Integrity at its finest! They treated my wife with utmost respect. Trustworthy service... My wife was very nervous about going (and being taken advantage of from other past dealer experiences). I told her this dealership has an old world mom and pap vibe; thanks Orange Coast. I lot of positive recent changes within the staff; Jose truly made us feel at home. The detail made my Cherokee look brand new after a cross country trek. Very competitive on tires and parts. Service is second to none! I'm a tough customer, and expect nothing but the best, and Orange Coast gives their customers nothing but the best. After 50,000 miles I discovered some faulty door seals and they fixed it with no additional charges. They also went out of their way to make sure my panorama sunroof was in top shape because it was somewhat defective on original purchase (with out me having to even ask). How about that for service. Thank you James Martin (mechanic manager) for running, what I see as the best service department I've ever been. Lonna is as sweet as it comes. These service writers are honest, thorough, and follow up. I cannot over emphasize how this dealership makes me feel like a king.

I visited Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep on Saturday and bought my first Jeep Wrangler . As I walked around the lot , Richard greeted my family and I and welcomed us . He asked if we had any questions and we told him we were looking to buy a Jeep . Richard was very knowledgeable with the cars he showed us and even told us his personal experiences with his car . He made us laugh and made us feel comfortable throughout the process . We were at the dealer for about an hour. Richard never pressured us into buying the car and won us over with his charisma . Everyone in the office was wearing their masks properly which made us feel comfortable throughout the process . After the bank approved us , Richard accompanied us to the gentleman we signed papers with and he was very kind and even gave us personal advice. The process was fast and easy. While we signed papers, the car was being washed and pumped with gas. When we were done, the car was ready to go and Richard took personal time to show me what every button in my car did along with (Jimmy, I believe his name is). I will always be coming to this dealer ! They are all amazing and really easy to work with ! They got me the deal I was looking for without haggling and overselling to me.

After scheduling an appointment, I was shown the car I was interested in. It was exactly as advertised but wanted to Test drive a couple others just to be absolutely sure with my decision. I ended up going with my first choice which i'm very excited about. Tyler was extremely nice and helpful. The overall energy of the staff was very professional and helpful. I had much better overall experience than other dealerships in orange county.
