Worst Service Department Ever!! I have been taking my car here for about two years.The service Manager Mike Jones is the Worst person ever! I take my car in for Repairs and their Head Mechanic Jim keeps screwing things up on my car and then they say its not their fault. I filed a complaint against them and then they cough up a settlement. So I give them another chance and they do the same thing again and again. They never admit fault or say they are sorry. They don't care about Customer Service they are rude or totally ignore me when I come in. I only go there because they are in the Town I live in. But I will never go there again. Their Mechanics are incompetent and their Service Manage only sticks up for their Impcompetence and is scared to say anything to discipline them.I am surprised this operation stays in business. They have cost me thousands in repairs after they supposedly have done the work.BEAWARE and STAY AWAY!!

So I have never owned a new car before and I wanted the last of the E-series and Newberg told me they were done. I told Dale to order it and Ford did not want to build it with the v10 dale called and got it done. You talk about can do guys.I'm an owner. Thanks Dale.

This is the dealership YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH EVER! I would not trust any of these people starting with the "Managing Partner" John Kerekanich who is as rude as they come. I bought a NEW 2014 $70k Quadvan from Dale Sykes via the telephone suddenly needed to be financed as a used vehicle, AFTER they deposited my $12k check. It took my attorney a month of dealing with the DMV in Oregon to figuring out the titling issues with this vehicle and finally recieve my title. Come to find out, there were rebates with my new van- that necessitated the title going to them to claim- which created the problems and delays! But not only did they tell me I was buying a new vehicle, they told me there were no rebates! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Once they get your cash, the act will change!

Mike Jones and his service department is hands down the best of the best. Anything you might have that another dealer can't fix bring it to Newberg Ford. Just bring it! I've taken a series of trucks and Suv's over to Mike and he has always come through for me. I would recommend the service department to anyone these days. Trust is a big one and Newberg Ford and Mike Jones surpasses the competition. Just ask for Mike Jones the Service Manager...

We have had very bad experiences with dealers in the passed. But Dave Billingsley at Newberg Ford changed that. He was very very helpful.! Not at all pushy or trying to blow smoke. I always dread talking to sales people when looking for a car, but I must say that talking to Paul at Newberg Ford was like buying a car from a friend. At no time did I feel pressure and he had answered all of my questions honestly and without hesitation. Once I decided what I wanted, the whole process took less than 1/2 hour, and I was on my way home, in time to see The Masters. Thank you Paul !
