I have always been satisfied with the customer service and service repair technicians and their attention to the needs of my vehicle. This past experience involved more than what I had expected, however, the work was needed due to the age and mileage on my vehicle. I respect the honesty and concerns Nissan provides and I trust their knowledge and expertise. Overall, I was very happy that Nissan offered two types of financing, which financially, helped out tremendously with payment to the work on my car. Thank You Graciela, my rep, for keeping me informed and providing details to what was needed and completed to my vehicle.

Had such a great experience, Luis J. was beyond helpful. We worked with us and broken down how it would all work out. The vehicle was clean, had gas, we were able to test drive.

Purchasing a vehicle here was great, what ruined it was letting them service my vehicle. If Gracie is in charge of your work order, good luck! She never calls you back! I received emails regarding a special order I knew nothing about, called and was told about a recall and that Gracie would call me back regarding the part, never got that call, I called 2 weeks later to no answers 🤷🏻‍♀️ Will get my breaks and other work done else where.

Good thing you have people working there like Martel Rivera, after a week trying to get a hold of someone he took care of my issues right away. I highly suggest you screen your calls more accordingly to better help your customers. Good thing for people like Martel going above and beyond he moved my review from a one star to five stars.
