Eric and Dino were great. Very personal and professional, they took the time to listen, showed me the exact vehicle that met my needs and were extremely competitive on price the first time. No back and forth, no wastimg my time and zero pressure. If you are in the market be sure they are first on your list

My Altima was my first "major" purchase and Eric did an incredible job of providing information and answering any questions I had to make my process easier. I was extremely pleased and I would definitely recommend them/him to any of my family or friends!

I always receive great customer service when going to Nissan of St. Augustine! I bought my Nissan Sentra through sales consultant Eric Cortez and he was very thorough on going over all of my options, the details of the car and making sure I received the best rates. I definitely recommend them as a high quality and service dealership. Ask for Eric Cortez and he will get you the best deal!

I had already done my research, secured financing, and shopped at some competitors. None would meet the number I needed to seal the deal. I reviewed the website and located the stock number of the car I wanted. When I called, I pretty much just wanted a yes or no. I was able to deal with Daniel via text between other meetings & called conferences. I appreciate that Daniel didn't wear me out with upsell attempts and other financing options. Straight to the point: can you do this car to this much money?I'm a happy buyer.

They described the work that they needed to do and then did it in a reasonable time. There was an explanation when they finished the work.

Rip offs! Thieves! Liars! Unfortunately, I bought a vehicle here. The song and dance was well presented. Above and beyond what you see on the sticker, there is this sneaky little thing they call Dealer Add-ons that they charge handsomely for. I asked what was included, and was given the list of items included (some of which would be considered physical accessories to be added onto the vehicle). When the deal was completed, I paid for the Dealer Add-ons, and I paid quite a bit for them. The catch was, we do not have anyone here today that can install them, so you will need to call back tomorrow and schedule a time to have them installed. I called back the next day, and was told I was not getting the Add-ons that they were removed from the deal. What? I paid for them, yet now I am told I am not getting them because they were removed from the deal? Unfortunately, I did not get the complete and detailed itemized list of what was to be included with my new vehicle; I messed up by believing and trusting the lying salesmen - which included the Sales Manager. Without having it in writing, it seems I dont have a legitimate complaint. Sure, I complained all the way up to the brand (Nissan Corp) customer service. It did no good. The sales staff (including the Sales Manager) are rip offs, thieves, liars! I do not know how they look themselves in the mirror. I will never never never do business with them again! Anytime anyone asks me about my new vehicle, I tell them my story and I strongly suggest they take their business to another dealership. Just google nissan of st augustine reviews and see for yourself. Lots of low ratings. Lots of unhappy customers. I wish I had looked at the reviews before they suckered me out of my hard earned money.

Word of advice to anyone reading this and thinking of buying here, Read your contract very carefully before signing, Somehow they added thousands on to my final price and I didn't find out until later and too late to do anything about it. I might recommend this place to my worst enemy

I was mailed an advertisement that said that I had won a new car or $25,000 (just like the prior reviewer). To make sure, I called and a woman picked up the phone and asked for the mailing number, when I gave it to her, she said "congratulations, you have won the grand price" can you come now and make sure you bring a picture id. I asked her again if this was one of those deals where everybody is told that they won something and he said no. We traveled for 90 minutes the next day and a guy that had a"code name" tried to talk us into getting an upgrade, when we showed him our "winning number" he said that we had not won except for a lottery ticket , smiled and walked away. This is a terrible way to try to do business and we will make sure we NEVER set foot in that place again.

My husband purchased a car for me with a credit score of over 780. Which happens to be under 699 when they were done running it 10000 times. We were lied to an sold a 10000 dollar, car, for 25000. We were told that the first 4 payments would be made for US...They did not mane one. They gave the bank the wrong address so we never received the payments or anything else. Visited the dealer ship 4 times an Never, got a call back from the manager or anyone. I would not buy from them ever again but had a great experience with WestSide Nissan. Mike the credit manager is awesome an the dealership is awesome.

I had my 25,000 mile service done in St Augustine. I did not have to wait long and the service people could not have been more polite. This is where I bought my car and I have been going back ever since. I get the same excellent service each time.

Went to St. Augustine Nissan to buy a car with my husband. We got what we wanted in a car, even though salesman was not really nice to me and did not offer helpful suggestions. We were all set to buy the car end up waiting for hours to talk to someone in finance. The man in finance was extremely rude to me and my husband and treated us like we were morons. We walked out happy to be done with our purchase experience. Then to top it off the salesman call us about a month later and asks us if we like the car. We say yes and tell him we never received the survey to tell them about our experience. He tell us that it is not important and that it probably end up in our spam and that this happens a lot. Ended the conversation abruptly I guess he really did not want to talk with us. In the end I checked my spam the e-mail was not there. I guess like the salesman said however my opinion really does not matter to them. I am never going back there and I hope after reading this others will realize this is not a place to go to buy a car.

I went to test drive a car met a pleasant salesmen had a good test drive and was going home to sleep on it, next day I returned to try and make a deal. this is where it all went to pot they would even try to consider my offer nor give me a reasonable off for my car. not a good experience for person whom turned round and bought a better car from another dealer the next day !!!

Request a price on line. Salesman called and was very rude on the phone. Quoted a price so within the next few days went in and they said oh sorry we made a mistake. Was contacted by sales manager on line. He never got back with us. Seems to not be a very reputable dealership. Sorry to say we liked the cR we drove. At this time wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I get that dealerships have been sending out keys as a promo to lure you in to see if your key opens the door, for years. This current promo, however, is extremely misleading. They have a scratch & win feature in addition to the key. It states that you can scratch off a number and if your number matches a prize, you are a winner. I scratched mine off and it indicated that I had won the car and/or $30,000...I couldn't believe it and kept reading. It tells you to call the dealership number provided and give them your activation code which I did. They verified my address, which is really what clenched the deal in my mind and with that verification told me I was indeed a winner and get down there and see "Amber" to claim my prize! I almost fell off my chair and asked the operator if she was sure I had won, and she said it would have to be verified when I came in blah, blah but that my activation number & address indicated I had won. It ended up a total hoax. It really was misleading and they play along and get you to come in. I was at the dealership for 20 minutes before I realized I had been had. I usually don't fall for these scams. I will NEVER buy a car there. Shame on you NISSAN!! A waste of a valuable few hours of my time, not to mention my disappointment!

horrible experience we had yesterday at the dealer.I live in Palm Coast. I was in contact with one of your internet sales representatives; Ashleigh. She was nice over the phone and got us to the dealer. But once there our experience was horrible. I asked to speak with your dealer manager and when I did. It made matters worse.

This was my first purchase with Nissan of St. Augustine. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. My salesman was very knowledgeable not only of the vehicles available but of sales and promotions as well. He was very attentive to what I explained I was looking for and keeping within my budget. There was no high pressure sales at all. The finance department was superb, the paperwork process was extremely easy and it was completed in a timely manner. I continue to have my service done here as well. They always go out of their way to accommodate my needs and return my vehicle in top condition. I will most definitely continue to do business with Nissan of St. Augustine and will continue to recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

This is our second purchase at St.Augustine Nissan. On both occasions we had the same sales person ( Eric Cady). He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. Once we made our choice, he had all the paper work processed in record time!!!Eric was very professional and very pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend St Aug. Nissan to anyone in the market for a new Nissan, and would tell them to ask specifically for Eric.

Nissan St Augustine is a great dealership. Had wonderful experience from my Salesman Scott to the Financing process. We were not pressured into buying a car, although we had already made up our minds that we would get a car from this dealership since their service has been outstanding in the past. Keep up the great work, and thanks for all that you do for your customers.

I have leased or purchased 10 Nissans consecutively from 3 different dealerships. The last three have been leased from St Augustine Nissan. I would rate all the dealerships highly, but would single outSt Augustine as exceptional. I have had more than one experience where I was given service above and beyond "The call to Duty." My dealings with Eric Cady in sales in leasing the 3 vehicles was a pleasure. In addition, the service people I deal with in the service department are very professional and competent ( Cynthia and Justin.)I have not purchase a used car in the last 45 years, until this year. I have so much confidence in the team at St Augustine and offered a good price for the value, I purchased a used call for my daughter.

Hey, I just upgraded my car to the 2015! This is my third Altima!!! I was please with the 2002, kept it for 7-years. Moved to the 2009, kept it for 6-years. Now driving the sleek and stylish 2015 Special Edition!!! Regular wear and tear with proper upkeep gave me trade-ins with zero down. I'm a happy Nissan Altima owner and very pleased with the service I receive at St. Augustine Nissan!

Nissan of St. Augustine is a great place to buy a car. We have found the car we wanted at St. Augustine Nissan through a link to True Car from our insurance company. We have ALWAYS had an excellent experience each time we have taken our NissanPathfinder to the Service Department. Cynthia Benefield is a professional who cares about quality and treats each customer as her only one. She goes Above and Beyond each time and Nissan of St. Augustine is fortunate to have her on their team. The Service Technicians do an excellent job and our car is returned to us looking better than we arrived. We have taken our car solely to Nissan of St Augustine for service during the 3 years we have owned it and will continue to do so.

Blake was a friendly salesman and seemed to know the cars he was selling. However, he said they had a little room to move on the price of a used car. I came back to purchase the car, hoping for a little bit of a budge on the price, but when he asked the manager (Dino), he stated that they had no room to move on the car. I had told Dino that when was ready to auction the car to give me a call and I'd pay Manheim. He then offered to show me the auction price, and pulled up a black book/Manheim report and kept showing me the price of vehicles with 5,000 or fewer miles. The car we were discussing had about 8.5K. I looked at the OTD pricing offered, and noticed that the mileage listed was 3,000 miles lower than the mileage on the odometer. (Keep in mind, even if it doesn't sound like much, on a relatively new car, this is 8.3% of the warranty) When I asked Dino why there was a discrepancy, he told me that they had been using the car as a RENTAL since there were so few miles. There is no indication of a second use as a fleet/rental vehicle on the Carfax. The management structure at this dealership is unscrupulous to say the least. I would never consider purchasing a car from them, no matter the deal. I'd much rather pay a little more and know what I was walking into rather than save a few hundred bucks.

I have never been so disrespected as I have been today when I went to Nissan of St. Augustine. While working through a deal with a salesman (Alex), which the salesman was great, the price on the car just magically went up $2,500. I can understand the mistake and the dealership agreed to sell me the car at the before price. I was told I could get the car in my payment range and I was told I could get so much for my trade. When it came time to buy the car and I was to do the deal with Targi, the sales manager, because my salesman was out that week. Targi refused to use the numbers I had talked with the salesman about and refused to give me the proper amount for my trade in. What he was trying to do was make up for his money lost when the vehicle was priced wrong. Targi was the most rude sales manager I have ever met, I have never been yelled at in the middle of a dealership with all the salesmen standing around listening. Yelling at me saying my car is not worth the value, that I have in writing from 4 other dealerships in town! He wanted to make up the money that he lost with the wrong pricing by taking value off of my vehicle. I will NEVER go back to Nissan of St. Augustine and I will let all of my family and friends know about my bad experience. They just lost a huge customer.

I bought a used Altima from Nissan of St. Augustine. I was misled by the salesperson (Scott) about the length of an extended warranty that came as part of a "certification" package they recommended for my used car. After the deal was done (but before taking the car home), I realized the discrepancy and said that I no longer wanted the certification because it did not offer the warranty I was promised. The salesperson conveniently denied what he originally told me and I thought I might be totally out of luck, but one sales manager (Dino) wanted to help make things right. He pushed for the other sales manager (Ace) to let me redo the deal without the certification fee and warranty. I overheard Ace cursing at Dino about me, and when I eventually redid the contract, Ace was rude and unprofessional toward me. Although it still ranks as the worst car buying experience I've ever had, I appreciate Dino and am thankful that some people still care about customer service.

I've been coming to this dealership for the past four years. I first bought a new 2010 Nissan 2.5 SL Altima. I was treated very fairly and the price was right. I continued to have this car serviced there and each time the experience was very good. I recently bought a new 2014 Nissan 2.5 SL Altima there. The Sales Rep was Tarig Sagri. We agreed on the sales price and I bought the vehicle. Tarig was very personable and professional. I would do business with him again. Very happy. Thanks Nissan of St Augustine.

Once Nissan of St. Augustine sells you a new Nissan, the quality service ends. I requested the service manuals which I never received three times and all three times they said I could buy one online. It's their responsibility to send me one, not for me to pay for something I never received. Go elsewhere when you need a new car......Bob

I have purchased in my married life 7 Nissan's (Datsun) and have been very happy with all of them. my last purchase was the Nissan Maurno in 2011 and I Love that car!!!!The staff at the St. Augustine location are very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Ace treats me like family and always asked about my husband when I come in. Most people could care less about that but for me it shows that he remembers me on a personal level and I appreciate that. My husband and I are thinking about getting another car and trading in his CTS, and it just might be another Nissan.

I was quite impressed with Nissan of St. Augustine. I bought a used MazdaSpeed Miata from them. It replaced my previous Miata, one that was 19 year old, heavily modified and worn down, and that needed more work than I had time for. The new Miata is in excellent condition, I got it at a fair price, and they gave me more for my old Miata than I had thought it was worth. All this without any need for arguing or other unpleasantness. And the entire process was completed in a very reasonable time. The MazdaSpeed Miata is a relatively rare car; a second generation Miata that was turbocharged by the factory itself. I really wanted one, but there are not may used ones around. I live in Tallahassee, Florida, and AutoTrader.com only listed about four in all of Florida. There were a few more in Georgia. Unfortunately, when I started calling around, about half or so had already been sold. But the St. Augustine one was still available, and seemed to be the best option. So I drove to St. Augustine in my 18 year old Miata that I wanted to replace by a MazdaSpeed. Frankly, I was not at all sure that I would not be driving my old Miata back again too. You can hardly pretend that you do not really want a car if you are willing to drive 2.5 hours each way to look at it. So I figured that someone might decide to raise the price or add charges. That could all be very unpleasant. However, I need not have worried. When I got there, the dealership was a modern, clean facility. It had a list of "What we owe you" rules of conduct on the wall. Reading them, I thought "If they go with that, it may not be that bad after all." And so it was. I looked at the MazdaSpeed and it seemed to be in excellent condition. They looked at my old, heavily modified, Miata. The guy from the shop who did that was extremely knowledgeable about Miatas, including their aftermarket stuff, I was really surprised. After that, they gave me a cup of good coffee, and when the sales man came back, he had a bill of sale all ready that I could not argue with. They gave me the car at the listed AutoTrader price, although it was listed higher for local walk ins. Better still, they gave me more for my old Miata than I thought it was worth. I assume they can make some profit on it, but I do not see how that could be very much. So I accepted gladly. They did the paperwork like transfer of title and tag in what I thought was a very reasonable time. I signed everything and was out of there in my new MazdaSpeed in time to reach Interstate 10 before it got dark. (I had arrived in St Augustine at about 5 pm.)Back in Tallahassee, I had the MazdaSpeed thoroughly checked out by the local shop that specializes in Miatas and similar cars, and that I have been using for my old supercharged Miata for many years. The car passed with flying colors. No work needed. So I decided to use some of the saved time to write this review.

My recent buying experience for a new Nissan was outstanding at this facility primarily due to the excellent salesmanship of Scott Prichard who made our purchase enjoyable. Typically I dread going through the process of buying a vehicle from a auto sales business but right at the start of our initial visit we felt very comfortable with the professional and genteel mannerism of Scott and most important he was not pushy. I highly recommend working with Scott on your next purchase of a Nissan!

Due to the general lack of integrity with regards to any of the promises made by associates (including GM Todd Brillis) of "Nissan of St. Augustine" despite the loyal business we had given them over a number of years with purchases and leases... my wife and I have changed dealerships and manufacturer. Their employee turnover is worse than their integrity... so their words and even signed, written promises aren't worth the cheap copier paper they printed them on.

The salespersons was very helpful as well as courteous. He has answered all of the questions and was able to get us great deal on the car. We have left the store very satisfied with the experience. I would definitely go to this dealership to purchase another vehicle.

I had an excellent experience at Nissan of St. Augustine. They were friendly, courteous, and extremely not pushy. I think by far of all the dealerships I went to (and there were many) I found this quality of them being friendly and non-pushy to be the best by far of the surrounding dealerships. If you need a car at a good price, this is a place to go.

All employees were very friendly, helpful, and not pushy. Call backs were in a timely manner. Care was given to expediate my closing time and assistance was given to explain all features of the vehicle. Ava Hamilton did a super job of making me feel comfortable and answering all of my questions.

From the time I walked into the dealership the salespeople were friendly, attentive and answered all of my questions. I was able to take a test drive of any car I wanted and go anywhere I chose with no restrictions or time limit. Since purchasing my vehicle the dealership has followed up on my purchase and readily took care of minor problems I encountered.A positive experiance all around.

I knew what kind of car I wanted and the deal that I was looking for. I went to another dealer and they were not able to come to an agreement. I contacted Nissan of St. Augustine and they were willing to work with me! They didn't waste my time and had the car I wanted. I ended up buying the car I wanted for the price I wanted that night. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Nissan. Very happy with our purchase and our experience.

I stopped in on the St. Augustine Nissan Dealership today and met a salesman who introduced himself as a "Marketing Specialist" from Miami. I was interested in buying two cars for my business- a cash purchase for both. In walking out to show me a car- he had obviously been drinking, he made obscene noises walking to the car, when we got there it was locked, he didn't want to go back for the key, his banged his head on the car window reading the sticker to me that had fallen on the front seat, and all that trying to impress me how much (little) he knew about the car! We walked back to the office, he disappeared for 10 minutes, and finally came to me saying he had to make a flight out at 7pm tonight and would I mind coming back tomorrow... "SURE" I said- NOT

Less than a year ago, I bought a 2012 Nissan Sentra from Nissan of St. Augustine. Worst mistake of my life. The first part of this nightmare began when I got a call from the loan company of my trade-in vehicle that Nissan of St. Augustine had not paid the vehicle off and now the pay off was more; spoke with Pam the manager and the title person and who were both rude and told me that they had to wait for their money before they could pay off my vehicle. A month after that, the transmission started making a loud grinding noise at 30mph when the motor is cold loud enough that people in the vehicle next to me or on the sidewalk can hear it; I've been told that this is normal. When I have to slam on breaks, the brakes make a grinding noise and the brakes lock up for 10-30 seconds. The driver side power window has also starting having problems not going up and down. The Service Manager Jimmy Campanaro is condescending and flat out lies; he tried to tell me that small vehicles make more noises because there is less room for the noise to travel. This car makes more noises that any old vehicle I have ever been around and I can't get rid of it or get it fixed because the minute I drove it off the dealership lot I became $6900 upside down on this vehicle. James the salesman is unprofessional; he has not contacted me at all since I bought the car except in an attempt last week to sell another car and then had me drive 2 hours acting as if they would service my car and fix the problems. Once again.....nothing got fixed. Don't ever go to this dealership or buy a Nissan and if you are already there get up an run as fast as your legs can carry you.

I was undecided between the Nissan Altima vs. Hyundai Sonata, after working with Eric Cady and his professionalism, not to mention his knowledge I am pleased with my decision on the Altima. Nissan offers a lifetime powertrain warranty and Hyundai offers 10yrs/100,000. I have always used my personal credit union for purchases but Bob Vespi, the finance director got me a better rate with Capital One saving me over $700 in interest charges. Shopping at Nissan of St. Augustine has been a great pleasure. I want to thank Eric Cady, Bob Vespi and their warm welcoming staff. I not only have a GREAT Altima that I love I have a new dealership for all my vehicle needs. Shopping at Nissan of St. Augustine has truly been a great experience.

I began my search online in response to an email from Joe Zimmerman. I also communicated with Amanda Olthers. Amanda was very accommodating in finding a time for me to come in on Thursday. I did into meet Joe until Friday.I worked with Steve Maag on Thursday doing all the footwork. He was very forthcoming with information. We had to go back and forth to come up with a price, and he was very professional.Since Steve was off on Friday, I completed the car sale with Eric Cady. He too was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions or got the information from others when necessary.Ace F., Sales Manager, was also very informative and professional. My only complaint involved the initial email from Joe Zimmerman. The email stated the the dealership could put me in a 2012 Nissan Versa Hatchback "for what I was paying for my 2009 Nissan Versa Hatchback". In order for that to happen, I had to put down a significant down payment ($2900). The statement "for what I was paying for my 2009" car is based on a formula of what the "average 2009 car payment" should be. I am a repeat customer. I bought my first Nissan in 1987 from Yarborough down on San Marco Avenue. This car is my 5th Nissan in 26 years. I believe in buying locally and will probably come back to this dealership.

I was looking for a small SUV. I was looking for the best product , price and interest rate. I got all at Nissan of Saint Augustine. I love my new Rouge- is comfortable, quiet, good gas mileage ( before I had GMC Envoy). My experience was great- no pressure, finance director Bob explain all and got me much better rate than other dealer in the area. THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPIErIENCE I EVER HAD.

After a bad experience at Beck Nissan in Palatka where deals were mentioned and options, but when I returned everything was a maybe, I went to Nissan of St Augustine. I went in and met Aron Hunley. I was ready for anything. except what happened next. I told him my story at Beck and gave him particulars of the vehicle I was looking for and he sympathised, apologized for Beck and then took me to the lot. I was pretty specific of what I wanted and he found one that met all my needs and more. Then we went inside and there was no wheeling and dealing. He wrote down some numbers and went to the sales Manager. When he came back it was all that was promised at Beck and more with no arguing. He discounted the price more than Beck and got me a rebate and 36 month no interest financing. Then the Sales manager came out, not to pressure but rather to assure me that this dealership stands by all their promises and even gives a lifetime warranty on engine and drive train. I told him I was going home to talk with my wife and asked if I could take the papers he had given me. There was none of this "the deal has to be done today" or other nonsense he just let me take the paperwork and go. My wife agreed this was the place for us. The next day we went in to sign and another great experience. Starbucks coffee and a Finance Manager, Bob Vespi, that was so helpful it was amazing. We love Nissan of St Augustine.

I was dissapointed with the answers I received on my return visit to Beck Nissan and so I went to Nissan of Saint Augustine. I met Aron Hunley there who ably walked me through the whole process. I told him of the promises made and not realized at Beck and my frustration and he assured me he was ready to clear things up. I told him of what I wanted in a new Senta, and we immediately went to the lot and he looked high and low and found one with just what I wanted. We went inside and i was ready for the paper game and the Sales Manager game, But no nonsense is what I got. He jotted some numbers and then went in to see the sales manager. When he returned he had already cut the price to less than Beck, and got a rebate, and got me 36 month no financing. Then the sales manager came out and I figured it was high pressure time. Boy was I wrong. He only came out to meet and assure me this is a dealer that stands behind their promises. I told them I would have to talk with my wife first. I figured they wouldn't let me take the offer sheet or say this deal is only good for today, but instead gave me more information and let me leave with no pressure. My wife and I agreed this was the deal and dealership for us, so we went back the next day to make the purchase. There we met the Finance director Bob Vespi and he gave us more tips on saving money now and later than you could believe. He made some suggestions and never any pressure. We walked out with a new car and a new dealership for us. We couldn't be happier with the way we were treated at Nissan of St Augustine.

Don t walk away from this dealership ..RUN...I purchased a used vehicle there they provided a carfax with stated that the vehicle was 11060.00 we came to agree on 11883.00 by the time all of pre delivery service fee, electronic registration filing fee, tax, registration, 3rd party private tag agency fee, brought price to 13,900.00 In January the transmission was bucking and the check engine light came on. The dealership blew me off and said that I had to go to the dealership of the car model. I went to this dealership and they offered to let me trade my vehicle in...they pulled up the auto trader AND kelleys blue book amounts of 8500.00... I decided to trade in. When I went back to the dealership to get reimbursed for the warranties that I purchased (not included in the above amounts) the Financial Director was VERY rude. Their customer service ENDED. I should be the one who is upset, I got ripped off by at least 3000.00. wow, you would think that they, after running to the bank laughing with my negative equity, that they could at least be pleasant and help me. I also own a Nissan (not from this dealership) and will drive to Jacksonville to get my oil changes and maintenance. Save yourself a head ache...also when I went to trade in the vehicle, my new dealership told me that 3 months ago people were outside picketing Nissan of St Augustine...apparently they have a long history of HORRIBLE customer service and rip offs

I spoke with N, who is the Internet Sales Representatie and explained what type of Nissan Frontier I wanted. She gave me a price, and I told her that Coggin Nissan of Jacksonville had offered a better price, and she said would get with her sales manager and get back with me. She contacted me and matched their price, and said that the vechile included extra features along with the tow package. When I arrived, I met her and she passed me off to another sales person named C. He let me test drive the vechile and I noticed that their was not a tow package. C stated that the tow package would cost another $495. I agreed to the price and he turned everything over to the finance manager, B. It took B over 5 hours to get the paperwork ready. This is no lie. We arrived at 1:45 and did not not leave until 6:40. B was very rude and we almost left after 4 hours. But he appoligized and we agreed to stay. When we closed on the document, he gave us papers to sign and we read them. As were signing the documents, he told us that he got us a 4.49% interest rate and it included, 3 years of free oil changes and 60,000 mile extended warranty. But at the end of the signing, B stated that we need to sign the papers through the computer, so he could send them to Nissan. He stated that they were the same things that we had already signed just on the computer. There was no way to read these documents, just a small box for our signature. He printed these documents and placed them in the folder with the other documents. The next day I looked at all of the documents including the documents from the computer. The 3 years of free oil changes and the 60,000 mile extended warranty cost and extra $1,328.00. B put this on the computer contract and never told us about the price. I called B and told him that I wanted to cancel this and get a refund. He stated that I would need to come back in and resign everything again. I remined him that I live 2 1/2 hours away and I did not want to drive back and then wait another five hours for him to get the paper work ready. I told him that I would call Nissan and find out if there was a better way. I called Nissan, and they said that B could just fax the paper work to me and let me sign it and then fax it back. I called B and he faxed it to me and then I faxed back to him. I then called him and asked him did he get the fax, and he said who is this, I hd to give him my name again and remind him of the fact that I wanted to cancel the extended warranty. B then said, oh yea, I did get you fax. After several weeks, I did not get my refund, I filed a complaint with the Dlorida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle. The agent went to the dealership and made sure that this warranty was canceled. The website is www.flhsmv.gov. You can fax or mail the complaint. DO NOT buy from these people. This is the worst car buying experience that I have ever had. Buy from anyone but Saint Augustine Nissan. I usually do not put reviews online, but I want everyone to know about this place. I have also contacted Nissan and let them know as well. I would advise everyone to contact Nissan and let them know about the bad experience they have had with this place. Also file a complaint with the FLORIDA HIGHWAY SAFETY AND MOTOR VEHICLE. They handle all complaints about dealerships, including sales and service issues. Also, file a complain with the Better Business Bureau.

I've encountered pricing and poor sales practices before, but never to the flat out lying I experienced at St. Augustine Nissan. Went there to look at a 2011 Nissan Frontier. I wanted to see if trading in my 2010 Ford E-350 was the way to go. The trade in allowance was ridiculous at 12K. The van is in new condition. After turning that offer down I was asked if I would buy the Nissan right now at $2,000. and my van. I told them I don't do anything right now and wanted to take that info home to discuss it with my wife. After two days of trying to contact my sales person(Keith)by phone (in all fairness he was out for personal reasons) Nichole took my info and said she could help me. I gave her my counter offer of 2k, my van out the door. She informed she would call me back. She called back a couple times for more information about my van. I told her that was all taken care of by my sales rep a couple days ago. She hung up and called a short while later. She told me she talked to the manager and that seemed like a fair offer. She also asked me if I could bring the van in so they could check it again. I agreed and asked if I needed to bring my title and papers she said yes. I also explained to her I was busy and it was some distance to get there. I also explained to her I would be extremely upset if I got there and things were not as she said. She said that they wouldn't do that and they wanted my business. So when I arrived there I was informed that Nichole had to leave to let her dog out and this gentleman (Chris) would help me. Well to sum it all up Cris said that deal was no good and it would be $8,500 and my van out the door. Needless to say I pretty much lost it. I accused them of lying and wanted him to explain to me why they have to be so dishonest. It went back and forth for several minutes and I left. I wouldn't set one foot on that property again and I vowed to tell my story to anyone interested in buying a Nissan. Just for the record I'm a 66 yr old male and this isn't the first time I've purchased a vehicle or dealt with dishonest dealers. It's really sad that places like this are allowed to remain in business.......

Brought my car in March to be serviced and had some questions regarding the vehicle. to be fair, i did not buy the car at this dealership. They did not have the vehicle I was looking for and their prices were higher than other dealerships. I am writing this review now because of the "friendly follow up call on my cell I received 7 months later. The girl wanted to know why I wouldn't come back? Well, 1. The attitude of the sales manager and her employee on the Mon morning I had the appt. was horrible. 2. they could not answer ANY questions I had about my car. They were just plain stupid. I asked what the sensor was on the dash and neither her or the guy working with her knew. What? You don't know about the nissan Pathfinder and you service these cars? 3. I brought it in for a couple of issues, non of which I can remember right now and they couldn't handle any of them. Also asked the guy if the hard steering was normal and he didn't even test the steering wheel. 4. No one ever called me to let me know the deflector or the paint that I ordered came in. I actually was appalled at the bad attitude these people had. It is apparant that they are extremely unhappy at their place of employment and it reflects in their demeanor.I went from there to Coggin Nissan at the Avenues and I have never been happier. It's like a different world there. The dealership is much larger and the service department is awesome. They are definitely happier, they keep most parts on hand and they installed my bug deflector, gave me FREE touch up paint and even got the waterspots off my windows for practically nothing. i bought a Weathertech liner for the back of pathfinder and when it came in - he actually refunded me some money because they charged me too much initially. Just had an oil change there last week and they couldn't be nicer! AND... I didn't buy my car from them either! Don't go to St Augustine Nissan for service.

Nissan of St. Augustine do anything to sell you a car, but once there's a problem with the car, they run you in circles and do not want to take care of the problem. We had to go to another Nissan dealer which did fix the car by replacing a manufacture defect, when St. Augustine refused to even look for the problem on multiple occasions. If you're looking for a Nissan, I recommend going to Daytona or Universal in Orlando, whom are both very professional and seem to care for their customers. Beware, do not buy your vehicle in Lighthouse St. Augustine Nissan. Nissan also damaged part of the door panel interior. We were so disappointed that we did not even complain of the damage, we just wanted our car out of there.

Came to purchase a Nissan Murano. Salesman Chris worked with me and was very kind and not pushy. He worked with me to get the pricing I was looking for and I purchased the vehicle for $2k under book value! Ace was awesome and I would highly recommend this dealership!

They lied to me and admitted it. I understand in negotiations when dealing with car dealerships there is a certain amount of fudging the truth. But when they tell out and out lies and then admit it that is going too far.

I went to a few different dealerships in the area, I finally decided Nissan Of St. Augustine for my grandsons first car. We went together and met the sales manager and he introduced us to one of the salesman. We decided to purchase a Nissan Sentra for the low payments and vehicle reputation. Before we left the salesman made sure we knew just as much as he did about the vehicle. My grandson loves his new car and we couldn't be happier. Thank you.

I bought a 2011 Altima from this dealership on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, still under factory warranty with only 31,000 miles on it. On Friday, April 27, 2012 my brakes started squealing so I called and told them about it. Took it back in on Saturday, April 28, 2012 and was told by the Service Department Manager that I would have to pay $250 to have the brakes fixed. I said no because I just bought the car three days ago. Well after two weeks of back and forth, they finally fixed the brakes. In the meantime, I also talked to them about the fact that I only got one key to the car and was told that they could contact the previous owner and find out if the he or she still had the other key. I finally called back again on Thursday, May 17th to find out who the general manager is and was told that his name is Todd. Well I called Todd on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and again Monday, May 21st leaving messages each time but of course I have never talked to Todd because he's always in a meeting. I finally talked to someone else and was informed that I would have to pay $200 for a new key to be given to me for my car because this is the dealership's policy. None of this makes any sense to me. This is the sorriest dealership I have ever encountered. Even buy here pay here dealerships give you a second key free of charge. Nissan of St. Augustine seems to go out of their way to make you pay more money for the things you need for your vehicle and it doesn't matter to them if it's bad business. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone and neither should anyone else. If you really want a Nissan, find another dealership and avoid Nissan of St. Augustine.

Extremely nasty experience. The dealership advertised lease special was beyond misleading...it was false. An advertised "sign and drive" deal turned into a large cap cost reduction required. This dealership demonstated the typical con games so often representative of car dealerships.

Bought a used car from Nissan of St. Augustine. First dealt with the internet sales manager, who quoted me a price then retracted it when I drove the 45 miles to visit the lot. She also overstated the quality of the car, it had visible dents and one other defect. After listening to their high pressure pitch, they kept telling me if it wasn't bought that day they would send it to auction. Unfortunately I was honest and explained to them that I needed a car almost immediately. They eventually came down to the original asking price and before I accepted it I wanted to take another test drive, when I did the check engine light came on. In the contract I made fixing the issue with the check engine light a deliverable. The next day when I picked up the car the check engine light was off. I drove off the lot and got about .5 miles and the check engine light came on and the care started to overheat. I brought it back to the dealership and they initially refused to repair it because I drove it off the lot. I showed them the contract and they relented. I returned the next day and the same thing happened except this time i had to have them tow it back because it was so overheated. I tried to execute the lemon law exemption but they said it was too late, even though the dealership had it for the 72 hours. It was a terrible experience and I don't recommend them to anyone.

This is the type of dealership that gave used car dealers a bad name, capital S shady. I saw a car on craigslist and called. First I was told$ 22,000 on a 2010, than it went to $25,000; then they offered me a 2009 for 20,900 and told me, we just got it on the lot and it is super clean. They said it was so new they didnt even have it posted to the web site yet. So, like a sucker, I drove an hour to St .Augustine.Turns out they had the car for 4+ months and had not been able to sucker someone onto buying it yet. The CARFAX had not one, but two accidents. And it was a hot mess: burn holes all over the interior, body damage from the minor accident with lots of over spray, and an unacceptable amount of scraps and dings. Also it was on the website all along, only with stock photos instead of the real vehicle. At the end of the night, I wasted by time and a lot of gas to St. Augustine. Realistically, had they just come clean and sold the car at a price that reflected its condition, I may have considered it. But clearly this dealership is trying to take advantage of people that wont do the research. I knew I should have suspected something when they were not registered with the BBB.If you buy here do your homework and see it in writing. I drove back home and bought from a reputable dealer, paid less, and got a pristine car.

GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! This was the second best car buying experience ever for me only because it took about 1hr and 45 minutes vice the 1 hr on a previous purchase. From start to finish it was very easy. I used USAA car buying service, military bank, and there was no need for negotiation even on my trade. I got the truck I wanted and they got a happy customer. Much better service than Coggin Nissan on Atlantic. You cannot beat a lifetime powertrain warranty either.Sam

Where do I start? Ok,I took my car to the dealership because I had a check engine light on. Phillip greeted me and asked me what was going on with the car. My car was running fine but the light was on. After one hour (I had an appointment), Phillip came to me and said the problem was a catalytic converter. I asked him do I need to take care of this today and he said it will do a lot of damage to the car if I didn't do it right away. I said then lets do it. Phillip said it would cost $932 and I had to pay this before he can order the parts. I paid the $932, I thought the price was a little high but this was a dealership with factory parts. As I was paying the money the woman told me that the total was going to be $1200. I asked why so much and she said that the original price did not include the labor. She said I could pay for just the parts. I went back to Phillip and asked him about the extra cost. His answer to me was they do not include labor when they give an estimate. Before I left the dealership, I decided to get a second opinion. I asked for my money back and I was told there would be some fees and I would only be getting $827 back. At this point I was not happy at all. I went to the service manager and he told me that there was some charges for diagnostic purposes. He pretty much blew me off. I left the dealership with a sour taste in my mouth. I brought my car to a local repair shop and I was told that there was a bulletin out that said, to update the ecm before you replace the converter. At this point I called the owner of the dealership (who was very nice), he told me that the service manager would call me back. When the service manger got back to me I asked him about the update and he told me that they always do the update after the converter was installed. The bulletin in question says that you must update the ecm before the work was done. And most cases the problem will be fixed. I took my car to Coggin at the Avenues and the service manager told me that the update was performed, and my car was fixed. I saved over $1200 because they did what was supposed to be done. The moral of the story is "Stay away from this dealership at all costs".

Purchased a 2008 Nissan altima, sales representative David Aiken advised us after checking with his manager there was 2 months left on the bumper to bumper warranty. 2 weeks later noticed a couple of issues, and returned to the dealership & was advised they made a mistake and would not honor it. Then claimed they never said there was a warranty. Mistakes happen I realize that, but in this case these were relatively minor issues that needed to be resolved. This is dishonest and fraudulent misrepresentation to sell a car. Since I didnt have the paperwork to back up this misrepresentation I agreed to go ahead and have the service work completed there. The service manager James Campanaro was very courteous and took the matter to the manager and reduced my bill by 50%. However I advise against buying anything at this dealership if you expect quality customer service.

This could be a very lengthy review - but in a nutshell - we were rushed into buying a used vehicle - that was touted by the salesperson to be the BEST deal ever. He raved about the pristine condition of the vehicle, the phenominal price, the low mileage, the 'CLEAN' carfax ... we got no 'deal' on the price. In fact - we paid $8,000 more that the car was worth. Yes, it looked good on the lot ... but we found out a few weeks later -- it had major body work and repainting done and the damage to the front end was not addressed at all when we were there. Our son-in-law even commented on what he thought was overspray with the salesperson and he stated 'it must have happened at the factory - it's was just an oversight on their part'.... NOPE - it wasn't and St. Augustine knew the car had issues and the carfax was FALSE!! They claimed the car was in EXCELLENT condition...now we have an UPSIDEDOWN loan we can not climb out of and are so strapped financiallly since we can not resell the car for anything near what we paid. We are going to pursue getting this resolved with the owner/manager of the dealership and will certainly post a more positive remark if we get any satisfaction.

Came to the dealrship for a autotrader listing. when we got there they told me the car was listed incorrectly by mistake. then wanted me to look at a different more expensive car. they were going to give me a deal on a 2010 not knowing that i had edmunds data with me. Their super duper deal was $2000 above the msrp on a 2011 car. Classic car dealer "bait and switch". Watch out for car dealer tricks here. Do your research to do battle with guys like this. The saleman seemed like a good guy, i suspect a deceptive sales manager in the shadows.

I had been looking at a used Mercury vehicle for about six weeks each time I passed the dealership, and decided to stop in one day to look at the car more closely. I had already checked the web site and knew the price, mileage and other details about the car. When I went by the dealership, I looked the car over closely and decided to take it for a test drive. The salesman was there for a weekend promotion (they had brought in extra people to handle response to their large mailing, he told me) and was very easy to deal with. However, after my test drive, I went in to work the numbers to see if it would be affordable, and he started off $4,000 more than the asking price listed on the web. I was quick to mention this to him, and they did ultimately honor the price as stated on the web. They were efficient in handling the deal, arranging reasonable financing and getting the vehicle delivered to me in a relatively short amount of time, a total of about 2 hours. They did assist me in getting my other vehicle home, along with the one I had purchased. All things considered, they were very courteous and I felt that they handled the sale well.

Two words "Mike Clarke". Mike met me out front, was very friendly and worked with me throughout the entire purchasing process. I ended up at the Nissan dealership by mistake but walked away very happy with the purchase of a used truck. Customer Service: As I said Mike worked with me throught the entire process, there was no double team or "managers" to speak with.Quality of Work: The service department installed side rails for my truck in about 30 minutes.Friendliness: Mike and the service personnel were very friendly. Others around the dealership were also enjoying themselves and the atmosphere was plesant.Price: I received an excellent deal on a used vehicle.Overall Experience: I recommend this dealership and I will continue to go back for service and just to say hello to some of the staff.

I have a 2009 Armada LE. This is my 8th and FINAL Nissan. In 15 years of owning only nissans, I have watched their quality go staight to hell. This $55,000 Armada is the LAST nissan for me. nissan of St. Augustine has the WORST "service" department I have ever experienced in 30 years of owning cars. I have been in there over 7 times in 18 months. The big problem was their SABOTAGE of a multiple valid warranty claims, which I will explain in a moment. On the 7 occasions I had to use them for a simple oil change, or warranty work, here is what happened. The oil changes were exactly that: an oil change. They filled the washer fluid with - water. They did not check a single thing on the so-called 21 point checklist. They did not check the wiper blades, which were ragged. Ignored a simple cleaning of one crusted battery terminal. On all 3 oil changes and nothing else was checked! But the REAL problems arose with warranty work - TIP: if you need warranty work: RUN from this dealer. They will do everything possible to SABOTAGE your warranty claim, even though it is valid. I had tremendous rust inside and outside of this defective sled, even in the headrest stems. The wheels are heavily pitted. My right side mirror broke because it had a defective mirror frame. This dealership told Nissan it was "typical wear and tear", a flat out LIE. The clown who runs the "service" department told me that I need to >>> wash my car every day to prevent rust, as I live within 1 mile of the beach <<<. I asked him: "should I also wash my cheap chrome headrest stems every day, which are totally corroded??" He gave me a dumb stare, as he knew his comment was purely imbecilic. On one occasion they told me a part was in for repairing my SUV. I made a Saturday appointment. I was there 90 minutes waiting for the work to be done, when they told me : "oh sorry - the part is not here." They wasted my Saturday morning. On the two occasions on which they actually did do warranty work - they failed to reassemble the parts on the seat and a mirror, so they do not work properly. In other words, they also have incompetent techs working on cars there, who fail to check their own work.I have caught them lying tome about exactly what work need to be done TheAnother occasion, it took over 40 minutes just to get the bill and check out.The last time i was there, they refused to give me the warranty invoice, and said we will mail it to you. That was 6 weeks ago. They never did. When Parker owned this dealership, it had NONE of these problems - now it has gone to hell after being sold.Bottom line, they are INCOMPETENT and the owner could care less about us, the customer. I asked him for a call. The dealer owner does not care about Customers, as he totally ignored me. Consumers - GO ANYWHERE but AVOID nissan on St. Augustine to buy or maintain your vehicle!! And remember - nissan uses cheap metal, cheap leather, and parts in their cars, which they did not do 8 years ago. If you want an import from an Asian country, get a Hyundai or Toyota or Honda, even a Kia. Nissans are now: J-U-N-K.

I have had service at this dealership in the past and the treatment was outdstanding.I just purchased a new Altima because of the service and also the professional manner in which I was treated by Anthony, Ace and the entire management team.I was not easy to deal with as I shopped various dealers after I determined the car I wanted. St. Augustine was able to provide the price and car I wanted. We concluded the purchase and delivery in a matter of a couple of hours after reaching mutual agreement. I actually closed the dealereship down on a Saturday night. I highly recommend Anthony and this dealership.

After I was greeted by one of the sales associates I described what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. After giving the guy information about what I make a month and telling him I had perfect credit he told me I would never be able to get a payment below $300-$400 and I would have a high interest rate. He refused to run my credit alone and insisted that my boyfriend must co-sign even though I had a previous car loan in my name alone. Not only did he act as if it was a privledge to be "served" by them, but was unable to find the key to the car I wanted to look at. After 15 minutes my boyfriend and I decided to go and never received an apology from him. The manager Jesus came out as we were about to leave and told us he would find the key in 3 minutes if we would stay, again no apology for any inconvience. We ended up leaving and going to Mike Shad Nissan of Orange Park. We had an awesome experience with everyone there and I was able to get a 2010 Versa Hatchback by myself for $260 a month with interest at 5.84%. Mike Shad Nissan was respectable and listened to me. The St. Augustine Nissan acted like they were doing me a favor for just talking to me. They did not listen to what I wanted and completely refused to run my credit. I have never had a company that is trying to sell something to me refuse to do an important part of the process. I did receive a follow up call from Jesus who told me it was too bad I couldn't take advantage of their lifetime warrenty, which I responded with, well it's too bad you couldn't find the key to the car I wanted to look at.

I sent in an Internet request and Leda called me the next day. She got my information over the phone and began to process my credit application. She was very professional at all times. I met with her this morning and we looked at cars that would fit my price range. When I finally decided on the vehicle I liked, she got with Bob and they manaaged to get me financed even though my credit is not that great. I was very pleased with their service and friendliness. This is the best car buying experience I have had (and I've had a few). I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My stepson and his wife purchased a new Nissan Pathfinder May 7th, 2010. Three dents found on vehicle which were repaired finally by May 10th.Began hearing noise from the engine area on May 9th.It took them until May 21st. to determine cause of noise and do repair.Noise supposedly coming from windshield wiper motor which needed to be replaced and for whatever reason they needed to replace entire windshield. When car finally returned on the 21st. had them take the car back as the newly installed windshield was at best, poorly installed. The rubber moulding around the glass was a mess, not consistent, pushed in in various areas and scratches in the paint. The attitude of Todd Shepherd who indicates he is the GM and part owner of the dealership was terrible at best. Evidently he has a problem with accepting responsibility and doing what is right as his statement was we didn't build the car, Nissan did so it was not their fault and it should be taken up with Nissan. When I tried, on behalf of my daughter-in-law, to speak with Mr. Shepherd to discuss the situation and get it resolved his attitude was I need to talk to their attorney and hung up the phone. He than proceeded to call my daughter-in-law to tell her that nothing would be done and he didn't appreciate my calling. Now I ask - is this the type of dealership anyone would want to do business with, who won't accept responsibility for their actions or inactions. As of today May 22nd. she is still without a vehicle and a Nissan dealership who has her trade in as well as the new vehicle.

I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership; three from the current owner and one from the previous owner. Working with Paul Smathers as a car sales person is a pleasure. He gets answers quickly, knows his product, and cuts to the bottom line without wasting my time. I have recommended him to others and will continue. Bob in finance is organized, covers the details quickly but will take all the time it takes to answer any question. I have maintenance contracts on my cars at the dealership and am treated the best I have ever from a car dealership by Phillip the manager. The owner, Todd apparently is a hands on owner with his employees as they have nothing but good things to say about him. Sounds to good to be true?---but writing this was my idea not theirs. I have my own business and appreciate it when my customers let me know if what I am doing is working. I now have a 2009 Murano (traded my 06), 2010 Sentra SR, and a 2010 Frontier SE. Love the product and doing business at with these people.

I came in looking to get a new Altima. I was on a time limit as well as a budget. Chris a.k.a. "Bird" greeted me as I entered the lot and literally told me to pick a car. He asked what I wanted in a car as well as what I would be using it for. He really did have my best interest in mind. We did the test drive and then went inside to get the negotiations started. After a few tries with some wholesalers, Jesus came to the table with an offer that was acceptable. Robbie, another sales person, came in towards the end of the deal and helped with the final touches to make sure that I was completely satisfied and to expedite the final process. Overall These three guys made the entire experience painless and kind of fun. I am completely satisfied with my decision and will more than likely buy my next Nissan from them :)

I came to nissan looking for another ordinary vehicle and ran into a man that goes by BIRD... He is an amazing person. Well rounded and my experience was anything but a normal run of the mill dealership. I met the managers and they seemed to be very intrested in earning my business. I hope they do well and i am loving my truck! GO TO THE BIRD. FLY THE COUPE IF YOUR AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP ;-)-John GoldeneyePS. Thanks Bird!

I have always been uncomfortable with care dealers because they are usally pushy but when I started talking with Leda I knew things were different. She was very kind and listened to what I wanted, rather than putting me in some random car. I am happy to know that Nissan employs such a great person and I look forward to doung business with her.
