Great overall experience with everyone at Newbold. Braden in sales, Andy in finance, and the service guys have all been great. Braden was attentive and well informed with answers to any questions I had. We were able to come together on a great deal on my car. Less than a week into buying the car I got a nail in the sidewall of my tire. I called to see if they had the tire in stock, Mark in service got me in the same day and done in an hour. Extremely happy with my purchase and service after the sale!

I cannot express my happiness, excitement and overall great car-buying shopping experience at this location! Tanner B was my salesperson, and after several months of test drives, text messages and emails, we finally found the perfect X3 for me! Tanner was always prompt with responses to questions I had and went above and beyond with getting me what I wanted. I also loved the test drive! When I'm ready to buy my next BMW, this location will be the one I choose! All the staff members were great and I am so happy with my new car!!

Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Before during and after the sale. I have never been to a car dealership like this one. I mean that in the best possible way. The car simply comes to the dealership, so they have no control over the car itself. I will not comment on the car except to say that I like it very much. I can't think of any way to improve the service (in all departments) at Newbold BMW.

Braden and Carlos insured I had the ultimate driving experience with my x5. The entire process took less than an hour to include closing and demoing all the vehicle’s options. They even reached out the following day to ensure I was completely satisfied. Awesome customer service with a smile.

Go to Newbold BMW! Braden made the entire buying process easy. I found an X3 that matched my wish list on the BMW USA site, and got an email the same day. I called to check in, and Braden confirmed availability and allowed me to place a refundable deposit to hold the vehicle until it arrived. Pickup was a breeze, and Andy clearly explained all the financing, warranty, and maintenance options so I could make the choice that best suited my needs. I’m excited to learn about the features from Carlos. Thanks very much!!
