We had test driven six vehicles from 4 dealerships. Odaniels sales staff were very patient with us and very helpful. Working with Elizabeth and Melissa was beneficial and helped us since we had not purchased a new car in years. They waited for us to make our decision, not pestering us and answering our questions every time we called or stopped in. Could not have asked for a better sales relationship. Had totaled out a car and they helped get us in a Chrysler Pacifica 3 months later. Will definitely spread the word about Melissa and Elizabeth and go back when I need another vehicle.

I was dreading the process of buying a vehicle. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 10 years and I was on a strict budget. I wasn't very knowledgeable about the process, including the finance portion of buying a vehicle. I feel I was lucky to have Shawn McSweeney on the sales side walk me through everything I needed to do to make my purchase. He rode along on the test drive and explained all the extra's on the vehicle. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I purchased a used, 2010 Chevy Avalanche. I love this truck! Thank you Shawn for everything!! He went above and beyond and even called the person that traded the truck in and asked if they had the extra key fob for the truck and made arrangements to have it mailed to me. Shawn then handed me off to Andrea Laux in finance.She explained everything and was very patient - I had lots of questions. She made me feel at ease and understood what a big decision this was!A couple other employees also asked if I was being taken care of. My parents wanted to update the vehicle I was driving so when I could afford to take on the payments after college, I would have a newer, dependable vehicle that could last me in the years to come. My parents were concerned with price while I was concerned with the body of the vehicle and features. Jeff was able to bring both things to the table for us without trying to force anything we didn't want. I love the smaller SUV style and drive that I found in the Compass, and Jeff was able to make us a great deal in our price range. Brandon also briefly helped us while Jeff was not in part of the day we were there, and he too did an amazing job. I am absolutely in love with my Jeep Compass and would highly recommend O'Daniel and it's friendly staff.

I worked with Jeff to find the right Jeep for my needs. Looking at all the options available, he was so patient. Most notably, zero pressure. I purchased a 1982 Datsun 280ZX. Since I was purchasing from out of state, I was somewhat hesitant. After talking with Mark, he instantly eased my mind with his knowledge and experience with older cars. He sent me so many pictures that I had to create a separate file to store all of them.Mark was always willing to take calls when I had even more questions. You could sense the energy that he had for this car and for helping out a customer.Jeremiah's help made all the paperwork that had to be sent back and forth for this deal go very smoothly.Mark also went the extra and helped to arrange transportation. Within our family, we have purchased a total of four cars from Mark in the last few years. I have been to other dealerships in the past that were staffed by pushy, obnoxious sales people. I never have to worry about that with Mark. He is always friendly and considerate of his customers and just does his job without being pushy. When we were considering our recent need for a vehicle, it was my hope that O'Daniel would have what we wanted so I wouldn't have to look elsewhere. We were not disappointed.

I purchased a Chrysler 200-C Class 8-27-2016 from O'Daniels Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Ft. Wayne Indiana. This purchase came quite unplanned. We purchased a Chrysler 200 S Class last year the first weekend after Memorial Day Weekend. Loved the car and the buying experience. Moreover I drove over 9 hours to deal with John Smith as my salesperson and Shaylene Shaw as my financier. Our car was involved in a accident. My wife and the other driver were perfectly unharmed. The vehicle was not. I love a vehicle looking nice and appealing to our simple pleasures. Nothing better than the vehicle being SAFE! This was the fourth vehicle I purchased with John Smith as my salesperson and the second with Shaylene as our financier. They are complete professionals and make sure you get the most out of your purchase. The buying experience was quite different the last 2 times without physically seeing what you are buying. With today's technology John was able to show me much through the internet about the actual vehicle that we were buying. For the second time I had the opportunity for a long drive in the new ride. He made sure to get me every rebate possible nearly knocking 10,000 off the sticker price! What was a great experience last year "Simply The Best" this year. This purchase even allowed me to scratch something off my bucket list. I was able to purchase the car right from the dealers showroom floor. It was cool seeing them opening the doors and hearing the rubber squeaking off the showroom floor. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a new vehicle to talk with John and Shaylene!

I visited the dealership after working allnight. I wasn't really sure if I wanted another vehicle so I talked to Jeff on this morning about all the things I was looking for and not looking for in a suv. I never felt pressured or felt like I was being rushed which made me feel calm and appreciated. I ended up being there about 5 hrs test driving, looking. Long story short I not only got exactly what I wanted, a 10% interest rate less than the loan I was paying on my trade in, drove to another lot to get this suv and Jeff gave me one of his awesome green smoothies after being there so long, Jeff went over all my little gadgets in My suv. So, I called ODaniel's because I saw that they had the Jeep Renegade in the exact color and style that I loved. (GUN METAL GREY "Crystal Metallic Granite" with blacked out badges and rims) and Roberta was the one that answered, now normally most feel nervous when buying their first new car, but Roberta's professionalism and pleasant all around demeanour just made me feel comfortable. I rolled out of there fully aware of what my Jeep could do, and how I could control all of it. Because of her positive attitude and her determination and awesome personality.. I recently graduated college and wanted to reward myself by getting a nice car. I was looking for a used car with low miles. Initially I went to a different dealership and had a terrible experience. The salesman would not even unlock the car that I was interested in; he told me to come back when I was more serious. I went back a few days later (hoping for a different salesman) and was disappointed to see that the car I wanted was currently being sold to someone else. Frustrated and discouraged, I went to O'Daniel to see some other options. I was greeted with a smile and immediately felt better. Mark was very tentative to my needs. He found many options for me in my price range and according to my preferences. He let me drive a few different cars until I found the one. I am so very pleased with my car buying experience. I got a great deal on my car; a practically new car for a used price. Mark even put gas in the car for me before we left! I am very thankful that I went to O'Daniel. I cannot say enough about the customer service I receive from O'Daniels and my salesperson, Roberta Parkison. This is the 3rd Jeep I have purchased from her and I never feel pressured or pushed into a decision. She works closely with me and ensures that I have everything I need to make my decision. Although I plan on keeping this Jeep for a while, I will continue to sop in and see Roberta when I am getting my oil changed or just in the area, she has become a friend and not just my favorite salesperson. I gave a 5-star rating because the buying experience with Roberta Parkison was very pleasant. The other staff we were introduced to were also very friendly. Our questions were answered with confidence in a timely manner. I went into the dealership on Friday on my lunch break and my wife and I completed the process by 11am the next day. I had no issues trading in my vehicle, and no issues negotiating to the price my wife and I wanted to be at. I will definitely look to O'Daniel for the next vehicle we decide to purchase.

The entire process was remarkably quick. These folks are pros for sure! We really didn't know what we wanted specifically but knew exactly the style and amount we were willing to spend. Justin was extremely patient and showed us everything that met our requirements. There wasn't even a need to negotiate. We got what we wanted in about an hour and under budget. He went above and beyond explaining what he knew about the reliability of each car from his service experience and not pushing us in any direction. Rather he gave us every morsel of information he could so we'd make the best decision for us. When we sat with Casey it went exactly the same way. O'Daniel's definately has a couple new life long customers.

While we watched the snow falling heavily on April the 2nd, Melissa helped us purchase our 2015 Dodge Journey. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, plus a delightful person. We then met Andreato set up the finances. She explained everything thoroughly and was wonderful to work with. When we picked up the car, Elizabeth was there to explain all the buttons and gadgets. We purchased a Jeep Cherokee with Brandon's help along the way and since then we have been looking to purchase a Wrangler. Brandon has been great to work with because he is not pushy like you would expect from a salesman. When we came to check out the Wranglers, he has not pushed us to purchase. I would consider him a friend and the salesman I always suggest friends go to. When we are ready to purchase it will be at Odaniel once again.

Mark is awesome! His humor, friendliness and ease of handling our transaction was flawless. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from him/O'Daniels and I would not consider going anywhere else! I was so happy with my experience that I brought my boyfriend Doug Wasylk to trade in his GMC Terrain as well during the same visit. Mark had options for us to look at as well as the ones we asked. He was timely, efficient and even called to attention the need to ask Jeremiah about possibly getting money back from my vehicle service contract from my previous GMC. I ended up getting about $1200 back! I would not have thought of this on my own so it was much appreciated! Jeremiah was awesome as well! He was quick with the paperwork, thorough with his explanations of financing and cost. I have had no less than the best treatment/service from Mark, Jeremiah and O'Daniels! I can't say enough good things about Josh "Tex" Burkhardt! Of course every car salesman is going to be nice to you, after all, they want to sell you a car! But honestly, Josh is the most genuinely nice car salesman I've ever met! He worked hard to find just the right vehicle for me and within the budget I had given him. There was no pressure to buy something I wasn't truly happy with. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I will be happy to let Josh be my one and only car salesman from here on out.

Mark is a great person to work with when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle! I came in not expecting to buy that day, I had a couple of months before I needed to purchase. Walked the lot for just about the perfect amount of time then as soon as I looked up to see if I could see anyone to help me, Mark was there. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and how much I was wanting to spend and in the blink of an eye we were looking at trucks! He nor did anyone push me toward any one particular vehicle or price. He let me make all of my own decisions. I didn't end up buying a truck that day but I was thinking over the weekend and I realized that Mark was the person I want to buy a car from and he just so happen to have what I wanted. I started looking at vehicles in the fall with the intent to purchase in the spring. When I walked into ODaniel I was impressed immediately. Luck was on my side when I met Jeff Cearbaugh who turned out to be my salesman for the day. He put me to ease with the car buying process. We corresponded back and forth for about 6 months while I was making my decision on what features that I wanted on my Jeep Cherokee. He was quick to reply to my many questions during this time and if he did not have the answer he researched until he knew the answer. I felt no pressure during the entire process. I think he was as excited as I was the day that my Jeep arrived at the dealership. I could not ask for a better salesman or dealership to work with. Shay in the Business Office was great also explaining all of the options. Everyone there went out of their way to help me. By the time that I drove away with my Jeep Jeff had made me feel like family.

I recently totaled my 2013 Ford C-Max. I loved everything about that car. After going online, I found the same car only it was a 2014 instead of a 2013 at O'Daniel in Fort Wayne, IN, about 7 1/2 hours from where I live! Nothing else I looked at came close to the deal they were offering it for so I decided to make the trip after several phone conversations with their staff. I got in touch with Shawn McSweeney who was exceptionally helpful and he put me in touch with Andrea Laux in their financing office. I have never felt so little pressure from a dealership! Andrea listened to exactly what I wanted and put together the perfect package for me! Although she had to leave early the day I drove up with my mom, she had everything prepared so all I had to do was show up, check out the car(which was perfect) and sign. Casey Costello took over for her and went over all the paperwork she had prepared for me. It is so refreshing to know that there are dealerships out there who listen to customers and don't try to pressure them into extras. This was the best car buying experience I have ever been involved with and highly recommend them to anyone in the area or not! They are worth the drive!!!

Dave Phillips and Casey Costello were both so helpful in helping me buy my first car for a great first experience! I wasn't sure where to start, so Dave patiently pointed me in the right direction for what I could afford and what would work best for me. After an accident, my daughter's 2013 Ford C Max was totaled, and she loved that car. We began searching the Internet to try to find one just like it. We found the perfect replacement at O'Daniel Chrysler Dodge, Jeep Ram. The C Max was a 2014, low mileage, and was the perfect color. Even though O'Daniel's was 450 miles away from Murfreesboro, TN, We began by requesting information and were contacted by Shawn McSweeney. He could not have been nicer, and walked us through what we would do in order to move forward with a purchase. When we learned how much she would receive for her car, we had to very quickly plan to get the paperwork done, and then make a trip to Ft. Wayne. My daughter began working with Andrea Laux to complete paperwork. Neither Shawn nor Andrea were pushy, or anything but lovely to deal with. On the day we headed up to pick up the car, the weather was perfect. We arrived later than we meant to, about 2:30, and were afraid we'd miss Andrea, as we knew she had to leave at that time. A very nice associate walked us over to her office, as we had gone to the wrong building. Andrea was still there, but had to quickly leave, however she still stayed to walk us over to meet Shawn and arranged for another associate to finish the paperwork. Shawn had my daughter drive the car, and she couldn't have been more pleased with it. He then walked us over to Casey Costello in accounting to finish the paperwork, who was also a great guy to work with. In short, buying a car from this team of professionals was well-worth the drive. We would absolutely not hesitate to do it again! The best car-buying experience in my life, bar none!

From the moment I started the search for my dream car, to the moment I drove it off the lot, Mark Campati was extremely helpful, dilligent, and super friendly. He took the stress of trying to find the perfect car away immediately. I was nervous right up until I walked through the door, when I was greeted with such hospitality, that I was able to relax completely. Every person we dealt with during the buying process was great. Josh Burkhardt reviewed options with us even though we were looking to deal with another sales person. Josh explained, "We work as a team" and he was glad to help in Corey's absence. Once my wife picked out the model she wanted with the help of Corey Harris the search was on! Corey was great with the status updates on the search. Casey Costello wrapped up the paper trail quickly and professionally. All of these gentlemen certainly made the buying experience enjoyable.

Responsive, prompt, patient & low-pressure. When requested, provided extra information and support to an out-of-state customer (from GA - car identified online) who was very particular. Mr. Anwar created a custom 5 minute video of the vehicle, provided detailed pictures and measurements on the tires along with quotes for their replacement, arranged for the local "brand" dealer to perform a 3rd party, independent inspection of the car to provide that extra assurance. Provided a written quote - realistic pricing, without the brutal add-on fees, etc., which is where so many transactions fall apart. Sale did not finalize but to no fault of O'Daniel and Mr. Anwar ... prudence is punting when the Madam and buyer are not in concert. Should I find myself in Ft. Wayne, IN, Mr. Anwar is due a "Thank You" coffee or lunch - on me!

I had an appointment to get a windshield replaced ,that I originally was told was under warranty as my vehicle is a 2015. I spoke with the service department three times and they assured me that they had the windshield I needed and spoke with the glass replacement co. The service dept also told the glass replacement co that it was a warranty job. I even called the morning of my appt, as I live an hour away from the dealer, and my appointment was confirmed. I arrived at ODaniels to be told that 1. The repair was not under warranty and would cost me out of pocket and 2. The windshield they ordered had been used for someone else. Thanks for nothing- total waste of time.I then received a call from the manager after I complained. He proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid and explained why glass cracks.....really?? Thanks for wasting my time again Professor.

I recently visited O'daniel Dodge to trade my truck fo a newer minivan. Everyone I worked with at the dealership was friendly and helpful and they seemed to truly value my business. Justin Price is the most friendly car sales person I have ever worked with. He never pressured me or my wife. He was upfront and honest about the vehicle we were looking at and our trade. I appreciate his warm and friendly demeanor. I will definitely go back to him and O'daniel for any future vehicle purchase and will/have recommend them to my family and friends. They gave me a great price for my trade and were very reasonable on the price of the van I bought. I also liked working with Casey Costello in finance. Again, no pressure- and it's his job to get you to buy the "extras". This is the experience a customer expexts when buying any product but rarely gets. I was having a hard time sentimentally trading in my Jeep Wrangler, but I needed something a little more practical with a new addition to our family. I recently bought a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I found "the one" while browsing the website. I was paired with Dyan Brittain to start the sales process. I arranged a test drive and dragged my feet for a while after the initial visit. I later decided to purchase the vehicle and found out it had been traded to a dealership in Indy! We stopped in at O'daniel near closing time to look at a truck. Mark Butler assisted us with our purchase and he made the process as quick and painless as possible. Mark is very friendly with a great sense of humor. There was no pressure to make a purchase and he was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience dealing with Mark. Everyone we were in contact with, whether it was someone working directly with us or just passing by,greeted us with a smile and said, "Hello". Even though we were there about an hour past closing on a Saturday to complete our purchase, people were happy to stay and finish this transaction and we drove the truck home that day. We are very pleased with our purchase and when we look for our next vehicle, O'Daniel will be the first place we go.

The salesman, Jeff Cearbaugh was wonderful! However, I could not believe that this dealership, or any dealership, for that matter still uses the ancient technique of taking the customer's offer to someone-never-to-be-seen. How demeaning! What should have been a happy, exciting experience of purchasing a car, turned into being a never-with-an-end-in sight horrific experience, both times we went through that archaic negotiating experience. The salesman sent us photos of a great car they'd just received; he didn't give us the price. We stopped by to look at it, another salesman came to help us. We asked the price, which he looked up and relayed to us, then asked us whether we'd been dealing with anyone and turned us over to Jeff. During the first-shot at the price, we threw in our present vehicle to learn what the bottom line might be. When the paperwork was returned from (who we learned later was Dave Carroll), the base price of the car was marked up by $1,000 more than the "sticker" price we'd learned earlier. Furious, at that point, we told the salesman that the amount we would pay for the car was "X," and that this was all we would pay, final. Then, the never-to-be-seen character had the audacity to disregard the fact we had said it was our final and only offer and came back with a new price for the vehicle. We reiterated to the salesman that final meant final, he returned the paperwork, (remember, that each of these incidences took approximately 15-20 minutes (in that out-of-sight office) of our valuable time), to which the now infamous reviewer commented "You Win," how rude! He owed us an apology, not a note of sarcasm!The deal was done; it was cash. It should have been a simple thing of writing a check, getting the title,etc., and being on our way--not in your wildest. We were then taken to a locked room where we were subjected to another 1/2 hour-plus of pressure to buy their maintenance agreements--couldn't be the blanket "no" we immediately gave when the idea was presented, we had to listen and go through each phase; another demeaning moment in the annals of the ancient ritual of car buying. We understand there is paperwork which must be reviewed and signed, but when the customer assures you that they emphatically do not want any phase of their service agreement, that should be enough!We have to say that neither one of our negotiating experiences with this dealership was in any way enjoyable--the time which elapses while whoever is reviewing is much too long, if it is the customer you are trying to wear down, it didn't work, it just made us angry. Both times, we spent way, way too much time in each of the steps. We do love the car; we are thankful that Jeff sent us the heads up that it was available. Thank you, Jeff! He's a pawn in that awful game of car buying--has to be demeaning to him, too.

I moved to Chicago recently and my 2012 Silverado wasn't the most convenient vehicle in the city. I came into O'Daniel looking to downsize without losing 4 wheel drive and towing capabilities. Then, he gave me his cell number in case I had any more questions. We returned the next day and another salesman assisted us with a second test drive but was not trying to make the sale though it was Shawn's day off. My husband and I were car shopping for our daughter 8.29.15. We had stopped at four dealerships and my husband asked me to pull into O'Daniel Olds for the last stop. We were greeted with a friendly smile and handshake from Mark Butler. We hit it off immediately. He showed us a few cars and said he would also email others. To our surprise when we got home he did what he said he would do. Emailed several more cars for my daughter look at. On Monday, 08.31, my daughter and I went in at 5:30 p.m. and Mark showed us two cars he thought may be good choices for a young single mother and college student. He was polite to her, not rushing her and she bought the Chrysler 200. We also had her 3 year old daughter with us and he was not rattled a bit. We were there until 10 p.m..Mark Butler was nothing more than extraordinary in sales and professional all the way. After the sale was final and he handed Megan the keys he looked at her and told her that she is a remarkable young women, beautiful and smart. It brought tears to bother our eyes. Besides how many other lots let you test drive a vehicle without bringing along the sales person too! They are a no pressure dealer who is there to help make your big purchase easier. I went in looking to get a new van for our ever growing family to meeting up with Rob Coulter. Not only was he very informative, he was able to break down the numbers in a lot of different ways to help me understand all aspects of the purchase. Where to start? I have been buying vehicles for the last 35 years and the last 6 of them have been through Rob and O'Daniels. He is a very knowledgable sales person who goes out of his way to make the buying experience great. I like his up front honesty that is so lacking in an industry full of crap. You can tell he is passionate about what he does because he is not afraid to tell-it-how-it-is weather it is positive or negative about something. I just stopped by and wanted to get my oil changed. They were completely booked but they asked if I could leave my vehicle and they would work it in. I love when someone offers to go above and beyond to help turn a disappointing situation into a positive one. They serviced my vehicle and the price they quoted was the more than I actually paid. As we were looking and well after their closing time, Roberta stopped to talk to us on her way home. She was very friendly, professional and eager to answer questions. We set a time to come back the next day, which would be later in the evening, since my wife holds modified second shift hours. So many you could get a very good idea about what options and combinations were possible. Something that you can't determine just using the Jeep website. We purchased from O'Daniels with the help of Rob in 2008 and it was a great experience with excellent service and maintenance. We moved to Indy in 2012 and our recent search for a "kid" car with two different dealerships down here and on the internet was disappointing and discouraging. Her support team has been as good to work with. The business manager Andrea Laux made the paper work process painless (I hate that part). I bought a brand new Chrysler 200 and couldn't be happier with the service I received. I worked with Everett John Smith as the Sales Representative and Shaylene Stevens took care of the paperwork. This was the third car that I have bought using Everett John Smith as my Sales Representative. This time however I had to drive from Winchester, VA to Fort Wayne IN and it was well worth it! Both my wife Cyndi and I are extremely pleased with our new purchase. Cyndi has even name the car "KIT" because it is so advanced it feels like driving the "Knight Rider" car. I had a wonderful experience at Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram with Brandon Parkinson. The dealership itself is impressive as it has a very professional look and vibe to it. I talked to Brandon on the phone thirty minute prior to arriving requesting to drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, and by the time I arrived it was ready for me to hop in it. I felt very comfortable at the dealership, and test driving the car with Brandon. Brandon was not overly chatty, nor too distant during the test drive. It was as comfortable as a good friend letting you drive their new vehicle. Brandon answered all of my questions as he basically knew everything about the SRT from top to bottom, but wasn't shoving his sales pitch down my throat the entire time. The only complaint I could make about my experience is that I was not informed my Jeep was not coming with a spare tire, or equipped with a trailer hitch which was partially my fault because Brandon showed us where the spare tire, and hitch are located and didn't realize they were not present with the vehicle. Overall I had a phenomenal experience with Brandon at Daniel Jeep.

My fiance and I were looking for an upgraded and reliable vehicle to use for work and travel. We decided we wanted a Jeep Patriot and scoured the internet for vehicles in the Northeast IN area and even some Ohio dealerships. We looked at several Patriots on lots on Memorial Day, when most dealerships were closed, so we could browse with no pressure. We found several but they either had high mileage and/or a ridiculous price sticker. ODaniel's was the last place we looked and found something we were really interested in that seemed within our price range, We emailed the dealership about the Jeep and even though the dealership was closed for the holiday we got an email back from Shawn that evening stating he could help us with our search. I got a call from Shawn first thing the next morning and we set up an appointment that day after my fiance and I got off work. We met Shawn and he was very friendly and upbeat. He had the Jeep ready for us to test drive within a few minutes. Upon return to the dealership, we talked for a few minutes and decided to do some financing paperwork. We were a little nervous as our credit isn't perfect but Shawn assured us that the finance team would find the best way to finance the vehicle to work to our advantage. Within a short time Shawn had us meeting with Andrea in the finance department. To make a long story shorter, we got the vehicle financed in both of our names at a good price and a good rate. We drove our new Jeep Patriot home that evening.So we saw the vehicle just the day before, had a convenient meeting time set up for a test drive the very next morning, took the test drive at 4:15pm and were home with the vehicle in our driveway before 8pm. We were so excited and pleased with the experience. The stereotypical nightmare of dealing with used car sales people was the exact opposite of our experience at ODaniel's with Shawn and Andrea. Our friends and family are happy for us and impressed by the deal and service we received. I would recommend the dealership and Shawn to anyone I know looking to purchase a quality used vehicle. Got the deal done quick, the only thing I would like to have seen on a new car sale would be to offer up a perk for free, instead getting the car I wanted I had to say one way or another I would get it, from them or the dealer that had the car. In hindsight I probably would have gotten a much better deal if I had done that, but too late now.

I was never pushed or forced into anything, I was made to feel 100% comfortable and it made my decision so much easier! As a woman and first time car buyer I was nervous to do it on my own and intended to bring my husband later in the week for help, but Tex was so helpful I ended up coming in the next day and buying! He even went above and beyond to help me get my new Jeep Patriot home by helping deliver it himself! I would definitely recommend him and the dealership and when me or my husband eventually need a new car down the road I will return here.

We had been searching for a wrangler for quite sometime and had visited lots of different dealerships and had the same experience of buying a used car. We would drive through the lot and get attacked by sales guys just trying to make a sale you could tell they didn't care about the customer by the way we were treated. Then we visited ODaniel and was greeted by Tex. Right off the bat we knew we wanted to buy a jeep from them. Tex was so friendly and showed us a jeep with everything we were looking for. His customer service was outstanding. He stayed with us every step of the way through the whole process! Also the financing process which usually is the worst part but we had a great experience she explained everything to us in complete detail and even taught us a few things about our credit that we didn't know! Tex also called a couple weeks later to see how things were going! I will definitely be recommending this dealership as well as Tex to all of my friends and family for future vehicle purchse. I called Mark Campati and told him what I was looking for. He listened to what I said and found me a couple of vehicles right away that fit what I wanted. He took the time to show my wife all the options along with the proper way to use them. We ended up with a vehicle a couple of years newer than we anticipated, for less than we expected to pay. He had answers to our questions and was very knowledgeable of his products. Financing was my next biggest fear, no worries Shaylene Stevens to the rescue. A truly professional experience from start to finish.

I have been purchasing vehicles from O'Daniels since moving to Fort Wayne in the early '90s. I must have purchased close to, or over a dozen O'Daniels Jeeps and Dodge trucks by now. In fact this is the second new unit I've purchased from O'Daniels in the last 10 months. My daughter recently came from Lafayette to Fort Wayne just to purchase her third Odaniel's Jeep. In the early '90s, I first dealt with Craig Ruskaup. who treated me so well it was difficult to consider any other dealer. As Craig moved up into management I bought my next few units from Adam Sauerland. Then Adam also moved up to management and today I purchased a new truck from Brandon Parkison. Even though Brandon is younger and I tested him every chance I could get, and he came though every single time with curtesy and professionalism beyond his years. He was great. It's comforting to know that as the veterans move up the ladder, they have done their job by installing the same "customer comes first" attitude in their replacements that convinced me that I never need to waste my with any other local auto dealers. That customer oreniated attitude is evident in the entire O'Daniels store. Over the years I've had exceptionally great service from Bud Beard, Ron Erickson, Randy Powell, and Jenny Flanigan in their service area. Was in an accident in my old vehicle and the service department checked it over and the vehicle ended up being totaled. These guys and gals at O'Daniel were extremely nice and very helpful from the minute I walked in the door. They weren't pushy like most dealerships. They actually sat me down and talked to me first. They wanted to know what I was interested in not what they were interested in selling me. After we talked, Mike Campati then pulled up some of their available vehicles on the computer and showed me what they had in stock. Found the one I wanted and he pulled it up so we could go for a drive. He took the time to answer any questions I had. He showed me the Carfax (I didn't have to ask to see it.) It was pretty much a done deal after all that.I would not go to another dealer in the Fort Wayne area ever again. great people over there. Everyone I encountered were really nice and I will be back for my next vehicle.

When I was looking for a vehicle, I never thought that I would meet a TEAM of individuals that would have my best interest at heart. I met with Coach Simmons and explained to him what kind of car I was looking for and the price range that I was willing to stay in. Within a week, he called me and said that he had the perfect car for me. AND HE DID!!! Coach was very professional and caring of all my needs and requirements. He asked ME a lot of questions to make sure that I was satisfied with the car that I was about to purchase. I was overjoyed. There was no PRESSURE at all. Casey (Mr. MEAT AND POTATOES), was the gravy on an already full coarse meal. These guys were wonderful. They answered EVERY question that I had and explained everything to me in full detail. Coach is the perfect name for Mr. Simmons. I and the rest of my family and friends will be team players when it comes to purchasing more cars from this dealership in the near future. John Smith walked out introduced himself to me. My husband doesn't like a pushy sales person and the more I talked to him it was a huge WOW. Not once was he pushy with me. He answered my questions and informed me a little on Jeeps. I said my husband will be back tonight. Ryan got the same experience I did. Bought a new Grand Cherokee and got a great price. Brandon was easy to work with and went out of the way to make sure my needs were met. There was a mix up with the consumer rebate, but in the end, the dealership delivered and I'm completely satisfied. Would buy from this dealer again. Dealership was fantastic with followup, having the vehicule ready ready to test drive, assitance from all members of the staff regardless of whether I was their client. This is one of the few Sales Lots where where have smiles and seem to enjoy their work. Pat Garret was quick with information and additional follow up. Almost with regret I did not purchase the unit that caught my eye. It just wasn't what I was looking for. This fact makes O'Daniels even a better choice because the smailes and friendly ways continued after I had made the choice not to buy. The only negitive may be the amount of follow up in my email box. But I undertsand the need to be there when a customer is considering a purchase.

Mark Butler from O'Daniel helped us buy the car we really wanted... even though it was more than 1500 miles away. I never felt pressured or "sold to" - more like he walked us through the buying process step by step, and I felt empowered through the whole process. We knew what we wanted and what we hoped to pay for it, and husband and I ended up with the right car for us at a price we are very happy with. This guy is clearly experienced, knows his stuff, and knows how to treat customers. We highly recommend him!

Our sales associate, Brandon Parkison, was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to our needs and help us find the right vehicle. When we left we had a car we loved at a price that was far better than the competition. We were shocked to learn he had only been with O'Daniel for a couple of months, as well as things went it felt like he had been working there for years. He helped ensure the entire process was very smooth and he legitimately cared that he matched us with the right vehicle for our needs.Michael Lombardi completed our closing paperwork and couldn't have been nicer. It was about this time that our 3 year old decided to go into melt-down mode, and he was more than reassuring that it wasn't a big deal. He was more than patient while my wife and I took turns occupying her outside, while the other one signed the paperwork. If he felt any impatience with our situation he definitely didn't reflect it in the service he provided to us, I can't say enough about his empathy for our embarrassing situation. Overall a great experience, will definitely look to O'Daniel first when we are in the market for our next vehicle.

Dropped by on Tuesday evening at the beginning of our search for a replacement SUV, Mark was very helpful in helping us find the right truck, we ended up with a wonderful 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee with low miles(52k). We weren't even considering purchasing on this day, we were just looking, and the Jeep we found had just arrived on the lot and wasn't even cleaned or gone through. It went through the inspection and get a thorough cleaning and looks great!!!! Shaylene Stevens in Finance was helpful and saved us money on our identity theft coverage over the Lifelock coverage we already had, she explained all the different coverages to us and let us decide what we needed. Both Mark and Shaylene were very low pressure and this had to be one of the most pleasant purchase experience we have ever had. Thanks.

We arrived at the dealership about 60 minutes before closing with two tired kids. We expected it to be a rather stressful process but everyone was very helpful and friendly. I needed an additional vehicle and found a vehicle I thought would fill the need. Mark was a very non pressure salesman, giving my wife privacy to really make up our mind. Shaylene helped me through the financing that I thought would be a nightmare, but it wasn't. 27 years ago was the last time I bought a vehicle from O'Daniels. I don't think it will be 27 years before I buy the next one from there.

We were in Fort Wayne and a burnt orange Dodge Journey caught our eye, we weren't sure about purchasing a Brand new car but we meet and talked with Mr. Brandon Parkison and test drove car, still unsure we decided to wait and think about it. A couple weeks later Brandon called and we talked and decided to go ahead with purchasing a New Journey, but they had sold the burnt orange Dodge Journey, wife was dead set on the color, we have three kids so we had to have the third row seat also. Brandon didn't have one on his lot, so he did a search and tried to locate one didn't have any luck at first, so he built one but want a little more time to locate one, he bent over backwards trying to find us the perfect car, he located one that meet all our criteria except the remote start he contacted service and got a factory remote start ordered, now we have the Perfect Brand new Dodge Journey

From the moment we started working with Justin he has been great! He went over all the features of the van we were looking at in dept. He was very laid back, did not push us into a vehicle and was very knowledgeable of all the models and rebates. He sold us not only on the vehicle but also the dealership. Justin also brought a van to my work for me to look at. We were very impressed with how we were treated at O'Daniel and would highly recommend the dealership, Justin in particular, to anyone! My wife and daughter and I were looking for a vehicle for my daughter. I called O'Daniel because I had seen a vehicle on one of their lots and wanted to know about pricing. I was fortunate to have Mark Butler answer the phone. From the start Mark was a true professional. He listened to what I had to say, what vehicle we were inquiring about, and suggested we come by to test drive this vehicle. He assured me that if this vehicle did not work out for us that he would find us the right vehicle. I had heard this before at other used car dealerships, so I was a bit skeptical. However, the longer we talked, I found out that Mark grew up in the same small town that I did, and he was very friendly and I really did get the feeling that he had our best interest at heart.After speaking with Mark on the phone, we drove to the dealership. It was a Saturday and we told Mark we were in a bit of a hurry (our daughter had a late afternoon wedding to get home for) and he took note of that. There were no games played; Mark was all business! He let us drive the vehicle we had called about (a Pontiac Vibe); when we returned from that test drive, we told him we did not think it was the vehicle for us and that my daughter was really interested in a small SUV. Mark immediately steered us to a 2006 Jeep Liberty; it was a very nice vehicle and my daughter fell in love with it! Because of the wedding, we had to leave before we could test drive it, but I returned Monday morning and test-drove the Liberty; Mark went with me, as he said he likes to make sure all the vehicles he sells are "up to snuff." The Liberty drove great! We (my wife and daughter and I) went back that night and Mark met us at the dealership (even though he was there early that day when I test-drove the Liberty); Mark set us up to test-drive the Liberty again (my daughter drove it) and we ended up buying the vehicle.Mark offered us a good price and through the negotiation process came down on the price a bit more.This was a very positive car-shopping experience! The mood hit me recently that it was time for a change, and as I searched for my next car, O'Daniel's kept popping up. As i looked over their used car selection, I saw several great options, along with great prices. The two cars I had narrowed my choice down to were both well under recommended pricing or KBB. And not because they had been in an accident.When I finally made my way over there, Dave worked with me first and answered all my questions and showed me a few of the chargers for sale. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Over the weekend, my parents came in, where they met Mark, who allowed them to test drive the car. When I came back Monday to have my trade appraised, I met with Dave again. And after we ran the numbers with my trade, I decided the first choice wasn't for me. So after some more research, I decided to go for my second choice. This time, Mark worked with me and went with me on my test drive. When we got back, we ran some new numbers and after the financing was in place, I came back the next day and bought my new car. Andrea and Shaylene helped with the paperwork. Both had plenty of knowledge and made the paperwork fly by. (After we fixed some clerical errors haha)I would definitely recommend O'Daniel's to any of my friends or family. I always dread going to a car dealership. I first went to a competitor in town to inquire about purchasing a new jeep. I was appalled at the lack of any type of customer service. They even tried to sell us a "new" grand Cherokee limited with 39,000 miles on it. When I asked about the price they quoted me a price which was only $2,000 less than the eventual price I paid at O'Daniel. The sales person even said what a great deal we were getting! I will never send anyone to Glenbrook jeep. I wouldn't want to bother them which was the attitude I got from the time I walked in the door. When we walked in the door at O'Daniel what a difference. It was the friendliest most attentive dealer I have ever been to. Corey Harris made a dreaded experience so enjoyable. My wife an I both commented on how wonderful the entire experience was. Corey was attentive and spent an inordinate amount of time explaining every detail of a rather complicated car. We bought a new Grand Cherokee limited and we love the car. It is exactly the car we wanted. The previously mentioned competitor seemed to have a hard time grasping what we wanted and kept directing us to cars they seemed to want to get rid of. I will always buy my cars at O'Daniel and I will tell everyone I know who is looking for a car to see Corey--he is the bomb!!!

I found a vehicle I was searching for online and began discussing the car with Mark Butler. I explained that I lived in WV and would have to pay tax to register it in WV. I was advised that it would be worked out so I would not be taxed twice for the vehicle, (lie number 1). I asked a direct question regarding the tire size, and was told "they are 18 inch wheels", (lie number 2). I also asked a direct question regarding the window tint and once again I was told it was legal in Indiana and if it was a problem in WV the DEALERSHIP would pay to have it replaced, ( lie number 3 it also was not legal in Indiana). When I arrived after a four and a half hour drive to purchase the vehicle, I discovered they were in fact 20 inch wheels, I had to pay sales tax twice and after a month of "finding out if they could help with the tint" was told they didn't put it on and I was on my own! I should have left and not purchased the vehicle at all, but I did just drive four and a half hours and it was very close to the car I was looking for. Poor decision on my part to not walk away. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that was looking for a vehicle. I was lied to through the entire process and felt like I was just another number to them. It also took over an hour to walk through the paperwork. Pretty simple usually.... Very dissatisfied in WV!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our service here. The minute we pulled into the lot we were greeted by Roberta. She was very friendly and asked us what we were looking for and how she could help us have a great experience. Once we drove the 2014 Dodge Avenger we fell in love. Roberta then told us everything we needed to know about getting the buying process started! After all the paper work and a few hours of trying to get everything figured out it was already 2 hours past the time they had closed. Roberta told us that there was more information that they needed and that it was not possible to get that until Monday. She then told us that she was pretty sure that it would be a done deal once she got the information back on Monday and that we would have our Brand New Dodge Avenger!! Monday morning came and around 11 AM the phone rang saying its a done deal!!!! We were ecstatic! I recommend her to anyone that wants a trustworhty, up front, and honest sales person! She is great!!! We love our new car!!

I would recommend Rob to family and friends because of the excellent service he provided, we leased a Dodge Ram and Rob trained us how to use many of this fantastic truck's features. The other dealerships were so aggressive and made me it uncomfortable where I wanted to take a break for a month.. I had always went thru the dealership across the street from Odaniels and I was going to go back because of the disappointing visits earlier in the day but a coworker told me to go talk to Adam at Odaniels. My recent pleasant experience with O'Daniel dealership actually started with an online chat with Adam Sauerland, who provided some initial info via email about leasing as I began my inquiry of a new Charger. This led to a positive experience with the dealership when purchasing (leasing) a new 2014 Dodge Charger SXT (bright orange with black interior, nav/satelite, sunroof, chrome wheels). The sales professional Elizabeth Conner greeted me at the door and made me feel welcome and inquired if she could help me. She provided helpful information about the features of the new car and rode along for the test drive. I indicated I was interested in understanding lease rates/scenarios. I opted for a 36-month lease on a Charger in the showroom. The staff was prompt in assessing my trade in (Audi), and we came to agreement on a value, which was a relatively smooth discussion, which Elizabeth was instrumental in getting me a slightly better amount than initially offered. She was very efficient in gathering and processing my credit and financial information which was used to qualify me for the lease. Elizabeth introduced me to Bob Karr, Sales Mgr, and to Andrea Laux, Business Mgr. The paper signing process went very well and quick as Andrea was great at walking through the documents and offering additional optional programs to protect the new car, if desired; again, no hard sale, but a friendly approach. The staff promptly drove the car out of the showroom and gave it a last cleanup. I have purchase three vehicles from this dealership over the years (Chevy Astro, Mazda 929, and now this new Dodge Charger), and it has probably been a combination of great service, friendly staff, quality cars at reasonable prices that has kept me coming back. I have also had good service from the service department, including Curt Stauffer and Jenny Flanigan, the service techs. My entire experience purchasing a car at O'Daniel Fort Wayne was excellent and of the highest quality from a walk-in inquiry (sent there by the wonderful service department), to an appointment to make the purchase, and the final appointment to pick up the car. Everything was handled in a professional, efficient manner that was blended with a relaxed and friendly style. The review of the features while sitting in the car was most helpful. The pristine showroom was aesthetically appealing and comfortable. In addition I appreciated the follow-up process and the offer to come in any time if there are questions. Our relationship with Pat and O'Daniel's is at least ten years plus. Both of our vehicles were purchased through this dealership. We appreciate the brand and have always had a very good ownership experience. Prior to this purchase we decided to do our due dilligence and at least consider other brands and options. Our limited experience with this proved to be stereotypical of the car shopping experience. This has never been our experience with O'Daniel's. It also confirmed in our minds the integrity and comfort we find in dealing with Pat Garrett and Craig Ruskaup. There is little question of Pat's knowledge and experience and by far he makes the shopping/purchase experience easy and comfortable. It is very obvious that he enjoys his job and that he understands the ultimate significance in building stong customer relations that just as significantly lead to strong friendships and a lasting relationship.

We had a great experience working with Josh "Tex" Burkhardt. He was very knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle we were inquiring about. We prefer to shop locally but are usually not able to find the vehicle we want for the price we want to pay. We were actually on our way to purchase another Dodge Journey we had found online in Ohio when we stopped in to look at the Journey we eventually purchased from O'Daniel. Tex had the vehicle pulled inside and he gave a us a thorough "tour" while we sat in the vehicle. He explained each and every option and easily answered all of our questions.I am a realtor so I have experience in sales and I can honestly say we felt that Tex is a fantastic salesman. At no time did we feel we were being pressured or being given a load of bull. He has a very friendly personality and his knowledge about cars in general made us feel we could trust him. We had already decided that we were buying a Dodge Journey so the biggest issue was getting this vehicle to a price we could both agree on. Again, Tex did a great job working with us in getting the price we felt we had to have. We bought the Journey on Saturday and Tex was a part of the process til the end. He even entertained my 15 year old son by showing him some of the "cool" vehicles in the showroom while we waited on the financing process. (We already had our financing secured through my credit union at an interest rate of 2.5% but Tex convinced us to let the O'Daniel financing department try to beat the rate we had and they were able to get us a better rate of 1.8% so we did finance through O'Daniel as well) I drove my new Journey to work on Monday eve, as I also work in a group home for the mentally challenged part-time on third shift. When I was ready to leave in the morning, I realized the drivers side window had shattered. I called the police to file a report. They determined there was no evidence (footprints in the fresh snow or fingerprints in the frost on the car) to support vandalism so their report stated it was weather related. I called Tex and explained what had happened. He made some phone calls, then called me back and told me to bring the vehicle back to the lot and he would have it taken care of. They gave me a vehicle to drive, fixed my window and submitted the cost to Chrysler. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer of O'Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep for a long time to come. We will definitely call Tex when we are ready to trade this vehicle. (Which may be a long time because I love this Journey!!)

Friday, January 17, 2014 we contacted ODaniel regarding a used 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. This Jeep seemed to posses many of the qualities in a vehicle that we were looking for. We spoke with Josh (Tex), who was very pleasant on the phone, while providing various details about the vehicle. We ended the first phone conversation by deciding to drive out and take a look at the vehicle. However, upon realizing that the vehicle was actually 2 hours away (the GPS was incorrect the first time), we contacted Tex back to tell him that we were not interested in driving that far to look at the vehicle because we had recently had a bad experience driving a long way to look at a vehicle that didn't end up being what it was described to be. Tex offered to go out into the parking lot and stand at the vehicle and answer any question that we could come up with regarding the vehicle, in order to alleviate concerns. He went over every feature that the jeep possessed and promised us that this Jeep was legit and that once we saw it, we would want to buy it. So, we decided to make the trip. When we arrived, Tex had the vehicle waiting by the front door for us and met us out in the parking lot. Tex's manner can be described as extremely cheerful and friendly, and gave an overall feeling of relief to talk to a "real" person, not just someone trying to sell a car, and get us out of there, which has been my experience with most car salesmen. We looked at the Jeep thoroughly, and it was everything that Tex described it to be. We took the jeep for an extended test drive before Tex introduced us to the service group to see what services were performed on the vehicle. This was extremely helpful because it gave us as sense of how well the vehicle was treated. We then went inside to discuss purchasing the vehicle and ended up settling on a very fair price. Throughout the process, Tex was instrumental in providing any information we inquired. Tex did an outstanding job by making purchasing a car, which can often be a very stressful experience, a very relaxed, fun, and exciting time. This is something that was greatly appreciated and both my wife and I look forward to working with Tex and the ODaniel team with our future vehicle purchases.

I had visited 5 other dealers in the area. O'Daniel was the only dealer that was willing to get me in the price range that was in the budget that I had set for myself. Pat had given me a choice of 6 cars to choose from and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure it was the right fit for me and that I was happy with my choice. They had the car ready when promised and it looked great. Pat has even checked up from time to time to make sure that I know of all their specials that they offer. This dealership is over 60 miles away from our home. This dealership goes above and beyond to please the customer. It is so worth the drive. Our salesman, Adam Sauerland, was absolutely wonderful. He found us the perfect vehicle and made the trade effortless. I wish the dealership was closer to home so I could use them for service also. I just can't say enough good things about the salesman and the dealership. They are both top knotch. The finance department even shopped around for us for a better rate. I will be referring all of our friends!

O'Daniels was a great place to purchase my new Jeep Wrangler. I had done most of my comparing on-line and found the exact vehicle and price I was looking for on thier lot. I had never been there, it is a very well kept dealership with a very nice showroom, when I went to look at the Jeep I was treated very well by all the staff with immediate help and friendly sevice. Corey and Andrea both did a wonderful job thru the purchase proccess, there was no pressure and no hassle , they helped me with my supplier discount and worked very well with my bank thru the financing proccess and worked around my shedule without any problems. Corey was very informative about the Wrangler I chose and did not quit when I walked out the door, he has contacted me to make sure I was happy with my new Jeep and has also helped me with deciding on some accessories and even volunteered to help me install a new soft top I am considering. I was also invited to the ODZ Jeep Jam next summer and am looking forward to it. I am very pleased with the sales and service at O'Daniles and would definetly recommend them.

Great experience. Mark does a great job of listening to your needs and doing everything he can to accommodate them. Too many sales people treat you like a sale instead of a person, felt like I was buying a car from a friend.

Went in looking for a Jeep to buy for our family to feel better about having our little baby out and about in the Indiana winter. I received great service from the start. Pat was very informative about every vehicle we looked at but at no point did i feel pressured into buying or driving anything. Once we found the vehicle we wanted we noticed it was a little out of our price range and Pat and the managers worked well with us to get the payments down where we felt comfortable. Would definitely go back for any future purchases that we will be making.

A friend of mine knew I was looking for a new vehicle so he suggested we go look at your lot first. I am glad we did because I doubt I would have had a better experience anywhere else. We were immediately greeted by "Tex". First thing that struck me about him was how friendly and NOT fake he was. This was not my first time buying a car, but it was the BEST time I have ever had! He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that I wanted to look at. On the test drives he not only conversed with me he also spoke with my boyfriend and my friend that came with me. He related to us and our interests. He didn't spend alot of time talking about me buying the car which made me feel much more comfortable. Even when we asked him to have a few moments to have a pow wow amongst just us he was totally cool with it. He was willing to work with me on a price. Once I signed the papers he greeted me outside with my new Subaru and wished me well. I will totally be back the next time we need a vehicle and I look forward to working with him again. Give the guy a raise! :)

Mark Campati has been working with us for several weeks. He was very patient with us and helped us to find what we liked and wanted. He found what we were looking for and worked with us very diligently on the price. Andrea was very courteous and helpful and explained everything about our paperwork and got us the best rate she could. If we ever decide to get another vehicle we would definitely go back to Mark and Andrea. We also would recommend them highly to anyone else.

Nice car. Annoyed with the sales/negotiation process. Got a ridiculously low quote for the trade in on the first go-round--not even close to value--just looking for simple honesty. Would rather deal with someone directly who could be honest with us than the "let me go talk to my manager" routine. Felt like we got an OK deal--not a GOOD deal.During the purchase process, was not asked what name we wanted the vehicle titled in. The processor basically refused to reprint the paperwork after he was questioned about it.It was a learning experience.

When considering purchasing my 2nd new vehicle in 1 year the decision to come back to O'Daniels was clear from the start. I had such a great experience working with Justin Harding the 1st time I knew he'd be the one to help me with this decision. I again was not disappointed and the O'daniels team and Justin pulled through. They didn't have the truck i wanted on the lot but no problems, they went to Chicago and got one for me. Justin worked hard for me to get me the RAM truck i wanted with the options i wanted and the exact color. It was no easy task with only a couple in a 250 mile radius. Justin's no pressure, "for the people" attitude makes him one of the best sales person's to work with. Our experience with O'Daniel Auto was very positive. We found their dealership through the internet and submitted an inquiry for more information. Their response was prompt and friendly. The information sent was thorough and helpful. An appointment was made and we visited the Dealership. Immediately upon arrival the sales and service were friendly yet professional. We were very impressed with the overall appearance of the dealership. We knew we wanted to work with this dealership, and in-particular with Josh Burkhardt. He was up front and honest about the vehicle we were interested in. There was a small tire issue with the vehicle and Josh (with the service department) went above and beyond to fix the small issue. We were so pleased with how everything was handled we purchased that vehicle. We remain confident that this dealership will support us and this vehicle in the years ahead. We will definitely return to O'Daniel Auto for our future purchases. We also hope to work with Josh 'Tex' Burkhardt again. He is an excellent sales representative and a new friend.

Oh my, where to start! We had been looking for vehicles online for about 3 weeks, finally found a Jeep we could both agreed on. My husband refused to go talk to someone because he just wanted to look at the vehicle and not be pushed into buying something we didn't really want. We were referred to Elizabeth from a friend. She was very knowledgeable with all the vehicles, if we had a question she would give us the answer. She had a couple vehicle ready for us to look at, just to compare all the options! I ordered my Jeep from the factory through O'Daniel Motors because they know Jeeps. I wanted not only a factory order but also a dealership that would meet my needs in ordering and installing aftermarket equipment once my Jeep arrived from the factory. Roberta Parkison made sure that everything went smooth and she was there every step of the way to make sure the process went according to plan. After my Jeep arrived from the factory, Roberta was sending me pictures before the modifications took place. I had leather seats installed after my Jeep arrived from the factory. I also had a 2 1/2" lift kit installed, as well as a new front bumper, winch, wheels and tires. After I took delivery, I was back to O'daniel Motors to have the new front bumper and side rails installed. Flawless installation by the body shop!!I can't say enough good things about Roberta. She is as nice a person as you'll ever meet. No pressure sales tactics. She wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible and made me feel like I was her only customer. Make sure you ask for Roberta by name when you plan on going to O'daniel to buy a vehicle and your experience will be a great one!Craig Ruskaup is the sales manager and he was my go-to guy for ordering the right equipment and making sure I got the right price on both the equipment and labor. He knows Jeeps and most importantly, he knows Jeep equipment. I had bought my previous car at Odaniel so I always considered Odaniel. I am happy with my purchase of a jeep liberty. The only thing I would suggest is to post price as final price if there is no negotion in the price. It also may be a bad idea to give interest rates until you know the rates the purchaser is going to get. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Roberta went above and beyond both during and after the sale, coming in on her day off (a Saturday nonetheless) and taking care of all logistics getting my Wrangler in for it's detail and to install an accessory.She took time to show me all the features of my new Jeep, including showing me how to take off and then reinstall the soft top (In January!). I have been to "the other guys" in Fort Wayne, where all they do is throw a monthy payment at you with no explanation on how it was calculated. No games at O'Daniel's! She was also very patient when it came to the negotiating and we feel we were treated very fair. The follow-up and communication to get some different options put on our new vehicle (new leather seats and new rims) were very good. I highly recommend Roberta and O'Daniel. This is car number 5 that we've purchased from O'Daniel. We moved from Ft Wayne to Fishers 5 years ago and tried to make this purchase at a local dealership, but the salesman was a weasel and the dealership wanted to play games with pricing and payments. It was a very unpleasant experience so we walked out. We ultimately decided to make the 1.5 hour drive back to O'Daniel. Roberta was great to work with, we got a great price (including a supplier discount that I completely forgot about until she asked about it) and in general had a very pleasant experience. She has gone out of her way to make our long distance purchase as easy as possible and we'll be going back to her for our next purchase.

Pat was a unique salesman in that he is very dedicated to his work. He kept in contact with me several times over the course of five months. He is very friendly and really seems to genuinely want to get you taken care of.I am not the easiest individual to sell a car to. I cut to the chase very quickly, as I have purchased many vehicles during my lifetime. Pat handled me just right in listening to me and ignoring my sometimes rude behavior(for which I apologized).The only fault I have with the dealership is the fact that my vehicle I was trading in was not given a good trade in price by them the first time I talked to them. They did eventually change their trade in value and we reached a deal.I will certainly recommend Pat to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle and would purchase another vehicle from him if I need one.

Our cells were ringing from dealers across the street as we looked at used vehicles at O'Daniel's. We were given time to look in windows and sit in seats for fit before anyone even came out to ask how we were. No pressures and hassles at all. We were there 1/2 hr before closing on a Friday and drove one vehicle. We were prepared to come back to look on Monday and were not pressured to stay, or go, but were offered other vehicles to drive. Our phones rang again as, "someone is looking at the vehicle you are interested in" and "I am leaving on vacation at 5:00" and "We can give you $3,000 for your van. Sorry, only $2,100. Wait, now $5,000", etc. NOT SO AT O'DANIEL. There was no pressure and Brett was very personable and respectful. He asked us questions and gave suggestions well beyond closing time. We were also treated very well by Shaylene Stevens. She helped us with our financing and explained everything in terms we could understand. She went over our credit scores and helped us fill out paperwork to get a car loan. We were able to trade in our van with a single dollar value that did not fluctuate as the deal progressed and left with a used vehicle warranty. The shop was closed by the time we were finished so I had to return for the free detailing and 5 gallons of gas. When I did, I had already broken the driver's seat by hooking my shoe on the side panel and detaching it from the seat. When Brett drove it for me, he had the repair of the seat done without my asking and at no charge. I also noticed a windshield ding from a stone that I had not noticed before and (Safelite?) was there to fill it in during the detailing. I could have been charged for the after sale issues of the seat and the window but was not. We agree with Shaylene's commented about Brett's integrity and desire to serve us. She said that they strive to not just sell us a vehicle but to provide the servicing of it and to help us with future vehicles. Everyone at O'Daniel was very professional and we felt so comfortable there we will not only recommend them but will return for future vehicles. If you need a vehicle, say Terri and Larry sent you.

This is the third Jeep I have purchased from O'Daniels in the last 16 years. I had a 96 Grand Cherokee that I drove for 225,000 miles, an 04 Grand Cherokee that I drove for 145,000 miles. I worked with Craig Ruskaup for the first two vehicles and it was a great experience.This last purchase was a 12 Grand Cherokee that Pat Garrett helped me with and I love it! Pat stayed in touch with me on a regular basis trying to put together different deals on a variety of cars and finally helped me by working a great deal on the 12 Grand Cherokee Limited. Justin Harding was a pleasure to work with. Justin is a professional, which seems to be rare these days in new automobile sales. He listened to my wife and I as to what we wanted. Then he "properly" demonstrated the vehicle we were interested in before discussing anything else. No "high pressure sales", no "what payment are you looking to be in?", no "if I can get a good price would you buy today?", none of the crap that seems so prevalent in new car sales. Justin was very accommodating with multiple test drives over period of several days. Then Justin located the car that met our desired option criteria and color via a dealer trade.There was a minor issue with the car when we took delivery. Justin took care of everything from scheduling the car back to rectify this minor issues, transportation while I was without my car (4 hours) and followup - again A+.The rest of the people we dealt with at O'Daniels were of the same caliber - friendly and professional.The purchasing & delivery process was the best I have ever experienced, and took less the 45 minutes - not counting my anal pre-delivery vehicle inspection. No shuffling from one person to another, just one business office person to finalize the paper work. Extended warranties were offered, but no "high pressure back-side sales", no "protect your investment with rust-proffing"...all that crap...just a straight ahead business transaction that was short & sweet.I highly recommend Justin Harding and the rest of the O'Daniels team. I would, and will, do business with them again !

Rob is an honest and likeable guy. Rob never made us feel like he was trying to make a quick sale or pressure us but instead was there to help us. Rob is knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling and obviously likes his job and has a passion for cars. I expect that in a few years when we are in the market for another vehicle, Rob will still be there and will still be smiling.

I was apprehensive about buying a new car. I was afraid of being pressured into something I didn't love. I knew if I would be investing a good amount of money and I wanted to make sure it was well spent. Fortunately I got the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth Conner. She was genuinely friendly. It was exactly what I wanted except no leather seats. There was no other car that caught my eye like this red convertible. To my surprise it was possible to change the cloth to leather. They had the exact color I needed. Elizabeth made arrangements to have the transition from cloth to leather in less than 2days. I am so happy with my Red Chrysler 200 convertible! We just bought a new Dodge Journey through Adam. The color we wanted was being transported at the time we met with him so we knew it could take several weeks before we were able to drive it off the lot. Adam was very proactive in communicating with us to let us know where the vehicle was at all stages and was always willing to answer any questions we had. After the Journey came in he took the time to go over everything in the vehicle to make sure we understood all the features we have. We enjoyed working with Adam and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have an enjoyable car buying experience.

O'Daniel's made the vehicle buying process the best I've ever experienced. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Justin Harding my salesman made me feel like the dealer was on my side for once. He was not high pressure and fully explained every option that I had available. Justin also made sure I stayed within my budget and still get the things that I felt were important in my new vehicle. I would and will go back to O'Daniels for my next purchase.

Once sale was complete failed to respond to emails and calls for scheduling DVD install. DVD was already paid for in total price. Turns out he didn't even send the purchase order till two weeks after sale despite knowing we were in a time crunch. On day of install he provided a loaner car which was less then acceptable. Early 2000 minivan with rust corrosion the size of baseballs. When I told the sales person the car was unacceptable and I refused to drive it they had me wait 15 minutes for another one, despite the dealership being completely empty. Ultimately provided me with a 2011 Malibu with warning lights flashing because the front left tire was practically flat. Apparently they thought I was being rude when I refused to accept the beaten down minivan because they sent an email to my husband saying, they heard from a co-worker that I was extremely disrespectful in the morning when I came in to drop off my Jeep for service. This was an unacceptable way to conduct business, as John did not deserve the berating he experienced with the witness of other employees. He would expect me to make an apology to him when I come in that evening to pick up the Jeep.

O'Daniels Service Dept. is outstanding. The service reps know me by name and always do their best to accommodate my time demands. They onve fit me in early in the morning and fixed our car when we had a problem the morning we were to leave on vacation. They make the service experience as pleasant and convenient as possible. I also completely trust them and have never felt they were "steering" me wrong.

I bought my 2011 Jeep Patriot in July and I had an amazing time. I went in to talk to Adam Sauerland who was referred to me by another dealership. He was busy when I arrived (I didn't have an appointment) and I felt like everyone bended over backwards to help me out while I waited. They already had the car I wanted ready for me to test drive and they ran through everything I would need to know before I took it out, even giving me a route that would give me a lot of different roads to test. When I got back to the dealership, Adam was there waiting to greet me and he made the rest of the process easy as can be! Needless to say, I had that Jeep in my garage the same evening! Unfortunately, I was rear ended the very first week of October. I hadn't even had my first oil change yet! I was CRUSHED, but again, O'Daniel bent over backwards. When we called to see if we could get an estimate done, the very first thing they asked me was if I was ok. They showed genuine concern for me as a person, as well as my Jeep. Now I should be getting my fixed Jeep back on Friday and I can't wait!! I miss it so much!! I loved my experience at O'Daniel from the moment I walked in the door. And I couldn't love my Jeep more. :)

He walked me through the car selecting process step-by-step and answered all of my questions. The business office was fantastic as well. Shaylene Stevens walked me through the buying process, explaining everything to me. I never thought that buying a car would be so easy. The people at O'Daniel are wonderful. I originally went to the Odaniel dealership to take my boyfriend to pick up the car he purchased. I was so very impressed with the customer service that we received from Shawn, I told Shawn I would be back when I was ready to buy a new vehicle. We very recently purchased a Ford Fusion from your Illinois Rd. location and were very fortunate to have Keith Hall as our salesman. Keith could not have been more friendly and helpful in our purchase.After only a couple weeks of having the car the emmission control light came on even though we didn't notice any performance issues with the Fusion. We called Keith and explained the situation to him and he immediately got to work on the info. we needed to get the car serviced and who we should contact at the New Haven Ford store. He also arranged for my wife to have a loaner car so she wouldn't miss any work while the car was in service. Our contact at the Ford store was Glen(didn't get his last name)who also couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.Dave Carrol also was instrumental in both our purchase of the Fusion as well as the service we needed. In summary, the O'Daniel dealerships at both Illinois Rd. and New Haven can be very proud of these gentlemen who we have had the pleasure to work with since we've purchased our Fusion. We had a very good experience at this dealership. Our main concern was getting a fair price for our trade that other dealerships in town seemed unwilling to do. We felt that this dealership gave us a fair price on a good used car and was willing to give us what we felt was fair for our trade. We walked away from another dealership in town (not related to this one) because of thier offer on our trade.

We came to O'Daniel after visiting several dealerships. We were not pressured or made to feel we were waiting the salesman's time. We went backe and forth in our search between new and used. During all of this Mark (and Craig Ruskaup) were very paitent and we are very happy with our used car purchase and will be back in the future.

Upon our first visit to O'Daniel, Mark Campati approached us and asked if we had any questions. We were in the market for a Suburban and there were a few at O'Daniel we wanted to ask about. We had a price range and several options we needed. The truck we were interested in was well out of our price range, but Mark explained all of the features and options very clearly. He knew what he was talking about. We gave the truck a quick test drive and my whole family, especially my wife, LOVED it. It fit all of our needs, except the price... so we said thank you to Mark and explained we are aiming lower for the price even though this truck was exactly what we wanted. We had been looking within a 250 mile range (on cars.com) and on various Craigslistings, and narrowed our choices down to 3 trucks: 2 in Fort Wayne and one in Portage, MI. The other one in town was a GMC Yukon XL and had everything except middle buckets... and it had high mileage (167K instead of O'Daniel's 65K!). The on in Portage had everything but had 150K miles and was about 2 hours away. We went back to O'Daniel and, after a couple hours, was able to get financed at a great rate and get the price we were comfortable with. We didn't walk away unsatisfied; we drove away ecstatic in our new Suburban! Thanks to Mark, Doug & Bob for working together with us to get the numbers worked out and handing us the keys so quickly! I will definitely refer anybody in the market for a new or used vehicle to O'Daniel and tell them to work with the same team we did.

It was a pleasure purchasing a car from ODaniel West. My salesman, Keith Hall, from the time I entered the lot to the time the transaction was complete, made the process very enjoyable. He was very informative about the cars that I tested and did not put any pressure on my wife and I to purchase. I have purchased 6 cars from ODaniel over the last 6 years (new and used)and always request Keith Hall as my salesman each time. Additionally, Keith is very helpful and accomodating anytime that I need to bring my car in for service. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied with all aspects of owning a car.

Mark Campati, at O'Daniel West, provided us with the best car buying experience ever. From the moment he met us in the parking lot until we picked up the car, he was extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. He answered all of our questions, and quickly found answers to the ones he did not know. Mark joined us on our test drive and ensured that we were able to experience the car at all speeds and in various traffic situations. He never rushed us to pushed into purchasing the car. When we decided to discuss purchasing the automobile, Mark was willing to take any offer to the manager. When a discrepancy appeared in the pricing on the internet, they immediately honored the lower price. They were also more than willing to negotiate on small repairs that were needed. The entire process from stepping on the lot, to financing, and taking the vehicle home was quick, efficient, and smooth. My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from O'Daniel a few days ago. What a great experience!! We made it to the location near closing time and we were amazed at how helpful everyone was - they stayed well past closing time to get us financed and ready to go with our new vehicle. Mark Campati (Sales Representative) was fantastic! He never pressured us to buy. Instead he approached the sale in a helpful and respectful way. Honestly, he's one of the most professional individuals we have come across. After getting an amazing price on the vehicle, Bob Kimes (Business Manager) was able to get us excellent financing (better rate than we could find with local banks/credit unions). Bob stayed well past closing time to get everything squared away and treated us kindly throughout the process. Then Mark took a picture of us by our new purchase with his phone and messaged it to us soon after. Great personal touch! I absolutely love great customer service (and it seems hard to come by these days) - I would 100% recommend O'Daniel West in Fort Wayne and you can be sure when the time comes for us to purchase another vehicle, we'll call Mark Campati right away :)

"It's a great day at O'Daniel," was how I was greeted everytime I called to talk to Shawn MacSweeney. And let me tell you what, every day I visited their lot, it was a great day. Used car salesman Shawn MacSweeney helped my fiance and I find a vehicle that will serve us well as we begin our journey into marriage. We had strict stipulations including: low miles, newer car, clean carfax, non entry-level car, and all on a tight budget (especially in today's used-car market).We started shopping the Saturday after Memorial Day, and O'Daniels was one of our first stops because we had heard from various individuals in the car business that they are company of straight-shooters. This was very important to me because I like doing business with people who share my values. At the end of our first day of shopping, we had not found a vehicle that fit our criteria and I apologized to Shawn saying, "I'm sorry, I know our criteria are next to ridiculous." He responded, "That's what I like about you guys!" At first I thought he was just giving us a line, portraying the typical car dealer. But by the end of the week, I found out he was genuine.Throughout the week following our first day, I received many phonecalls and emails of dealers I had spoken with online or in person saying, "Hey, come check this car out I found for you. I think you will really like it, and it is in your budget!" Out of the lot, we only liked one (from another O'Daniel dealer down the road) but it still was not what I was looking for. I have to admit, I got quite annoyed that some of the dealers were wasting my time by showing me cars that were not even close to meeting our criteria. And although Shawn was in the mix of people making calls (and probably the most frequent) he did so because he had something that we would actually be interested in. He offered up two new body style Avengers, one of the types vehicles we had been considering.Friday rolled around and I was about sick of shopping for cars, but I had already agreed with Shawn that Melinda and I would meet him during my lunch break and test drive the car. He was absolutely right. We loved the 2008, black, Dodge Avenger with 25k miles and one trim upgrade that had not even made it to the lot yet. The already reduced rate they offered us was still above our price range, so Shawn spoke with his manager (I'm pretty certain he ran to him because he did not want to keep us waiting) and they were willing to meet us in the middle.To be honest, when making a larger purchase like that, I never expected to walk away without a stomach ache, but because of Shawn's help and the exemplified values of the dealership, it truly was a great day at O'Daniel.

I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday with new rims and tires for his Wrangler. During the process, we also purchased a new Jeep Liberty Jet. The customer service throughout the entire process was exceptional! The communication and updates I received from Adam as we were working on the surprise for my husband made the process great fun! Adam even followed up with me on his day off and was willing to stay late to meet my scheduling needs. Craig made sure we received the optimal rebates and Bob in finance was also a pleasure! We were 100% completely satisfied and would not go anywhere else!

This is the second time that I have worked closely with Pat, first on a recent Jeep purchase and now on a Chrysler lease. Most important to me is his ability to build lasting relationships. It is obvious that he is both passionate about his work but more importatnly passionate about his clients. As a national sales manager in industrial sales I understand what it means to impact clients with personal integrity, knowledge, and respect and Pat does that and more. I have been a client of O'Daniels and Craig Ruskuap through at least half a dozen leases or purchases and have continued to return to this dealership based on the staff that I have continued to work with. That includes all of the staff in the service department.

O'Daniel's has become the only dealership that I deal with over the last 8 years due to the attentiveness and courtesy of everyone that I deal with, from sales to service. I have recommended family and friends to this dealership and everyone else has had the same satisfaction. Everyone in sales is friendly and I have never had to deal with the "old" salesmen mentality from any of them. They don't care who your sales person is, if you have a question they all stop to help. Justin, the sales person that I have personally dealt with solely for my last several purchases, is very straightforward and honest. His concerns are with making the process of buying a car as easy and painfree as possible. His knowledge of the vehicles on their lot is thorough, which stands out from many of the other dealerships in town. I know a great deal about the cars that I look at and regularly test sales people to see if they are honest and knowledgable, a test that I have not had to continue using once I started buying strictly from O'Daniel. The last point that continues to impress me is that the owner of the dealership does not sit in a nice cosy office while other people do the real work, as I have personally seen Greg out on the floor and even doing maintenance related duties outside. I respect any person who sees something that needs to be done and does not consider themself above the task.

Bought a new Sebring from O'Daniel Chrysler in 2002. Have had tremendous service from their service department and really wanted to buy another new car from them for that reason. Corey Harris, my salesman, was a pleasure to work with, and went to great lengths to find the right car for me to assure I was pleased. Although young, he is quite knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. I drive my cars for several years so good service is important. I would recommend O'Daniel Chrysler to anyone. They are a good dealer!

I would absolutely 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a jeep. I was extremely impressed with how hard Corey worked during the purchase process. When I found a better quote from a different dealer, he even called to make sure it was legit, and then congratulated me on my find. It turned out that the other dealer told blatant lies, and afterwards I didn't hesitate to drive 2 1/2 hours to O'Daniel. My only regret was not going there originally! I'm thankful for all that Corey did. Shaylene was extremely personable, and explained everything very thoroughly to me.

They don't get any better than the crew at Odaniels. Attitude reflects leadership. It starts with the service Manager, Randy Powell, and filters right on through to the cashier who checks me out. Randy's staff reflects the professionalism and courtesy that are so often missing in todays customer service businesses. I would and have recommended O'Daniels many many times. The service staff is courteous and thorough. If I call for routine maintenance, they always remind me of what services are due. If I call for a specific issue, they take the time to get to the root of the issue. My vehicle is always done, done right, and on time. I have experienced service beyond the call of duty many times. At one point, we couldn't find the cause of a phantom noise. It stopped everytime I brought it near the dealership. They never made me feel stupid and persevered with me. Finally when it was making the noise I drove straight to ODaniels, and without a prior appointment, my mechanic was summoned by Jenny, who then promptly got in the vehicle with me and went for an impromptu diagnostic ride. He was able to hear and identify the noise, and it was fixed as good as new within the week. Many people feel that dealership service is costly and less than personal. I feel that you get what you pay for and the peace of mind that I have in knowing that I have a service department that cares about me and that I can trust is totally invaluable.
