Hassan handled our intro service. He was very accommodating and down to earth. The finance person did a fantastic job in getting us a decent and manageable deal. He listened to us and was very respectful. The person that assisted us in signing the documents was also great. Overall, all staff were very nice and had GREAT sense of humor! I appreciate the work they do 'cause it helped us get a new vehicle.

I needed to set up my truck to tow for the long weekend. Called the parts department and Jesus Nunez knew exactly what I needed. When I came to pick up the parts he had them ready for me. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Thanks for the great service. 11/16/2021 Came back in for a CrankShaft position sensor. Top notch service from Jesus again. Also cheaper than Riverside Nissan. Thank You

Got a Nissan took it here to get some stuff check out and didn't like the way they always think they are right about something. Car came with remote start needed a remote since i did not have one, he said 900 to check if the car even comes with remote start and for the remote all together. went some were else got a Nissan key fob remote start for $180. I heard this place is under new ownership. Well that’s good last owner sucked.

I CAME A DAY BEFORE FOR SERVICE AND WAS SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY. I ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY AT 12:40 FOR MY 1PM APPOINTMENT. THE CAR WAS TAKEN IN TO WORK ON. TECHNICIAN APPERANTLY LEFT FOR LUNCH. MY CAR WAS JUST LEFT THERE UNTIL I ASKED IF IT WAS READY AT 2:40 PM. I TALKED TO THE SERVICE PERSON WITH NO APOLOGY BECAUSE SHE CLAIMS THEY HAVE NO CONTROL ON WHEN TECHNICIANS TAKE LUNCH. MY CAR COULD'VE BEEN GIVEN TO ANOTHER TECHNICIAN IF THERE WAS BETTER COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER COMING HERE FOR 10 + YEARS .
