manager, assured my wife and I repeatedly that he would do his best to "make you happy" because we were repeat customers. I would not trust to ever do business with this man. His sales technique demonstrates a lack of respect and professional morals. The sales associate, Steve Young, did not appear to do much of anything.They kept us waiting for 45 minutes before they brought down a car for us to view. And when we didn't like the color, it took another 30 minutes to get another car. When it came time to discuss price, Reza assured us that he would give us a good deal. LIE. Rather he initially quoted us MSRP!!! Then he said, he'll do better and he quoted invoice. This was during the Honda Clearance event that they advertise so much with the stupid cartoon. When we said that was too much, he asked for a price we would be able to live with. We stated $2k less than invoice. He flatly refused and then laughed at us. He and the other staff were ridiculing us!!! Jerks! We explained that two other dealers quoted us $1,500 less than Ourisman's offer, and Reza accused me of lying! We told them that another local dealer was receiving a shipment that afternoon of 6 CRV's with two the exact color combo that we wanted he said that he was "going to check with his manager." Instead, he pulled the other dealer's inventory to see if my explanation checked out. He told me that they were not getting the color car we wanted at the other dealer (lie) and that if I could get a better price elsewhere, I should go there, get it in writing and bring it back to him. I asked if he would then beat that price. He said NO!!! Why the heck would I bother dealing with these jerks every again?My wife and I went to that other dealer. They told me that they though I would be coming by and they kept the CRV they promised out front. We got it for a better deal than was quoted over the phone and we were out of the dealership in an hour and a half.Bottom line. Reza should be fired. Steve Young is a worthless salesman. AND NEVER SHOP AT OURISMAN HONDA - BETHESDA.EVER!!!

Came in to get a Honda CRV. Was told that the car I wanted had pre-installed optional equipment which would cost me extra $500. When I agreed, I was told that it would take dealer another day to bring the car from another dealership and was asked for a deposit of $500. When I called two days later, I was told that Ourisman can not find a car (model/color) that I want. What was the optional $500 equipment then if there was no car to begin with? It took Ourisman another 4 days to finally give me my deposit back. I will try to stay away from Ourisman in the future.

Incredibly bad experience with Ourisman salespeople on June 27, 2009. After telling me they could get the car I wanted from another dealer, keeping me waiting in the dealership a full 4 hours (11 am to 3 pm), nickle-and-diming throughout the negotiations, they finally admitted they couldn't get the car that we had negotiated over and agreed on a price over the past 4 hours. I think they knew all along they couldn't get the car I wanted, but were willing to be dishonest in the hopes of selling me what they could get. I bought the car I wanted from another dealer several hours later at a great price, this despite Ourisman salespeople swearing there was "no way" the other dealer had the car based on info in Ourisman's computer. All-in-all, fundamentally dishonest hardball sales tactics that cost me a lot of time while they played sales games. I would strongly recommend you find another dealer if you are looking for a Honda.

As dealers go they are friendly and pretty efficient. WATCH OUT for their warranties! At time of sale they will say you can only extend your warranty NOW for the given price, according to how long you want to extend. Once you get home and check online for warranties from Honda America (US Honda division) you will be astounded at the difference. The dealer charged us over $1000 higher than we found online. We were so upset and canceled the warranty. We had to pay $50.00 fee, but it was worth it and we learned a good lesson.

Although on my first visit to this dealership, no one wanted to be bothered with greeting or assisting me in any way until I asked for assistance, subsequent visits were much better. Working through the internet with Sergio was a great experience and pretty much all the main negotiations happened by e-mail saving me long waits at the dealership. Sergio even beat a dealer quote I had received and told him about. During the initial test drive (not with Sergio), the salesperson didn't seem to understand much about the colors, technology, or details of the Civic Hybrid, only piping up to try to "upsell" the Navigation version. Dealing with Sergio was much better and he got us exactly what we needed.Worst thing about this dealer that almost made me walk out was the ridiculous "protection/appearance package" that is on EVERY car but NOT advertised in any significant way. Throwing on $795 in useless or suspect crap onto every car seems to be commonplace, but at other dealers they told me about it ahead of time. The package was severely reduced in price and the ugly "door/fender guards" were removed upon request, so Sergio did try to make it better. Still, not advertising it is a definite no-no.

Excellent service and a the best deal I found on a 2009 Honda CRV EX-L 4WD around the area thru the Internet. Bought several cars there before and the service department is excellent. I'd recomend it to all my friends and family.

I had a problem with my car pulling to the right while driving and took it in. The service department did a front end alignment and my car was still having the same problem! Turns out the problem was with the bearing hub. The alignment should have never been done! Not only did they do unnecessary work, they told me they wanted more money to fic the bearing problem!

In less then two weeks of owning our brand new 2008 Honda Odyssey minivan, it (a) was taken back twice to Ourisman Honda for the continuous leaking of Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF), (b) had a remote starter system installed and then removed due to Ourismans installation of a clearly incompatible aftermarket product, and (c) was brought into [violative content deleted] for a thorough re-inspection because of our lack of faith in Ourisman Hondas service. After 6 days worth of repairs at Ourismans service department, [violative content deleted] came to the conclusion within a few hours that the Odysseys transmission issues were *not* fixed, and that the van in fact had major transmission damage (bear in mind, this was a van with well under 200 miles on it). All told, in less then two weeks of ownership, the Odyssey was in for service seven days. After much despair, countless phone calls and letters, and all the aforementioned service visits, Ourisman very grudgingly agreed to replace the van, but only after [violative content deleted] and Honda of America also became actively involved in our case.A day after we took possession of the *new* van, we discovered a dent which had either been missed, or just went undisclosed, by Ourisman Honda. And that almost covers our horrific saga of blatant deceipt and incompetence by Ourisman HondaNow fast forward more then two months, and BOTH VINs are still on file in our name at the Maryland MVA. So we're pretty concerned that legal issues may arise for us if the original van is used in a crime, receives parking tickets, etc. Seriously, I cannot stress it enough - STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY.

In shopping for a Civic, I visited a lot of dealers. IMHO, this was by far the worst of them. The employees were friendly enough, but:(1) Ourisman doesn't list its inventory online - one of the few in the DC area that doesn't do so;(2) every car on the lot appeared to be loaded with overpriced add-ons such as nitrogen-inflated tires, wheel locks, mud flaps, and pin stripes; and (3) the BBB gives them an unsatisfactory rating - again, one of only a few in the DC area, and it appears to have happened because they simply didn't respond at all to some complaints!I can't say what would have happened if I tried to cut a deal with Ourisman, but I had no reason to try doing so. The next dealer I visited not only didn't play these games, but didn't even charge for pin-striping. Who was I going to choose?...

If I have one regret in life, its buying a used car at Ourisman Honda. I purchased a 2000 Honda Civic LX in September of 2005. Within barely a month of ownership, the car was experiencing electrical damage (my headlights didn't work, neither did the back doors). Within two months, I discovered that the oil pan gasket was leaking, there were issues with the brake cylinders, and the car hadn't been filled with enough anti-freeze. What was supposed to be a two-day job turned into over a week, because the service department ordered the wrong parts! I'd only had the car back for a month when I noticed that after driving only 500 miles, I'd leaked 2 quarts of oil! I brought the car to Heritage Honda in Baltimore, and there I was informed that there were significant damages in the engine. The bearings and the crank rod shaft need serious repairs. The mechanics at Hertiage told me the car won't last through the year. I called Mr. Bouchard, the used car sales manager, and asked for records of what was done to prepare the car for resale inspection. He refused to give me this information, told me he felt that I was "shooting at him from the other end of the phone", and that he "would no longer continue to speak to me". He told me that Hertiage was lying to me, and that I was lying to him. I have never been spoken to so abrasively by a customer service representative in my life. Mr. Bouchard's rudeness alone ensures that I will never buy a used car from Ourisman Honda ever again.

Offered a good price on a Honda Civic. When I went back to get it, they increased the price and wasted my time. Wanted $210 for the priviledge of reserving a car before it had $536 of their usual options tacked onto it. The blonde female sales manager's sales pitch was full of B.S. They wanted $79 for nitrogen-filled tires -- regular air is 75% nitrogen already. Needless to say, I walked out and am never going back.

First of all I think Honda CR-V is highly overrated. But if you decided to buy one just avoid Ouirsman Honda in Bethesda. In my case the horror of the buying experience (almost 3 years ago) was recently overshadowed by the performace of their service department. They kept my car for 5 weeks (!) for a minor repair, but the day after I picked it up the "Check engine" light came on and now I have to take the car back to them every few days. They take a look at it and call me to let me know that they have to "overnight" another part. It's been almost 2 months since I first took my CR-V to them and the situation is still unresolved. I don't think they know much about cars.
