We found those employees that we worked with to be very efficient They met our expectations and were accommodating and friendly. Since it had been 16 years since our last purchase of a new vehicle, we were very satisfied with the service, as well as the follow-up interest that they showed us with our purchase. We are also very pleased with the good warranty that is extended through Kia.

Our experience here was amazing, vith times we went. We bought a new car and were in and out in 2 hours. No pushy or agressive salesman. They even have a kids play area! They offer free snacks and drinks too! Such a pleasant experience all the way around. I highlt recommend North County Kia :)

Ish Lopez was professional from meeting to finish. Showroom was very accommodatiingredients. Ish offered water, snacks, coffee and donut holes. Price was reasonable, in fact a great deal.

Everything was excellent. Sherry Soto is an excellent representative for the dealership. Sherry was courteous, helpful, cheerful and had an excellent personality. She got me tired the way she moved around got answers to my questions, give me additional information and even get me a bottle of water.

The only negative thing I can say is they were selling so many cars the day I was there the process was slow. I got a great deal on an Optima and the staff at Escondido Kia were helpful.

I had a problem with my Infinity batter & electrical system. A friend recommended I take my truck here. They needed to have a battery shipped in so they gave me a loaner car. The service waiting area was very nice with a large screen TV and free Wi-fi

Hannah Giaconelli sold us our 2017 Kia Sorento, and we are totally stoked with it!!! Actually, she didn't "sell" it as much as she patiently listened to us and answered all of our questions until we figured out what we wanted, and then she made it happen. When all was said and done, and our new Sorento was sitting there waiting for us to drive it off the lot, Hannah came out and spent about an hour with us showing us how to use the convenience and technological features. Hannah is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, understanding, and resourceful. And for that matter, every member of the North County Kia team we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We never felt pressured, but rather found that they did everything possible to make us a deal we felt comfortable with. Thank you, Hannah! The coffee machine in the Service lobby that makes like 20 different drinks is quite nice too!

Shopped around. Had a price in mind. We were set to drive to Los Angeles to consummate the deal. Checked with North County Kia and they agreed to offer a competitive price. We went to the dealership, checked out a couple of vehicles that met our spec's, Picked the one we wanted. They wrote it up and everything went fine. No playing around, no ridiculous add-ons, no 4 square pages. Took slightly more time than expected, but part of that was our fault (we waffled and ultimately changed the car color after they'd already started writing up the first color car). The staff was friendly and courteous, and everything went fine.

Never been disappointed in the times I've come here. The waiting room in the service area is large, clean, and offers beverages, snacks, and has a big screen TV. They also offer a shuttle service if you choose not to wait. I have always been satisfied with the service work that has been performed and my vehicle is always washed when the service is done.Ask about the "e-oil change package", it's the best value around.

Had a very good experience with this dealer. Hannah the sales rep that sold me my sorento was amazing! He finance manager was great too. I don't remember his name but I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I had a Nissan Sentra that was not repairable. I felt stuck because I still owed on my loan. Not very many dealerships were willing to work with me and some were very rude. I walked in here desperate to get rid of the Nissan ( never ever buy one ) and the first thing they said was " let's see what we can do for you " they were honest with the trade in and informative on my options... I couldn't be happier with my car. Been wanting a sorento for a while and I bought mine certified used in perfect condition... Thank you Hannah!!

The service representative was very helpful and polite. I was in and out in less than an hour and I had no appointment. The customer service representative, I believe her name was Rebecca was very informative and helped me in my car buying experience as well as getting my car serviced. I had a few questions regarding my 2015 kia and needed help with some advice in handling my service necessities and she was more than helpful. Both young ladies that helped me were very kind, polite, and very respectful. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family.

After a horrible experience with Kia of Carlsbad I called North County Kia in hopes of getting a car that day. When I called I was connected to the sales manager who was more than helpful. After he came up with multiple figures for my 2016 Kia Optima Hybrid, they personally apologized to me for the horrific experience I previously had. After speaking with Hannah and the the sales manager, I went to the dealer that night and went the process of leasing the car. In finance they also informed me that because I am a college student I will be able to bring my transcripts in and receive $400 back, which I have done and I am currently just waiting on the check. I've had the car for just over two months now and I absolutely love it. I was so pleased with the service they provided me that I plan on coming back for my next lease.

Im a very cautious shopper and my sales person Jeremy made me feel very comfortable. After buying the vehicle, Im most impressed with how I was treated after signing. My daughter was very attached to our old car and Jeremy stayed late to make sure she could say goodbye to it when I brought her in the next day. Jeremy answered all my questions after the sale and was very kind and patient with my family. When I had a concern, Michael K. the sales manager took the time to handle it with patience and care. I may have even given them a bit of a hard time at one point and they handled it with grace and understanding. Norm the finance manager was also very helpful and prompt. They are a very down-to-earth and thoughtful sales team that got me through the process of my first lease. I was very impressed and Im very happy with my beautiful new Kia Optima. Ive gotten a lot of compliments on it and I love driving it!

We were happy with not only the car (2011 Kia Optima EX), but with the whole buying experience from the first visit to the last signature. Everything went very smoothly. The sales people were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They walked us through the formatting of our phones to Bluetooth and all the other options/features. We got the best price available and financing through Kia Finance was easy with a very low interest rate. The car was prepped and ready to go when we got there to sign the papers. We would highly recommend North County Kia.

I witnessed the fantastic customer service at North County KIA first hand, when I went with my boyfriend to purchase a KIA Sportage for him. Mike Shakelford practiced excellent customer service skills with the multitude or questions that were asked of him. He was fair and good natured; and at all times, made us feel like we were his best customers ever. The Sportage is very classy and half the cost of comprable crossover SUV's, and gets better mileage than it's competition as well. I would highly recommend North County KIA for your next vehicle purchase.

North County Kia had a large selection of vehicles to choose from. They offered me the highest trade-in amount for my vehicle than any of the other dealerships I had visited. The sales team was very friendly and there were no high pressure sales tactics. I felt that we negotiated a fair deal and I left the dealership very satisfied with my purchase. The service techs and parts personnel are also very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend North County Kia.
